I love the vibes! It’s always so vibrant in this place and the staff/ workers are so sweet! Wait time is not bad at all considering the amount of clients that come in everyday!

Lovely experience at this bubble tea place last night, the staff was super helpful and so kind, they all saved my life giving me the wifi to get an uber after getting abandoned by a guy in the middle of the road. A Westwood OG. I have been going to this place since it opened a few years ago. They’ve always had amazing fruit tea and surprisingly addictive popcorn chicken.

The boba tea is very tasty and the bobas are chewy and sweet. Fried snacks also taste good!

I love the order kiosks because I can see the picture of the drinks and help me decide what drink I would like to try. I got the Taro milk tea with cheese foam and crystal boba, my personal favorite!!! Can't wait to try the matcha next. The staff was friendly and energetic.

It’s good spicy or with just salt and pepper. Seriously, if you’re here, get some fried chicken, you won’t regret it!

The boba here is amazing. Chewy and sweet. The drinks are not too sweet and have the perfect amount of tea. Hard to find good and affordable close to UCLA residential halls and apartments. This is the closest and best one in my opinion. The staff here is very enthusiastic and always play good music.

Ordered the Pudding Boba Milk on Doordash, and received it with no pudding, this drink is over $7 too. They weren’t able to do anything for me, no refund, no gift certificate, I was just referred to speak with Doordash and I couldn’t get ahold of them. Very disappointed

The photo of the braised pork rice on the menu included an egg on top of the rice. Ordered it and turned out that there's no egg. Checked with the owner and only got an answer as there's no egg for it recently, without any compensation. That's dishonest. In addition, the sitting area was always dirty every time I had been there.

If you want to pay $10 on sugar dishwater this’s your place. The owner hired ALL college students to prepare your order while chitchatting and making jokes with each other . They rush thru orders and the portion of boba etc ingredients is less than 1/4 of what you usually get from other boba place🤡 They use ARTIFICIAL syrup instead of real chocolate syrup, the taste was beyond terrible 🤮. Go luck not getting food poisoning

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you enjoy waiting an eternity for your food while questioning every decision that led you here, this is the perfect spot. The kitchen must be powered by sloths on strike because I’ve seen paint dry faster than they prepare a simple dish. By the time my food arrived, I had lost the will to eat and nearly reached old age. Save yourself the frustration—go anywhere else. Even a gas station sandwich would feel like fine dining compared to this absolute disaster.

The manager of this place sucks, made us made 15-20 mins and was unnecessarily rude and opened the place didn’t have boba! Like the name is JUST BOBA AT LEAST HAVE THAT! And didn’t even give us the cup. Don’t go to this place when the manager is there! The workers are cool and amazing. Change the manger

This was my first time here, and I was disappointed. I ordered online and didn’t realize the boba had to be added separately, so my drinks came without it. When I asked for help, the employee seemed busy “washing the dishes” and didn’t clearly explain what to do. After I reordered the boba, it was handed to me separately instead of being added to the drinks. Overall, not a great first experience.
