We came in for lunch, large group of 8, Brilliant so accommodating and Chris P was our host. Chris was magnificent, kept the drinks flowing and the food was quick and very tasty. Hit the spot!! Thank you Chris for arranging a birthday Surprise for Carol!! Awesome!! Thank you for a great Hard Rock experience 🍻
1st, your COVID vaccination proof and ID are needed to enter the restaurant. Now, to the food and service that were awesome. I wish I could remember our server's name, he was phenomenal. The portion sizes were large; definitely worth the price. It was absolutely delicious; it tasted was very good. If you are a looking for the musical memorabilia associated the Hard Rock experience, not much there to see, but that aside a great place to visit and definitely eat.
Right on Hollywood Blvd, next to all the action. Parking options are quite limited -- either side streets with meters or nearby parking structures, including Ovation (*and they offer validation here too!) I didn't eat at the restaurant, but the shop is fun to browse, with plenty of classic Hard Rock merch like T-shirts, hoodies, pins, and collectible items. They also carry some really cool LA and Hollywood-themed gear you won't find at every Hard Rock, which makes it a great stop if you're walking the Boulevard and want something a little more unique.
Our server Corbin was excellent. Food came out fast and delicious. The vegan burger surprised me as it was just as good as a normal burger. Parking is easy if you park at Ovation parking lot and dining here will give you parking validation and it only costs $3 which is a steal in LA. Right outside Hard Rock you can walk down Hollywood Walk of Fame.
I brought a team of international colleagues to this touristy restaurant because one of them wanted a souvenir. Because of the timing, we decided to dine at the restaurant as well. Service was unexpectedly slow despite the restaurant not being full. Although the server was cheerful and cordial, I had expected more attentiveness. The drinks and nachos arrived promptly and were quickly devoured. Then we had to wait for our entrees. I ordered the surf and turf with the spicy shrimp. I had asked for medium rare, but because of the uneven thickness of the steak, one part was nearly well-done and the other rare. The shrimp were tasty and sparse. The other diners ordered ribs and hamburgers which they enjoyed.
Hard Rock Cafes have gotten us used to a certain standard — and the one in Los Angeles, California (Hollywood) actually exceeds it! The service was incredibly friendly and impressively fast (so fast, in fact, it even made it into our photo 😂). The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the food was great. In our opinion, along with HRC Hollywood, FL, this location has the best service we've experienced in the whole chain 😊 Kudos and keep up the amazing work! 🏆🏅
ASK FOR BO. I never leave reviews but our waiter, Bo gave us such an amazing experience. My cousin and I were in town visiting and he was extremely polite and attentive. Good food, quick service, and Bo made the experience a 10/10. I don’t know who his manager is but he needs a raise.
My mum and I hadn’t been to the Hard Rock Cafe in 17 years as they had unfortunately all closed down in Australia and we were so pleased to see that there was one in Los Angeles that we had to definitely try out! Our server’s name was Hunter and he provided exceptional service. It was very kind. The food was delicious mum and I enjoyed sharing our meal as the portions were quite large and we loved the free photo opportunity you can get on the front stage🥰🫶🏼 Thank you very much. We will definitely be back.
Hard Rock in L.A. is great! There is a huge Rock Shop to browse and I was well looked after as a solo guest at the bar. I had the steak salad, swapping the steak for chicken, and it was an excellent choice. The meal came quickly and just as I had ordered it. I had to have my favourite Hard Rock beverage, the "Purple Haze" as well. I had a great conversation with the bartenders and really enjoyed all of the L.A. themed memorabilia on display. Another fabulous visit to the Hard Rock!
I got the buffalo chicken sandwich was very moist great flavor and just the right amount of heat. Alyssa was our waitress and she's really great at her job. She made the experience. She's friendly , attentive and didn't even need a notebook to write down what we wanted. The place is packed and she came back and remembered what my husband was drinking for his refill . I was impressed. We are visiting from NY for my 37th birthday .
Amazing!! What a vibe❤️ Food was amazing the wings are FIRE! I had a blackberry drink that had me turnt up. Don't forget a souvenir!! Also the pictures on the stage came out amazing I bought them all🫶🏿 till next time ya'll
We walked in without reservations and got seated after 10 min wait time. I really loved the ambience. Talking about the menu , apart from the regular one, they also serve some items specific to the location. Food took a good 20 min wait. Food was amazing. Great service. 2 hr Parking validation , if parked in Ovation.
