I've been ordering from this location for quite some time. Every other weekend when I don't feel like spending an arm and a leg, I called these people up and they deliver really good food. They have really great lunch options that won't disappoint. I'll admit that delivery can take a bit but it's only because it's one guy doing deliveries but tries his best to get them out as quickly as possible. They also have a pretty decent-sized dining area in case you just want to sit and eat.

One of my favorite spots for cheap greasy food. The breakfast burrito is outstanding - one of the best in Los Angeles - I like mine with bacon. The fried zucchini is excellent as well, along with all of the breakfast offerings. Never had the burger. Parking is good, service is friendly.

I had such a great experience at Burger Factory! From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Their customer service was honestly top notch they made sure everything was perfect and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. Now, the food? Absolutely delicious. The burgers were juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked just right. You can tell they really care about quality. I also tried their fries and milkshake, and both were amazing. Everything tasted fresh and hit the spot. The atmosphere was chill and inviting, with a fun vibe that made the whole experience even better. Whether you’re going with friends or just grabbing a bite solo, it’s a great place to hang out and enjoy a really good meal.

Very friendly staff, just went in there for hot water and they gave it to me for free. Will definitely come back for some food.

Burger Factory NOPE "LOVE FOOD FACTORY"Clean hole in a wall HOT SPOT! The servers have the best Attitudes and the Cooks are FAST! I am a burger, and sandwich guy. I was like I am HUNGRY can you make it a Double with Cheese and Mayo on the Side with fries please! She entered the price I was like that's it? I just tipped anyway Let me say this EVERYONE NEEDS TO TIP especially if someone is serving you. You could of stayed home but you came to eat and be served THAT means your being serve TIP!!!!!! I said what I said! My meal was to go the first time I ate here the server brought my bagged meal to me I look like huh? I was shocked. Most call your name or number NOPE they go The extra mile to make you smile. The meal was juicy the fries I thought were a small order it was a large serving DAMN. Their fried chicken SMH Dip Battered and Deep Fried YES DONE. Great service and damn good food. Oh yeah I was short on change, guess what I still got my fries and Mayo on the side and ate inside comfortable no judgement ZONE get you eating ON. Baby OHYEAH

We were hesitant about trying this place because of some of the bad reviews. The food was GREAT! We had the torta and the burger and they were soooo good!

Food: Love the breakfast platter and I substitute the regular toast for their French toast. *chef's kiss* My mom is hooked on their hash browns. 😏😋 The pancakes are quite fluffy and delicious, too! (One thing is that you have to ask for the condiments - I keep forgetting and am *shocked* when I don't get that scrumptious house salsa, syrup, ketchup, etc.) The fried chicken plate is another masterpiece with french fries, and a salad topped with what I think is secret sauce aka Thousand Island. 🤣 Once I find something I like, it's hard for me to try other dishes but I will. Parking: There is a lot that is shared with a few other businesses like a Little Ceasar's, Sally Beauty, America's Best and others that are further away but still in the vicinity. Side note: I didn't know the place had closed. The quality in all things had declined. This new management is top tier! Glad it opened back up.

Never has the food disappointed me always on point and great proportion. Delivery to ur place for free just for ordering it might take 45 min because it's always so busy they have great reasonable prices so everyone wants a piece of them .

Visiting here in Hollywood and Googled burger spots. This was one of the top suggestions and it doesn't disappoint. Food here was top notch and everything is cooked to order. Located in a parking lot that, like most of LA, is hard to find parking in but well worth the effort. Highly recommend the steak sandwich

They just reopened burger factory, Santa, Monica, Venice. Breakfast is great. Lunch is just as good at dinner. I usually have a bit. Bacon double keeper with fries. It's delicious.They were closed for about five months or I was lost

My friend Christopher got me hooked on this place. The burgers here are juicy and messy and incredible. Fries are crispy and thick, breakfast platter is an amazing spread, only thing I didn't like was the club sandwich...it came out a bit amateur. But it's got a following of regulars and neighbors and for around $10 per order or their $30 family pack that feeds a family of 4 you can't go wrong. They also have a traditional side of your favorite Hispanic cuisine as well. This blend of culture keeps me telling everyone who asks where's good to eat. I say all this from the bottom of my heart and stomach.

I drove here thinking I would save money on breakfast, and ended up paying damn near $20 anyway. If that's the case, I should have went to one of the more prententious cafes in the area, if I was going to be paying pretentious cafe prices 😕. HOWEVER, the cashier was really nice, and the food came out quickly and made my car smell REALLY GOOD.

Their customer service and food were excellent indoors and their delivery service used to courteous and convenient----Today that all changed when the older man delivering the food refused to bring the food to my apartment on the third floor, after opening the door for him. He stood in the doorway, claiming there was no place to park. The walk down took five minutes for me to get dressed and take the elevator down. The conversation in the doorway took another five minutes. Ten minutes was wasted that could have been used to deliver my food---The fries were soggy, and the bag was saturated with grease, and the food was cold. I spent $34.37. I will spend my money somewhere else where they deliver without hassle and the food is hot and not saturated with grease. The ord has opened my eyes.
