Never a bad experience, always positive. Food is decent but I don't expect to get much from a fast food joint, so if you're really hungry you got a Popeyes nearby.

This place was everything you would expect from Dunkin' Donuts. The smell of fresh donuts, a clean atmosphere, and courteous service. It's just donuts and coffee that I got; however, I enjoy getting exactly what I want when I want and how I want.

One of the busiest Dunkin shop in this neibourhood, this shop famous for taxi driver , uber taxi driver , because I stay this shop in morning who travel to start duty on the way to city ( Manhattan ) I found lot of driver stopping for coffee then the way to work at city. Busiest shop. Cool always line.

Overall, this location is clean, and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the one who was taking my order at first had a hard time with English and had to ask someone else to help. There are no bathrooms on site, and there are only a few parking spots, so if it is busy, you may have to find parking on the street, which is no surprise for Brooklyn

The consistency of the coffees n drinks are good if u go at the same time everyday and the same barista is making it any other time and your beverage will not taste anything like what you are used to Staff needs more training in soft skills too Sandwich pik up counter sometimes the server is so serious and exhausted (maybe) they are really not happy to see you early in the morning, that’s the feeling I get !! If this was a hotel I would get a room somewhere else the next day!!

They need one more person working in there during rush hours. One to take orders, one to make the drinks and one to make the food. The food was good but the service was slow.

The Dunkin’ seems to be in a very car oriented industrial area not friendly to me being on an E-Scooter but props to them for allowing me to charge it there.

The parking lot is always full and difficult to maneuver given the location. Service is fine otherwise.

The younger woman who is I regularly is a machine! She can handle everything on her own… however this morning they had two different women there. Ordered through the app, when I got there 10min later, store empty, and started order when they noticed me walk straight to pick up counter. Had to tell her how to make the sweet black pepper bacon as she was about to put yellow cheese. I hope this new team isn’t permanent. The regular young girl in the morning (straight black hair) is amazing! Dunkin needs to recognize and appreciate employees like her

It looks more like a gas station, than the gas station which is their competition across the street. By the way shop there their coffee is cheaper and better

Horrible service at 6:00am on a Sunday. Had to repeatedly tell the clerk my order and he still got it wrong. It took five minutes for iced coffees and no one else was in the store. Will not be going back again as this is the fifth chance they had to get things right.

After driving almost three hours (we all know how New York traffic is,) I was looking for a bathroom and was relieved (no pun intended) to see a Dunkin Donuts. I asked to use the bathroom and was told that I cannot. I offered to pay to use it and still no. The person behind the counter told me that the last person who allowed someone to use a bathroom was fired (seems a bit extreme to me.) I asked to speak to the manager but this person was so unyielding. I don't drink coffee but I would have gladly made a purchase. There was really no reason given as to why I was not "allowed" to use the restroom. This place definitely does not have first class customer service and if you need to use a bathroom, go elsewhere.

To the Manager please teach your staff the difference between the regular hot coffee, cappuccino and latte. They are different coffees. This is 3rd time same thing happened. I asked for hot latte and got hot regular coffee. My mistake I didn't check at the counter. But please this is not expected at all. Waste of money waste of time.

If the guy took the earplugs out of his ears he would heard me at to fix my coffee and not roll his eyes at me. Just threw my vanilla frosted donut in the bag with a wax paper. If you have to stop here be prepared to deal with less that professional or skilled workers.

I’m not one to bash a business based solely on one experience so I gave this place numerous tries before writing a review because anyone can have an “off” day, especially in that business but last time I went there was my breaking point. The employee needed me to repeat my order several times even though it was just 1 box of donuts and 1 box of munchkins. He loaded all the donuts into the box barehanded and then instead of giving me a separate box for the munchkins, he opens the other box and just peppers them in between the larger donuts squeezing them anywhere they could fit. He hands me the box and then asked if I wanted a plastic bag to carry it, to which I replied yes. He then proceeded to hand me the plastic bag so I could bag it up myself instead of him. I honestly thought he was joking at first. The staff certainly need more training on how to run the place and better interact with customers. Definitely won’t be back.
