A nice spot to grab a drink after work.. very nice and discreet Pub. Yet to try the food. Looking forward to it next time I visit.
Love the food here. Amazing
Fun local bar! I like to people watch and this was entertaining. Shepherd's Pie wasn't too bad. Salad with it was good.
Great little pub within walking distance of my job. And they have a pool table. The food is actually quite decent, especially for pub food.
Highly recommend. Great Irish breakfast. What a gem of pub 🇮🇪
Great atmosphere. Beer is well priced, food was tasty. Karaoke was in full flow. Thoroughly enjoyed myself.
Great food and drink!! Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff!! Definitely recommend if you're looking for Irish pub food and Guinness!! ☘☘☘
The bartenders are super friendly. The food is great! Try the chicken sandwich Karaoke nights on Wednesdays are a blast
Great Irish bar and restaurant. Particularly great on St. Patrick’s Day when they serve great food and schedule live entertainment throughout the day.
My local watering hole. Great staff and generally a good crowd. If you're tired of the general pretentious hipster-centric places, come here for a good pint and a stiff drink.
We picked up Shepard’s Pie to go and have been daydreaming about it ever since. Delish, fresh, perfect portion for the price.
Great local bar, impressive beer selection and a decent pool table. I'd recommend the Monday night midnight metal madness. (if you don't have work Tuesday morning!) Happy hour at midnight with inventive shots and free pool.
Love this place, ive been coming here for about 7 years and will continue to. The service is awesome, and I enjoy the regulars, the karaoke and trivia nights, and it's a fun friendly neighborhood bar.
Authentic. Good food, good beer. Good here not there.
Great great atmosphere, one of the bartenders is a cute Irish gal. Live music on occasion and the decor is pretty good. They got a pool table, TV's with sports on, and the prices are what you would expect.
I went for trivia night with a group of friends and let me tell you, I had a blast there. The staff are friendly and the environment is welcoming. There is limited parking though, but worth your time. Drive safe!
Thursday night trivia’s are super fun! Great vibes in general.
Great pub. Wonderful events every weeknight, and some of the best (if not the best) bartenders in LA. Ian, Tarik, and John kill it every time, are friendly and welcoming, and the community is wonderful. Highly recommend to any and all.
I had been trying to find a good St Patrick's day bar in LA for a while. This is it. High energy, great music, overall great vibe the entire day.
Always a great time at the Irish Times.
Holy heck, this shepherds pie is absolutely amazing! Have been craving one for a long time and was nervous it wouldnt be good.. but this was so tasty i ate the whole thing. Also they have an amazing scotch and whiskey selection. will definitly be back! Thank you!highly recommended!!
Great Proper Irish Pub Great selection of beers to drink and very reasonably price. Lots of events and things happening here. A bit of a trek for me but definitely worth it says this wild rover
Still the greatest trivia bar in Los Angeles. Come Thursdays for trivia, a pint of Strongbow, and an order of Irish nachos. James behind the bar is a legend. No place like the times.
Had such a great time. Here. DJ Charlie 3X mixed the best music. Ian behind the bar served up perfect drinks with a smile. Really great pub
They gave me a 3$ Guinness
James (though sadly hailing from Kilkenny instead of Mayo) is a great tábhairne. He suggested a Tullamore variety for my wife who is a Tequila drinker and she was almost converted. We ordered the Steak and Ale Pie for me and the Fish and Chips for my wife and shared a plate of onion rings. The food was perfect and after a few games on the pinball machine and a couple pints we left as new converts to The Times as our new spot for casual drinks, great pub food and great service! Thank you James!
I've always had a great time here. It's an Irish pub, so you know what you're going to get food and drinks wise. Relaxing atmosphere, fun place you grab some drinks with friends.
Nice local Irish bar. Went down at 4pm on new years eve to celebrate new years irish time. Great atmosphere. Huge shout out and thanks to Olivia from behind the bar. I was travelling and my Internet was failing. Olivia kindly offered to order a taxi on her Lyft account to get me out to where I was staying. Really appreciated her kindness for helping me out.
