If you’ve never had BWW chicken tenders, you’re missing out! Some of the best tenders in the game. Ordered pickup online and was super happy to see all staff members practicing social distancing and wearing masks. Can’t wait to return to the dining room to watch some live sports at some point in the near future!

The servers are amazing. Very attentive and efficient. They have a lot of tvs and the beer prices are good. But some of the tvs should be fixed, the coloring is off. Please fix that for viewing pleasure!

My experience at the Koreatown Buffalo Wild Wings was exceptional from start to finish. I was greeted promptly upon sitting at the bar by Brittany, who took my order and provided friendly, attentive service throughout the first part of my visit. I also had a great interaction with the manager on duty, Aaron. He made me feel genuinely welcome, and it was inspiring to see a minority leader thriving in his role—his presence truly added to the sense of community and pride. Later in my visit, Bri took over while Brittany was on break. She was equally delightful—warm, engaging, and attentive, making sure everything I needed was taken care of. This team made me feel like more than just a guest; they made me feel like part of the family. I’ll definitely be returning often. Great job to the entire staff!

New Years Day, 2025! I decided that Chicjen Wings would be my first meal of the year. Ordered the lunch special consisting of 10 Traditional Wings, Wild, Fries. Celery, Baby Carrots and a Dr Pepper, with a tall beer. (Okay, 2 tall beers.) Wings had normal amount of sauce and were crispy (that is how they come at this location.) Everything was ready quickly and the food hit and tasty, while the drinks were cold. A good way to start the New Year.

Our waitress, Achsah, was nice, professional, and positive attitude. Checked in on us frequently to make sure we got everything we needed. We came in right when it opened, so very fast service and clean environment. I only gave it 4 stars for food because we have a high tolerance for spice, and "Original Buffalo" was not spicy at all, but I'm sure to others, it's super spicy. Parking is a pain because it IS in LA. We parked around the corner of the building so almost behind Bdubs.

Place was clean and honored my reservation in the snack middle of a very popular UFC match. The service was good albeit a tad slow but it was a full house do I didn't mind it at all. Food was cooked good and drinks were quite strong. Good experience overall

They validate parking for up to three hours. You need your license plate number and payment information available. This location is very busy and understaffed. The service wasn’t bad even though they were busy. I would come here again to eat. It was pretty warm in there, im not sure if the ac was off or not working.

Even as a Vegetarian this fast food venue has quite a few options - not healthy options BUT moreish sweet and oilly comfort 😌 ... this food coupled with a craft wheat beer 🍻 was the perfect antidote to a scorching Los Angeles Summer afternoon ... Also worth mentioning the service I experienced at Wild Wings Koreatown was the best on my weeklong stay in LA 👌 (shout out to Ryan & Diane)

Was automatically charged gratuity for a table of 2, service was mid, had to keep asking for anything we needed, never asked if we needed silverware had to wait 10 min for forks for our food. food was good but when I called to ask about it they said host was supposed to let me now about the gratuity for “game night” since we went on a Thursday. Mediocre service at best. Was left waiting for 2 hours straight after ordering. When the order came, it wasn't together and it wasn't to what we specified. Was there for a good time, not a long time. Place was understaffed unfortunately. I can only imagine how tired those waiters are. Lastly, the burgers aren't worth the price. The portion I received was equivalent to a kiddy slider meal.

Every time I come the chicken wing’s quality is mediocre, the small wing stop by Santa Monica on Hollywood is better. It’s a good place to get drinks, appetizers and watch a game at least. The music is up to the crowd willing to wait 15min or longer for their song to come up on the machine so get ready to hear basic played out dance club music.

The wait time to be seated was quick and efficient. The waitress was friendly upon taking our order buy after that we didn't see her again. My concern was that after our order had been brought to our table by a different waitress than the first, we didn't have a single waiter/ waitress check in on us. We attempted to call a waiter/waitress but to no avail since they all ignored us or kept saying the refills or sides were " in their way." It took forever to get a hold of someone and when we did, the employee seemed to be in a bad mood.

My friend and I were there , my first time but I didn't like it, we had all you can eat for 20 dls a person , nothing great and my friend had upset stomach for next day, and also the server didn't give my debit card and I didn't notice it until I was ready to pay a purchase, I called and the didn't know how to handle the situation. Not coming back.

