It's been awhile since I have eaten here. Was hoping to try their new smoked brisket, but they were out. Had a bowl with most of the ingredients they have to offer. Was not disappointed, very good. Was surprised how busy it was for a Thursday early evening. Give them a try.

Great experience at Chipotle. JJ was a pro and built my bowls to perfection with a friendly and positive attitude!!! Haley was the cashier and was bubbly, friendly, and professional! They have a great team working for them, polite and smiling faces (which is needed and rare these days!) Kudos to your team!!

Staff was friendly and quick, restaurant was clean and inviting. The food as always was good, meaning it meets the Chipotle standard. The price wasn't to bad, even though the food is organic, which is always nice. If you want a healthier, quick option for food, you can't really do much better than Chipotle. I recommend.

Food was delicious, fresh and hot. Jamal and his team did an awesome job in taking care of my wife and I when we came in to order. The atmosphere was clean, organized and enjoyable. Seriously missing out if you’re not eating here. I’ll be back soon!

Nice place for clean taste food. Service is as quick as you can choose your items. Prices are reasonable except for adding queso or guacamole to your dish. Bit of a gouge. Pro tip, order chips and queso and distribute the queso on your bowl or burrito for less cash then an add on. Especially when sharing with more than one in your party (family).

Update: new management and crew have gotten it together. Food is hot and fresh, counters are always clean, staff is friendly. Online orders are wrong at least 70% of the time, in person orders some how manage to get messed up at least 10% of the time. Quality is hit and miss. Web orders typically are cold at pickup - like cheese doesn't melt cold not its been sitting on the shelf for 30 minutes cold.

This place can be hit or miss as a pick up. Today was the best yet though, so I'll try it again. I get a bowl for pickup. I know the line guys that do the regular orders are doing the work so it's not a process problem. This one today was great. The last two hardly had any romaine or guac. And looked as if someone grabbed the bag and let everything slide to one side of the bowl. Add more romaine and the stuff in the bowl probably slide won't slide around so much. Just a thought.😁 Update 4/18/2025: Our last couple of visits the consistency has gotten a lot better. The portion size is awesome.

My 1st experience was great. I ordered the steak bowl with the hot salsa. I enjoyed every bit of it. All of the ingredients complimented each other.

Waaaay too expensive nowadays. Two bowls. One burrito. Two large guacamole and chips, one bottle of coke. $72. Food was great. Prices way to high. Won't be going there any more just because of the price to feed 3. I could have bought three steaks, shrimp and potatoes at rhe groceey store for that cost even with today's prices. And I reviewed my order and I was shorted a fountain drink. Server said I wasnt.

Gotta love chipotle! This is a pretty decent location too! Great staff with lots of personality! There's a line sometimes but they usually keep it moving so I can't complain too much. Keep up the awesome work!

The food was good, but the inside looked like no one had cleaned it all day. The tables were a mess and the drink/utensil bar was a mess. They didn't give me a full serving of meat so I ended up with mostly rice and beans. It was probably a bad day for them. But I didn't feel very satisfied.

strange vibe. food on steam table served to cold. wouldnt melt cheese. oh well.... use a Microwave at least. no weights or measuring For portion control. Same items purchased three times each one was different. Rip off

The food wasn't as fresh as it could have been. They also only gave a half scoop of meat for the burrito. There wasn't enough to finish the burrito. For the price I was really sad. As for the atmosphere, the restaurant looked as if a bunch of kids had taken the silverware and napkins and thrown them everywhere. The tables were not clean and the soda machine was out of syrup on two of the drinks. But I still give it 4 stars because it has been much better in the past.

Ordered to go. My order was ready when I arrived and everything was correctly made. Food was delicious. The only issue, albeit small, was the guacamole just wasn't their usual greatness.

4* just from price, but the food was really good. This was our first time trying a Chipotle anywhere. Be careful with the tomatillo sauces,while they are flavorful, they pack a punch. Definitely not complaining, just faith warning. My only complaint for this location is the parking, or lack thereof. The quesadilla and burrito bowls were loaded and great. Sorry I didn't get pics this time.

