The sausage egg sandwich at McDonald’s is pretty solid for a quick breakfast. The sausage has a slightly sour taste to it, but it actually mixes well with the egg and cheese. The combo ends up tasting really good overall, especially with the warm muffin holding it all together. Simple, quick, and hits the spot when you’re hungry. This is the way that I do it sometimes before go to work.

Recently visited this location & interacted with two associates, both Chris and Humberto. Their customer service was such a welcoming experience. Chris took our order with such grace and he was very precise. We told him his voice even sounds like AI and he laughed, such a beautiful person. Humberto provided our order and was very pleasant as well! We really appreciated the great service from both gentlemen.

The good: It's recently remodeled. Food was made properly and brought out quickly. The soda machine worked. The mediocre: Staff. They are SO disengaged. I used the kiosk to order, as I find that it reduces errors. Unfortunately, the kiosk wasn't letting me pay, so it told me to pay at the counter. I went to the counter and explained my situation. Staff member: "What's your order? Me: "Egg White Delight no cheese" Staff member: "And a water?" Me: "Yes, that's correct." Staff Member points to credit card terminal. I tap my phone against it and pay. Me: "Thank you" Staff member hands me the receipt, walks away, saying nothing. 3 mins later, food comes out. (Different) Staff member plops it down in front of me. I say thank you. Staff member walks away. Seriously, McDonald's - send your staff to Chick Fil A training school. It costs absolutely nothing to be kind and have a servants heart.

On December 23, I came to McDonald's for breakfast, but it was impossible to stay inside because of the strong smell from the homeless people! I called the manager and pointed out that this was not normal, that it was unsanitary! The manager asked them to leave, but they didn't listen to her. As long as you engage in this democracy and pity the homeless, your restaurants will turn into garbage dumps. Good luck. P.S. If I were the government, I would strip this McDonald's of its "A" rating.

I come to this McDonald’s every morning to get my daughter some breakfast on the way to school this morning. I ordered before I left the house. I live 26 minutes away from this McDonald’s, but it’s the closest to my daughter school now whoever the lady is that’s on the register today 12-7-25 at 8am was very rude and disrespectful because I made a simple mistake by ordering it for a drive-through instead of dining and she basically told me that I gotta wait. She didn’t even check on my order. She didn’t even say anything. She just said you gotta wait. I ordered almost 30 minutes ago so I wanna say thank you to the manager that was on duty at that time because she came through she made everything easy. She made everything great again, but that lady who was at the register she shouldn’t be at the register. and I will make a bad review on her every time I come in there and see her at the register

No complaints about food or workers, but for the love of God, change your soap supplier or something. This is the most revolting smell I’ve ever encountered. Gave me terrible migraine, impossible to wash off later, and dried my skin terribly!!!!

Doesn't matter when you order or what you order.. this mcdonnalds sucks! Make sure to double check everything. I promise you something is missing or was made incorrectly. I live near by and rather go to the one on la tijera. From management down this place is the worst.

Rude drive through manager. They got my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it and give me a refund for the difference I was treated with attitude. I even tried to apologize for the miscommunication and the drive through lady ignored me and walked away. Please hire people that act like civilized humans.

I found a hair in my breakfast sandwich at this McDonald’s, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, management barely acknowledged it and only offered a refund—no apology, no concern for hygiene. The location itself is poorly maintained, the area smells heavily of urine and is surrounded by unhoused individuals, and honestly, it feels unsafe. It’s also in a gang-heavy neighborhood, which adds to the uneasy atmosphere. If you value cleanliness, customer service, and your safety, I recommend Wendy’s or Starbucks on Century instead—they’re cleaner, safer, and actually care about their customers. Do better, McDonald’s