The atmosphere here is sooo raucous. Yes its a sport bar type restaurant, but can the music be any louder? Whole reason i went there was for some decent wings, but the overly trendy and hectic atmosphere takes away from being able to enjoy your food in my opinion. Wings had a salty and too much garlic and we ordered honey bbq and Sweet bbq ranch. They should not have had a salty and garlicky flavor. Plus way too crispy. A $55 bill that should have been around $25.

Alright. The food was pretty good and my drink wasn't bad but the music ruined my experience here. The music was loud and went from like 2 Chains to Mariachi music and was just weird and annoying. There's a jukebox so anyone can pick music so get ready for a change in songs. I think Ambience is important. But that's just my opinion.

I placed an online order for pickup 1/20. I arrived on time and because I've come here before and my order has not been ready at the scheduled time, I called. I wanted to be sure it was ready before I left my car illegally parked. I called and Dre answered the phone. He was extremely rude to me and kept cutting me off when all I wanted to know was if my order is ready. It was unnecessary and I didn't appreciate it.

I called before arriving to make sure at what time they close, they confirmed the time and we arrived at least 15 minutes before last call. An experience so uncomfortable I had to leave a review. • The music here is LOUD, and goes back and forth between mariachi music and hip hop/rock… so disorienting • Our server IGNORED us, and we had to call him to our table to: order food AND ask for the check. We waited 15 minutes each time while he kept walking past our table ignoring us. • My partner has a peanut allergy, and so we asked him what oil the kitchen used. He didn’t know(which is fair), but he then made it seem like a chore to go and find out. Instead of the loaded dog, he gave us the Honey BBQ dog…. I hate to say it, but if you can’t get our order right, can’t be bothered to take our order or payment, or be bothered to check for a life-threatening allergy, you should not be working in the service industry.

Worst BWW in LA 🤮 after a month of attempting to resolve my issue with BWW management and having zero progress aside from the lying, harassing manager Gina calling me to share “her side of the story,” I’ve decided to share how awful my experience was here. Ordering takeout: no seats for takeout guests who are waiting on food, asked to move while waiting but given nowhere to go, music so loud the person taking the order couldn’t hear us well & made mistakes on the order Wait time: waited 25 minutes, 10 of which my food was done & waiting - when I asked Gina why my food was left sitting there so long, she said “how would I know you’re here for takeout” Ma’am, you’re the store manager - it’s not my responsibility to help you do your job, but it sure does seem you should know this sort of thing - or, crazy idea: ASK THE CUSTOMER IF THEY NEED ANYTHING WHILE THEY WAIT - then that’s how you would have know, Gina. Why else would I be drinking a beer near the door of your store not seated at a table?? And then you could have also brought me a much needed water. Wrong order: came home after a long day of work to discover 10 wings had the wrong sauce. Immediately called, staff said I have to bring the whole order back. Gross. Unsanitary. And no. YOU made a mistake and YOU should bring my freshly prepared correct order to my home. What a rude request and an unfair position to put a customer in. French fries were cold from sitting so long. Rude manager: as mentioned, Gina was very rude - acting like an angry teenager during our entire interaction. When my friend came back to the store to pick up the food I was told was being prepared, Gina brought another employee with her to gang up on my friend, telling him I got exactly what I ordered - false, which you can very clearly see on the receipt. But she didn’t even look…she was snappy, and gave my friend 10 old, cold barely seasoned boneless wings - to replace the 5/5 I was supposed to get. I ate none of these, as I did not trust how fresh or safe they were to eat. Deceitful manager: initially I had the name wrong of the manager, so Gina called me & asked about the incident as if she wasn’t the person involved. Then proceeded to talk over me & cut me off to share her side of the story. Not once did she offer a fair replacement for my order (6 wings + fries ≠ wrong order + terrible service + rude manager) Lying manager - Gina told BWW management that she refired my order, which has prevented me from getting a refund for over a month. Poor upper management - although this issue is over a month old, Gina continues to lie to upper management at BWW, and I still haven’t had the chance to speak to them myself. The fact that NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE aside from the lying deceitful rude manager who created this issue is such appalling customer service. No one cares at this BWW, and the food tastes like it.