The food at this establishment is absolutely incredible and the service is even better! I had the pleasure of dining alone for lunch time and was seated at the bar. I had the honor of being served by Victor who was by far the most incredible hard rock cafe employee I've ever met at any location. He took the time to get to know me while I was there and provided me with top-notch service. I want the management to recognize that having someone like Victor working for them is truly a blessing! Thank you Victor for making my stay and my lunch time special. - Matthew from Winnipeg, Canada 🇨🇦
Our sever Melissa the manager was absolutely a doll. She was so happy to check on us and make sure we were happy. We were not impressed with the food at all. We ordered the nachos and a onion ring tower. The onion rings we left after eating just one and we didn't eat all the nachos bc the chips were not fresh at all. We loved the strawberry basil lemonade and got second refills. I would for sure give it another try on another day but this food experience was just not a great one thankfully we were not super hungry
Cassandra is an amazing server. Not only does she do her job - she punctuates her effort with her charisma and spirit! She made our night! We ended up here, quite frustrated, after seeing everything else in Ovation was shut down. We’re NATIVE Angeleños, not transplants or tourists. We’re unicorns lol! - so we heard anyway. I had Tupelo “Love Me” Tenders. Ok I added the Love Me. They were chicken tenders. Ok. They were on a bed of fries. Decent. Accompanied by BBQ sauce and honey mustard. Decent. My Paloma cocktail was strong and grapefruit y . Nice! They played a cheesecake was meh, but the 2 berries and strawberry compote saved it. They played an Echo and the Bunnymen video and other cool stuff. Strange people abound and that’s great! Hollyweird lives! Beware of the strange people in line to pay your ticket lol. One of them nearly ran me over in their haste to be weird elsewhere. Park in the structure. Hard Rock validates.
Our first time in Hollywood and the Hard Rock Cafe was awesome! The food, the atmosphere, the really awesome memorabilia, and our server Chris was top notch! We had a small wait to be seated so we shopped in the gift shop, but once we sat and ordered, our food arrived quickly and deliciously! Attached some, but not all the pics I took.
Coming for the name and the atmosphere! The service was top notch and had great waitresses and the decor and memorabilia was fun to look at while we waited for our food. Food was about what you’d expect. I had the Diablo burger which was spicy (really liked it). Daughter had the chicken Caesar Salad which she says was “amazing”
Excellent Hard Rock Café located in Hollywood. Large restaurant with lots of great memorabilia and always excellent American themed food. I’ve been here a few times and will go back in the future.
Stopped by this restaurant while visiting California and had an amazing experience. There was live music both nights we dined, which made the atmosphere even better. Our server, Megan, was wonderful—so sweet, attentive, and thoughtful. She even asked about food allergies, which we really appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed my meal so much that I came back the next day to order the exact same thing. Highly recommend this restaurant, especially the Twisted Mac & Cheese and the brownie Sunday !
Delicious food and great service. The staff made sure we were taken care of at all times. The manager checked in on us at least 3 times. Music was a bit loud for a bit but besides that I had a great time!
This was my very first time in California, and visiting the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood was a must—and it did not disappoint! I couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and our waitress (I believe her name was Bethanie—if I got that wrong, my SINCEREST apologies!!!) was nothing short of amazing. Thanks to her and the wonderful staff who took such great care of us, this is truly an experience I will never forget. 🩷
Although this location is off Hollywood Blvd, it had its own vibe. From entry to exit, everything was on point. The burger was delicious 😋. Always a Hard Rock fan.
One of the happening place to have dinner with Rock Band, if you are visiting Hollywood boulevard road. Multiple options of food are available but less options for the veg. Mocktails and cocktails are really good with lot of options Go to hangout Not good for the people like me who don’t wanted to go in noisy place and No Alcohal

Always my favorite place in the world, I've been to 36 of them. Last time I was here was about 13 years ago, nicely renovated since then.

It’s our tradition to visit the Hard Rock Cafe whenever we’re in a new place, and this time we were completely satisfied. During dinner, we also played bingo and took part in a quiz. My daughters won both the bingo and the quiz, which made the evening even more special. As a bonus, we received a discount on our final dinner bill, which was a very pleasant surprise. The only downside was that we were seated right under the ventilation system and felt a bit cold. However, a warm coffee after dinner quickly warmed us up, and the friendly service made up for it. Overall, I consider the entire evening a great success.
Best service on the boulevard! We go jere every time we go to Hollywood Boulevard. The staff are so nice! The menu is gluten-friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Sage takes great care of us! There’s a gluten free menu available with a decent number of options. The only downside is there’s always a (short) wait. I think it’s a trick to get us to shop. We’re not buying anything, folks! We’re local.
