Waba Soto is my go to for lunch in between my work meetings when I am in the area. They are quick and healthy and give the perfect balance between a delicious meal and a healthy meal. This location is clean and the staff there are always so accommodating. I order a chicken bowl with white meat only with veggies. That gets me to a perfectly satisfied portion without feeling bloated or full so I can get on with my day. I'm so happy I found this Waba as I have been going here to this location for a little over 4 years now. If you're looking to make a quick change to your health and diet, Waba is a perfect and easy way to start. Also the Half and Half bowl is my cheat meal/treat. The beef is so YUMMY!

The service and food here is really good. The place is clean when I go and the ingredients always seem very fresh. I highly recommend their salads. I got a large without meat it was sooooo good and less then $4 with tax. You just can't beat that.

Delicious chicken teriyaki! The staff is nice too. The only problem is this restaurant is way too small. There's only about 5 dine-in tables, but even when you're sitting, it's uncomfortable bc there's people standing right in front of you, in line or standing waiting for their order

However the girl Victoria had a very poor attitude when i asked her a question she rolled her eyes and didnt help me. I noticed her mad face right when i walked in the store she instantly had a face that said i hate working here and i dont want to help. Its weird how she would act like that infront of what im assuming is the owner a lightskin aisan lady. Drives a BMW. I guess thats okay in this establishment. Everyone else was 5 stars. But victoria 1 star sadly.

Not a bad place to eat the food here is delicious without a doubt. The staff here is friendly and my only concern is theres not much seating here so its best to get your food to go especially when you come during lunch time.

Boyle heights is not receiving specials promotion flyers in our location. We love waba grill too in Boyle heights. Please check on that CEO'S and Managments.

I used to love this place and would get full off of just the rice chicken bowl! I went to Roosevelt high school and would walk here after to get stuffed full on one chicken bowl! It was so much food I couldn’t finished it ! Those were the days(: . The food has consistently been served in smaller and smaller portions! It’s just so expensive for skimpy food .I recommend another place for your buck ! Follow me and you will thank me !

I used to go here often but that isn't going to happen anymore. They can't get an order right if you paid them, but wait you are paying them. When I asked nicely that they just correct it they told me there was nothing they were willing to do and said I'd have to purchase another order..... Not worth it since the food is nothing special and the staff offer little customer service.

02-01-25 Wilshire and Soto St The cashier who helped me seemed like her day wasn't the best and I told her that I was paying her for a service and that they had to have a good customer service and she told me if you do not like it you can go somewhere else. My whole family used to go shopping at that place. This was the last time, and I'm not going to be treated like trash just for being Hispanic. I am not requesting anything free.
