Fatte's Pizza

Whenever I am craving a pizza with a salad Fattes is the best. Everything is so fresh and tastes so good. They are very friendly. I have tried other pizza places but just keep coming back to Fattes.

Love Fattes, my family can get what they want & I can get what I want on a gluten free crust. Just wish they would mark the outside of the gluten free pizzas with a G/F. I have a wheat allergy (celiac).

Absolutely the best pizza in Paso Robles! We order pepperoni for the kids and enjoy a chicken bacon white sauce pizza ourselves. Our order has been incorrect once or twice but quickly made right. It's really good, fresh, hot pizza. Makes my tummy very happy.

Last night on Valentines day was my first time ever trying your pizza. I hesitated because my family was heavily dissatisfied with the food from the Atascadero location. However, I was told your pizza is much better, and I now agree!! First off, the place was extremely busy, like out the door busy. That was a great sign. Travis took my order, and he is such a pleasant employee. Smiling, happy, talkative, just an all around great guy! My order did not take long, and it was absolutely delicious! You have gained a new customer!

No frills good pizza! Good sauce, good cheese, good toppings, and fast delivery! It's not a amazing life changing pizza experience, but it a great version of what pizza should taste like. It's our go to place for ordering pizza. They delivery quickly and the pizzas are always piping hot and delicious!

Fatte's Pizza is a huge treat in our house. The salads, wings, cheesey bread and 2 for 1 pizzas are hard to top by any other pizza spot in Paso. The delivery drivers are always polite, quick and go the extra mile to make you feel like you matter. All the staff is amazing.

The food is absolutely delicious! It's the best Fattes Pizza for my family. The pizza is always fresh and the ingredients are fresh and top notch. The Fattes in Pasonis a bust store but it is worth the wait. We usually order the Sticky Fingers and the Chicken Pizza with white sauce with everything on it. We have not been disappointed. It's a lot of 🍕. Remembrance, you get 2 for the price of 1. So, we went from ordering large to mediums. We add an order of 2 wings, hot and barbecue, a small salad and sometimes soda. It's still cheaper than going out for a mediocre pizza dinner. Fattes is our choice for great tasting pizza!

I've never received a pizza that wasn't delicious, nor have I ever received an order that was not mine. What I have received is and always has been excellent food and even had a delivery driver come after hours to make sure we got what we ordered. Top of the World

Normally i love the pizza and and prices, but i guess you have to be specific. I have ordered the bbq chicken pizza many times and never have i got one with regular pizza sauce and then bbq sauce drizzled on top. The flavors did not go together so a bit disappointed. Otherwise everything else i have ordered has been really good.

They have a strange environment, but really good pizza. Workers were smoking in front of the store with explicit rap blaring on the radio. I wouldn't mind if I were there by myself, but not with my family. I left them in the car. 4 stars because of the pizza.

Today is Friday December 23rd, 2022. All of the fatte's are really good. However the Atascadero store has employee oroblems.The best pizza ever. Unfortunately the young lady whom I suppose was acting as manager to night, was very loud. Talking about some guy, dropping f bombs to another employee. Laughing it up we heard her cursing it up a few other times. Never saw this one girl do any work. we also observed this girl making a big deal about counting out one of the cash registers 2 hours before your closing time. We sat and ate our pizza so we were there maybe 30 minutes at least. Altho another girl with frizzy hair and glasses was running around doing work the whole time.

We were in Paso Robles for one night and the restaurant we planned on going to was under staffed and not allowing new customers in. So we were frantically looking for food in the area at 845pm that wasn't closed at 9. They answered the phone right away and were even still delivering, which was perfect for us. The girl who answered the phone seemed young and inexperienced. She asked how I wanted to pay and I said I had my card number whenever she was ready. Then there was just background noise for almost two minutes until I said "hello" and she said yes I'm ready. I'm not sure if she was helping another customer and forgot I was on the phone or what. And when our pizza was delivered the delivery guy said we still owed $1 even though they put the rest on the card. That part was odd. And those two reasons are why I took one star off. Otherwise, the pizza was still hot and fresh when it was delivered. The delivery guy was very friendly and had plates, napkins, cheese and peppers for us. We would definitely order from them again if we were in the area. Thank you for delivering hot, fresh pizza when we really needed it!

This pizza is average. The pepperoni is very greasy. It is better than Dominoes or Little Ceasars though. I ordered 8 large pizzas a couple of days ago and was given 6 plates, 2 crushed pepper packets and 2 parmasean cheese packets. WTH? The employees are always friendly and at least the pizza is normally hot.

