Poke is pretty good a little less spicy than what I usually get other places. I like spicy side. Good amount of selections to choice. Parking is okay. Parking is in a garage and have to walk to the store. I do recommend this place.

Dropped by to grab a quick lunch and the staff didn't have any of the Hawaiian hot plates available. They were so accommodating they comped my lunch which was a pleasant surprise! I appreciate the customer service.

I've been here a few times and my experience has been fantastic. The food was excellent (try the charred teriyaki salmon!), and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Josh and Judy were super friendly and helpful, and have great vibes. Looking forward to coming again!

Very good poke place overall. Had an option for lobster for no extra charge and really elevated the meal. Reasonable pricing and had different option other than bowls such as sushi burritos, sushi bombs, and spam musubi. They also give you one free scoop of avocado with each order. They could’ve put some more fish in my bowl but it’s okay. A beautiful exotic array of sauces gave a nice flavor to the bowl. 5 stars would come again

I had dinner at Pokeworks with my boyfriend last month and I cannot say enough good things about Annette! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and she was very knowledgeable about the menu (which was amazing because we had never been here before so we were asking about substitutions and what was popular). She's professional but also personable, and at a time where I feel like customer service is hit and miss, she went above and beyond. We definitely felt like valued guests and patience and willingness to help are huge for me! Especially when going to a new place where a new (to me) menu and talking (in general) can make me anxious. -- Aside from the amazing service the portions we received were good for the price! I got the Huli Huli Chicken Plate (I substituted the salad for more rice) and I was full. I don't remember what my boyfriend got but I remember him saying he was still a little hungry. I think had he gotten a side or a larger bowl he would have been okay.

Friendly staff. Clean and quiet atmosphere. The worker Annete was very helpful. She helped me decide on a meal when the choices were all too appealing . Would recommend.

Tastes great! Ingredients are fresh and flavor combination is very well presented. I did end up not receiving one of the protein that I ordered unfortunately - think they forgot to add chili crisp shrimp 🥲 - but would like to visit again in the future.

Ordered via Uber for pick up. When I arrived, the staff was already preparing my order, but I didn’t realize it at the time. She asked if I needed something, and since I noticed brown rice (which wasn’t part of my order), I told her, “That’s not mine.” It turned out she was preparing my order after all and packed it under my name. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until I got home. I’ll still order here in the future, but it would be great if the order details could be double checked.

There are no hand towels or dryer in the restroom. The filling is average — only three types of protein for $20. Masago is offered for an extra charge and served with a tiny spoon.

I ordered the Poke Bowl - Large for take out, which comes with three choice of protein and a bunch of side. The portion was massive with all the sides available. Only down side is there wasn't a whole lot of fish despite getting three protein, but the sides made up for it. I ordered the spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and chili crisp shrimp, with the Pokeworks classic sauce and Hawaiian salt and chili. My bowl came out pretty spicy. I was sweating eating it, my tongue got a bit tingly (maybe there was Sichuan pepper somewhere?). It was packing a good amount of heat. Fish was very fresh and tender. You can choose any of the side you want, but make sure to get the Surimi (aka imitation crab) salad. Overall delicious, I had to put the leftover away to avoid over eating.

I ordered dynamite shrimp for dinner, it tasted strongly of gas and I felt nauseous after a few bites. I believe it was improperly torched. The restaurant is clean and nice, service also great. Im just not a big fan of their food quality.

The restaurant is clean inside but that's basically it for pros as far as sushi takeouts go. For reference, I'm comparing this to Poke House in Mountain View as I have been obsessed with it lately. I was near this store and ordered the exact same dish that I normally get at Poke House. I got a medium half rice and half salad. The rice here is terrible (Nov 13 @ 8pm). It was all stuck together and mushy, which really ruined the taste and texture. The salad was dry and old. I think the rest (i.e. fish) were ok but I can't be sure because the rice was so bad. Despite being the same price as Poke House, they only offered 2 small scoops (masago was extra) compared to 3 scoops w/ masago. Will not be visiting any Pokeworks in the near future.

I am very disappointed. I have attached my order and the food. I wanted ponzi and spicy aioli sauce with heavy flavor and look at my poke. It lacks the sauce. It's missing so many ingredients. Eating chunks of white rice with no sauce. Not sure who to call and complain.
