It's a amazing place. I've ordered from here before and it's always a 10/10 experience. You get what you order. The taste is on excellent. I got two bobas and it was surprisingly cheap as always it was $13.
Tried a few drinks at It’s Boba Time and had a great experience. The Dragon Fruit Iced Boba Tea, Piña Colada Boba Smoothie, and Mango Smoothie with Mango Popping Boba were all very good and well balanced in flavor. Even though the place was busy, the staff was attentive and efficient with order pickup and delivery. The ambiance was good and refreshing, just like their boba teas. A nice spot to stop by when you’re craving boba.
Great boba place with amazing boba and cheesecake. Got a matcha boba which tastes actually matcha and not just sweet, and the boba has great texture and a nice bite to it. The cheesecake was delicious too. The place is great and clean, with enough seating area, and with helpful staff. Order is done via a kiosk and picked up at the counter which the staff really makes sure we heard our order. The parking is paid valet only though, but street parking is available.
The mix mastery of the franchise alone is worth the visit. Big ups to Roberto who holds the joint down like a true boss! What I admire about this particular location is how consistent it is with cleanliness, customer service, turn around of orders and hospitality. Roberto treats the job like it's his own franchise and you can feel the heart, soul and passion he puts into holding the fort down! I've been a fan of Boba Time for about 2 years now but this particular location is a cut above the rest. Come see for yourself! I recommend the Kale Green smoothie for that veggie fix. The Brown Sugar Milk if you've got a sweet tooth. The Einspanner (German for "One Horse" a la espresso over black coffee w/ a dense cream top) for that coffee fix. WHAT TIME IS IT!? It's Boba Time! I just tried my very first Dubai chocolate...boba drink! Real pistachio bits, crunchy katafi flakes, and a hard-top chocolate shell. This slapped SO hard. This drink is only available at this location on Vermont in LA. It's Boba Time is like the OG of all boba chains so I had to get some of my old favorites for the nostalgia. I remember when the hardest decision I had to make all day was if I should get the coconut strawberry or strawberry yogurt smoothie XD And the peach mango smoothie. Oh my gosh, I used to get this all the time. And with the macarons, pastries, and aesthetic?? It's Boba Time, I didn't know your GAME. Thanks for reading! ^-^
The milk tea tastes great. I added both boba and crystal boba, and they were cooked perfectly. I don’t like it when boba is overcooked and too mushy, but here the texture was just right. The interior is clean, the staff are friendly, and my drink was ready very quickly after ordering.
This location is the best. They have plenty of items to choose from, including food. The kiosk to order always works, and from what I noticed, they are always working. There are two self order kiosks. There is also the cashier who can help as well. Ordering on the kiosk is easy. You can customize your drinks however you like and can see how much it cost. That is definitely a plus if you want to watch what milk, sugar level, and ice level you get. The employees there are always nice. As for how long it took, it took probably five to ten minutes. Note that this is one of the busiest locations, so wait time will vary. There is parking but it is shared with the other restaurants there. Yes, they do have restrooms, but for customers only, I think. The location was clean when I went and it wasn't crowded. There is plenty of space. I would recommend coming here if you are in the area.
Oh wow, It’s Boba Time really hits the spot with their tasty, authentic boba and huge flavor variety! The drinks are always fresh and satisfying, perfect for a sweet treat (not for dieting tho 🤭). I have never heard of It's Boba Time before but received a gift card as a gift. I decided to go online to see what they had to choose from on the menu. I had no idea so many different drinks existed! Looking through the photos of the wonderful items they had I was excited to see all the choices, not only Boba drinks but smoothies, milkshakes, slushy beverages and things to eat. The Vermont location was closest to me so I set out on my drink adventure! When I entered there were two monitors on the wall where you can order. If you don't want to use the monitors to order, don't worry you can order in person as well. I pulled up the menu and chose the drink, Thai Tea Smoothie with whipped cream and coconut pudding, and paid for my drink with my gift card right at the screen and typed in my name for my order. The location inside was quite big, clean, and open. It felt very fresh, crisp and inviting. I waited maybe 5 to 6 minutes and the young lady behind the counter called my name to pick up my drink. I got my drink to go so the drink had a plastic top with ears that looked like a bear. It was very cute and kept my drink secured until I got home. The drink was beautiful!!! A deep, dark reddish color with the white whipped cream on top and white coconut pudding on the bottom. And yes, the drink was absolutely delicious! It was a strange, rainy day here in downtown LA so this was a wonderful treat for such a dreary day. Later that day I thanked my friend for the gift card and told her it really made my day. I definitely recommend checking It's Boba Time on Vermont out. Great place!!!

Wonderful options, and they were wonderful. The strawberry macha boba was a must try as it is both sweet and you get a tea flavor. Ordering can be done through a kiosk or at the counter. We ordered around 5 drinks and they were all done in a few minutes. 10/10. Also recommend the strawberry lemon ade with strawberry popping pearls, best on yet
I just had the taro milk tea, I believe that’s what it’s called and it’s so good. I like that they are not too heavy on the boba and not too light on it. It’s the perfect amount of boba in the drink. The service was so quick too
I used the app to order my drink and it was a breeze. It was super easy to use and a nice UI. After my order, it only took 10 minute, and it was ready. It may have been quicker but that’s when I arrived. We ordered 4 milk teas and they were all amazing. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea and it hit the spot. I like that they have an extra large size. They also have a lot of options besides milk tea. The lattes and cakes look good. The inside of the shop is clean and well organized. Overall, I would highly recommend.
First time here, service was fast. Hours are amazing for late night boba time. I got the Taro smoothie boba & my gf got the Jasmine milk tea boba. I was SUPER happy with my choice, my girl on the other liked mine more, per usual. We’ll definitely come back & try the other flavors. Totally Recommend
It’s Boba Time!!! This is the place to go to for boba. There are a lot of different options available here (which can be a bit intimidating for a first time patron), but the friendly staff is always more than willing to help out with suggestions and recommendations. I personally love the Coffee boba they have – it’s so tasty and provides me with just the kick of caffeine I need to get me through my afternoon.

it's whatever here. the parking is confusing unless you just want to pickup your tea here you can only park for like 20 minutes (there's a valet guy outside). 100% sweet but the tea here is bland. was just OK don't see the hype
It's crazy how bad the customer service is at this place and it seems people are starting to notice. I come here almost every night as it's the one open late in my area. I put my order in online to avoid the lines that they used to have before. They have a pick up area away from the register for mobile orders and a "ring" button along with a sign that says ring for service. I have pushed the button multiple times and not once have I ever heard a sound come from anywhere i can only assume the employees at night disable this for some reason. The customer must be a bother to them. At times i have been ringing the bell while an employee is looking right at me with no one else in line and all they are doing is talking among themselves and again it seems the customer is bothering their very important conversation. Not once have i received fast or welcoming service when picking up my online order. I do like their drinks and put up with the bad service but pretty soon i think I'll be looking for a different boba place or start grabbing my drink earlier at a different location. People say be nice to the places that are open and working but the workers need to return the gesture as well. All customers seem to always be nice and tip here as do i but I'm not feeling it from the night crew. Get your boba here just be prepared to wait no matter how busy or not busy they are.
