This is my second visit to Shakeys Pizza Parlour and it is consistently serving hot food and the staff was super friendly. I might mention that a homeless guy came inside and asked to use the restroom, usually I would frown upon this, but for some reason I thought it was very empathetic and generous of them to allow him a bit of relief from the heat. I love to see good gestures. I would love to see some baked Ziti and television shows for women such as Real Housewives of Beverly Hills or Love Island on at least 1 of the Big Screen TV's. $15.99 +Tax for all you can eat Saladbar , Pizza, Spaghetti, Chicken, and sides. The place is always packed so that must mean the food is good. Keep up the good work. Nice Views of the Hollywood Hills too , other spots are really a rip off, nowhere else can you get a full stomach, and no wait for under $20 . I paid $32 for burgers at Shack Shack and was still hungry 😭 😭 , paid $28 for Chinese food and couldn't eat it was disgusting..... Go to Shakeys, you will be very happy 😁.

You can't go wrong weather.It's for birthday parties or just you win a friend , trying to grab something good to eat the chicken , the pizza , the mojo's cannot be beaten , you Gotta go get you some. It is a Bit pricey but it is worth it.

The rebrand and redesign was great. The pizza was really good. We got the pan crust pizza and the crust tasted amazing. I would've been ok just eating the pizza crust as bread sticks! The only negative I can say is about the kids game, they feel like a money grab. The games cost a dollar but it takes 5 seconds because they are all "ticket" games. Need a better selection of arcade to ticket game balance so $10 feels like it.goea further then 3 minutes. Especially the NBA game that is priced at 2.50 to press a button. It's not an ideal arcade for kids at all.

I love coming back to Shakeys everytime I'm in town but unfortunately the taste keeps getting farther from the original 18 yrs ago from my memory. This Shakeys had friendly, courteous workers and I think the food could've taken a little less but it's usually packed. We had an undercooked area in our pizza but they made it right, I guess waiting is key even when they have orders left & right. The mojos were a little stale, and taste is not like it used to be, some were a lil inflated but I think mostly it's the food chain who has changed the recipe and it's overly priced too. The atmosphere was great, there was plenty of seats available, bathrooms were clean so I would come back again.

It's shakeys can never go wrong with them. There was a mistake in my order but they took care of it and brought the right pizza. It was freshly made.

I ordered mojos and it came out cold. I asked employee to clean the booth because it was dirty and he left it completely wet both table and seat. We've been coming to this Shakey's for as long as I could remember, its the only one that's in the area. Today we decided to do the Bunch a Lunch. My younger brother with Autism/Down Syndrome only eats certain things & not a lot of quantity of it. We normally order him a chicken sandwich plain & get two lunches for ourselves. His sandwich takes about 10-12 mins to make & be brought out to us. We proceed to fill our plates with pizza/chicken/salad. Having to wait for his food just doesn't feel right eating our food without him having his. Him only to stare at us while he waits for his meal to come out. To avoid this we serve his a SMALL plate of chicken, salad & mojos for the meantime off of the plate we bought for ourselves, this isn't the first time we do this with no one stating it was wrong to do. Today the manager came up to us while dropping off the Chicken sandwich only to say we should pay for a FULL lunch plate for him since we're giving him some off our plate. Considering he only eats a SMALL amount we don't find it reasonable to pay another $14.99 for him when he doesn't eat the same compared to any of us. We simply told him that we'll do that next time, manager walked away. Unfortunately since they want us to pay for a full plate we wont be coming to this Shakey's any longer, we'll take the trip to go to a farther one if that's the case. The restaurant is a good location booths are kept clean & bathroom is usually restocked. That was the only issue we had with this location. Hopefully in the future this manager learns to accommodate people with disabilities