It took us maybe 15 minutes to get our order after finding parking and get seated but to get our food that was cold took us 1 hour we were about to leave cause my kid was hungry and then the food got there so we stayed so disappointed and I know it was not the waiters fault.

I went there today I did my order online. There was 3 employees by the pickup order talking about there paychecks. The worst Buffalo Wild Wings on the face of the planet. The staff is extraordinarily rude. They are blasting their own music treating it like their own frat house and couldn’t accommodate a single channel change - the overwhelming majority of TVs had a Texas A&M college baseball game on when there are elimination hockey playoff games and the Dodgers playing at home (we’re IN LA PEOPLE!) - We were there for 15 minutes and couldn’t change the channel because the remote was “charging”. BWW corporate should take a wrecking ball to this location and blacklist any and every employee employed at this location forever. Bathrooms were filthy too. We didn’t get our drinks that we ordered because the bartender was more concerned with her social status amongst the rest of the team working. There’s no wonder why it was barren in there. Steer very very clear of this place.

I am disappointed with the customer service that takes a long time to resolve issues. It can be frustrating and inconvenient when I have to spend a significant amount of time waiting for assistance. This can also reflect poorly on the company, as it shows a lack of efficiency and consideration for their customers.

We go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Glendale normally. The difference in service, food portion, and overall quality is night and day. I made sure to ask the manager if the food portions that I got for my kids tenders and mac and cheese was standard and he said it was. This location asks for a card to put on file before you get any service if you look like you steal. The waiter took forever to bring us the bill and when we went up to the front to pay they had to ask security to watch my wife so she doesn’t “skip on the bill” while they locate our server. Even though their is a card on file!! I think I’ll continue to go out of the way to the Glendale location. They don’t treat you like thieves there and have more respect for you as customers.

This has to be the worst BWW I have ever been to. Now I know why this place has such bad reviews. It took ten minutes just for a waitress to come and say hello. The place wasn't even that busy. The new culture has people that don't value their job I guess because this happens more frequently than not. Food came out within 10 minutes so that's good. But usually when a restaurant brings drinks they also bring napkins and utensils, especially at a finger food restaurant. Waitress never even came back to check up on us till we were done. I had to get up and go to bar myself to ask for napkins and a fork for a salad. Then about 10 minutes later I had to get up again to get a soda from the bar. Finally when I got the check I walked out to the register at the entrance, they told me I couldn't pay there, I had to pay with the waitress. So I had to go back and sit, wait for her to come back to check me out. I have never had a problem going to a register at any BWW and checking out. I don't mind having the waitress check me out but I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes just to see her face. On top of that she wasn't even that friendly at all.

Quite a horrendous experience if I may say: I and a dear friend, we decided to dine in at this location, and let me tell you about it :: thinking that the bar will be faster and cooler also, we decide to give it a shot. What a bad decision!! The lady who act as a bartender was more then impolite, we order boneless wings and burgers with fries. Never been offered the option how the meat of thee burger to be cook, or get a refill on the IPA that was truly wonderful by the way. This location is terrible, staff is terrible. We got there 12/10/22 around 5pm. Started with host and a server bad mouthing a customer for giving a 11 dollar tip and for using the phone to calculate the tip. Had us waiting for a table that was empty for 20 mnts while this host gossip about other customers. Finally got the table that was empty the whole time waiter was rude first thing she ask for was my debit card. For what? I have my family with me they act like I'm going to skip the bill or something, very rude. Then I ordered drinks took about another 20 minutes to get just to get it in a used dirty cup told the server very dry apologetic and sarcastic reaction. The other thing I notice was that that the food I ordered was brought in reverse I order burgers and wings sampler and extra cheese sticks as soon as they took my dirty cup the sticks were brought with this cold stale look. I had enough I decided to leave and a new drink was never brought to the table. When I asked the manager to please get my card back she just walked away literally just turned and walked off about 10 minutes later the server brings it to the front. See im the one that if the service is good the tip is better but these people see me with some sweats and a hoodie and assume I wont tip. the way the host was talking when I was waiting is prof of that . Forget this place, extremely loud annoying music not sanitary at all, should get a surprise inspection and a management change. sounds and feels like a trap house. Zero stars .