This is a great local bar. I'm part of a neighborhood Crafters group and they support us being there twice a month. They are great people.
Friend invited me to come to this pub I have never been here before but wow really glad that we came. DJ Charlie 3X was mixing the best tunes. The drinks were perfect, thank you Ian. This is a perfect neighborhood bar.
Best Irish breakfast outside of Ireland! Fantastic service and atmosphere! Would highly recommend this place for true Irish atmosphere and service! Looking forward to returning.
Classic pub. Dive bar vibes, good prices, good service
My kind of joint. Affordable dive joint with a solid karaoke dj that actually understands what a rotation is.
Irish times is a gem, it’s a place where I can unwind after a week of hard work and relax. If you find yourself wanting a place to have a pint, have a bite to eat or have a friendly chat then this is the place to be! If anything it’s a miracle such a place exists in LA let alone in the Culver City area. And for that I believe people should experience the Irish times and see what 30 years of hard love and labour can do for a pub!
Irish Times this place could be called good times. Shepards pie was killer, highly recommend it.
This bar is pretty nice it has a pool table and an outside area with lots of tables. We were a big group and were very confortable. We didnt eat anything but my Paulaner big mug was really cold and fresh.
I went to see the "Lad's" play for irish new year's. Did not order any food.
Friendly, affordable, and laid back neighborhood bar with large back patio. Plenty of TV’s to watch the game, pool to pas the time, and good vibes for all. Well worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood—a real “cheers” vibe of regulars and new faces.
Love this little pub. Each area has the local gem and this is it for me. The staff is really fun and nice, the patrons are always having a good time, very welcoming! Some of the best Guinness beer I've had, plus they have all the other usual suspects you expect at the Irish pubs. They have bar food and some heavier dinner options which in my experience has always been tasty. If you're in the area I'd definitely check it out!
Soo good the people are so sweet and the food was delicious!
Good pub fair. Always a good (or random) chat with some new friend happens. Reasonably priced, strong but not killer drinks and a wide selection. Plus a lovely patio outside to enjoy the sunshine.
Chelsea the bartender is great. She's suacwa sweet woman. Totally appreciate her. Great atmosphere. Definitely plan on revisiting while in LA.
I'll make this five stars if they change their website to reflect accurate happy hour prices. As it stands, I planned a meal that wound up being much more expensive than I expected because of the inaccuracies. Also the chicken wings were quite bad, but I can recommend the french fries.
If I could leave 10 stars, I would !! If you're looking for genuine, authentic Irish food, THIS is the place to be! I arranged to have a St. Patrick's Day themed lunch catered to our office, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the seamless communication with staff members, the variety of traditional Irish dishes on the menu, to the actual quality of the food. There's a lot of places out there claiming to be Irish, but this place will give you a real taste of home!! Incredible
fast service. great tvs! comfy seating.
Spontaneously decided to check this place out again while on a walk around the neighborhood. Didn't realize it was even open so that was a great surprise! The back parking lot is converted to outdoor seating. You walk into the familiar indoor bar and order (plexiglass safety walls cover the entire bar) and head outside to enjoy your traditional Irish pub food & beer or cocktail. Whatever tickles your fancy they have the means to make it! Happy hour 4-7 on weekdays. Highly recommend!
Great company. Every one was friendly and the buffalo wings were awesome. Great atmosphere. The Bar tender gave great hospitality. The only reason I spent $30.00 is because I had drinks.I mean thats what you do in a Irish pub lol Great.
Laid back pub experience. Great selection of beers and ciders. The food is solid too.
Awesome bar. Great beer selection with LOTS of local options that are all reasonably priced. Above average food that is also reasonably priced (can't go wrong with their corned beef sandwich and tater tots). Fun activities throughout the week and a nice pool table that is always fun with a good drink. I go most weeks for the trivia on Thursdays at 9 and it's a blast. One of the better quiz masters out of the weekly trivia nights I frequent, who hosts an interesting style of the game with awesome, generally relevant, music playing during the answering times. No complaints here. Just show up early if you want a seat for trivia.
