Worth the wait. The staff have a pleasant helpful attitude to get the order right and move the assembly line along the narrow galley. The "everything bagel with lox!" is delish. That's why this place is packed. It would help if they used customer names more consistently to save time with picking up orders. The cleanliness is noticed.

The bagels are so large you need to get their breakfast sandwiches with two eggs. My favorite is the Farmhouse bagel. I plan to try other sandwiches soon. I usually also order an additional bagel with shmear for later. When I do get their coffee, it's always excellent. I ordered on 11/19/2022. One suggestion, I love garlic. You should add a garlic bagel and shmear to your menu. I always need to remember to add pictures.

Great experience. The Texas Brisket is the best one so far. Service? Like no other.. it stands out. They remembered us and even added the sauces we usually order without us having to ask. That level of attentiveness makes the experience unique. You will not be disappointed.

Best of the best! I visit several times per month and the crew there is always top notch. Jerry, Lorena, everyone, they know me by name, know my order, and this is easily my go to every morning.

Jay and Lorena are wonderful. Very helpful and kind I love the sugar cookies that look like eggs. And the egg sandwiches are great.

Good bagels, slightly uppity kid helped my handicapped friend, and was not very helpful. The latest took much longer than the bagels. Los Gatos, at least the bagels were good.

Only 4 stars because they are perpetually sold out of the best bagels like cinnamon sugar. Need to work on their bagel forecasting

I’ve ate here and also ordered some fresh bagels for home. Their bagels are great quality! Eating there is a bit pricy but they have some nice options.

Very nice! However, they didn't put 13 bagels (10 bagels and 12 beagles) when ordering "bagel box". this is 2nd times to me. Need to make sure when you order.

Food is great, coffee is good. But if you want something quick? No, not this place. It takes awhile to get your beagles out. Last several times I've been here it has taken 10/15min for one beagle sandwich. If you have time to kill, this is a great place. If you're in a rush, good luck.

The food is good but never order online through DoorDash or the store. Once they didn’t even have a record of my food. And twice with delivery they forgot half my order. When you put the sticker on the bag with a breakdown of everything in the order wouldn’t you double check to make sure it’s actually in there? Today I was missing orange juice and coffee cake and they added chips I didn’t ask for. Real bummer when you’re hungry.

I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but when the manager walked out she started talking and smiling with her. I get we all have hard days, but great customer service goes a long ways. I said to the girl, I hope your day gets better, her and her friend look at each other and laugh. Lovely way to start my morning. I Won't be back!

Today's experience was less than optimal. First, the cashier argued with us about how our Samsung/Android Pay wouldn't despite having used it there a dozen times before. Then she insisted we use rewards system to pay, which obviously would not have worked. Eventually we did use our Samsung pay and it worked flawlessly. My order ended up being wrong despite that the cashier entered it correctly and our lox bagel only had half lox. If we hadn't had good experiences here in the past, today's experience would have convinced me not to come back.

Waited a long time for my breakfast BLT sandwich. Was supposed to have "THICK CUT" bacon, but it was not, it was thin. The egg was cold! Ate it anyway cuz I was hungry.

Sadly this place has gone downhill from what I remember. They’ve redone the inside, but completely gutted the indoor seating. The outdoor seating hasn’t been improved to compensate for this. On top of this, the increased costs cannot be justified by the abysmal lack of improvement in the food. My bagels today had the thinnest layer of cream cheese I’ve seen in my life. The breakfast sandwiches are just reheated eggs and meats. After living on the east coast for five years, this is just depressing paying $2 more for a sausage, egg, cheese bagel and getting warmed mish mush. Sadly going to have to find a new local spot after growing up on Noah’s.

The staff is always great and gets my order just how I like it. However, today I had to order on Doordash and I wasn’t able to leave a note to modify my order. Couldn’t toast one bagel when I got the two dozen. I wasn’t asking for the entire set of bagels to be toasted. Just one so that I could eat it on my way.

This location is consistently out of bagels to the point of being a joke. On top of that the store manager doesn't care. Corporate might want check in on these guys because they are giving Noah's a bad name

Always out of key bagels. Don’t pick up the phone to take phone orders. Get order wrong 80% of the time... be sure to double check your bag if you’re eating out of the store. Managers seem pissed you’re visiting the store.

The older blonde woman Jennifer was so rude to my mom. My mom ordered a sandwich but the type of bagel it came on wasn’t available. There were only like 4 types of bagels left in the display and my mom was asking questions about one. Jennifer got frustrated and literally walked away while my mom was talking and gestured at another staff member to take over. I have no words. It was so unnecessary.

I ordered garden avocado bagel with eggs and the chai latte. The bagel has zero taste. No salt and pepper in the food and if, you don’t add those the food doesn’t taste good. And, if you add it later the food doesn’t taste the same. And the chai latte didn’t have any foam on it, and it doesn’t taste good either. I had to ask them to add it. Won’t come here again

Most ridiculous place! They gave us bagels with literally no cream cheese on it. We opened the bagel and one side was plain and the other side was light. Upon asking them to fix it "we are portioned and that's all we can do" very rudely!! I asked how are we supposed to eat this she said "bring it back and show me ". Which I did in the middle of my son trying to take a bite who was super hungry. Upon seeing it "yes that looks right, we portion it". At this point I was already quite annoyed and said can I just buy some more. She said that would be $.89. And she started to ring and then said. No its $1.79 now. And for $1.79 I got 1Tbsp of cream cheese!!! Priscilla and the rest of the crew was just outright rude. Possibly frustrated with some policy makers who asked them to follow these terrible rules. Thanks Noah bagels, never coming back!

the amount of meat/toppings they put on the bagel sandwiches is pretty sad. I ordered a deli turkey sandwich on an onion bagel, and there was literally one piece of lettuce, and two thin slices of turkey. bagels themselves were well executed, however the sandwich was not worth the price.

I’m going through all the pain of 2FA logging in to my gmail account to leave this 1 star review because of these stupid disrespectful service and staff. These tools will militantly neither toast nor cut the bagels for the dozen deal.

Be sure that when u order that it is made correctly before you walk out. Not once but twice order was made incorrectly, and then coming back a third time did to fix three staff including 2 managers are arguing with me to pay for their mistake.

There's a rude girl that messed up our order. We were the only one there before 1other person came in minutes later She gave them our order, then told us that she gave it to another person. She didn't apologize or offer a refund and she was going to put our order on a different bagel (which is cheaper) since they were out. We asked for a full refund and acted disgruntled and even after refunding she did not apologize. She looked annoyed and inconvenienced. Overall rude and unprofessional.

World saddest "BLT," horrible customer service. My coffee sat there for a long time behind the counter before they thought to call out my name. I had to ask for it. This is the only interaction from the staff. "BLT" is very light with two strips of bacon if your lucky. Hardly a "BLT."

For the price this place charges and hardly anything inside the bagel, go elsewhere.

I really like Noah bagels but I am so disappointed lately! I ordered for garden avacado and they gave me a plain bagel without avacado in it! The coffee was sooo cold! And the food is not like cheap, I paid 9 bucks for this toast. Really very disappointed!