My roommate and I went out for some wings, drinks, and an appetizer. We were charged 18% gratuity without any notice, which seemed odd. The service was below par and barely got checked on. Server never asked if we wanted more drinks, dessert, or anything for that matter. We even had to ask for silverware. Food and atmosphere was great but definitely need to hire better servers and focus on customer service. I am a server myself and always leave a tip, but adding gratuity for two people is just ridiculous.

It doesn't look like a restaurant, it looks like a bunch of neighborhood friends decided to try it out. You can't even tell who is working there and who is a customer. I'm not asking them to be nice, but for some reason I felt like they treated me like I was begging for food without paying for it. This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings, but I don't think I'll ever go back, there are plenty of other good chicken places. I’m a very quite person, so most of the time I just let things slide and I don't really leave the reviews but this one is unacceptible.

We went to celebrate a friends birthday here and got drinks on a menu with false advertisement and information where it stated that the drinks were a certain price and when charged the price was doubled on the drinks. Mind you we showed the waiter the menus with the price right next to them and ordered. When brought up to the managers attention, the manager dismissed it as a “oh well”. HORRIBLE PLACE ! Serving time is ridiculous.

Came home from pick up. Disappointed and upset to the lack of portion and care of the food. The fries were soggy and cold. The wings I completed. I order 5 in total and only received 3.

I'm a dasher and have been waiting for 30 minutes for an order to finish. I'm extremely 😞 disappointed that this restaurant wasn't prepared for the SuperBowl Rush on delivery orders. You guys really dropped the ball.

I wished I would have read the reviews before wasting almost 30$ for some overcooked and DRY 20 pc wings. The picture does not lie. Is this a joke? 😆🤣I was not even given ranch! Please save your money and avoid this location! DO NOT recommend!

The hostess was very rude. Sk for table made me wait 20 minutes customers left when I asked again. She still said there was no tables that she pretended like she didn’t know English went to the bar. She told the bartender to be rude. The bartender was rude. Took another 15 minutes still not taking my order.

Horrible customer service. The food was ice cold, and the waitress was extremely rude. She didn't bring my drink until the very end of my meal. The sodas were flat, she forgot my sauces, and would go hide for a long amount of time. 0/5 stars.

This is absolutely THE worst location to go to. I ask for my food fresh and they give me room temperature wings and one that wasn't even edible. They play music so loud, you have to yell just for someone to hear you. Their wings are NEVER hot when it hits your table and the staff there are unpleasant, including manager. Gina has terrible Customer Service and the manager with dookie neck braids could care less about the customers experience and freshness of the food. Don't waste your time or money. Try hollywoods location, for alternative.

I wanted to understand the hype for this chain restaurant but I truly don’t get it. They hit the mark so bad. Let me start of by saying that our server was great. It wasn’t his fault it was things he couldn’t control. We didn’t get drinks for a while because they had no glasses. Which honestly is unacceptable. What type of business doesn’t have enough glasses. The food took forever as well. Their restrooms don’t have working soap dispensers. A lady told me in the restroom that it had been broken for months already. Wow months? She did notify management but nothing was done. The food was okay the wings were eh normal wings. The mixed drinks were good. Just couldn’t get to love this place and understand the hype. I honestly wouldn’t come back again. The server was nice and even apologized for how long it took for us to get our drinks and food.

My fresh veggies from this spot. And my Lemmon pepper (more like plain) wings. $61..for this.

Service was slow, we kept having to flag down the waiters to get service. The food was decent for the price. Although they charged my credit card twice and never resolved the issue with me. Called multiple times and they kept saying they would get back to me. Also couldn't dispute it with my bank because I didn't have a recipt even though there was a clear double charge on the same day. Stay away if you're splitting the bill.

Let’s start from the beginning, we showed up Saturday evening around 530-6pm, place had a few tables occupied but over all pretty empty and yet it took 15 minutes to be seated bc everyone was standing around talking. At one point I went to get the host attention and he told me hold on so he can finish his story with one of the servers!! Should have walked out then but didn’t. He finally came over to seat us at a table but I asked for a booth. He told us they couldn’t sit us at a booth bc the server was on break but did eventually accommodate us but we did have to wait 10 minutes to be seated bc the table was dirty. When we finally got seated all the tables around us were dirty and stayed that way the entire hour and a half we were there!! All employees were standing around talking. We ordered our food and it did come out pretty quick surprisingly. When we got all our food no brought us any silverware so we had to wait till our server finally came over to ask for some but by then our food was cold. To top it off the the restrooms were so gross and dirty, no toilet paper, seat covers, or hand soap! I seriously can not believe this place is still open it was very disappointing.