Full Irish Breakfast / Irish bacon, sausage, two eggs, black and white pudding, grilled tomato, baked beans, breakfast potatoes, toast - 5⭐! I traveled in Scotland in 2016 and ever since, a couple of times a year I seek out a full English/Scottish/Irish breakfast somewhere around LA. Turns out a lot of UK pubs serve them! My visit to The Irish Times was the first time I had an Irish breakfast. I'm not knowledgeable enough to know what the difference is. What is consistent with all of these meals is they are huge, filling and tasty and The Irish Times did not dissapoint in any category. Black/white pudding is quite rare in Los Angeles. It was nice to see it as part of the one at Irish Times. While I'm not a super fan of the puddings, I do like it and ate these ones with gusto. The rest of the breakfast was fantastic. Irish bacon reminded me a lot of Canadian bacon. I think the US needs to reconsider baked beans with a hearty breakfast. The pub was tucked in a quiet corner of West LA. I was there on a day when street parking was easy to find. The Irish Times might have a parking lot but if they do, it couldn't be too large. I was there for a brunch meal so it wasn't busy at all. The bartender was the server and he was great. Super helpful and friendly. It is a pub so it was dark inside and had a pool table, full bar, and pub art. I sat in a big booth. I'm sure this place is rolicking at night and especially on St. Patrick's Day. They aren't just a pub. They have a full menu with lots of tasty looking pub food to choose from.
Great place to watch the Bears. Really liked the Irish apple cider and corned beef sandwich.
After living in LA for 4 years I finally found a good pint of Guinness! Cheers! 🍻
This is a cozy local pub with delicious homemade food and a great choice of beverages. In addition to that the staff is very kind and the prices are decent. This pub also invites to either socialize watching sports or playing pool with friends.
A great Irish pub with friendly staff, Irish bar food, and a wide variety of drink options. They even had two sour beers on tap! They have a patio in the back where the parking lot used to be, and inside they have both regular bar seating and comfortable booths next to the pool table.
Not sure what went wrong, did a search for a specific NFL team's bar... This is very clearly a Bears' pub (not the team I searched for). But Lord love 'em, the staff and clientele were all very accommodating to us fans of the opposing team. *Edit once the food arrived: seriously decent grub, and service was above and beyond. Mackenzie (sp?) was very hospitable, even checking on previously tapped kegs to ensure we had some fresh Smithwick's.
A nice place to meet friends and unwind and talk about memories. The rusted beams and rustic lamps made it a nice atmosphere !
Omg I'm definitely coming back here!! Great food, great drinks, and great atmosphere too! All that at an affordable price. Definitely going to bring all my friends here.Their steak pies and Irish burgers are so delicious 🤤 Also Ian was such a cool guy, I loved the service there too! I'm happy all around hehe... I highly recommend this place!

My fave spot when I visit LA!! This place has the best energy. It’s one of the best Irish bars I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot!! The food is delicious and all the bar tenders are so friendly especially the Irish girl!!! I’ll be back next time for sure ☘️❤️💚
Haven’t had the food yet but I’m here for karaoke and this bar is so fun. We love a good Irish pub
Great atmosphere. Good food. Loved the music and the bartender was very friendly and attentive. Prices were pretty steep for the type of bar it was, but not outrageous for Los Angeles. Wife had the shepherds pie, it was hearty and delicious. I had the sunday lamb roast, great flavor but a little dry. It was also about 8pm which could be the reason for the drier meat. Still recommend
We loved this spot! The food is delicious and the staff is so friendly! We ordered their shepherd’s pie and it was such a crowd pleaser!

Came here for a friend’s birthday- I love the outdoor seating and the vibes ❤️
We have been several times. The food is always good, but the service is inconsistent. This is not the place for a quick meal.
