An absolutely wonderful British pub! Has some really really good food! Some of my favorite things are the nachos, the chili cheese fries, the chicken tenders, the chicken pot pie, shepherds pie, and the curry, you really can't go wrong! Delicious beers on tap and in bottles. Full bar. Dart boards in the back. Tuesday night is music bingo. Wednesday night is always King Trivia night with quizmaster Danny! He's really really good! The staff is all great! Love Emily, Chris, Martha, and Eliana specifically. It's also a Green Bay Packers bar so if you're a Packers fan you have to go pack go!
I decided I wanted to try this spot for my birthday after I had picked up a delivery for work. We walked just a bit after 8PM on a Sunday and, very understandably, they almost closed their kitchen! But the All-Star Bartender made sure if we could get a food order in and made us feel very comfortable even though we would be the last table sat! We did our best to decide on an order ASAP but we still got 3 drinks, 3 apps, and 3 meals; Everything came out fresh, hot, & delicious! All the Pub classics you could ask for and more on the menu. I really should have caught the bartender's name, but I do know she was working Dec. 5th.. :) I would highly recommend trying this spot out, I know I will be back!
This place is a cozy local hangout. But the food is on point. Seriously, you can’t go wrong. The beer selection is decent with a good variety. The staff is very very good; super friendly and attentive (Kayla is awesome!). We come here often for trivia night on Wednesday’s for trivia, which is a blast. Danny is usually the host and he is really fantastic.
No frills English pub. Food teetering on the pricey side but delicious. Bartenders are quick, friendly, and always attentive! It's also a Green Bay Packers bar if that matters.. Go Hawks!
Really enjoyed the pub, food was good, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend it. I will definitely be back here again soon when I get the chance.
My family and I love Pickwick's Pub. The Best English Pub in Town hands down. One of our favorite meals is their Friday Night Family Fish & Chips. Big portions, delicious flaky fish and crispy fries, and great customer services. Other favorites are their Shepheard’s Pie and Chip Shop Curry. If you’re into desserts like I am, you MUST try their Sticky Toffee Pudding. Don’t get me started on their beers. Their customer service is top-notch too. You will always see different patrons talking with each other and the staff. If you’re looking for a new bar or restaurant I 100% recommend Pickwick’s Pub.
English pub with extensive menu selection. Anything you order is good. If not happy, you can send it back. Separate room for darts, etc. Although small the ambience is great, crowd always friendly and one of the owners usually there. Also they welcome kids. Parking in back is limited. Best food in long time. Love their wagu beef, fish chips, really all food is good.
Good food in a pub setting. Had the chicken pot pie and it was great. Another visit for lunch had the French dip, it was good but I’ve had better. The au jus wasn’t super flavorful. Good atmosphere and great service.
This place is awesome. Local family owned pub. Amazing food and great beer selection. Highly recommend the fish and chips or literally anything else on the menu. Can't go wrong with any choice you make.
Some of the best fish and chips I've ever had. Solid tap beer selection, the staff was super friendly, and the people inside were nice, normal people. It isn't hipster, or snobby, or low brow, or anything that would be described in a word. Just a good bar with a diverse crowd, solid food, and good drinks.
Pickwick's is super fun for public trivia and to hang out with friends. The staff are always helpful and gracious.
We love coming to Pickwick's Pub and getting treated like family every time! Lets talk about how delicious their hot wings are - the kids absolutely loved them!! The service is always top notch and the bar is always full! Awesome service, delicious food and they have a great selection on their happy hour menu. We will be back again and again..
Love this place! It's our Go To hangout. Great food, great music, great bartenders, great fun! Try the Scotch Egg! And The Great British Beef Burger is probably the best burger I've ever had. Even the Veggie Burger is great! Oh and get the Curry Pastie. So delicious. Plus you can dip your fries in the curry. You can also ask for the English salad which is really enough for two and comes with delicious homemade ranch dressing. No Hidden Valley here! A real treat and the best in the Valley. I really miss the live music though.
The food is always excellent. The staff is fast and attentive. Everybody here is friendly, staff and patrons alike. The atmosphere is nice and comfy.
The place was moderately busy with Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final on & only the bartender working both the bar & dining area at first, so service was a little slow. But they also weren't planning on a group of 8-10 showing up either. I had a Goose IPA (Chicago boy) along with their happy hour tacos & garlic fries. The beer was cold & delicious, but didn't last long enough. They just don't make pints like they used to! The tacos & fries were fantastic. Well flavored & reasonably priced. The happy hour menu is pretty varied. A little something for everyone. It was my first time in, everyone in the group enjoyed their food & had a good time. I will DEFINITELY be back soon!
Delicious British food, great happy hour selection at reasonable prices. The garlic fries are fantastic. A nice crunch even though they're tossed with garlic. Don't plan on kissing anyone for a day or two! No waitress on shift when I was in, but that didn't affect service. The bartender had a full bar and a few tables to take care of and she handled us all with ease. I'll definitely be back for some fish & chips, Shepherd's Pie or bangers & mash with mushy peas!
