Employees always seem tired never happy. This place is always dirty.

The service every single time is terrible, & today will be my last visit. Arriving at the speaker, it was on, as I could hear background noise. After several seconds of no acknowledgement, I am the only vehicle in line, I said, Hello? Finally, a barely able to hear, I was told, Just a minute! The person finally came back & refused to speak up. I got to the window & saw three walking as slowly as possible. One was at the end of the metal table, putting napkins into bags, & when I say she drug it out, it was so slow, not even efficient. No one acknowledged we were waiting, & after several minutes, the lady finally brought our food. I said, I think your speaker may be broken because I could barely hear you. She just looked at me like I was wasting her time. As she handed me my food, not a word, not even whe. I said, Thank you. These are middle aged ladies. They are not disabled. They simply have no work ethic & don't care. When the store finally shuts down, this will be a huge contributor, but obviously whomever operates it doesn't care. Good luck, ladies, on future employment elsewhere. Such a shame.

Stopped at the 4th street location in Longview today a little after 4pm and sat at the speaker in the drive through for about 5 minutes and noone came on or said anything so I pulled up to the window and sat there for another few minutes while the employees definitely saw us and just ignored us , finally the employee comes to the window and asked if he could help us so I tried to order some tacos and was told that tbey was out of taco meat !!!! Come on , the name of the place is literally taco bueno!!! The emotes was rude and lazy , this was the worst service I have ever had at any taco bueno. I will never visit that location again , DO BETTER TACO BUENO!

I stopped at the drive thru, there was no response for several minutes. I pulled up to the window, again...crickets. I parked and went inside. An employee (who refused to give her name) was sitting at a table eating. I told her I'd been at the drive thru with no response. Her excuse, "We've been really busy", like business should stop because she was tired. I am ashamed to say, I said something to her that I normally wouldn't. I've always loved Taco Bueno but whoever is paying her to work there is wasting their money. Rude, lazy, unprofessional and entitled. I'm so disappointed. BTW, judging by other comments, this is not new or out of the ordinary.

I just left there I tried to order while I'm standing at the counter three employees look directly at me but they're all too busy how I don't know because the building had one customer in their eating and I exited out the building went to my vehicle and there was no one in drive-thru but yet no one came to the counter and offered to serve me so I walked out. Very rude unprofessional they need better employees

I guess maybe I should’ve read the reviews, I was just too damn hungry. Went to taco no Bueno! Cold tortillas that were cracked and falling apart probably 3 to 5 pieces of cube chicken sour cream was watery and when I tried to make a joke at the window Telling the young man that he pushed too many buttons cause my order was $15 for four little tacos, he was like what? I said never mind. I was just joking. Also, this also might as well be tomato sauce never again.

I love finding pieces of the things I specifically ask to not have on my food, in every single bite of my food anyways. Not just a random piece of lettuce on my tacos, but enough to convince me that it was picked off.

Nasty place- hasn’t had deep cleaning in a very long time. No tea made, tables, floors, rest rooms nasty. I’d be ashamed to have this restaurant open for business!! I’ve been going to Taco Bueno since 1980! I usually love going. Not this trip! Gross!

We ordered online. We pulled up and both doors said “use other door” so we said okay, we will just do drive through, waited a few minutes, nobody greeted us on the speakers pull up to the window and the worker didn’t say a word to us. Like no smile or nothing.

Well I got an itch to eat at the Bueno after years of not going there, big mistake. I ordered nachos and a party burrito, what I always get. I look back in the kitchen and I see the cook set my burrito on one of the nastiest counters I have ever seen. As she proceeds to make it, I say yea I don't think so, and she said excuses me. I said that counter top is disgusting and you just made my burrito on it. At this point the manager said I got it, and took over making me a new one the right way. As the 1st cook was making my nachos she dropped two of the chips on the same nasty counter and just picked them up and put them on the plate. Bueno do better, take pride in your work. P.S. clean the place up, it was disgusting.

Terrible food quality. Meat looked like sausge and was dried out. Steak was just as bad. Tasted terrible. Got water and kept getting black substance in water. Looks like it was from the ice. Ceiling has mold over all the tiles and above the ice machine. Told kids to throw food away and we left. While leaving staff where all on there phones and cook was chewing on his finger nails.

I was on the drive through & ordered a muchaco platter. I asked for both tacos to have beef & veggies only; no beans or cheese. I repeated myself twice cuz the guy taking my order didn't listen to me the 1st time & when I got home to eat it it had everything thing I specifically didn't want in my tacos. They added too much beans that the crunchy taco got soggy & the cheese melted all over the meat & veggies. This has happened multiple occasions & I'd go back to get it fixed but today I just had to say something about the issue.
