Dude seriously great place and customer service. Good prices, food was great and the guy at the front was the best. There were two of us but we had two more joining us in like 45 minutes so he gave us a table next to people he thought would be leaving. Anyway long story short the guy at the front came over a few times and managed to save the girl from her date and get us their table and I think he gave us a discount! love you guys

This place is so cool! Awesomely themed on the inside, almost feels like a theatre production. Completely entranced with the theme they give off. Drinks were great and unique. The food was really good at a decent price. The service was phenomenal, friendly, curtious and fun. Can't wait to go back to this place!

Apparently they run out of pineapple for their Margaritas pretty fast, so don't expect it and instead settle for a glass. Service from the staff was amazing, I really liked that. Expected more as far the food presentation but it tasted really good.

Everything about this place was pretty great! Both the food & the service were good. We walked right in, ordered at the bar & grabbed some seats. No wait, no hassle. Prices were very reasonable with a great happy hour special on Wednesdays. We immediately felt welcome, just like a couple of regulars would be. The highlight of our visit was our bartender. I'd been looking for a cider for years & this was the first place to have it. He went above & beyond to find the very last one they had and absolutely made my night. The atmosphere & decor really made the place something special. I'll definitely be returning when I'm in the area!

While not the best Mexican food in a city of great Mexican food restaurants, the velvet Margarita is more about atmosphere and ambiance than food, but, having said that, everything I had was pretty good! Great Margaritas and awesome chips and salsa. Service was great and the group of my friends had a great time- which is what it's all about anyway, yes? I had the Top Sirloin Asada Taco Platter, which was good. Beans and rice were okay, not so flavorful, but then again, it was more about friends and the atmosphere. I think I prefer heading to the bar and having an excellent Margarita, but the food will fill your tummy either way...

Came here for my birthday last year and I absolutely loved the ambiance, the decor and the food! the decor is that of a Tim Burton Mexican Wonderland. It's a great atmosphere. The staff, however, was not very friendly. It was my birthday so I wasn't too happy about that. Their margaritas are delicious!

Came here for my going away night with a few girlfriends. Great food, fun environment, beautiful decor, the booth chairs are the most comfortable velvet plush booths. Great tasting and unique margaritas. Had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

The atmosphere of this place is my favorite in Hollywood!! Dark setting, candle light, Sombrero covered ceilings, old movies playing on frames. The food is just okay (calamari EXCELLENT though). It's extremely pricey for the flavor but will return for the ambiance

The bar area is quaint and comfy enough if you want to opt out of the wait and you didn't plan ahead. The ambience is nice. It's really dark on the inside so probably not ideal for a first date unless you don't care about seeing your date. Also this place opens at 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays so keep that in mind as the night gets later. I can only speak about the drinks which were creative and tasty (but lacked a punch). I got the legendary Velvet Margarita which is served in a pineapple. The great thing about this drink is you can munch on the cup! The drink itself was a bit weak by my standards. The service was lackluster. The bartender was eating food at the bar and when I made a joke he got all defensive. It was a joke -_- I understand you were hungry but being rude about it is no way to handle it. Even the host was a bit snarky when we walked in. Just not a warm reception when you come here....... The food did look amazing so it may be worth another visit. As far as the drinks and service I wasn't all that impressed.

The price you pay for this regular mexican food is not worth it. I ordered a mixed drink and the alcohol they used taste like cheap vodka. The food is not even taste good. The place is decorated nice. Their service was good and friendly.

We went for dinner, the food was very mediocre and so over priced. The atmosphere was unique but we left disappointed. The drinks were good though!