Been coming here off and on for decades since I grew up here in this neighborhood. When I come back home to see my family, they like to come here on occasions through the years. The staff here are the kindest and the food is just perfect for a nice British style pub in the valley. What makes this place special is the folks who tend the bar, cook your food, serve your food and drinks are the kindest and most attentive folks you’ll meet. Big shout out to the special folks that make this place feel like home, the servers in all capacities.. the owners sure must be proud of these folks that remember everyone’s favorite drinks, food, etc and serve them very diligently and with kind attention to you.
Love it. The people are amazing, and chris and Joel are great, and so is Emily. Amazing place to come have chicken pot pie with a beer or savory apple pie with custard. I had to order to go after eating it. I will be coming back. i can't believe this place has been across the street from me for 3 years 😲
I really enjoyed my visit, but on my way to the bathroom, I got accosted by this 4'5 drunkard who smelled like Coors Light and Deadbeat Parentism. He kept talking about how Biden is competent and how some girl named Katie was going to marry him. He then asked for a free beer. It was odd.
Dude….what a place. Service was on point, Red Ale was great, and the Chicken Pot pie was freaking amazing. Plenty of eating space for what looks like a small bar. I showed up at 415pm and it’s already a place I know I’d stay hours out. Easy, YES LETS GO kind of bar.
Terrific food and neighborhood spot! ❤️❤️ their Scotch Egg 🥚 (a must try), Fried Dill Pickles 🥒, Mini Chicken Curry Pie, Bangers & Mash, Shepherds Pie 🥧, Blue Cheese Burger 🍔 (cooked to order - medium rare), Baja Fish Tacos 🌮. Large variety of beers on tap and the servers are always super friendly and energetic. Prices are fair. Two options for dining outside (front and back patios). Comfortable seating. Parking can be a challenge during very busy times but so far so good as we usually go in daytime.
PickWick Pub is everything you’d want in a great neighborhood and family-friendly bar. It has a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere where regulars become friends, and everyone feels at home. The food and drinks are top-notch without a typical bar's loud rowdy party vibe, making it a perfect spot to unwind after work or enjoy a meal with family. Plus, they have screens for big games without the overwhelming sports-bar chaos. And if that’s not reason enough to visit, Natalia certainly is! She was our server last Thursday, and she was fantastic. We ordered the nachos—delicious! I don’t drink alcohol, so I tried the Stella non-alcoholic beer, and it was a great choice. Worth stopping by!
Love the vibe and atmosphere here. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. My favorite thing to get is the chicken kabobs with a side of chips and curry and a Jameson. My hubby almost always goes for the bangers and mash with beans.
The location of this place is amazing, it’s right on the river . The attitude, service and the food was great too, the best burger I ate in the Switzerland was here . Good luck to them .
Great bar vibe. Parking: nearby sidestreets is free for the most part. Meters on the Boulevard. Their food menu is great too. The main room when you walk in is kind of tight and cozy. Every square inch of floorspace has a table and chairs on it. So moving around in the main room is an adventure. But they do have a separate room off to the right that has darts. May 2022: As you make your way to the back, they have expanded an outdoor patio area. Spacious, perfect for midsize group gatherings. Definitely more room to move around.
Excellent customer service and possibly the best sandwich I have ever had (not a big sandwich guy). The Buffalo chicken grilled cheese is bomb. You can taste every single flavor in there. So good. Can't recommend it enough.
Heard about this place from a cousin, and had a great first experience here. Simple, but excellent front decor that formed a small outside patio for some diners, with an interior that reflected many other British pubs in the community, but no less decorative and culturally aesthetic to the UK. Outdoor dining in the back was available, and the arrangements were well-organised with good solid tables and very comfortable wickerwork chairs with cushions. The service was very good, following proper safety and health guidelines, and was prompt in the provisions. The fare itself was very satisfying: the Pickwick pie (consisting of chunks of streak in a Guinness stout sauce and flaky crust), fish and chips, while my friends enjoyed bangers and mash, plus the curry chicken (that reminded me of a very pleasant tikka masala sauce common in Indian cuisine). Ginger ale was light in colour, but you could really taste the ginger itself which was a nice zing for a simple cool drink. Thank you to the servers, cooks and other staff for making my dining experience at Pickwick's an enjoyable one and I wish them the best of success and prosperity in the business, onwards and upwards.
The Pickwick Pie was delicious! Paired well with a pint of Guinness! My wife had the French Dip and she said the said the bread was perfectly crusty for dipping. We also enjoyed the decor and the 70's music!
Great little pub with the usual pub brews and pub grub. The bartenders are always super friendly, I always sit at the bar, or try to when it's full. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area looking to grab a drink and a bite to eat.
