The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I truly believe the service and attentiveness was the cherry on top. Our waitress, Eneida, made the experience even better — she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I highly recommend coming here and asking to be served by Eneida — she truly made our visit wonderful!

My name is Sam, I came in with my two friends & the service was absolutely superb. My server was a man named Jesse, he was very polite, conversational & quick. I'm really picky & he helped guide me through the menu & got me exactly what I needed. Best service I've had in awhile. What I'm blown away about is the fact he wasn't the only one! Another wonderful server by the name of Nichole was super helpful & incredibly professional. She had tables off to the side of where we were at & she did an incredible job. It's so great to see genuinely high quality service at a norms. Nichole & Jesse are rockstars.

I first came during the soft open of this Norm’s and the food and service have been great if you enjoy diner style food. I had Garlic Chicken Alfredo and it was really good. It came with soup and salad as well as a piece of toast. The steak is good too. Lately I’ve ordered the half sandwich plate which is less than $15. You get soup and salad with it! It’s affordable and just the right amount of food! I like that there are low fat options here! Service is great! We often get served by Juno who is not only sweet but very efficient and goes out of her way to give a great experience! Today she did a great job and we also had the Kitchen Manager Israel visiting tables in our area to see how everyone was enjoying their food! He really does a great job because the food here is good and it shows that he cares! This Norm’s has a good deal of free parking which is awesome by Hollywood standards.

3/4 lb T-Bone Steak & Eggs Breakfast / t-bone steak, 2 over-easy eggs, has browns, 2 buttermilk pancakes - 5⭐! I love breakfast foods but I don't eat breakfast that often. Every once and a while, I'll get a strong craving for a big hearty breakfast. NORMS is a popular Southwestern breakfast diner chain that always hits the spot when this kind of craving emerges, especially when I am craving steak and eggs. They consistently have really good prices for a steak and egg breakfast. They recently opened a new location in Hollywood. I made my way over when the craving struck. The new location is large and comfortable. I was only waiting for a minute or two before they gave me a spot at the bar counter. The bar counter seats are fun because you get a direct view of all the action. The servers and hosts were friendly and helpful. I knew what I wanted and placed my order right away. The food came out fast, fresh and cooked exactly how I like it, steak medium rare and the eggs soft and runny. The hash browns were filling. The pancakes were light, fluffy and tasty. I wasn't sure if this location would work since it is in a crowded strip mall with a grocery store and a large discount clothing store. But I noticed it was quite busy the entire time I was there. I should never underestimate the power that NORMS has on SoCal. They are certainly going to be a staple in the Hollywood area for years to come and now I can't help but wonder why they didn't venture into this neighborhood sooner. Parking is a bit strange here. The top level is always crowded and if you get stuck behind someone waiting for a spot, you'll be in for a bad time. I shop at the grocery store often and always use the underground parking. It is so much easier. I don't know why so many people struggle with the above ground parking when there is a lot of parking underground.

I recently visited Norm’s restaurant and decided to try their T-Steak and eggs. It was pretty decent—not amazing, but it definitely did the job. The steak was cooked well enough, tender and flavorful, and the eggs were just right, not overcooked or anything. The place has a cool retro vibe, kind of like walking into an old-fashioned diner mixed with a bit of Denny’s. The checkered floors and shiny chrome accents give it that classic look, and there’s even a jukebox playing some old tunes, which was a nice touch. It felt like a trip back in time. The service was good too. The staff were friendly and got my order right without any issues. They were attentive without being pushy, which made the experience pleasant. It’s nice when the people working there seem to actually care about doing their job well. The menu has a decent variety, so there’s something for everyone if you want to try something different next time. I stuck with the T-Steak and eggs, but there are other options that might be more your thing depending on what you’re in the mood for. The prices were reasonable too, nothing too expensive for what you get. It’s the kind of place you go to when you want a reliable meal with a bit of nostalgia thrown in. The food was decent enough, the atmosphere was fun, and the service was friendly. I might come back to try something else on the menu, but for now, it was a nice start to the day.

Came in for breakfast with my mom and my kids. It was a first for me, but they’ve been there often. Service was great, walked in and was greeted, server had great service (didn’t get his name) everything was done in a timely manner, seated, order taken, food arrival. As far as the food, ehhh wasn’t satisfied. I asked for my Hash Brown extra cooked and the inside was definitely undercooked, it was just pressed to look extra cooked on the outside. Bacon tasted stale and probably like it had been made earlier. My soft scrambled eggs were ok, pancakes, Ham, & sausage were good. Mark was walking around and asked how the food was so I was honest with him. He apologized and offered to have my hash brown remade or switched out with fries or mashed potatoes so I agreed to get some fries. Overall this is a Great place, I love Great service and it’s just what I got here all around from the host to the server to the manager. The restaurant was clean & restroom was clean that’s a plus. I think the food can be better though.

New NORMS location this is, but the food and service is the same as what we remembered. My mom enjoyed her favorite pancake and eggs. I enjoyed my breakfast burrito. The service is very efficient. The manager was so proactive asking coffee refills. Way better than other breakfast chains.

I'm gonna sue them for the meal that they kick me out five minutes later and the second meal they said I was rude.I gave them a tip I bussed two tables.. i'm gonna sue norms for the american disability attack.For adult abuse and for sexual mortation and for hiv discrimination. I'll find an attorney i've never seen anybody in my life.But they kick me out after five minutes, and I was there for a thanksgiving dinner.I was gonna drop thirty five bucks. I said you are so rude because I wanted extra on my salad and I said, what do you got extra for the salad tomatoes?He said, tell me what you want, and I'll tell you what it is.. I just said:skip the salad.It's too complicated He said I was so rude to his waitress, which was the manager, and then I was rude to him because I asked him to speak English only because they were asking the waiter. The cooks if they still had the Turkey dinner and I had called just an hour before. I speak spanish pretty fluently but I didn't need to tell them that I'm going to soothe them the day after.ThanksgivingI had no food in my house.I was too sick to eat.I dropped from one hundred and eighty five pounds 2. 1 hundred thirty seven. I got there at 1030 p They didn't come to me till midnight to finally wait on me and then by midnight, I had no way to get back on the metro.So I had to walk all the way from hollywood.In western down to wilshire and western so that I could catch the rapid bus to dtla Ihop and then ihop was even worse.. Day after thanksgiving, I had no food. For the month prior Because trump cut off my food stamps.I'm a senior on social security, so I lost three hundred dollars in food. Lettuce is more than half rotten salad. Porterhouse steak was gray. I ordered it rare. The food was good when I was here in the beginning of the year