When you pick up or take delivery of your order check it carefully. Three times now I've requested that the pizza be cut into small pieces (double cut). Only once did they do it. The first time I didn't check and took it directly to a picnic in the park and there weren't enough slices for everyone to have one (embarrassing). This last time (the reason I'm driven to write this review) on each pizza order I put in special instructions "cut into small pieces", so that's twice, once for each pizza, then in the check out page there is space for comments and I also added in that spot to "cut in small pieces", so that's 3 times on this order that I asked for small pieces (taking it to a potluck). Guess what! Neither of them were cut into small pieces. Luckily I learned from previous orders to check them before leaving the store and they recut them for me. But then, when I got to the potluck my order was WRONG. I ordered one special and one veggie. I got two specials and no veggie. It can't be that hard to get these little details correct. If I didn't love the pizza so much I'd stop ordering from there but now I know I just have to check every little detail to be sure they got it right (and I know I need to do that before taking the pizza home).

Pizza was mediocre. Some thick doughy some crust very thin. Thick slices were dry. $33 for mediocre pizza. Costco Pizza much better for over $10 less

Was not aware that they didn't accept checks, and was embarrassed and humiliated with my son by the manager who when asked if they would take my check just screamed from the back of the store "ABSOLUTELY NOT, WE DON'T TAKE CHECKS!" With customers staring at my son and I like we were the reason they don't take checks? I was a loyal customer since I moved to Paso Robles in 1996, we'll so much for that, it's really sad, times have changed, Customer Service isn't what it used to be. And I guess checks aren't money anymore. Well so everyone knows Paso Pizza Kitchen makes pretty good pizza and has great coupon deals on local flavor. That's what we had for dinner instead.

I typically like Fattes Pizza, however during our move, I ordered a pizza. I called an hour and 15 minutes later when the pizzas had not arrive. They told me the driver tried delivering and knocked on the door but nobody answered! Not true! We are in and out moving with our door open and my kids were sitting on the front porch and in the driveway anxiously waiting. All they could say was they would remake and deliver but we had to wait another forty five minutes! It was after 8 at this time! Very disappointed in the fact that they lied about delivering and how it was handled. I prefer the San Luis location and will go there when next time we are in SLO.

WORST SERVICE in Paso Robles.. My first question was "Do you delivery to my address?" waited 2 hours for a delivery. I called back to check on my order 2 times. Then got a call back they don't deliver to my residence.. very disappointed.. By time I got my order pizza was cold. NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN..

Worst experience and customer service. Pizzas tasted like Windex and I was drastically overcharged. When I called in, Manager was unreasonable and after making the pizzas with the wrong toppings, only offered 15% refund. Definitely won’t be ordering here ever again.

Don't pay using their app. If they bring you the wrong pizza, you cannot get a refund. The customer is always wrong when they use the app, period. If you want a refund, even a partial refund, you're going to have to speak to the owners. And Breezy, at the Paso Robles store says they may or may not call me back next week. She also informed me that I was the only person in the history of the company that has ever had a problem ordering using their app. I doubt it. Anyway, the bottom line is, don't pay using their app. The customer is "always wrong" if they use the app.

I only want one pizza, but because it’s always buy one get one “free” they massively overcharge for the pizza so that it ends up being the same price as two pizzas. Total scam. This place has the best pizza but it’s only worth it if you’re getting multiple pizzas. Very disappointing.

Not one of the employees ever wear gloves nor hair nets nor beard nets ever. Also the restaurant if you go inside you can see yellow thick layer of yellow grease on the roof inn around the walls everywhere if you look on the floor behind the cooking things it's just gusting it's almost black they haven't cleaned their kitchen not once you can go in there and see for yourself and you'll see it's disgusting and their rude also they're all young kids working....

I waited for a *whole hour* for my pizza. 40 minutes in and they tell me the order is still in the oven. 50 minutes in they're just taking it out; 10 minutes later they're just cutting it up. Meanwhile 4 different people come back with the wrong order, and 3 delivery drivers go out and come back in, twice. The consolidation for this trouble? 10% off our next order. Whoopee. And they jacked the prices up, it used to be less than 20 dollars for 2 XLarge pizzas, now it's 35 dollars for 2 larges, and they took the XLarge pizzas off the menu. This place is going downhill. We won't be coming here anymore

The SLO location has the prices listed and... . . The fixings are included. When I was finally finished ordering she tells me that will be $31 and some change. Needless to say I canceled the order. Never again will I be ordering here. If I want Fatty's in the future I'll go to SLO......

Ordered online for delivery - after an hour waiting, called to get an estimated delivery time. Their phone system tells you they are on the other line, gives you encouragement to order online, then cuts you off. After calling back 5 times, I got through. I was told the pizza was out for delivery. Cool! 20 minutes later, as the office is less than a mile from the store, calling back. Good news - got through on first try. Bad news - asked to hold. After being on hold for 15 minutes, now almost 2 hours after ordering pizza, decided to just go to location. As I was driving there, they came back on and told me that they had looked at my number, and that the pizzas were almost ready to be put in oven. Love Fatte's in Paso Robles - super dependable. Will never try Atascadero again, and will tell everyone I know who lives here to go elsewhere - these guys think customer service is a joke.
