Ate dinner here last Sunday. Got the House Special Flan Milk Drink and V1. I poured the dipping sauce over the vermicelli noodles salad then added a bit of chili sauce and enjoyed eating it. Boba was good too. And server was attentive and accommodating. Thank you!
My go to spot for pho in the valley! Saigon Brothers never misses. The broth is rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced — you can tell it’s made with care, not shortcuts. The flavors are authentic and comforting, just like the kind of pho you’d find in a family kitchen in Vietnam. Every bowl hits that perfect balance of savory, herbal, and a little bit of magic.
First time at this place. We spotted this place by chance while looking for parking to eat at another place. Glad we we decided on eating here! Food was good and place was comfortable. We ordered beef Pho and Vermicelli bowl with grilled beef, shrimp and egg roll. Pho broth was really good! I enjoyed the Vermicelli salad bowl very much because mint was included - Some places don't put it in. Portion was exceptional. Service was friendly and fast too. We would come back definitely if we were in the area again.
Really good food especially for the price my friends and I are traveling from Illinois and stopped here for lunch. Out of the all the restaurants we’ve eaten at in California this place had the best bang for your buck. I got mini combination pho and was stuffed came with I believe 4 different meats!
This has been me & my daughters pho place for 2 years & we’re moving so won’t be coming anymore , love this food , very clean , professional , good prices , great staff . Definitely recommend 10/10
Saigon Brothers, a beacon of Vietnamese cuisine, stands out with its unwavering commitment to serving the freshest, highest-quality food. As you step into this delightful eatery, you'll immediately see their dedication to providing healthy, light, and flavorful dishes, not as a mere statement but as a way of life. The restaurant is open from [11:00 AM to 10:00 PM], making it a perfect spot for lunch or dinner. Their dedication to using fresh, quality natural ingredients sourced from local distributors shines through in every dish. For instance, their signature dish, the Saigon Special, is a flavorful combination of grilled pork, fresh herbs, and vermicelli noodles. The care and pride they take in preparing this dish, and all others, results in a culinary experience that is both unique and aromatic. At Saigon Brothers, the goal of delivering nothing less than exceptional quality and customer service is achieved with remarkable consistency. The star of my visit was, without a doubt, their pho. This delectable noodle soup is a testament to the Saigon Brothers' mastery and love for Vietnamese cuisine. The broth, simmered for a good 8 hours, was a sensory delight, filling the air with its rich aroma. Each spoonful was a symphony of deep, savory flavors, a result of their meticulous preparation. The pho was served with tender slices of filet mignon and a variety of fresh condiments, allowing each bowl to be personalized to perfection. The richness and depth of the flavors in the pho are sure to leave a lasting impression on any diner. I opted for the large pho with a flavorful beef broth, rice noodles, seafood, and meats. The seafood was fresh and succulent, while the meats were perfectly cooked, adding depth and texture to the dish. The fresh Asian basil, lime, bean sprouts, cilantro, and jalapeño peppers provided the perfect finishing touches, enhancing the broth’sbroth'sxity and creating a vibrant, well-balanced flavor profile. But it's not just the food that's exceptional at Saigon Brothers. The restaurant excels in creating a warm, attentive dining experience. The staff, friendly and well-informed, is always at hand to assist and ensure every guest feels at ease. The restaurant's cozy interior, adorned with traditional Vietnamese artwork, adds to the overall ambiance. Even in the midst of a bustling atmosphere, the service remains impeccable, a testament to the restaurant's commitment to surpassing customer expectations. Their commitment to the community is sure to make any diner feel a sense of connection and appreciation. In conclusion, Saigon Brothers offers an unparalleled dining experience where exceptional quality and customer service are the norm. Their delicious bowl of pho is a must-try, embodying the essence of Vietnamese cuisine with its rich, aromatic flavors. Everything we had here has been fresh, authentic, delicious, and served with kind and helpful service. Not just another pho place in the valley... really excellent authentic Vietnamese food! We order the beef luc lac and Mi which came out more amazing than we expected. The beef was so tender because it was filet mignon to pair with rice and lettuce was heaven on earth. The Mi came with the house special sauce was so fresh and good portion of protein The decor of the restaurant was modern, cozy and immaculate. Service was attentive and quick. Their drink selection was amazing with refreshing choices. The parking was ample which is located in a big plaza between Ralph's and Sprout supermarkets We haven't had this amazing experience coming to other Vietnamese restaurants in the valley as this one. We would definitely come to back to try the Korean short rib as we saw was a huge pile of meat on an order next to our table What more can we say as this will be our favorite restaurant which is conveniently located right off 101 Topanga exit. We highly recommend to anyone