The burrito bowl is really good: great texture and flavor, with fresh ingredients. You can tell they cook in small batches to keep everything fresh. The only thing is it could use a little more seasoning or portion.

Ok food was pretty good. My first time eating there and I'm not impressed. Prices were way too high compared to Salsarita and not near as many choices as them. It was clean and quiet. Staff was nice but I would only go back if someone else was buying.

I go to Chipotle frequently about 2 to 3 times weekly, the prices gets higher but they are putting less of everything in the bowls and the burritos also, I often have to ask for a little more rice, and meat without having to pay for doubles, but today really got me, the young lady making my burrito put just a dab of meat, I complained but nothing was done, please put a least a respectful amount of meat, love this place but will have to cone less frequent.

Normally I would give this particular restaurant 5 stars, but the food was not very good this time. The barbacoa has no flavor, the chicken was fatty , the brown rice was crunchy and the guacamole was salty and tasted old. I'm not sure what happened that day. I will go back and eat there again because normally it's good..

Food was good. Service was fast. I have no complaints there, but the tables were filthy. Literally, every table in the store was covered with cheese and crumbs. There was nowhere clean to sit. I had to clean off my own eating area.

They were completely out of chicken, lettuce, chips, and onions. TBH... I think they didn't want to make/prep any more food. All of the staff there seemed to be interested in closing as fast as possible instead of making food.

Everyone here looks like they hate their job AND their life. A result of poor management, Enforcement of positive body language, smiling is contagious. That's why businesses really ingrain it in employees to smile, so the business comes back from the addictive happy endorphins. If this were the case with the longview establishment, I would come back more than once because right now, I only go once every like 3 months at most.

Beans looked old and when we said something the guy said well do you want them or not. Girl behind counter threw a box of glass bottle cokes in counter and scated everyone. Our of the 6 employees there was only one really working. When my husband said that he wanted to give this review the girl said so they won't doing anything. So unprofessional and I've never seen Chipotle with such poor service and food.

Have always loved Chipotle, but the store in Longview has gotten ridiculous. The manager was rude and hollering non stop for some kid in the back, definitely NOT giving a good example of a good manager, however, there was literally NOTHING! no veggies, no rice, no guacamole, no sour cream, and the list went on! So perhaps the manager was frazzled. But, with no ingredients, There’s literally no reason to be open at that point. Slightly overpriced especially when they don’t even have half of the items they advertise.

*First time Chipotle customers* My husband and I were disappointed immediately as we walked in. There was trash on the floor in several places, and food on most of the tables. It did not look like anyone had cleaned since they opened that day, and we were there mid afternoon. First impression, messy, and not inviting. I had to clean our table, and my chair prior to sitting. We purchased a beef barbacoa burrito bowl, and the smoked brisket burrito bowl. Along with two medium drinks, and a small side of chips and queso. The queso was in a small container that held maybe 3/4 cup queso, max, and the chips came in a small paper bag, filled less than half full. The bowls were good; very flavorful, and filling. I was disappointed in the small serving of chips and queso, plus some of my chips were stale. So that was a bummer. The total was $48.12!!! A bit overpriced for what we received. The staff was very friendly, which was appreciated. Overall, we agreed the food was good, but overpriced. We did enjoy it, and would eat it again, but only as a to go order.

I've only gone in to pickup door dash orders. I feel it's just younger people who work there just trying to make a check. Goofing off a lot and running in and out. I've never had any interaction whatsoever with any of the employees. Never been asked if I needed help or anything.

