Sajj Mediterranean exceeded all expectations with their build-your-own plate option! The food quality is exceptional, and one bowl is definitely more than enough for a satisfying meal. The falafel was a standout, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. As for their drinks, the special mint lemonade and strawberry lemonade were incredibly fresh and flavorful, but the mint stole the show for me. Additionally, the Valentine's Day decorations added a lovely touch to the ambiance during our visit. Highly recommend Sajj Mediterranean for a delicious and refreshing dining experience!

I had their bowl which was like a Mediterranean burrito bowl. It was delicious! Rosalinda made the experience so much better with her great customer service and greeted everyone who walked in while I was there. I'm definitely coming back for more. 😊 The only criticism I have is that the lentil soup was watered down and there was a bad smell outside the bathroom.

Every time i need a quick bite after a long day at work, i stop here on the way back to grab rice bowl. Portion is good. Options to mix and match. Cauliflower and egg plant are yummy with garlic spread. If you dine in they give you complimentary lentil soup. Place is not crowded so it is quite and peaceful to eat here. I wish they change Falafel recipe to make is less oily and tasty. Overall good.

Its a great healthy option. We always take a veggie falafel rice bowl or wrap. The dressing are really good. The sides are also good. I liked pita chips and dip. The food is always fresh and they serve fresh falafel just out of fryer. The quality is huge and food is tasty. They also written the calories on everything so you can build according to your need. They also serves homemade drinks in which I loved mint lemonade, I find it flavourful.Service is good. Ambiance is ok.

I had the Falafel Salad Bowl with Couscous and Rice and it was absolutely delicious! The falafel was perfectly cooked and the salad was fresh and flavorful. The couscous was a great addition to the dish and really helped to fill me up. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at SAJJ and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a delicious and healthy meal.

Food was delicious. We bought pomegranate chicken and falafel bowl. They have lots of varieties of topping and each very good in taste and complimented with the salad. I specially liked the eggplant , cauliflower , pickles, jalapeno ,garlicky sauce, crunchy falafel and spicy sauce. It was like burst of flavors in mouth, yummy lentil soup. Husband loved the pomegranate chicken salad bowl.

Food was outstanding. I love the lentil soup and the couscous. I had the lamb and beef wrap. The food presentation is not great. These types of food are not attractive in a scoop bowl. And they don't look especially fresh. But it tasted great. Service was good. Dining room was clean. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Instead of sitting at the table and chatting when no one was at the counter, I'd recommend maybe an employee head to the bathroom and tidy up a bit.

I usually do a takeout from this restaurant. The portion sizes are very filling and more than enough if you are super hungry. The staff is friendly and the place has a good sit down option as well. The food is flavorful and delicious. Highly recommended!

The food at SAJJ Mediterranean is genuinely tasty and fresh—no complaints there. However, the service left a lot to be desired. I ordered mac and cheese with my meal and was told it would be out soon. After waiting 30 minutes, I had to go up and ask about it, only to find out they had completely forgotten. They started making it then, and it took another 20 minutes before I finally got it. That’s nearly an hour for a side dish. Great flavors, but the lack of attentiveness and follow-through really soured the experience.

They are lacking in providing Authentic taste and touch to the Mediterranean food. We went to try out their food for the first time and had an okayish experience. We ordered falafel with pita and same with rice, lentil soup was provided complimentary for each order. The falafels should be served hot or warm, but they were served cold. Although I like the efforts they have put in for this franchise model, it doesn’t give you the authentic taste.

I’ve been to Sajj multiple times over the past 5 years. For the most part, it used to be good, aside from a few summer visits where the sauces would taste stale from the heat. However, my last 2 visits have been consistently disappointing. The servers now seem inexperienced and completely uncoordinated. On one visit, I ordered a falafel wrap and a chicken rice bowl. They left the wrap on the hot plate while toasting it and completely forgot to pack it, even though I was charged for both. I only realized it at home and had to go back to get it - by then it was soggy. My most recent visit was the last straw. My husband ordered the same falafel wrap and chicken bowl, and the service was chaotic. They suddenly switched servers mid-order with no communication, and the new server completely forgot to add any of the sauces I requested - hummus and tzatziki to my bowl. On top of all that, the portion sizes are far too small for the price (see picture). Paying $16.95 for a bowl that arrives barely satisfying is simply not justified.
