This location is super clean, well organised, and everything looks fresh. The staff were friendly and quick with service, and the pretzels came out warm, soft, and perfectly made. The display was full and tidy, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the place looking good. One of the best Auntie Anne’s I’ve been to—highly recommend! 🥨

Amazing customer service. I ordered a large bucket of pretzels and instead of making one with all of the pretzels that were already made, they asked me to wait a few minutes while they made me a fresh batch! They asked me where I was sitting in the food court and hand delivered my bucket when it was ready. This was the best service I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and extremely thoughtful.

The lady at the counter felt bad about burning my pizza and without me even asking refunded me and made me a new one. I wasn't even aware it got messed up until she handed me back cash and apologized. That kind of customer service is greatly appreciated 🩷🩷🩷 fresh yummy food and sweet customer service!

I love the pretzel bites. The all beef hotdog mini & the pepperoni are great. Makes a great lunch & that’s all you need. Just the right amount of minis in the serving to eat for lunch & not want to go to sleep when your don’t because you ate to much. Or they’re great for the kids in the car as a snack any & all flavors. They also warm up well the next day. They have many different kinds, a flavor for everyone !

So love Auntie Anne's pretzels!!! Hot, fresh deliciousness! The sweet female employee that's worked in mall, where business is located, for 2 years(so wish I could remember her name) was working alone. She was extremely super kind, friendly, smart and fast despite the long line too

This is one of my favorite places in the Longview mall food court. The pretzels are delicious, I love the cinnamon sugar coated pretzel nuggets. If you haven't tried a frozen mango drink, you're missing a refreshing treat! Friendly and fast service too!

Loved it! Hot fresh pretzels and cheese every time i go. My favorite thing right now is the sour patch lemonade mixer sweet and sour and candy devine.

I love the pretzels here but the last 3 times I've been here they were tough and dry, like they were sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. I won't be going back, for the price you pay you should at least be guaranteed a fresh product.

The pretzels were not done they were doughy and tasted horrible, threw them away and I had bought 4 what a waste of money. Their prices are to high them have to waste money on bad products. Will not be returning ever and I don't suggest it to anyone.

Got a pretzel pizza, they burned it and then after they brought out the food and I looked at it they were laughing and said yeah I threw it down in front of her and also the napkins were all balled up that we were given it was weirdo activity:( not worth twenty dollars

haven't had a pretzel from an Auntiee Anne's in years and what a disappointment the Longview one was. No pretzels mid day, only cups of bites. What was suppose to be yummy with sugar, was 5.00 cup of dense chewy tasteless dough things with hardly a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. I hope all aren't like this now everywhere but this one in Longview is terrible

I like pretzels and if it's good, it could be a good thing for both of us. So, I got there and showed the man behind the counter the offer. He gave me a cup of "Pretzel Bites". He said they were "out of pretzels" and these cost more. So, I never got to try the pretzel, the pretzel bites had been under a heating lamp too long, and I'm never going back to a shop that intentionally lies to customers.
