You listen here, and you listen good. Starks is the bomb. I ordered the combo with the two Sandos expecting them to be slider sized. But no. One of these sandwiches is easily enough to fill you. For $14 you basically get TWO full sized, absolutely delicious sandwiches and well seasoned waffle fries along side. We ordered delivery, and even by the time it got to us the chicken was still crispy, crunchy and hot. This place has great prices, even better chicken, and we would be happy to come back here many many more times.

So so good! I've tried a lot of different chicken sandwiches across LA and Stark's is up there with the best of them! The flavors are on point, the spice is perfect and the chicken is phenomenal. The fries are killer as well. I've lost count of how many times I've eaten here. You can't go wrong with Stark's!

Consistency is key and I can say that all 8 times I have come to Starks , the tenders always come out juicy and fresh. Customer service here is friendly but the seating is little tight. When I need to satisfy a spicy fried chicken sandwich craving, starks is the first to come to mind.

Delicious! Their chicken has a sweet, savory, spicy vibe, with the sweetness being reminiscent of Korean fried chicken. The coldslaw and the pickles on the burger are so tender and sweet, I don't know how they do it. The seasoning on the fries are really good as well. Would definitely order again

Went here when the Carl’s Jr. line was too long. Pleasantly surprised by their waffle fries and chicken sliders. Heat was good and enjoyable, nice flavor not just hot. It’s down the block so I’m glad I went here finally, will be going again when I’m craving hot chicken Edit: the customer service was kind, place was clean with good atmosphere and my order was perfectly on time.

Very good + delicious HOT Chicken Sandwiches that are crispy, spicy + flavorful. Cooked fresh for each order. Medium size sandwich so big eaters may want 2. And if u get their $13 special, you'll get 2 sandwiches with their fantastic criss-cross Fries. Their Fries are spiced, super crispy + so good, u may want a double order! Yes, there's a place in K-TOWN called Stark's Hot Chicken that I've seen all my foodie friends in Nor Cal rave about. I was pretty lucky and found a spot as someone was leaving || F O O D || [Combo #3] 1 Chicken Sandwich + 1 Tender w/Fries ($13.99) - I usually go for Medium spice level, but something just told me I should opt for Mild, and thank goodness I did. Their mild spice level was just about the right spice level for me. Eat this right away when it comes out, because it is amazingly juicy. I love how the fries are seasoned too, so much flavor in one combo. Sloppy Cheetos Fries ($9.99) - Don't wait too long to eat these fries because the hot cheetos on top will soften. So delicious with the cheese sauce. Korean Sweet Popcorn Chicken ($12.99) - One look at this and it reminds me of the korean fried chicken that I got at the street stalls in Seoul, Korea. This was definitely my favorite item ordered. It's sweet and savory at the same time, and it's perfectly crisp on the outside and juicy in the inside. I would highly recommend this to go along with your sandwich order.

It was close to closing but the was more then accommodating. I ordered the 2 tenders meals and waited for my food. Made lite conversation with the owen she was so pleasant as I admired her gifted plants. Anywho got home the food was so hot and delicious and I'm trying to write this as I eat it was so good. The breading on the chicken was delicious. Spices are great and the specialty sauce is delicious. The waffle fries are fell fried and have a pleasant semi crunchy exterior with a mushy interior. Service was ok. You interact with a screen and order through there while the cooks prepare your food. No complaints if you know how to use the screens. The location is not really comfortable for eating on site. If you plan on getting to go this place is a good safe choice.

I order the #4 with coleslaw and macaroni salad. The food was very tasty but the coleslaw was very dry. The chicken was very spicy 🥵 for me. But overall good place to have a chicken sandwich.

Pretty good hot chicken sandwiches! A little sweet on the slaw, but I think it has a good spice level. Flavor is pretty average for LA hot chicken but the tenders were also crispy and juicy both times I’ve been which is crucial. I also like the waffle fries! Overall, fairly unremarkable but they do a good job for sure.