Food was okay. Us 5 adults went and they charged for 6. It was 19.99 per person. The we get to choose 2 flavors. Server bright 2 plates with 2 flavors. We told them it's 5 and 5. They brought 10 and 10. Then charge us extra for their mistake. Manager gave $10 off. Asked to speak with manager and they told the person who took the order they are busy and will stand by their decision. Such a horrible experience!! Not going back here.

They serve rotten chicken in my to-go order, the wings tasted like ammonia. Honestly horrible and of course the manage didn’t pick up the phone. Got pretty sick, avoid this place at all costs.

I placed an order online, and when I went to pick it up, they refused. They said they couldn't deliver the order because there was a system error and they couldn't give it to me. They promised to refund my money within 3-5 days, but I haven't received it. It's not their fault; they didn't deliver my order or refund my money!!! Terrible service. Give me my money back!!!

This was my first time experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I usually go to the one on Hollywood Blvd. but wanted to check this one out; and I am never going back again. It was the worst service I ever have received at any restaurant. My friend and I went there on Tuesday during Happy Hours (10 pm - 2 am). Before ordering, I asked the waiter about the happy hour prices, and she asked me, "What time is it? 12 or 1? If it's already 1, then it's the regular price." We were surprised that she didn't know about the happy hour pricing, but we thought she was new, so we just asked her if she could make sure by asking someone. She came back and said it was fine. We ordered wings, and asked her how much the fountain drinks were. She replied, "I think, they're like $3." So, she took our order. The food arrived pretty quick. She didn't ask us whether we wanted ranch or bleu cheese, and got us ranch only. She didn't even ask us about carrots and celery, so I requested for that and she brought us EXACTLY TWO PIECES of celery and three pieces of carrots with 10 chicken wings for two persons! It didn't end there. She didn't bring us any napkins, or extra paper "boats" (little paper plates) for bones. So we had to request her for those, and she said, "Do you want something else before I leave?" We were getting even more upset with the service. And all these time, instead of paying attention to the guests, she was chatting with a customer and her two co-workers. It was getting even worse. About 10 minutes before closing, she rushed to our table and asked, "Do you want something else or just the check?", and when we asked for the check, she just brought it to us, put it on the table, and left! Then at sharp 2 am, they just turned off the music and ALL the TV screens all on a sudden, although there still were some customers eating. And the last thing, when we checked the bill, we were astonished to see that she charged us for the two extra "paper boats" we requested for! Overall it was just a horrible experience. I'll just go my favorite Hollywood BWW.

The service was bad, took too long, server asking for tip instead of just worrying about providing good service. I'm not obligated to tip anyone anywhere, free market, host said my nephew was too loud, HE IS A KID! What do you expect? Plus, the restroom are disgusting, grease falling from the top of the building to the ground! It needs and will be reported to the city to come and inspect this place

Worst experience ever. Did a pick up order last night. Went to the pick up section. Waited and no one came by to assist me. They would just pass by. So I go to the main entrance and let the host know I was there for a pickup. She (blonde girl) tells me I need to go to the other entrance. Which I let her know I was there in the first place. She proceeds to tell me someone will be there shortly. I go back to the other entrance. And she passes by like 3 times. Attending guest and brining out their drinks. Not assuring me she had called someone to come help me. LATER a guy finally comes to attend me. This place needs better customer service. Will not be coming here again.

Ordered delivery and my wings came stone cold. The sauce on them had even become gelatinous at this point. I also ordered cheese curds and those arrived hot and tasted perfectly fine, why not the wings?