Hubby and I stopped for lunch. Was a little surprised to find the place pretty much empty. Had a tasty meal, served quickly. Server very friendly. Turns out we got the pushed to do an online survey that was being ‘requested by the manager’. Server told us she selected us because we were her ‘favorite table’ (even tho she said exact same thing to the table next to us- and, we were the only 2 tables filled at that time.) Whatever- just didn’t feel too sincere. We did get a free sundae in thanks. So that was nice. Manager also came out and stopped at our table to thank us for doing the survey, too. Restaurant was your typical Hard Rock, with fun memorabilia, and a gift shop. Setup for live entertainment. After leaving we were still scratching our heads wondering why the place was like a ghost town. Perhaps the earlier LA fires have scared folks away?
Had a great time. All HRCs are an experience as they are different. Ordered a feature drink (Smoked Old Fashioned) but their smoker was broken. And they only had two bourbons to choose from...neither of which is a staple. And, there was no orange peel in my drink. That being said, I would still recommend visiting.
Came here between lunch and dinner. Atmosphere might be different at night. Place was not very busy. Had to wait 10min for seating. Hard to get to. I paid 27 bucks, so I dont have to deal with issues. Food selection was small. Burger was good. Not sure of I'd come back again. Price is reasonable.
First time visit to one of Hollywood’s acclaimed restaurants. Upon arrival, the establishment was clean, inviting, and intrigues you to walk around a bit and admire all the notable one of a kind pieces displayed on the walls. Server was attentive, food was tasty, and wait times were very minimal. However, we did encounter some miscommunication and misrepresentation of the discounted items displayed on the stage area. Upon originally asking the employee stationed there, she stated that everything was discounted but didn’t give a definitive answer on how much percentage off each item, gave a broad range, and overall portrayed to be ambiguous. Furthermore, she appeared unaware when I brought to her attention that certain items had additional markdown tags applied, while others did not. Therefore, it became a game of taking item one by one and going “How much is this one? How about this? Oh, and this one?” Several other customers also expressed confusion regarding the unclear presentation of sale items. Finally, the manager came over and provided some definitive information, stating everything was 50% - which vastly differed from the original information received by the other employee. Overall, I believe there are meaningful opportunities for improvement in this area to support a more seamless and customer-centric experience moving forward.
Music Mecca cafe - brunch for 2 Mid morning brunch, very quiet for Hollywood Blvd and this cafe although still early in the day. I have visited Hard Rock Cafe in different locations and although in the centre of Hollywood Blv - the Tourist Trap it was pretty good. Christmas special had entree and main for US$43 and when you compared this to mains the entree was essentially free. I chose the Caesar salad and Smokehouse Plate. The salad was very good, lettuce fresh and crispy, dressing nicely seasoned. The mixed smoked plate included pulled pork, fried onion fries and chicken breast and side of slaw. The pork was tender and smoked well and the chicken thin still nice not over cooked. Slaw was crisp with a nice tasting dressing. My son had the wings and the Messiah burger. Wings were meaty and had a nice tangy dressing. Burger was enormous. Double fried chicken patty with the works. This also looked good and from all accounts was very tasty. Our server was excellent and these guys work hard for their tips. Overall a pleasant experience as these places can be hit and miss at times especially in the tourist traps. Total for 2 inc drinks and tip US$120
Food was great, except my steak fajitas. The meat was hard and had an odd taste, I had to skip that. We had the nachos w guacamole as appetizer, which ended up being my dinner 😅 my friend really enjoyed the salmon and shrimp.
I recently visited Hard Rock Café, and it was an experience that beautifully blended great food, vibrant ambience, and top-notch service. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly their Legendary Burger, a dish that truly lives up to its name. From the very first bite, the flavors hit perfectly—the juicy patty cooked to perfection, topped with crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without getting soggy. It’s the kind of burger that doesn’t just satisfy your hunger but leaves a lasting impression of comfort and indulgence. To complement the meal, I ordered a mojito, which turned out to be one of the most refreshing cocktails I’ve had in a while. The balance of mint, lime, and rum was spot on, delivering a crisp and cooling taste with every sip. It paired wonderfully with the richness of the burger, cutting through the heaviness and adding a zesty freshness to the experience. Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere of Hard Rock Café is what sets it apart. The iconic rock-themed décor, with its collection of memorabilia and upbeat music, adds a lively energy to the dining experience. It feels less like a regular meal out and more like being part of a celebration of music and good times. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to check in without being intrusive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Hard Rock Café delivered exactly what I hoped for—a delicious meal, a refreshing drink, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy great food in a fun, energetic setting.
