Clean, well maintained apartments with great amenities. Every person I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind and communicative. A great place to live!

I did a tour with Amy Han. The Pearl was beautiful and clean with very nice amenities. But I needed to let others know that Amy was very professional and courteous. She explains everything in so detail and to the point that it was very easy to understand. We are going to move in to the Pearl and one of the big reasons was Amy’s efforts and due diligence. She made the Pearl even more attractive to the people in the market for apartments.

Lived there for almost five years. Had to move away for work but would live there again. The leasing staff was fair and responsive, the maintenance and security staff were reliable and friendly, and the building was overall well run. Their package management system was well done as well. Biggest downside was the apartments not having a lot of storage, but not a deal breaker. Great location in the heart of Ktown

The Pearl is a clean, beautifully maintained property, and living here has been a joy. I’m so thankful for the kind and attentive staff: Alicia, Helen, and Maria, who genuinely care and always go out of their way to support residents. A heartfelt thank you to Helen, whose warm personality, quick responses, and patience make me feel truly at home. She always takes time to explain things clearly and ensures every detail is handled with care. From package handling to concierge services and garbage pickup, everything is thoughtfully managed. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that things are taken care of with such consistency and care. The location is another highlight, with grocery stores nearby and charming cafes just steps away. The building is always spotless and welcoming, with a fresh scent that makes coming home feel extra nice. I would highly recommend this place to call your home in Koreatown, Los Angeles.

Pearl is truly the one and only apartment in K-Town that feels like home. I toured many places before moving here, and while some other complexes didn’t feel very clean (especially in the summer with flies), Pearl always stands out. The hallways and elevators are spotless and smell fresh every day, which makes such a difference. What I love most is the management team — they are caring, empathetic, and always go above and beyond for residents. Bryan, Amy and the team are incredibly kind and supportive; they treat everyone with genuine warmth and always make sure residents feel taken care of. Living here has felt less like just renting an apartment and more like being part of a big family.

Helen helped me with the tour and was incredibly supportive throughout the entire move-in process. The unit she recommended to me is absolutely amazing—I can confidently say it’s the best. Every time I see her, I make sure to thank her again. She’s truly the best manager I’ve ever met. The amenities at Pearl are also exceptionally clean and beautiful—the pool, the gym, the rooftop view, and the parking. I’m already planning to renew my lease when it ends. I hope you get to enjoy the wonderful experience of living here, too.

Life at the Pearl has been one of the biggest highlights of living in LA. My friend and I toured with Alicia, she was very personable and professional. She was quick to respond and coordinate our move in. The management/leasing team knows everyone's names which is really nice. There's a sense of community here. They have community events for all the residents that are lot's fun haha. We went to the Christmas party and they recently put together a St. Patty's day Whiskey Tasting as well. Looking forward to the next one! The amenities are amazing! They have a little indoor pet park/grooming room, pool, jacuzzi, large clubhouse for group gatherings, sunset lounge, spacious parking, and the gym is Safe to say these past few months have been a great experience for my friend and I. We joke that we are never leaving The Pearl haha.

Amy has been fantastic throughout the entire process...she gave us a great tour of the building and amenities, clearly explained all the fees and details, and was consistently responsive and helpful during the application process. Both she and Helen have been incredibly attentive, and we’ve really enjoyed our first few weeks living here. We haven’t had any complaints at all.

First things first - we loved The Pearl and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a place to call home in ktown. From Bryan, Helen and the whole resident team, to the incredible housekeepers/landscaping team who keep the place PRISTINE, this is a special place that has a genuine and real community feel. Whilst our unit was small, we used the community amenities widely and enjoyed every day of our 3 years there. There are no real negatives to note - as housing in LA goes, this is one of the very best from my experience and I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a place in ktown.

Among the five properties I toured, the property itself was probably the best, but hands-down, Helen's tour was by far the best of all of the others that showed me their properties. She's very friendly, good at showcasing the amenities and inquisitive about exactly what I was looking for, what was important to me and what she could do to make me want to call the Pearl my Home. If my decision was strictly based on the person giving me the tour, it would be an easy decision. She is a great asset to the company.

Life at the Pearl has been one of the biggest highlights of living in LA. My friend and I toured with Alicia, she was very personable and professional. She introduced what was available and explained everything we needed to know. She toured us and showed us all the amenities in such a professional manner. I had the sheer luck of discovering The Pearl during my apartment hunt, and I couldn’t be happier. Helen, the agent who helped me, is an absolute gem. She accommodated my request for a same-day tour, and her attentiveness and helpfulness made all the difference. Helen's positive energy and friendliness truly set her apart. I highly, highly recommend scheduling a tour with her. And to be honest, if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have rented the flat here. I've been living at The Pearl for a month now, and everything has been good so far!

Starting of 2026, the environment quality went down by a lot - unit neighbors letting their little white dogs loose/off leash and pooing/peeing all over the hall ways, doors, and rooms/rooftop. Management isn’t regulating it, nor have yet to send notices and a solution upon this issue - even though we have security cameras, would be great to put those to use. Disappointing what this place has come. Mailroom organization could improve - usually would have to ask Management a couple times to search again till they actually find your package sometimes.

Updated Review! From Five Stars to Two Stars. Everything changed after the application process…for me at least. The original pre-application review: This place always hires the sharpest leasing agents! Helen is really knowledgeable and is helpful! I didn’t know that this building has so many unique amenities that a lot of luxury buildings in the area don’t offer. The parking price is lower than buildings in the area and the location is great because it’s next to Alchemist Coffee and many other restaurants and gyms! Helen does a great job of listening and following up! I also want to mention that I had toured this building many years ago and Scarlett was also a great representative! Good job to the Pearl! Keep up the good work!