Came on Super Bowl Sunday to watch the show had the worst experience ever. First, our server had zero customer service didn’t offer us water. We had to ask her for it did not attend to us would ignore our table 2nd, they were raffling a shirt which they said they will raffle it at the end of the halftime performance. This never occurred. TOTAL SCAM!!! Even one of the waiters in foreign a customer it was a scam for the raffle. Lastly, management is nowhere and does not take accountability. One of the worst Buffalo wild wings. I have been sad due to it being one of the closest ones to me. If you’re looking for rude service in adequate performances, then go to this location. Well they’re definitely consistent. If you’re ordering take out make sure to double check your order because they’re consistently forgetting one of my items ever time I go. Even when they’re not busy 8/10 times they will forget an item.

I was really disappointed with the buffalo wings. They were extremely dry and the texture was very hard, almost like they had been overcooked or sitting out too long. Buffalo wings should be juicy and flavorful, but these were tough and not enjoyable at all. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Terrible service, it took an hour to get our food, and I had to get up and order my drinks at the bar because our server was not checking up on us. The only other time our server came to check on us was when we complained about receviving our cold food an hour late. Unless they change whoever is the manager at this location, stay far far away from here, unless you're in a party bigger than 4, seems like they pay more attention to you if your table is more likely to be giving a bigger tip.

I pretty regularly frequent this location when craving wings. But today was by far my worst experience there. I order through the app and was notified that it would be ready at 12:00pm noon. I ended up waiting in person at the pick up register until 12:40 asking multiple times about my order. The staff is helpful and kind, but they were completely overwhelmed for a normal lunch rush. They are without a doubt understaffed and it show with the speed of service and how orders are affected.

Mismanaged into the ground, Biergarten on Western is better. Chicken wings have shrunk to half their prior size while the prices nearly doubled. Not to mention, this place being run by a manager with an ego and inability to run her staff. Staff kicked a drunk guy out one night and then tried to pin a bucket on me months later just because the guy happened to be sitting beside me at the open bar section when it happened. It's just not what it used to be. Tried to chastize me and lecture me in fornt of a crowd but refused to provide me with a bill or any proof to validate what she was saying so she waived me off. Her own security agreed she was in the wrong for blindly trying to accuse me.

I’ve had repeated issues with this Buffalo Wild Wings location, and tonight was the last straw. I placed a mobile order for an 8:30 PM pickup, but when I arrived, no one was at the takeout counter. Multiple employees walked by, made eye contact, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Thankfully, one young lady eventually helped me and she was great, but everything else was disappointing. When I got home, my order was completely wrong. I had to go back out in the rain just to get it addressed. They offered to remake it, but after all the inconvenience, I didn’t have time to wait again. I actually waited to post a review because I thought maybe these were just one-off bad experiences but I was wrong. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location: long waits, lack of acknowledgment, and repeated order mistakes. The employees aren’t the problem; it’s clearly a management issue. This store is not meeting basic customer service standards and needs serious improvement.

We were sat in the bar area and the service was horrible. The bartender was always hiding in the back and our server was on her phone the whole time. We ordered drinks and they only brought us one. The server brought our food out and we had to flag her down as we were finishing eating to get our second drink. She walked to the computer and it look like she was putting it in and then went to track down the bartender to make it. By this time we were done eating. We regulalry go to the one in Burbank and get great service. So it's extremely disappointing to get horrible service from the one in walking distance from our apartment. We will not be back.

Ordered through DoorDash. Once we received our order, the hatch queso was watery. The boneless wings were rock hard and the spicy garlic wings tasted very off, felt rotten. When we called to speak with a manager and get a refund, we had to call 3 times to finally speak with a manager. Once on the phone with the manager, he said we would have to bring the food in for a refund. Do not recommend. Go to another Buffalo Wild Wings

My boyfriend and I come here a couple of times a month and usually enjoy the food and atmosphere. We know it’s a sports bar and, living in LA during the World Series, we expected longer wait times. However, during our last visit on Monday, we waited 40 minutes at our table with no acknowledgment at all — no hello, no water, no “we’ll be right with you.” Staff passed us several times without saying anything. We don’t mind waiting, especially on a busy night, but being completely ignored was disappointing and felt disrespectful. We’ve always enjoyed coming here for wings, beer, and cheese curds, and we usually leave happy even when service is slower. But after this experience, we’re unsure if we’ll return. Hopefully the service improves, because we genuinely liked this place.