This is only the second time I've been to this Chipotle since it opened several years ago. The first time I went it had just opened and the food wasn't great. Also, I thought they were still working on it because it looked like a construction zone. Well, fast forward a few years and we went today. The food was much better. I was surprised that it still looked like it was being built, but I guess that's the aesthetic they were aiming for. It looks lame and unfinished, IMO. My biggest complaint is that the restaurant was dirty. The tables were not clean, the floors were dirty, the benches had food on them, and it was only 11:30 in the morning. Also, there were dead bugs in the corner next to where we sat. Um, how many bugs are in the back where they cook then? Yuck! There were 8 people working behind the counter and a couple of them weren't doing much. They could've been out in the dining area cleaning it up. The dining area definitely wasn't cleaned properly at closing the night before. I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.

This place used to be good back in the 2010s, but unfortunately it sucks now. The food is overpriced but they give small portions. I don’t recommend eating here because they will rip you off. If you want Mexican food, go eat at an authentic Mexican restaurant. You will get better Food portions for better prices.

I had not been to Chipotle in years but decided to visit last night. I was thoroughly disappointed with my food. I ordered steak in my bowl and it was tough and overcooked. I also ordered a small cup of queso and chips and the chips were stale. I couldn't even finish eating them. I walked away with a bill of $18 for food that was overcooked and stale. I am fine with paying that much money for good food, but this was just a letdown. I will not return.

This chipotle, has to be one of the poorest managed locations in the country. I love chipotle but I rarely have a good experience in Longview. Every evening after 5 o’clock during dinner time without fail they WILL be out of basic items they need to make their meals. They post a different sign on the front door each day on what they are missing and refuse to make more of, or use items from the To-go line. I’ve gone to the location once a week for the past three weeks yet have not eaten there once due to them being out of food at 7:30 while still closing at 10. They just simply refuse to make adjustments for high demand. How do you function without, rice, lettuce, or 3 of your most popular proteins. This afternoon at 7:30 6 people, roughly 100 dollars in revenue walked out of the restaurant empty handed because they can not keep up. Whats sad is they weren't even busy.

Way too much salsa on the food every time. Even if I ask nicely for easy salsa they straight murder the food with salsa to the point that it isn't edible anymore. Also why are you so stingy with your beans? It's literally the least expensive food per pound in the store. You should be giving beans away. I experience these two problems with the store every single time and cannot get it resolved.

the employees hate their job and it shows. Especially when packing delivery orders. they just stand around and watch the togo people struggle if they are overwhelmed and vice versa. And ive sat and waited in there 10 mins before when my pick up order should have been on the shelf and it was just sitting on the counter and since no one greets you there, no body cared to check. Your order will also NEVER be ready when they say it is on the app. Usually you'll need to double ask for the drink and chips & dip you paid for.

I’m usually a constant chipotle customer but i’m not gonna be spending my money here anymore. The internet was right, yall REALLY HAVE skimped out of the portions. It’s actually ridiculous! Maybe the chicken i get.. BUT THE RICE???! Like i used to be able to get my bowl and it be quite hefty. Now i can shake my bowl and hear the contents inside because there it THAT much space. I just can’t continue paying the same price for lower portions.

The little girl with red hair and glasses should be fired!!!! Terrible service. Very rude! Will not be returning EVER!! I sat there for 15 minutes waiting to be helped while she stood there flirting with the two young men working! Not to mention my bowl was HALF FULL when I got it.

I couldn't believe how filthy the place was. I actually walked in and asked the guy at the counter if they had been busy, and he confidently said no. What happened to when there's time to lean there's time to clean. Only one person seemed to care and be working. He was the young man finishing the order before you paid. The two girls at the register were talking and not paying attention. The young man said to them in a hesitant way, get to work the girls looked at him and keep talking to each other. The soda area was horrible. The juice in the lemonade was empty and was filthy. I had never seen the place so bad. I left and went home to call the manager, and you get a recording that says, "Go to the website and write a review. " What a joke. I pray this is not how business is run there.

