Great place to eat fresh mexican grill meals. I got the Baja Chicken Taco meal. The tortillas were nice and chewy. The chicken was seasoned just right and it was soft and tender. The sides of black beans were still steaming hot and were really good. The rice was ok. Their chips were crunchy and not that salty. Love that they have a salsa bar. It had cilantro, red and green salsa, jalapeños. My favorite would be the mango salsa which is sweet and has a mild spicy taste. The people working there were nice and friendly. The place was nice and clean. Decent amount of dining tables. They also have tables outside. Lots of parking but depending on the time of day, it can get busy since it has lots of stores near it. Great healthy food and dining experience. Although if you really want authentic tasting mexican food this is not the place. This place is more like Chipotle.

Your entree includes guacamole at no extra charge, and chips are included. The staff here is super friendly, the store is always clean, and the fresh salsa bar is amazing. Come see how Mexican fast casual should be done!

Went here with family on a Sunday. It's in the Japan center Mall so there are plenty of stores to explore to help kill time while you wait for your turn to get in. I got the tonkotsu ramen (spicy). The broth was rich and flavorful. The portion size was just right for me (I still wasn't able to finish all of it lol). Pro tip: I recommend joining the waitlist on Yelp so you can explore the mall lesuirely.

Very delicious! We started off across the parking lot at there small pizza booth, it's outdoor seating, very cute! The owner was there and so nice and friendly, told us about the restaurant across the parking lot that his wife is running with a larger menus Small and family ran but amazing! Highly recommend it

Great fresh Mexican food with a nice salsa bar. I love their burritos, it's very tasty and always comes with chips. Sometimes it's a mess at the salsa bar (thanks to the customers who get 20 + of salsa containers) but I don't see the employees clean as often.

Good Mexican food establishment that is fresh, daily. All dishes come with free chips. The salsa bar is amazing. Parking can be an issue, hence the 4 star rating.

Very friendly and fast here. Easy parking right out front. They have a great well stocked salsa bar with a large selection. Baja Fresh is always fresh. The food is delicious. I like the tacos. And I love the Baja burrito.

Decent food, but not the most flavorful or the cheapest. With many other delicious Mexican options nearby, Baja Fresh is nothing super special. The salsa bar is nice when eating there and is normally kept fairly clean. Since it's CA, you still have to ask them at the counter for a straw though. Sometimes can be hard to find parking, especially in the afternoon when people are going to Ralph's which is nextdoor.

I ordered through Postmates. In comments, I requested salsa, napkins, and utensils. I received none of those things. I called to complain and was told they don't put anything in the bag. Th food is good but I'll think twice before I pay $5 again for delivery.

Baja Fresh is a chain restaurant, they serve fast Mexican food with a variety of healthy options. In Los Angeles, we take our Mexican food very seriously. Tacos and burritos are our staples. The food here is good for fast food. They have a lot of options for people to chose from and the food is generally what you would expect. Baja is a lot better than say Del Taco or Taco Bell but falls short when compared to authentic Mexican cuisine. If you are looking for quick Mexican food with some health-ish options then Baja is a great choice.

Food is great... But the service is horrible. I had to say my order 3 times and then still missing a fish taco so had to wait sum more. I ask for condiments 🍋 in particular because I ordered fish tacos and shrimp tacos.7 of them and no lemon's but she told me there in the bag

Great service but the food seems to have gone downhill in recent years. The meat is slightly chewy and the burrito i ordered was stuffed with greasy peppers and onions that was the whole burrito.

We had 2 generous layers of tortilla chips topped with a few pieces of chicken and hardly any avocado . Lots of chips without anything to eat them with . We ate some with the pico de gallo and still a lot were left on the plate . I am sorry I did not take a picture of the nachos . The prices went up which we understand but the food should not be less .

Burritos are really getting smaller and more expensive. I ordered a steak baja burrito and it was real skinny and almost 20 dollars. I could have got a bigger burrito for 10 bucks at a lunch truck. I'm not going back anytime soon.

Bought the steak fajita plate. The steak was alright but something was wrong with the beans n rice. They both smelled really bad and I couldn’t eat any of it. I ate the rest. Hope I don’t get sick.

It was tasteless the girl who waited on me was very nice but the food had no flavor and I added extra pico de gallo and cilantro and it still was tasteless not feeling at all very little chicken 4 the price of $12.69 I was very disappointed I don't want to drive far because they close one down in my area and I did have a birthday coupon but still had a drive and pay the difference Pollo Loco's is a hundred percent better it just the truth very tasteless very disappointed I was looking forward to it and I will never go back there and pay full price I don't know how you can stay in business they are pretty so expensive for a fast food and it doesn't have a flavor to it sorry but that's how I feel

I would give it 0 stars, but it wasnt the restaurants fault! As always, its the staff! Particularly the cashier. I ordered a shrimp burrito and a chicken torta. Six people that were behind me had gotten their orders and even almost finished their food before i even seen my little food!!!!!!!!!! Horrible frontend staff. Management was no help either!

Unqualified staff. Uber eats specifically directs you to call the restaurant to fix orders. The manager here is unqualified for their job, and was completlely dismissive over my missing burrito. Completely ignored my request to add the missing lunch burrito and told me I have to go through Uber. Nothing like spending 70 bucks on 4 burritos and getting this terrible treatment. Think im done with this place. No integrity or class.

First time ever eating Baja Fresh and never again will I ever spend my money on some overpriced authentic food. I ordered myself the Mexicano burrito with steak meat I asked that my meat was well done the meat was undercooked I asked for pinto beans and not black beans try to cut into the burrito to see what it looked like in the inside the burrito shell was tough like it had not been warmed up once I opened the burrito it just looked like a bunch of slump slapped inside a shell smh. My patient ordered 3 Mexicano chicken tacos and the tacos was cold the meat was overcooked and burnt they stuff the tacos with whole bunch of lettuce tomatoes and onions to cover up 5 lil chuncks of chicken my patient stated o no fresh where waste of my $22.50 people lie on these reviews well im here to tell yall it is not what everybody pump it up to be.

The Baja Bundle is a bait and switch con scheme. They say you’ll get a burrito with sides. They make a burrito HALF the size of a normal burrito here, so you are actually losing value rather than saving the $2 they say you’re saving. Never seen such a blatant defrauding of customer trust.