If you want to basically cry and feel like death for about 30 mins go here and get the Stark's rating. I can taste a slight metallic taste and I believe it's because they use capsaicin extract to get the extra kick. The chicken is very juicy and tender. Only downside is compared to the other spicy chicken places this is quite expensive 💰

I was surprised that there were no other guests in the restaurant when we arrived, although there were a few online orders the restaurant was working on. After quickly scanning the menu, we settled on the sweet Korean popcorn chicken and a small side of ranch to dip into. The order took less than 10 minutes and came out piping hot. The sweet sauce was tangy and dense and thoroughly coated the chicken but did not overpower the overall taste. The ranch dip was amazingly fresh and cut through the sweetness of the Korean sauce. I had a feeling that ordering anything more might be too much food and we were right, the order was so big we had to take some for later. All in all we were impressed with the flavor and texture of the chicken and look forward to returning to try a sandwich and some waffle fries. The sides looked tasty but we had no room and will also have to try those next time!

There are many famous spicy chicken sandwich places, but I personally prefer this one. The price is reasonable, and the taste is good. The fries are delicious, especially the sauce. This place mostly serves to-go or takeout. You can eat in the store, but it's not a place where you can enjoy a meal.

I ordered the Stark hot chicken tenders, and it was definitely spicier than most "spicy" chicken. However, the batter wasn't great or crunchy. The sauce they give you is on the sweet side, and the cheese was a generic Kraft slice on very white bread. The waffle fries were good. Everything was just good, but not great.

Overall: 3.4/5 (Ubereats delivery) Fries ($4.99): My brother was craving waffle fries and on Ubereats it says that waffle fries are back due to popular demand but guess what? We ended up getting regular fries instead which were alright. They weren't very crispy and we're more on the starchy side. Extra Sauce ($0.59 each): We got the comeback & Korean Sweet sauces. Both were good sauces and honestly didn't taste too different from each other since they have a creamy base. The sauces were great for dipping our fries in. Combo #1 ($17.99): This combo comes with 2 sandos and waffle fries. We did not get waffle fries and got regular fries instead. For the sandos, we got mild and medium heat which did not taste that different either in terms of spicy level. Both were pretty mild. The sando was okay with the mild Sando being better because it has more flavor from the coleslaw and sauce. Popcorn Chicken - Korean Sweet ($16.99): I've noticed that many Korean restaurants make their popcorn chicken the same and even have the same sweet Korean sauce. For Stark's Hot Chicken, their popcorn chicken's crispiness is on par but the flavor isn't quite there yet. However, they do give more chicken than other places like Dogs Chicks and reduce their rice cake amount to literally like 3 pieces.

Used to be a go to spot, but now they have changed their style of chicken. The chicken tenders feel like chicken breast cut from the middle and smashed with a hammer. Portion size is much smaller now as well. Also they have been “out” of waffle fries for the past 6 weeks whenever we order. Don't have to lie to customers if you switched to regular fries, but we are still being charged waffle fries when we order. Was a good halal spot, but wont be going back anymore unfortunately.

I ordered the Stark hot chicken tenders, and it was definitely spicier than most "spicy" chicken. However, the batter wasn't great or crunchy. The sauce they give you is on the sweet side, and the cheese was a generic Kraft slice on very white bread. The waffle fries were good. Everything was just good, but not great.

Used to be my favorite place to order hot chicken sandos. But after my last few orders they have really dropped the ball. The chicken is quite flavorless and usually always the fries on the verge of being cold. My tender consisted of a very dense and dry thin piece of toast and that’s it. Other spots will at least give you a good slice of bread with some pickles on it. I’m sad because I used to rec these guys to everyone. But luckily for us Angelenos there are plenty of chicken sandwich spots all over L.A.

So I wanted to try something new yesterday and I went to Stark’s chicken. I was definitely disappointed in the food quality , the fries taste old and if they were fried in old grease. They weren’t waffle fries as advertised. The chicken wasn’t a strip more like an overcooked chicken breast. The chicken seasoning was okay but the chicken itself was completely dry and overcooked like I stated. The chicken also seems like it had been sitting there the entire day definitely wasn’t fresh to order. For the $17 I spent I could have went to Dave’s Hot chicken. I should have known something wasn’t going to be right when I got my food within 3 minutes after I ordered it.

So I wanted to try something new yesterday and I went to Stark’s chicken. I was definitely disappointed in the food quality , the fries taste old and if they were fried in old grease. They weren’t waffle fries as advertised. The chicken wasn’t a strip more like an overcooked chicken breast. The chicken seasoning was okay but the chicken itself was completely dry and overcooked like I stated. The chicken also seems like it had been sitting there the entire day definitely wasn’t fresh to order. For the $17 I spent I could have went to Dave’s Hot chicken. I should have known something wasn’t going to be right when I got my food within 3 minutes after I ordered it.