I went to this chipotle on July 26, 2025 at 6:24 pm and the person on rice/bowls or whatever acted like they had no clue what they were doing. I asked if they would have more white rice cause there was no more on the line and he legit shrugged his shoulder at me… sir you work here… and ik yall aren’t out of RICE 😭😭 bffr

I haven’t been to this Chipotle in a while but the service was always great!! What happened? Yesterday I went in and the first person looked like they were cramping really bad. Made it to checkout, I ask for salsa a few times, I think she misunderstood what I was asking for. She picked the bag of chips up out of my bag, and said “this is all it comes with” THEN dropped the bag of chips from the air back in the bag🤦🏻‍♀️ I was actually shocked. I am always very nice because you never know when someone is having a bad day..but this was over the top. She was very rude, worse than what you get at Popeyes Chicken 😂 Come on y’all, where’s the class you use to have? OH, AND WHAT ABOUT THE TABLES? It wasn’t busy at that time but there was no unsweetened tea. I ask may I have some, she said, I already told them we are out.. THAT’S IT, no we’re making some, just nothing at all! I paid for tea but had to drink 💦 AND EVERY SINGLE TABLE IN THAT PLACE WAS DIRTY!! The floors were horrible as well but I wasn’t going to sit on the floor, I just needed a clean table. Well, I cleaned one so I could eat.. 🤦🏻‍♀️ What is really going on here? Update: There is a response to my review, they ask me to contact them to discuss. The email is not a valid email.

I and so annoyed. Im a nurse at the hospital so I gathered up multiple orders and we have to have food delivered because we can't have someone leave the unit to pick it up. I tried to place an online order for delivery through the website and twice it gave me an error message when I tried to pay. So then I called and gave my entire order to the robot (3rd entry) who said my order would be entered for pick up and that delivery wasnt an option through the phone. Then it hung up. I called again and demanded a personto the robot lady and got a guy at some corporate site who said he couldnt place my order and I'd have to call the store. I told him I couldn't get a person and he told me to repeat manager until I got one. Robot lady was having none of that and eventually the robot put me on hold for 13 minutes. 13 minutes in a hospital is a hell of a long time answering phones and call lights and questions in-between. Then the call disconnected and I was hung up on. I've already gathered 4 people's orders and I'd been trying to order for an hour and our hospital cafeteria doesn't have food on the weekend past a certain timewe went far beyond that time. So I wound up ordering for the 4th time through door dash. The prices are higher on the app and it took 2 hours to get our food from first attempt to order online to delivery. We ordered Chipotle alot and now since it can only be door dashed because the website can't take a payment and the phone app can't take a delivery order and there's no way to speak to a person at the actual store, we will just pick something else in longview

The staff was kind, but the entire restaurant was very dirty, floor filthy, al pastor sauce dripped all over the organizer and counter looked like the hadn't been cleaned in hours. Also they were out of rice. One lady very loudly announced how much trouble the kitchen was having to another co-worker and all the staff seemed frustrated and overwhelmed. All of this I could have overlooked but I have celiac disease and with the state of the restaurant and how tired the Manager looked when she asked me if I wanted a burrito after I told her I'm celiac.. it strongly felt like I was going to have an allergic reaction because of negligence. Which is disappointing because chipotle as a company is celiac friendly but it seems to always be 50/50 with the individual stores' ability to keep it sanitary enough to be safe to eat at. If you're ever in my shoes at this location, the gas station next door has fairlife protein shakes- which is what I had to have for dinner tonight.

I must say that for someone who has worked in the food service industry I was very disappointed. The food prep management was very poor, they were out of what I would assume is there most sold meat being steak. The portions were small compared to other times I was here and I can not help but think there were told to portion less because they did not have adequate food prep. After that disappointment, we got our cups to get a drink and they were out of a few sodas in the machine and all lemonades they usually have to the side. It was not because they were short staffed. I just feel as though no care was put into the food prep for a weekend.

The food selections are very limited. They used to have more options. The food was not hot. They were out of 1/2 of the items to choose from. They charge way too much for avocado to be added to an item. Their drinks are almost $4 ea. The tables were all dirty.