I got the BBQ Bacon Burger. A little pricey but very good. Mark, my server, was very friendly and helpful.
Our server was Patrick who was very nice, and the nachos were delicious. There was live music on Tuesday evening when we visited which made it difficult to talk to each other.

We make it a point to visit Hard Rock Cafe in every new city we visit. This was a disappointment. The cocktails were not well done - either too watery or too sweet. The food was also very bland, which was surprising. The atmosphere was a letdown, not what I am used to in a Hard Rock Cafe. And even more surprising was the limited vegetarian options.
Went in for an early dinner. There was a 30 min wait, so we chose self seating at the bar. We sat down and it was almost 10 min before anyone said hello or brought us a menu. We almost walked out. The service didn’t really get any better than that throughout our visit. Ambiance was great! There were a lot of interesting things to see. A musician came and did a sound check for a performance that ended up being after we left. She was talented and I am sure it was a great experience for those that were there. No doubt they have top notch entertainment. I ordered the southwest bowl, my fiancé ordered the baby back ribs (sorry I didn’t get a picture). The food was excellent. Well cooked, well seasoned. We were impressed. Overall, the food and entertainment were 5 stars, but I would give one star for service. There is a lot of improvement to do in that area.
My wife and I went to Hard Rock Cafe as we like to try different ones in the UK and this one is around 10 minutes from our hotel whilst being in LA. We got to the service desk and asked for a table of 2 as we didn’t have a reservation, and the server was looking as if no tables were available but there were plenty. The Food: I ordered chicken and fries, the picture made it look like chicken wings which is what I wanted but instead of chicken tenders-ish? (See photo). My wife got a vegetarian burger and fries. The food was okay, I wouldn’t really recommend either dish personally. We both also got 2 cocktails, which were delicious and tasty. THE SERVICE: A mixed bag. Our server ‘Albie’ was really good and intent to anything we needed and was very efficient. HOWEVER, I do have an issue with the photographer. A lady asked us if we wanted a picture taken, without explaining anything about costs or prices. We had a photo, we got a complimentary one but then asked if we wanted them on a keychain etc which we didn’t but I feel like this is a sleazy sales tactic. Overall, I wouldn’t be in a rush to go back. The cocktails were the best part, the food wasn’t bad but not great!
Food was a bit disappointing – pretty dry and not very tasty. Service was ok when we actually got someone, but it was hard to catch a server. We waited more than 15 minutes just to ask for the bill, and about the same again to pay. On the positive side, the live music was good and the atmosphere was fun

Not sure whether to start with the dry meat or tasteless veggie burger. I got a veggie burger, which is heavily unseasoned, tasteless, along with rock hard unseasoned onion rings. My family ordered steak and chicken fajitas, which was “a overpriced, overcooked dry piece of leather that I would slap my dog with.” Though all was not terrible, the service was probably the best part. Most likely won’t be back.
My family and I traveled from Brazil to California and on October 4, 2025, we had lunch and purchased items at the Hard Rock Café in L.A., Hollywood. It was a sad and expensive experience. Although the facilities are great, the items for sale are of good quality, and the food is good, the service left a lot to be desired. During our time there, we interacted with seven people; only two were friendly and provided good service, while the others were rude and even harsh, even though we had spent a good amount of money at the store, on the photo, and in the restaurant. We won't be returning to this establishment again, as we'll spend money at stores that offer good service to ensure consistent service.
Undercooked bacon on salad. Barely any fries with boring and nearly flavorless smash burger that was supposed to be spicy. $1 extra for sauces! Food is not worth it, but the experience is cool.

Wait time from getting drinks to getting food Is a joke. Had to wait 15 minutes after we finished our drinks it felt like this was done deliberately to increase our drinks order. Then came the food : we ordered the Nachos with steak utterly disgusting freezing cold steak looks like it he’d been refired black and tough, the full dish was disgusting, we had 1 folk full then left it. My wife ordered the fajita chicken & steak combo - I don’t know were to start with this one , again the steak was as tough as shoe leather, the chicken was absolutely tasteless under seasoned. People give this place a miss if you food, we left and when to the burger joint down the road. We travel a lot and this is the 6th Hard Rock around the world we visited - this is ranked 1 out of 10 . The closest other rating to this for Hard Rock is 8 out of 10 - I would not recommend this to my ex-wife. Another quick point staff were more interested in selling the tall beer glasses & the photo on the stage than dealing with delayed food orders.
