LOL needed to use the restroom and although there was a line, it was the only one available and saved me from peeing on myself...the workers didn't seem to mind (probably use to it), the place itself was very clean too!

This Starbucks is really clean. It is fairly busy, so expect some wait time. Only indoor seating and not very much of it.

Excellent customer service for a particular busy location. I usually order on the mobile app and my drink and bagel are ready in minutes.

Always fast here. Ordered online and always ready by the time I walk the 1.5 blocks to pick it up. Friendly staff.

I love that Starbucks is so committed to sustainability. They use recycled materials, and they're always looking for ways to reduce their environmental impact. I feel good about supporting a company that cares about the planet.

This is the Starbucks where it all began for me. I was never a big starbucks fan but something about taking a break from work and coming to this location made all the difference. To say the least this is the place that got me really into matcha tea. I might have ordered it by accident the first time but after that that's the only thing I would come for. This is the Starbucks where it all began for me. I was never a big starbucks fan but something about taking a break from work and coming to this location made all the difference. To say the least this is the place that got me really into matcha tea. I might have ordered it by accident the first time but after that that's the only thing I would come for. And even more so my crave matcha anywhere else after the experience I had here. Even to this day I get matcha at any Starbucks.

It was a real pleasant surprise to come into the Starbucks the staff are really friendly and nice I was in and out pretty quick the only thing since the actual Starbucks is in downtown next to the Santee Alley the bathroom lines is coming out the front door so there's a huge weight if you want to use the bathroom so it's not even worth it.

This Starbucks has a good staff and great coffee. The only draw back is the numerous homeless that hang out and sometimes talk to themselves. No biggie.

Nice area and clean environment at least for down town LA but they took a while to make my drink especially for a very slow traffic.

I understand that this was done to prevent visitors from lingering inside Starbucks, but I had to wait for a person and I had to wait leaning on the windowsill. The music is playing very loud. If you want to just grab a coffee and go, this is for you, but it's not my kind of Starbucks. There are no comments about the taste of coffee ) And the “icing on the cake” for me was that they do not allow you to use the toilet, but direct you down the street. I do not recommend this Starbucks (((((

The barista named LUNA is super rude unless your a guy or a City worker who are also guys. You ask them for something and she won’t listen to you until she’s finished with her conversation.

Service was good good but the place was dirty. Iv been in there twice within 2 weeks & both times it was dirty. People that work there were nice enough but don't smule.

It's really packed and they need to pay attention to orders...it was busy so I didn't bother to complain to hold up more orders

Another Starbucks. What can you say!? Everything is the same, overpriced, and if you're not really careful, filled with massive amounts of sugar. It seems that Starbucks is on the caffeine with my sugar kick as opposed to the other way around. Some of their drinks have as much as 7 or more teaspoons of sugar. And we wonder why as a Society there is so much obesity

This Starbucks is about as kept up as the neighborhood. I haven't seen the Starbucks this worn down in a long time. It was a very busy time, but the staff could have been friendlier. Hey, but the coffee was good.

This is my 3rd time visiting this location while shopping downtown and sadly this location has missed the mark every time. Something is consistently off with these drinks in comparison to other Starbucks locations. Maybe some additional Quality and customer service training would help.

Came in and waited for a bit to place an order even though there was no one in line, none of the staff greeted me or asked for my order. Eventually one barista stood at register and just stared at me, I guess that was my hint to go ahead and place my order. Not the greatest customer service experience.

Place is dirty... the bathroom was conveniently " out of service " because they don't want tourists using it.. but i was a paying customer and by law they have to let me use it. So if the restroom is "out of service " where are the employees going to the bathroom?

I loved the customer service, very friendly staff. But the coffee was not good at all, I don’t know if it was old or what but I will never get coffee from here again.

I ordered a few drinks and a couple hot sandwiches. I waited for 20 minutes for the hot sandwiches nobody seems to be working on them.. I spoke to the manager mentioning my concern, an observation that she had two people working on drinks and nobody on the food department. Her reaction on the matter seemed to be not too concerned . Of course to top it off I get a parking ticket outside.

I went across the street to Paris baguette My experience was the exact opposite, and their coffee was even better than I ever expected