I cannot believe how the customer area looked in this place while the older female manager walked around doing nothing. The food was good although they were out of white rice at 8:30pm. The kid that made my order was training and seemed like he was trying to teach the kid the right way but wasn't sure himself. I usually have decent experiences with chipotle longview, I’m a very frequent customer. Have spent many thousands with them. They know my orders by name. I found human hair in my food today 8/9 Very depressing.. Not to mention these rations they give me when I select double chicken I get literally half a serving of chicken. The bowl has no weight. That’s what you get for $17-18!!! Love it

the staff was fine but I ordered queso that was absolutely horrible. It tasted old and like it had been made with flour and not properly mixed. My brown rice was harder than normal and my girlfriends burrito had little flavor due to they have a lot of spicy and not many options other than that. I will not be coming back here ever

We go to several different locations when we travel and we will no longer be visiting the Longview location. In the last 6 months, this location has gone downhill. No unsweet tea and when you tell them, they just say ok and no one makes any. The place is always filthy, even when no one is in there eating. You can see all the trays stacked up on top of the trash bin from the lunch rush; food, napkins, utensils on the floor; the prep area has dried food everywhere and this is at 4:45 pm.

Delivery services gets to the restaurant to find out they don’t have 75% of the items to even make my order. Why wasn’t the order cancelled in these situation. Driver was as shocked as I was the order was even accepted by the restaurant. Then I find the manager on shift wasn’t even aware they don’t have to accept these order They can’t fill.

Absolutely the worst managed chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’d understand one bad day, but it’s constant issues every single time. A few months ago, came in a HOUR before closing. They notified us that the grill is already closed and they have no brown rice or chicken or steak. We obviously left. The servings vary each time. I once got a bowl and counted like 6 pieces of chicken. “Well do you want double protein?” No, I simply want a good serving. I’ve been going to chipotle for over 10 years now all around America and I know what a serving of protein looks like. You can be guaranteed to be waiting on either rice, or a protein when you come. The proteins are usually completely low or look like they’ve been sitting for the entire day and are dried out. Also, lines. Other chipotles are usually quick in and out of the line. At peak times you’re going to for sure sit for nearly 15-30 minutes. This chipotle just needs completely new management.

I have tried several times to speak with a manager about the service at the Longview location. Today, is the day that I am convinced that I will never return to the location. I am not sure if the workers are aware of the correct portion size. The three bowls I got all had a different issue. One bowl had 5 pieces of steak. The chicken was very dry and I barely had food in my bowl. The guy had to scrape rice from the container to give me one scoop. Let’s just say that we had cereal and milk after eating. I have had food at their Ca location and was able to eat twice.

Almost certainly the laziest, most unfriendly, extraordinarily unprofessional staff at any restaurant I've visited in years. On 3 subsequent visits (slow learner...) we received apathy, disrespect, incorrect orders and a complete lack of professionalism in trying to provide the bare minimum of service. I'm not one to harp on occasionally being out of something, but this location is CONSTANTLY without staple items - I have yet to get to the vehicle with an order not missing key items, the wait can be interminable while the staff moves at the speed of freeze dried molasses. One young man actually made an effort at being friendly and personable, and when asked a special request (to cut the burrito in half before wrapping it?) was happy to do so until the pack of rabid hyenas manning the prep table and counter spoke up rather rudely to tell us "we don't do that here". No problem, but a "Sorry Sir, we can't." would have gone a long way. That's a single issue that springs to mind, but it is indicative of every visit. Shame, most locations are pretty decent, but this one is off the list.

I have not had good experience with this Chipotle. The cashier today was not friendly. I watched the cook drench the chicken on the grill with salt. He must have used half a large industrial sized salt container. I'm not exaggerating. And yup, sure enough, my chicken bowl was terrible. Tasted like I was eating a pile of salt.

If I could give no stars I would. Today at 1:52pm I ordered 2 bowls for my mother and I. They were picked up around 2pm and I was told they would arrive by 2:22pm. I didn't not receive my food until 3pm this afternoon. My food was ice cold and a few things were open. I contacted Chipotle of course. Instead of issuing a refund or comping me 2 bowls, I was given a small bag of chips and a 22oz fountain drink to use within the next 30 days. Neither of those things totalling $35.05. This company is ridiculous and should treat their customers better than this.

