Good and quick service just watch them load your bag if a hadn't one item still at window would have got home missing someone diner. But over all nice and friendly service.

Bomb legit food. Always hook me up. The girls just too cute at the counter for me to ask her for a number. Dang it !

Our (3) visit was 20 March 2023 for lunch. Two of us had mini bowls and other had regular bowl. We dined in. My mini bowl was Beef Bowl, Brown Rice, Veggies, Onions, Regular Drinks. The bowl was the right amount (not a big eater) and was great. My other two co-workers enjoyed their bowls but the regular bowl person, said he should have got the mini bowl like two of us did, he was really full. Staff are professional. Next time we are back in town on business, we said we would stop back.

A bit out of the way in a small strip mall area, but a very well run restaurant. They appropriately enforce the current coronavirus precautions. Their cashier only manages the front table, and their cook manages everything else. Very friendly service. I've been to a number of restaurants where the cashier ends up touching the food, too, without hand washing before.

I give it a 5/5 because they have great food and I came out of it with a fun story. To give a little context the employee was (wo)manning the front and she had a line of customers as well as a nice elderly lady sitting down. This elderly lady was definitely hard of hearing because as the employee was taking an order for a customer, the elderly lady yells out "this table is dirty!" Now it was to the employees surprise that the lady yelled this out and she looks over at me and I am looking at her, and we make eye contact and try not to laugh. I look over at the elderly lady's table and there is one small crumb of delicious forgotten beef. What made this even better was the elderly lady choose to sit at that table out of all ten or fifteen tables available to sit at. I was the only other person sitting down. And that is why this flame broiler gets a 5/5. Also the meal was like 9 bucks for a bowl. So just an FYI it's kinda pricey for some beef, rice, and veggies.

Great place to eat healthier food. Not the best location and dining area should be updated. Overall, great food and service, and don't forget your coupons.

Service was really good, but the chicken bowl was a little bit dry. The beef bowls looked better, so I may try one of those next time.

If you like rice bowls with chicken, beef, veggies or any combination thereof, you will like Flame Broiler.

Enjoy the beef bowl but the chicken bowl was kind of burnt. Nice service.

Healthy fast food is the best way to describe flame broiler in my opinion. They specialize it rice bowls with meat specifically either chicken or beef but they also have a vegetarian tofu plate. Food is tasty, healthy, and not expensive.

Have been to multiple Flamebroilers and this one is pretty consistent. When I can it was pretty quiet and empty, but my food was still cooked fresh and prepared pretty quickly. Consistent proportions and quality from all my experience so it's nice to know what you're getting.

Its just ok. I had a coupon for buy one bowl get one free. Veggies could use some salt.

This is my first visit to any Flame Broiler.its OKAy...They have that typical formula but Its a little pricey..almost $12 bucs for this... It was popular so maybe i did not order correctly...

Didn't seem like the employees had any customer service skills. Not friendly or engaging. Gave me the feeling that customers were a imposition to them. No friendly vibe at this place for sure. Don't think I will return. Very sparse veggies/meat. Only a few pieces of either. Was very disappointed.

The meat by themselves, the beef being more traditional teriyaki, and the chicken being more Korean infused flavors, really actually didn’t have very much flavor at all. The only flavor was in pouring the very generic teriyaki sauce over the top. I will say the meats were fairly tender but not fresh and hot. The “Salad” that accompanies the plate has nothing more than shredded raw cabbage and they give you a little cup of dressing to throw over it. And half an orange in the other side. It wasn’t horrible it was just completely boring and not worth the time money or calories. It served a purpose but that was it. First and last time there.

This location is closer to me, but I go out of my way to visit the Cerritos branch to avoid the poor customer service here. The food is great, but the woman who takes the orders is unfriendly, dismissive, and often looks annoyed to be helping customers. I’ll continue driving the extra mile and a half for a better customer experience elsewhere.

Just meh. The food is on par with most flame broilers so nothing new or exciting there. However the customer service is hit or miss. Ive had decent at best service. Ive also had some bad service. They can be quite rude here. If it werent for its location, right around the corner from where I work, I'd take my buisness elsewhere.

Got white rice, it's great. But more than half of the chicken was over cooked and the burnt taste can't be covered by teriyaki sauce. Hopefully it was just a one-time mistake.

First time at the chain. Had the angus beef bowl. Genuinely mediocre food especially for the price. 12 bucks (added avocado) for very bland food. The 5 star and 4 star reviews have no idea what they are talking about.

It's a good food, but the woman who help me has no costumer service! At all! she is super rude.

Bad service, lady looked like she just got out of bed. Smelled like a sewer. Love Flame Broiler, but NOT THIS ONE!!!!!!!!

Three days ago, we ordered the chicken plate with Brown rice and another plate with Tofu and Brown rice from this restaurant. The chicken pieces were totally dry and tasted so old and frozen as if they were left in a freezer for months! The Brown rice was uncooked and hard. We remorsefully threw out the food after trying 2-3 pieces of chicken and some rice. Restaurants that serve such food insult their customers’ intelligence! People pay Money and expect to get Decent food. If they don’t get it at your place, they’ll turn to so many other options out there.

Flame Broiler always has good food. Today was horrible the lady at the counter had blue tooth on and talking on the phone here and there the entire time I was there while she waited on me. Even with customers before and after me.

EDIT: after contacting the store using the contact form on the website, I received a call, apology, and refund. I visited on 12/26 and purchased a bowl with half and half spicy Korean chicken and the steak with a second order of three of the char wings. I wanted the protein with a base of veggies, which seemed to be an option. I asked for veggies several times and the cashier repeated "rice?" a few times as well and in the confusion I received a bowl with rice and vegetables as a base. That was the first disappointment. The food was literally okay. It would not being me back. The chicken in bowl tasted old. I did not finish it and ate around it. The chicken of the wings tasted old and spoiled. That was not finished either after a few bites I would never come back here. They already seem empty all the time, so perhaps they don't have a high turnover rate of food and a lot of the things they serve sit for days on in because that what it tastes like: a safety hazard.

I came into purchase a magic sauce and a middle aged woman attended me, clearly irritated since the moment we walked in. I asked her for a bottle and politely asked, how much it was going to be. She makes a smug face visibility disgusted to attend us as she dramatically pointed towards her screen as If I was supposed to know the price. She had that same attitude with several other customers as-well. This is completely unacceptable as it diminishes the brand appeal which is widely known as an excellent franchise. I eat at your locations quite regularly and Iv never had a negative experience. This was extremely disappointing to see. Especially in these modern days where money is tight, if I decide to go out and purchase with you over your many competitors, the least I can expect is an employee with basic courtesy and respect. I hope this issue gets resolved, thank you your time.

Today, I ordered a chicken and vegetable bowl with no rice and she tells me that the vegetables will take 10 minutes to prepare, so I told her I would wait. She then makes a weird face and tells me it would take 20 minutes. I told her "first you tell me 10 min and all of sudden it's now going take 20 minutes"? And she responded "yes"...I just walked out. Then there is this older lady that does not even smile and is rude. I feel like they do not even want to work there or they are just like that with me .
