Out of all the Cheesecake Factories I’ve been to, this one at The Grove has got to be my favorite,by far the best food! Every single dish we ordered was delicious, from the chicken parmesan to the meatball subs to the cheeseburger, everything was spot on. Our waiter was amazing too! He was so sweet and went above and beyond to make my son feel special for his birthday. I wish I remembered his name, but we were there last Friday (10/4) around 9:30 PM. Truly such a great experience all around.

Had the opportunity to be served by Savannah and she went definitely above and beyond great and her customer service was exceptional. My review for Savannah is 10,000/05 everything was on point the water the suggestions for dessert the suggestions for the plates for me and my wife we will definitely come back again, and hopefully we can be served by her again both of us 100% satisfied. The dish she suggest to us was the steak Friters and I got a side of mashed potatoes and a whole salad everything was delicious and exactly how we asked.

The food at The Cheesecake Factory was excellent, as always, and the ambience was great—lively, comfortable, and perfect for a celebration. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. Our server was rude and inattentive, and despite it being my birthday, we felt largely ignored throughout the meal. It was disappointing, especially since everything else was so enjoyable. I hope management addresses this, because the food and atmosphere truly deserve better service.

The Canadian mind cannot comprehend these portions and ingredients. The pasta was very mediocre, but the chicken Parmesan was very delicious: tender chicken, seasoned noodles… slow service, but it was busy so I understand.

This place has always been a memorable spot for me. The steak, especially the few-year-aged ones, was really delicious, and I first visited it in Houston, Texas. The cake was just as tasty as ever. However, the prices have gone up quite a bit.

The bread is always amazing! Green iced tea with mint was really good. I had the ribeye with eggs and potatoes. Steak was cooked perfectly, flavor was good but not great, too plain, eggs were cooked wrong but they were decent. Potatoes were mushy, they would have been better chrispy. This is not my first time here, it's usually better, that's why I gave it a 4. It was very crowded today so that may have been the issue. Service was perfect!!!

Let me start off by saying that the portions were huge. Like unrealistically huge and I love that. Thats how it is suppose to be. For sure couldn’t finish all that food. The place is always busy and you will see some celebs sitting next you to on random days( if your into that kind of stuff). The service is always great. Its up stairs so hope your not afraid of heights. 😁. All in all good place to eat after a long day of walking the grove.

Spent $125 + 18% tip for 2 people, service polite but bare minimum, atmosphere tables to near to each other and bad lighting at least the balcony were i was seated. The food pretty bad for the price the portion is big which is a plus but wouldn't go back for the food. The cheesecake was tasty.

Lighting was too dark, and waiters weren’t quite responsive ! The main problems were the speciality , chicken piccata , the Angela Hairs , were way too greasy / oily , tasted like drinking olive oil, and the worst was the shepherds pie, its was plan , like eating ingredients with salts !! The Cheesecake Factory at The Grove can be a busy place. Receptionist says close to a 2hr waiting time, refuses to seat us because we are 1 min over the 10 min grace period. They send us up to be seated and we wait another 20min because they accidentally sat someone at our table. When we finally sit to eat the waiter swings by to let us know they just ran out of bread. Service podium is on second floor. Took the escalator up, and waited in line to be seated. When I got to the podium, I was told I supposed to check in at the bottom. When first I walked in at the bottom, there wasn’t really anyone around, except an employee tucked in a corner on their phone. I was never greeted to check in, so I assumed I should go up the escalator. The employee at the podium said it was fine, and she would check me in. Service for ordering and receiving check was slow. I considered leaving when I was seated because ordering took so long. Additionally, I waited an extra ten minutes just to leave after finishing food. I was put in a corner away from everyone, and I don’t know if it was because I was by myself. Overall, it’s below average, needs better employees, and I won’t eat there again just because it was slow service for a not-so-busy day.

Unsafe drink, rude service, and incorrect billing. Very disappointing experience at The Cheesecake Factory. I dined here on Wednesday, December 28, around 3:00 PM. The food was okay but overly sweet. The service, however, was poor. The female server with black, curly hair placed a glass of water on my table with a visible insect already inside it, then rushed away without noticing. I stayed less than an hour, yet the server came to my table repeatedly (about five times) clearly trying to rush me out to turn the table, which felt uncomfortable. I was also overcharged. I ordered the miso salmon from the lunch menu before 5 PM on a regular weekday, but was charged the dinner price of $30 instead of the lunch price (~$22–24). I paid with two gift cards and still left a generous cash tip. I called the restaurant three times and was told a manager would call me back. It has been two weeks, no call, and no refund. Poor service, unsafe drink handling, and incorrect billing. Check your bill carefully if you dine here.

I was very disappointed during my recent visit. While eating spaghetti, I bit into what seemed like aluminum foil and even found more of it in the dish. This is a serious food safety concern. I usually enjoy the food here and come often, but experiencing something like this makes me question the restaurant’s quality control.