My son used to eat here regularly. Recently, he had dinner there and ended up going to the ER for a food poisoning incident. Said the chicken seemed off. I've been getting the run around from the company.....their standard reply....."Thank you for reaching out to us. A member of our Customer Incident team will be reaching out to you soon. We appreciate your patience." Yet....no one ever does. This is unacceptable.

One bad apple spoils the whole bunch. That is exactly what happened tonight. The young lady was rather irritated when we asked if she could change her gloves due to medical reasons my wife cannot have wheat. The rest of the order the girl was very rude and when a co worker asked what was going on she got irritated and threw the food away and said she don’t know she was confused. Well if she took the time to listen we wouldn’t have had a problem then again the young lady was rude even before we got up there. So much that my wife left and I had to complete the order. So sad that this experience has made my wife not want chipotle again since she is limited on what she can enjoy from fast food.

Absolutely worst chiptole ever. Walked in around 8PM, waited in line for about 10 minutes. Then the lady told me "we have no rice" and I look down and I see absolute zero rice in both containers. I'm guessing they're done making rice for the day since they didn't offer like a window of time when more will be ready. I really don't understand how a resturant can't have one of the most vital parts of the meal completely out hours before closing. This location is going downhill extremely fast. It needs complete new management. Now.

Ordered online via the app. Arrived at the time the food was said to be ready. Greeted by locked doors during what was clear open hours, had to wait for an employee to leave to let us in. The 2 employees there had not started our order yet despite them seemingly not having anything to do. Waited for our food, get home and it is cold, rice isn’t cooked, majority of the toppings left off. My bowl (which should have had veggies, salsa, guac, etc) just had half cooked rice, cold meat, and beans. Used to have good experiences here but the last several times have been mediocre at best, and this one sealed the deal.

Guess I've given this location too many chances. 3 times this year they have screwed an online order up putting double rice / no beans rather than the double beans / no rice that was ordered. They need to retrain the whole place.

Arrived at 10:45 when it was supposed to open. Sat at the door watching the employees watch us outside until 11am. In the cold. There’s no reason you should ever be that far behind. As a former chipotle employee. It’s unacceptable and the employees working November 9th, 2024 need to be reprimanded. Including the manager in the polo that kept looking at us.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been in, and it is a health and safety concern. The food was not hot, and they tried to serve me guacamole that was almost completely brown. I ended up throwing my food away and not eating it.

Everytime I come here it’s like they ration all their portions. I love chipotle but it seems to be a consistent issue where their portions are ridiculous. I barely got any beans! And for my protein I always get a small amount everytime I come. And I never ask for more because then they will charge me double. It’s just so ridiculous.

App stopped working all the sudden, kept erroring out. “Pepper” is useless and can’t help and just kept closing the chat. Got in line and there’s one person working register, two people doing prep, 2 people doing Togo, and one guy actually helping the 15 people in line and he’s taking 10 minutes each time to make a burrito. Ended up deleting the app, logging in through my phone browser, reordering, all before the line moved at all. Got my food and left before the person in front of me in line even got their order in. What a joke the in store experience is. Fix your app! Very very frustrating experience.

I have talked myself out of leaving this review on multiple occasions, as every business has its good & bad days. However, nearly every time I return with hopes of good service, I am sadly disappointed. They are nearly always out of items and the staff does not work as a team. During the busiest times, they will leave one person working the line, while there a 2 standing at the togo station. I really hope chipotle gets it together, as the food is typically good, but the service and atmosphere are subpar.