I was in town visiting and was pretty disappointed in the terrible service and food. I had to keep asking the server to take our order, refill drinks, and was told my Southern Chicken Sandwich would be out shortly when it wasn’t brought out with the rest of the food from my party. It took an additional 20 minutes - and when it finally came out you could tell the chicken had been microwaved because the inside was insanely hot but as you can see from the photo - the outside of the chicken was so cold that none of the cheese was melted when placed on top of it. Between the poor service and late, cold food - it’s a 1 star review from me.

The order wasn’t ready till 20 minutes past the time and at the end I was given 15 boneless wings instead of 20 and when I called, they said they can reimburse me. I can only go back within the next three days to pick up my other five wings. They can deliver it and they can This place is absolutely trash

Normally I go to BWW in Pasadena but since I was in the area I decided to go here with my 5yr old son. I made a huge effort to try to patronize this BWW. I didn’t want to pay for parking so I parked it on the street. Then after walking for ten minutes with my son I finally was able to go inside. There was a person in front of me so the waitress told him to follow her. I was up next. I looked inside cause I could hear the NFL games, the tv announcers, and the crowd. I could see there was allot of seats available this place wasn’t crowded like the Pasadena BWW. I figured I would be told by the waitress to follow her in a minute right. Well I was wrong, she told me to please wait so they can find me a table. Here I am with my 5 year old son waiting in the front. My son was playing around and I was just patiently waiting. I waited and waited. In the meantime the games are going on. I could hear the roar of the crowd and THE HITS from the players. I was like this is ridiculous, why am I waiting at 1145am on a Sunday?!? I wanted to have a DAD moment with my son. I envisioned eating the sampler plate and drinking a couple of beers here in the meanwhile my son would be playing on his tablet and watching the games with me. I eventually got up and told the waitress/hostess Thank you but I’m going to leave. She said you don’t want to wait? OMG that’s what I have been doing waiting. There is no justification for me to be waiting. You guys totally killed it for me and my son. Imagine a customer with his 5yr old son walking and running to go to this restaurant to have a father and son moment, to bond. You guys killed it for me. We went home instead and bought pizza. I wasted my time and effort. Next time I will go to Pasadena BWW. At Pasadena you can walk in and sit down or they will sit you down quickly to watch the games. This staff has no clue about NFL SUNDAYS. Thank you for the opportunity to hear me out.

While visiting Los Angeles, I decided to order from this location around 11pm on Saturday, August 2nd. Upon placing my order, the order was bumped to the next morning at 11:00am, I immediately called the restaurant to cancel the order taking into consideration it was an hour before closing, so I assumed it was bumped because it was placed late. I spoke to a manager, whose name I did not capture, who jotted down my information and let me know the order would be cancelled. It didn’t sound promising but I took his word. He advised I called back within 5 days to follow up, which I found unacceptable, because I shouldn’t have to follow up on an order I cancelled. I let a few days go by assuming it would be taken care of, considering a manager assisted. Unfortunately it was not taken care of. I called last night to inquire about this matter, I was informed by the manager on duty - either Cannon or Kenneth (I didn’t capture his name too accurately - that ONLY the general manager is able to process refunds, and he took down my information to pass along to her because she was not in for the night. He informed me she would be in from 12-5 today. I was frustrated considering I had to call over 2 times now to acquire my refund. Regardless of my frustration, I persisted to receive my refund for food I NEVER received. I called today around 1pm to speak to the general manager, Gina. Gina was quite sassy and slightly impolite. I felt rushed as I was explaining the whole situation. I let her know what the manager on duty from last night regarding only the general manager can make refunds, and she proceeded to laugh and say “Since when?” I responded “Excuse me?” And she said “that’s a lie, any manager can make a refund”. I was dumbfounded that the previous manager lied to me. Gina let me know she would call after her lunch rush, which was understandable. I waited 3 hours and I was yet to receive a call from Gina. I called back again for the FORTH time now, and the manager on duty let me know Gina wasn’t in. I was lied to by not only the manager on duty but ALSO the general manager. I found this extremely disappointing. I explained the whole situation to the manager on duty today, AGAIN, and he let me know Gina wasn’t on her way back to process the refund. I am yet to hear back from this restaurant regarding this refund. Absolutely atrocious service, and quote disappointing.