Classic Irish pub right outside the heart of Culver city. Good beer on draught and a fairly good selection of Irish whiskey.
Cool irish dive bar. Went for just a casual drink with a friend. DJ night was a little loud for how small the corner area is and some awkward seat die to large groups. I'd try again in warmer weather to try the back patio area.
They have karaoke after 9pm and also a pool table. I went on a Wednesday after work. Laid-back environment other people there were friendly.
Our go to spot since it’s close to where we live. A great atmosphere with cool staff. Not always crowded which I find nice but you might not be looking for a place like that so. Nice place to get a drink overall.
Good local pub with decent food. I tend to go during the off hours in the late afternoon. There is a good group of regulars, which always to me signals a mark of quality. Decent selection of taps and a nice selection of whisky. There is one pool table and a darts board and some tvs. They also have trivia and live music at various points during the week. I'm not sure what it says about me, but its probably my most productive place to work on my dissertation!
They feature a very good rotation of craft beers, classic Irish eats and an impressive whiskey selection. Also starring occasional live music (though less often than advertised) and very hard trivia. Prices are acceptable though hard to know before you buy.
Friendly staff and chill "upscale dive" vibe. Tasty burger, decent fries, good bangers n mash! Would come back for trivia Tuesday nights Update: it gets crowwded on trivia nights so come early!
Good, quick service. Thought the food was good, though not spectacular. Solid spot. Yelp says I need to write more for this to be posted as a review; otherwise it will be just a "tip" (whatever that means). So I'm writing this extra paragraph and now will call it good.
Fun place for trivia on Tues/Thurs. Crowded though so get there early. Nice selection of beers too. Food is good but not so healthy
Went for happy hour. Bar full of regulars it seemed. Everyone was mingling and conversations were low to not disturb others. Seating inside and outside so plenty of room.
Note: I've only been here during the daytime. A classic dark pub. Lots of TV screens so good for sports. They have a great selection of beers on tap and huge selection of whiskey. Not crowded during the daytime. Full kitchen with classic Irish breakfast. Food was good, not fantastic, but hey, you're here for drinks, right? Parking is very limited, there's a tiny parking lot to the rear, or pay the meter out front.
Super cute and chill pub. Great bartender, good food, nice decor and cozy booths. Classic neighborhood hangout.
Decent dive bar. Well looked after pool table and the cues are in good shape. They actually have a proper dartboard (none of that digital nonsense 🤣) so you can play darts 🎯 but bring your own. Beer was good and the crowd were friendly. Cheers to the staff too we had a great crack.
Super yummy giant tuna melt on rye! (To go).I already ate the 1st sandwich half on the way home! You get 2 pounds of french fries or chips as they say, which are a bit soft, but as delicious as baked potatoes. Inside the bar was a pool table, pin-ball, and lots of alcohol variety.
Went during trivia night with a group of coworkers. We were all from out of town and figured it could be a fun night out. Trivia was super fun even though my team was in last place and most of us had never done it before. Definitely a fun spot!

It’s fine. A couple of pool tables. Some tvs showing American football. A bar with lots of whiskey and IPA. Difficult parking in the neighborhood.
Nice staff, but slow service. Free WiFi for guests. I do not order the fish and chips or onion rings because very often they are not cooked thoroughly. Most of the other food is satsfactory but nothing to write home about. They have a smoking area right outside the front door that you have to walk through to get inside. I think this might be illegal in California.
I really want to love this place but multiple times coming here (mostly on the weekends) the live music has been way too loud for such a small venue. It is impossible to have a conversation at the bar. What a shame since I love the beer selection and ambiance, and the food smells amazing.