Worst experience ever my pick up order was wrong they gave me someone else’s order. I called several times spent 30minutes yelling at their automated machine and several calls to the restaurant with no answer worst experience ever I simply wanted to speak with a live person about THEIR mistake and could not do so

I've had very disappointing visits at this Chipotle. About a month ago I put in a pickup order and when I went to pick it up, it took 45 minutes for it to be ready. They had also ran out of many ingredients. Today I had another bad experience. I noticed that the lady who was serving me was giving me much smaller portions than I have seen at any Chipotle. I constlny had to ask for more ingredients, and at the end she basically told me she would have to charge me more for any more. Apparently the workers have been giving too much. She was very rude and I did not appreciate it. I will not be returning back to the Chipotle which makes you very sad as I had gone quite frequently but these last two times have been terrible.

Cold food, terrible service. Was rushed through my order even though I was the only one in the line. All the food was out and not kept at proper temp they don’t close for 45min but seems like all they care about is going home.

Horrible experience and didn’t even get to eat. Went two days in a row and NO plain white rice. Went on a Monday afternoon, asked for plain white rice, she asked cook for time on rice, cook ignored her, she looked at me & ignored me and went to greet the next customer, 30 seconds later, looks at me and without ever getting an answer from the cook told me 20 mins. I told her I’d be back in 20 mins. Went back 20 mins later and again asked for plain white rice. She hollered at cook and cook said he never started cooking anymore in the last hour. She turned around and said 20 mins again. Next day, tried again and what do you know? NO PLAIN RICE… they don’t care and make no effort to please anyone. Tow customers in front of me on day 2 were treated the same way. Ignored… never go to this store. Go somewhere else.

First thing, super dirty everything. The trash bins are full inside and outside of the restaurant. The condiments area is a mess and behind the glass is an even more chaotic disaster. There is always a note on the door that they are out of multiple important items, today it said, "out of chips, lettuce and guacamole." Reality was they were out of those things plus about 95% of the other things ie. black beens, salsa, veggies, meats and just about everything else. And did they remove the dirty silverware for these items. Nah. They haad the audacity to ask, what would you like on you bowl, which the only options were beans and that corn mixture. Everything else was imaginary. You go to pay for you bowl of 90 percent rice and it's full price. No discount or anything. Then the staff is in some kind of snarky mood and just frowns the whole time with zero cordial or anything. Then you look at your plate and you have a toddler portion of the remnants of meat and a bucket of rice. Yeah. Fresh is not the word I'd use for this location. Pics will show you the state of this place and the disappointment of the meal.

I picked up my food at the restaurant and while eating there was a bone in my burrito. I tried to call the restaurant to warn them that they might wanna be a little more careful deboning the chicken as this could have been bad, but it's all automated and will NOT send you to a person no matter what you say.

I did a mobile order because I knew it would be packed and this is my “side” cheese, the young lady doing my order was rude and rushed my bowl, I understand it’s an rush hour but I there’s no reason to be rude. The work space was disgusting. Different toppings ALL over the place. Yall need to do better :(

Don’t waste your money here! I ordered food for mobile pickup, but it was cold, and I had to microwave it home. I got a steak burrito bowl with extra steak, costing about $20, but they barely gave me any steak. The little steak in the bowl was inedible, primarily complex pieces. Additionally, there was no lettuce or fajita veggies as I had requested. This was likely because they were out of products, as seems to be the norm. The in-store experience was also unimpressive. The store was dirty, with no clean tables and no napkins available. I tried to get Diet Coke from the soda machine, but it was out. When I asked if they could change the bag, the lady at the counter said she needed to go to the back. I waited, but she just continued to cash out other customers. Eventually, I went back to the counter, and she finally went to the back. She eventually returned a while later, but the Diet Coke still hadn’t been changed. This company really needs to rethink its management!