I LOVE this place! Every time I see someone looking at the sign, I let them know that it is beyond worth it. I have been back at least once every week since I discovered it. I have been trying to get something new each time, and everything is so good. The service is amazing and they are so nice and attentive. I love it here lol
Best pho in town. They also have another soup that I’ve never tried before that has shrimp dumplings in it with egg noodles. It is amazing 🍜🍜🍜😋😋😋

I'm Vietnamese from out of town and here for work; ate here last year and I'm back again. I needed something light, refreshing yet comforting and sustaining--enter bun thit nuong (pork) and egg rolls (check out that bowl)! So good! Highly recommend; friendly staff who are accommodating; fast service and good quality food.
My dish is Korean bbq with rice. It's excellent. The beef is so juicy and tender, and boba drink. It satisfy my lunch! Come in and try. Let me know.
Food was delicious. We went around noon on a Saturday and there was still plenty of seating. You can also call ahead to reserve a table, and they have outdoor patio seating as well. Parking is easy with plenty of spaces available. The egg coffee was good and not too sweet, which I prefer. Staff were friendly and polite. We’ll definitely go back if we’re in the area.
We ordered their short rib pho which was simply delicious; the broth was yummy. The bowl was generously portioned and the short ribs were huge that the two of us almost could not finish the one bowl. And another plus is that the soup did not have MSG so no awful side effect afterwards. The staff are all young, nice and polite. I come here regularly for my soupy noodle fix.
Love this place! Wonderful pho! Great food in general. Clean, welcoming environs, great place to lunch. Quick, friendly service. Hope they do well!
I really enjoy this restaurant. My favorite dish is the vegetarian soup. The vegetables are lightly cooked. I am not a big fan of raw vegetables so it isn't as though they are raw, they cook them just right for my pallet. I could eat here every day. Some of the waiters/waitresses are more pleasant than others.

We tried three items: Grilled Chicken Bánh Mì I didn’t love the bread — it was a bit too soft for my liking. However, the flavor of the chicken and veggies really stood out and definitely gave that authentic Vietnamese sandwich vibe. Tofu Bánh Mì I liked this one! The tofu was nice and crispy but not oily. It also had mushrooms, which I’ll skip next time, but overall it’s a great option for non-meat eaters. Wintermelon Milk Tea (with foam) You really need to shake or stir this well — otherwise, it tastes bitter. The only problem is the cup design makes shaking difficult because it can spill easily. I had to gently stir it by hand or with a straw for a while to mix it properly.

Mmmm... Bo Ne with baguette was very tasty. The best Bon Bo Hue I've had was still in Little Saigon, Westminster. I was there for Saturday night, it slow and no Vietnamese dining. Bamboo Cafe in Simi Vee is great.

My wife and I love coming too Saigon Brothers off of canoga and venture....That location is significant too us both because that is where we got engaged. So normally we order the XL fillet minyong for her and me the XL combination.....but this particular visit has us unsettled and frankly disappointed. My order arrives as expected but my wife's order arrives in their regular size bowl. So naturally we call the waiter over too remind this person we both orderd the XL order of Pho. The waitress kindly takes my wife's pho and returns it back in their XL bowl....so we're both sitting here looking like my wife's order isn't the XL Pho she ordered but rather the same pho that initially came out in the regular sized bowl but with more broth.....The waitress kindly brought out more meat which my wife grateful for but really hoped for the amount of noodles she would've received if she had gotten her what she ordered.....we're both feeling just disappointed but we love this place regardless.

I was really looking forward to trying this place because the photos of the bún bò Huế looked delicious. Unfortunately, the dish ended up lacking flavor. I asked for extra shrimp paste to enhance the soup, but they refused, saying it was already added. If you’ve never had bún bò Huế before, this might be okay as an introduction. However, if you’re looking for something more authentic and flavorful, this isn’t it. I probably won’t be a repeat customer.
Found a bug in my sauce and it lowkey grossed me out. And the food was not the best quality… I spent almost 40 dollars on one pho and shrimp spring rolls and the spring rolls def needed sauce cuz they were nasty on its own. Too bad I couldn’t try the sauce :/ 👎🏾 the pho was okay, but you can def find better places in the valley. Very disappointing.
We had the vermicelli rice with pork and egg rolls and rice plate with beef and shrimp. Honestly I ate the food since I was so hungry and didn’t eat breakfast but I’ll never go back again. For the price and the taste is not an authentic Vietnamese food at all. Also I had a stomach ache after we ate there. Otherwise the place looks clean and the service was not bad. Coming from out of town so I just wanted something Asian and close by to where I was at. Sorry but just want to give an honest review. I’ve had plenty of vermicelli plates in the Bay Area and can’t even compare to this! Their noodles were overcooked too.
