Gotta love chipotle! This is a pretty decent location too! Great staff with lots of personality! There's a line sometimes but they usually keep it moving so I can't complain too much. Keep up the awesome work!
I've only gone in to pickup door dash orders. I feel it's just younger people who work there just trying to make a check. Goofing off a lot and running in and out. I've never had any interaction whatsoever with any of the employees. Never been asked if I needed help or anything.
This is only the second time I've been to this Chipotle since it opened several years ago. The first time I went it had just opened and the food wasn't great. Also, I thought they were still working on it because it looked like a construction zone. Well, fast forward a few years and we went today. The food was much better. I was surprised that it still looked like it was being built, but I guess that's the aesthetic they were aiming for. It looks lame and unfinished, IMO. My biggest complaint is that the restaurant was dirty. The tables were not clean, the floors were dirty, the benches had food on them, and it was only 11:30 in the morning. Also, there were dead bugs in the corner next to where we sat. Um, how many bugs are in the back where they cook then? Yuck! There were 8 people working behind the counter and a couple of them weren't doing much. They could've been out in the dining area cleaning it up. The dining area definitely wasn't cleaned properly at closing the night before. I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.
I must say that for someone who has worked in the food service industry I was very disappointed. The food prep management was very poor, they were out of what I would assume is there most sold meat being steak. The portions were small compared to other times I was here and I can not help but think there were told to portion less because they did not have adequate food prep. After that disappointment, we got our cups to get a drink and they were out of a few sodas in the machine and all lemonades they usually have to the side. It was not because they were short staffed. I just feel as though no care was put into the food prep for a weekend.
The food selections are very limited. They used to have more options. The food was not hot. They were out of 1/2 of the items to choose from. They charge way too much for avocado to be added to an item. Their drinks are almost $4 ea. The tables were all dirty.
I cannot believe how the customer area looked in this place while the older female manager walked around doing nothing. The food was good although they were out of white rice at 8:30pm. The kid that made my order was training and seemed like he was trying to teach the kid the right way but wasn't sure himself. The GM should absolutely be ashamed of themselves allowing it to look like that
I usually have decent experiences with chipotle longview, I’m a very frequent customer. Have spent many thousands with them. They know my orders by name. I found human hair in my food today 8/9 Very depressing.. Not to mention these rations they give me when I select double chicken I get literally half a serving of chicken. The bowl has no weight. That’s what you get for $17-18!!! Love it
Very disappointed. I remember when the burritos use to be packed. I spent way too much money for what little meat I got. It was pathetic watching the lady disrespect all the customers by putting such little meat on everything. I will never go back.
Probably one of the worst chipotle, they were out of both rice even though he had them behind them, once they got rice it was uncooked. A huge line and only 1 person working up front. But yes they were out of booth rice, what are you supposed to eat there.
went in after my shift at canes sunday the 28th at about 10:05 and immediately got told everything by they DIDNT have by a white girl around 5’1 and small red lipstick, didn’t get a hello , welcome in , or even start my order she just COMPLETELY shut me down . as a service specialist from canes we get twice as busy and i NEVER show an attitude like that .
We to eat and got double charged with out noticing and when I did I went to the manager to see if she could fix it we were told to hold on but never gave a second glance. Went up there a 2nd time to see if she could fix it and completely ignored me ended up just walking out. The chips were also really stale. Along with the way she was talking to her employees didn’t seem very nice.
Me and my girlfriend each got two burritos mine with chicken and hers with steak. I had to call 911 this morning she got food poisoning; she was in so much pain they had to put her on morphine. She is now on an all clear liquid diet in recovery. Will not be back.
My bowl was overpriced and the guy that made it was not trained well. My order barely had anything in it and the red head girl with the glasses got an attitude because I said that I didn’t want to pay for the bowl because it wasn’t my money’s worth!!!! Horrible customer service!!! The managers are always horrible and the proper training never happens. Needs to be shut down…
I was not impressed at all by this location. Out of any Chipotle restaurant I have been to this one eas definitely the worst. I understand that you may have busy spells, but when my family and I walked there was not a clean place to sit at. Employees were all huddled around the front while the manager was conducting an interview in the center with a dirty sitting area. It was completely disgusting. The food looked old and dehydrated; the line was a mess, and no one cleaning. My mother was so disappointed. It would have done no good telling the manager she had a dirty store when she was sitting in the middle of it and still made no efforts to have it corrected by the many of Employees she had on staff. I highly recommend finding a different location to eat or getting new management that cares about the business. Needless to we did not stay nor did anyone care that we started to walk out.
This Chipotle I feel has a huge ethical issue. The manager stands at the register while her team member builds the bowls all the way down the line. It’s so crazy that the execution of the shift is always this way! I know that this line should have some more support other than one person performing on the whole line it’s rubbish. Handling one guest at a time HAS to be so unfair and inconsiderate.
Every time we order pick up, we have to go back in at least once, usually more, to get stuff they forgot to put in our bag. Why offer someone a $3.85 drink if you aren’t going to give it to them? We always tip well and then get our order and wish we could just go back there and make it ourselves. At least then we would at least get what we paid for.
This was not a great visit. The young man helping us was rude and unprofessional to his co worker and to us. He kept sweeping rice back from the counters into the rice that they served. It was clear he was not in the mood to be making our order. I almost cancelled it and walked out but felt that would be rude to do for such a large order. Another employee had her long hair loose and hanging in her face and was reaching over our order that was being prepared. The place was a mess. Half the tables and chairs had liquid sprayed on them so no one could sit and eat and my daughter sat in the wet chair. The cleaning supplies were left hanging on a chair. Half the drinks weren’t working and the trays to refill napkins and utensils was pulled all the way out with no employee there doing anything with it. I looked at the hours of operation and they close at 11pm. I was there at 8pm. We spent $60 on this visit. I think maybe the employees need training and instruction.