Had to ask the first food prepare to change her gloves she kept pushing her glasses up on her face with her gloves then touch people food! A 2nd lady with glasses that was brought a pan of food out did the same thing! Nasty and unsantizing I had to ask her to change her gloves after constantly pushing up on her face! Went to the one in Longview my first visit and last to any Chipotle. Wanted to try the brisket and it was horrible and did not know they charge 7.70 EXTRA for a tiny scoop it's not posted on the menu and was not told about it. We went about 11am and the food looked like it was sitting for a while. Spent 52.00 for a bowl and a burrito not even drinks and threw almost all of it away. The employees were not completely rude but like they didn't even care to be there. If I know we were going to spend that much money we would have went to get steak someplace else. We were not even asked here or Togo they just put it in a bag ( we were dinning in ) worst food and service I've had in a long time

Very disappointed. I remember when the burritos use to be packed. I spent way too much money for what little meat I got. It was pathetic watching the lady disrespect all the customers by putting such little meat on everything. I will never go back.

Probably one of the worst chipotle, they were out of both rice even though he had them behind them, once they got rice it was uncooked. A huge line and only 1 person working up front. But yes they were out of booth rice, what are you supposed to eat there.

went in after my shift at canes sunday the 28th at about 10:05 and immediately got told everything by they DIDNT have by a white girl around 5’1 and small red lipstick, didn’t get a hello , welcome in , or even start my order she just COMPLETELY shut me down . as a service specialist from canes we get twice as busy and i NEVER show an attitude like that .

We to eat and got double charged with out noticing and when I did I went to the manager to see if she could fix it we were told to hold on but never gave a second glance. Went up there a 2nd time to see if she could fix it and completely ignored me ended up just walking out. The chips were also really stale. Along with the way she was talking to her employees didn’t seem very nice.

Me and my girlfriend each got two burritos mine with chicken and hers with steak. I had to call 911 this morning she got food poisoning; she was in so much pain they had to put her on morphine. She is now on an all clear liquid diet in recovery. Will not be back.

My bowl was overpriced and the guy that made it was not trained well. My order barely had anything in it and the red head girl with the glasses got an attitude because I said that I didn’t want to pay for the bowl because it wasn’t my money’s worth!!!! I was not impressed at all by this location. Out of any Chipotle restaurant I have been to this one eas definitely the worst. I understand that you may have busy spells, but when my family and I walked there was not a clean place to sit at. Employees were all huddled around the front while the manager was conducting an interview in the center with a dirty sitting area. It was completely disgusting. The food looked old and dehydrated; the line was a mess, and no one cleaning. My mother was so disappointed. It would have done no good telling the manager she had a dirty store when she was sitting in the middle of it and still made no efforts to have it corrected by the many of Employees she had on staff. I highly recommend finding a different location to eat or getting new management that cares about the business. Needless to we did not stay nor did anyone care that we started to walk out.

This Chipotle I feel has a huge ethical issue. The manager stands at the register while her team member builds the bowls all the way down the line. It’s so crazy that the execution of the shift is always this way! I know that this line should have some more support other than one person performing on the whole line it’s rubbish. Handling one guest at a time HAS to be so unfair and inconsiderate.

Every time we order pick up, we have to go back in at least once, usually more, to get stuff they forgot to put in our bag. Why offer someone a $3.85 drink if you aren’t going to give it to them? We always tip well and then get our order and wish we could just go back there and make it ourselves. At least then we would at least get what we paid for.

This was not a great visit. The young man helping us was rude and unprofessional to his co worker and to us. He kept sweeping rice back from the counters into the rice that they served. It was clear he was not in the mood to be making our order. I almost cancelled it and walked out but felt that would be rude to do for such a large order. Another employee had her long hair loose and hanging in her face and was reaching over our order that was being prepared. The place was a mess. Half the tables and chairs had liquid sprayed on them so no one could sit and eat and my daughter sat in the wet chair. The cleaning supplies were left hanging on a chair. Half the drinks weren’t working and the trays to refill napkins and utensils was pulled all the way out with no employee there doing anything with it. I looked at the hours of operation and they close at 11pm. I was there at 8pm. We spent $60 on this visit. I think maybe the employees need training and instruction.

Gave very little food and changed full price. Really stupid if you ask me, paid for the two but basically got just one. paid $10 just for this little thing when I could have went to the store! Hardly anyone was in the store and they were about to close! Like does this make sense?