MOMS~ Military On Motorcycle Safety held their annual Fundraiser with a Pub- Crawl in August. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was delicious. Thank you so very much.

Fantastic experience, though the darts could be better advertised. Me and the boys love us some tech free darts on a Friday night!
I met a lady here because neither one of us had tried it before. She had the fish and chips and it was decent. I had the Irish stew and I thought it was absolutely superb. Well priced. Finding parking can be a difficulty. Loved the atmosphere.
So, I came here because somebody at a different bar asked if I frequented Pickwicks, which, up until today, I’ve never been. Assuming the universe was sending me a message, I went there. Such A Great Pub! Ordered the fish & chips which was HUGE! came out fast, hot, crispy and delicious. Service was timely & friendly. I wasn’t a regular before but may be now. Great pub for food, football and friends.
Great neighborhood pub that has a fun vibe with good food. The pub is owned and managed by a local family. It is a British pub with a fun vibe that is welcoming to all. They offer lunch, happy hour, and dinner with a great selection of drinks and great, friendly service. There are several large screen TVs, dartboards, with evenings offering live music or trivia. Lots of fun to be had! If you are a Packers fan, know that Pickwick is a Packers bar. I recently stopped by for a mini-reunion with some former co-workers. We all started our careers around the same time and used to go to Pickwick a lot back in day. It had been a long time since my last visit, but it felt like coming home. We were able to arrange space in a private area of the restaurant, which was perfect. Looking forward to stopping by again soon!
My favorite spot for Trivia! A cute and cozy pub, with great service and yummy food, including typical British pub eats, like shepherd’s pie and fish and chips (but also the typical bar food, like wings). Lots of variety and the service is always attentive. Do not skip the sticky toffee pudding for dessert!

Great food! Fantastic staff, I enjoyed the selection of beers & the atmosphere was great. Plenty of games on the TV- I would have given it 5 stars, but there’s always some drunken meat 🥩 head there from some radio show- being loud & obnoxious- not the bars fault, Stuttering John or something is his name, try to visit when he s not there; unfortunately, you can’t miss the the guy he’s so annoying!
Food here was surprisingly really good, and fair priced drinks. Not too crowded and service was good. However they had a live band playing and music was way too loud. We had a group of 8 people and really wanted to stay and enjoy ourselves, but we couldnt hear or talk to each other. The sound coming from the speakers was extremely harsh and painful, considering the band was blasting music in such a tiny area. We left to go elsewhere after a short while, plenty of options in the area.
Prices are great here and the atmosphere is fantastic, but I'm biased because I'm a Packers fan and this place is packed with Cheesehead paraphernalia. I didn't try the food, but it looked good. I only wish they offered more hazy IPA options. I went for trivia night and the crowd was fun, even if my team lost miserably. I'll be back for the football season!
Quaint little pub with food. there's parking in the back for maybe 8 to 10 cars. there's really no parking on Ventura Blvd entrance. Cash is preferred over credit card or debit card which is a 3% surcharge. The service was good and food was very British. I had beef stew and cider. The cider was just as good as anything in London. Was a pretty good experience overall and a new place to hang out.
Nice enough English Pub - got the fish & chips, of course. Decent, BUT you can't take the tartar sauce for granted! Very sweet (like the cole slaw) - think they used sweet relish. MUST use DILL (pickle) relish!! Let me know when you fix that & I'll happily return...
The drinks were solid and the bartender was super friendly, great service. We really enjoyed the French fries too! The ambiance was nice and chill. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Just a heads-up, parking is street only.

Great food and very friendly and personable service but a little slow. Mixed reviews on drinks 1 really good, 1 not good at all. Overall very fun place and will definitely go back!

Ok first I have to say this place has great food. The people are nice as well. But I am BUMMED they changed the menu One of the things I really loved and I mean LOVED were the deep friend mushrooms and while our server did go and ask if it was possible to make them...the answer was still no The fish and chips are still amazing and ir seems like the burgers might be frozen patties now.
I really want to like this place more but the food can be very expensive for 'pub grub' with the added insult of having to pay extra for fries/veg which is usually included. Apart from the Union flags it's very far removed from being from an English pub, home made chips instead of frozen fries would be a big hit. The atmosphere and staff make this pub and take away the flags and it's the same as any other bar in the US. Shepherds pie, Irish stew and the sausage rolls are very nice but waaay overpriced. When i pop in now I just have a couple of drinks and get a takeaway on the way home.
I did stop for the happy hour 🍻but there has been a change on the calendar; HAPPY HOUR start from 3 to 6pm 🙃 The pub is inviting and the owners are super sweet.
Friendly but ordered a beer and regular fries fries take nearly half hour come to my table 😢6 bucks ok so far tasted good but wanted to sit at the bar no place and the bar is to small no music runs only tv its a bit bored waitress asked to often if i want another drink when i refused she brought at once check and I tipped her but for to say thank you she had no time she was talking to 2 guys they are maybe often there so for new guest no time