Overall I’d give my review 3.5 stars. The bartenders are nice and friendly. Drinks were good. The food was nothing special though. I had the corned beef sandwich and it was good, but nothing to write home about. The corned beef seemed a little dry and not fresh also. My wife had the chicken curry which the menu said it comes with vegetables but when it arrived it was only chicken curry with onions. We pointed it out in the menu that it said with vegetables but the man who delivered it to our table only answered with he’s not the chef. I asked him if he could ask the kitchen and they said they had no vegetables. Would’ve been nice to have a better resolution than “I’m not the chef”. Besides that we liked the pub and would return. But, don’t expect anything special with the food.
alright when the bar staff isnt faffing around. they dont really have much irish whiskey though
Not the same prices they had listed online for wings. Happy hour was not the best but still ok. The bartender we had was sorta slow and could not multitask. Ill give it a 6/10
No pitchers? Really - at an Irish Pub? Lame.
The Irish times is a joke...the food is awful and the staff isn't much better. Try going in for trivia night...the host (who supposedly owns the trivia company) is pompous and rude. For better trivia look for any other venue hosted by a different company (which I won't name, but when it comes to "trivia," they are "king."
Bartender took so long to take my order bc she was chatting with some guys. Didn’t bring my food, when I checked on it I was told it had been sitting in the window so they remade it. We were not offered last call and they closed 30 min early on a Saturday.
If you're hankering low-quality pub fare, old pervs and sad geriatrics who fell off the wagon in 96' and never made it back on, then this stank hole is for you! Add Dirty dish rags/ poor hygiene & trashy unattractive rude waitresses. Even the Guinness was swell, and I'm a proud Irish Lass. Hard pass
My brother and I decided to come here for lunch really in the mood for some good pub food and beer. How was our experience well there wasn't much to experience since no one bother to even come greet us. The bar tender said hello when we came in and that was it... Lol. I don't even know what else to say besides, wow. Lol.
Rude, unenthusiastic bartender duo there last night bring down an otherwise nice vibe created by the rustic atmosphere and patrons of this establishment. The female bartender tried giving my friend expired chips. Showed zero concern when she was notified of this. Makes you wonder about the rest of their operation.
Came here for St Patrick’s Day to try to have a good time, but was pretty shocked about how it turned out. $20 cover charge. Rudest drunkest guests stumbling into you with no regard. Bartenders over charging for everything. If you aren’t a local customer don’t expect to be taken care of. We were so hungry, but the kitchen had just closed. A bunch of people were still eating all around us. I begged for anything and a friendly bar back / employee offered me his side of fries. I was pretty surprised and happy. I offered to pay for them. The bartender jumped in and took my card and charged me $16…for a side of fries. He acted like he was doing me a huge favor since the kitchen was closed…What an absolute joke. Charge me $8 for side of fries. Not $16. All and all. Place needs to be redone and fixed up. Beer taste like warm pee here and place smells like sewage. Plenty of other great Irish bars, like Jameson’s that are real establishments and care about the customer.
We waited an hour for a drink. Our server asked us to close out because her shift was over and after that no one checked in on us and we couldn't get a drink. This was one of my favorite places but the last few times I've been here the bartenders have their back turned to the customers and are on their phones. I think I was one of five separate people left waiting while the TVs, Tik Tok and Instagram took priority.

1⭐️ Very disappointing experience The food was awful - there were 8 of us and every single one had a bad stomach the next morning. That alone is a huge red flag. On top of that, the service was poor. The Irish barmaid with long dreadlocks repeatedly served everyone else but me and seemed to prioritise men who had just walked in over women who were already waiting. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Bad food and biased service ruined the experience.
Bearded bartender one of the meanest people I’ve ever Met. Forgot our order on my friends bday and then screamed at us for asking for it politely again EDIT: the makers mark shots he gave us were 75% water.
I decided to spend my birthday at Irish Times. This is my neighborhood bar. However, I came to regret that decision immediately as a specific bartender (with a beard and Irish accent) was extremely rude to us and served my friends water saying they were MAKERS MARKS. I will never be returning to this bar. Shame.
Rude, slow bartender with a permanent scowl- absolutely crazy demeanor for someone who works for tips. We didn't have a hostile interaction, he was like this with everyone.
