My wife and I have been here multiple times now and we are completely hooked. There are so many aspects of this place that are executed to perfection it’s difficult to pin down just one. The atmosphere- Just walking in and interacting with the staff, you’ll immediately feel like your family. Ryan, Justin and Ray have made us feel apart of the fun each and every time and you can tell the entire staff loves what they do. Beverages- Why else would you be here right? Well not only are the beers and local wines amazing but the way they do it is genius. Ask the owner and he’ll proudly show you what makes them stand out. Food- This is a huge one for me. They have done their homework, hand selected the best and it shows. We have never been disappointed with the menu and have branched out to try new food because our favorites are done so well. FIVE stars does not do them justice. Give them a try and return often!
This place is a gold nugget of Paso. We just went there for the first time, and it was seriously the best experience. The food was absolutely incredible (best tasting wings ive had in paso!) Service was A1. The ambiance was stellar. I wish I could rate this place higher. A must visit. 👌 20 out of 10
This is our new favorite spot traveling from the Central Valley to the Central Coast every couple of months. I love the patriotic vibe. The beer is excellent and super cold and the Wagyu burger is to die for! Also nice to know our dogs are allowed in when they are with us. A must try when you are in Paso!
great beer, great food, and even better people. the specials are always *chefs kiss*
This place is a great new addition to Paso. The beer is solid and And the build out has a great flow. I’ve been a beer tour guid for over ten years in the Bay Area and other location and this is a solid place to come. Lots of great seating, beers that aren’t just IPA’s and great food. Make sure to take some time and relax here.
Great beer and excellent food. A fun place for bingo on Wednesdays! Highly recommend!
Even though I have lived in Paso my whole life, I have never once stepped into the building. After the hundreds of car sales lots and restaurants, Paso Brewing has been here the longest. So we decided why not go in a try it out. We went in on a Tuesday so obviously it was slower but that’s alright. The bartender/waitress was the sweetest and so inviting. What I’m guessing were the owners were posted up at the other end of the bar working and laughing, how it should be. When it came down to it we got the cheese curds, wagyu burger, and the bbq chicken salad. Let me tell you that was the best bbq chicken I have ever had. We weren’t able to get some tasters due to having to go back to work when we were done but the way the tanks and draft system was set up I just knew it was going to be good. Just all around 10/10 experience. Summer you were absolutely amazing and we hope to see you next time!
This place has an amazing environment and the bartender Eliot killed it with the recommendations. A must see spot if visiting Paso Robles!
Thank you, Russ, for your incredible service and for being so warm and welcoming to my partner, our dog, and me. We really enjoyed our late evening drinks, and it meant so much that you took the time to help us find a low-stimuli spot where our pup could relax — allowing us to celebrate my birthday together as a family. Your kindness and attention made our night feel extra special. Thank you again!
Just had a delicious Easter Brunch buffet. I couldn't try everything but everything I did have was amazing. I recommend the chorizo and eggs, biscuits and gravy, fried chicken tenders with fresh waffles, the salads and desserts. The staff is super friendly, helpful and right on top of it. What a beautiful way to start our Easter Sunday. Thank you Paso Robles brewery❤️🐰
Paso Brew is a true gem for beer and food lovers. Their craft beer selection is outstanding, offering a range of flavors that delight every palate. The food menu complements the beers perfectly. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with rustic decor and a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. Whether for a casual night out or a special celebration, Paso Brew provides an exceptional experience that combines great beer, delicious food, and a welcoming vibe. A must-visit spot!
Incredible experience. Owner is dedicated, crew is fantastic. Everyone here, including the owner, treats you like family. Beer is excellent, food is top notch. Dare I say favorite place in Paso Robles or even the North County
This place is located in the heart of Paso Robles. The parking lot is small, but street side parking is available. There are lots of outdoor and indoor seating. Great place for the entire family. The food menu is limited but has delicious choices. Lots of crafy beers on tap. Staff are friendly and helpful.
A fantastic addition to this area. It’s been 5 years since I was last in town. A lot has changed. This was my first meal after perusing the scene at the Avila farmers market. I started off with the nakey wings. Worked out for me as I prefer dry wings. This was so good. The dipping sauce that came with it was perfect. I legitimately ate the whole serving. Opted for the tacos as did my friend. I got one of each except for the fish. The asada was my favorite flavor wise. Everything was delightful. I was too full to end with dessert. The mango seltzer I had was so refreshing. I meant to get some to go, but I guess that’s the sign I need to come back sooner rather than later. The bar area was a fun time.
Amazing service and ambiance! We came in with our dog through the side door and were immediately greeted by two friendly staff members. Food was delicious! Excellent, speedy service and we loved the old school music videos playing on the 4 panel flat screen at far end of the restaurant. Also great Halloween decorations! If I had the names… I would love to give a shout out thank u to the young man with dark hair w/ sleeve tattoos who was our waiter and the young women with light , long blond hair. We eat out a ton- probably 15 time in this last trip and their service was top tier. Highly recommend!!!
Had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and attentive, the place was clean, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely recommend and would come back again.
Great spot for good beer and food. We like to come in and get their braut and beer special. $12 for a beer if your choice and a braut. The braut came with mustard and sauerkraut on a toasted bun. I got the Red Lager and my wife got the Hefeizen. The vibe is chill with music playing and a big screen was playing reggae concert. The music was good and not so loud you couldn't have a normal conversation.
I had an amazing experience! The service was excellent and after the weekend I had this place made my trip back to Los Angeles even better. I apologize I cannot remember my server's name, but she was great and I feel bad I couldn't tip more at the time. But I do go to Paso Robles whenever I drive to visit my sister near Santa Cruz and I'll make it a point to stop by again for the excellent food and service! I loved the Sloppy Joe and Hush puppies I got! Plus the blond ale I tried. Great spot to eat and drink if you are a local or visiting! Highly recommend.
The place is really cool looking, very spacious so it doesn't feel crowded. The beer is good we tried the hazy IPA and the cheese curds are the best ever! It's also dog friendly inside and out.
The best craft beers and the food is delicious. I 100% recommend it if you want to have a good time alone or with your family. This is the best place in Paso Robles.
We always have the best time here and the best experience with all food and wonderful beers that are made here! Every single person from the kitchen staff to the beer tenders are of the utmost excellent people!
Update: Omg, I would have taken a photo if I knew it would be that good. The Philly Cheesesteak is amazing. Everything is always good and the staff is really great. Good beer, great food, and fabulous service. What more could you ask for? We visited on a Sunday afternoon and left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces. We prefer lighter beers, and they had two great options – The American Lager and Blonde Ale. For snacks, we tried the fried peanuts, filet mignon bites, and the fried cheese curds. All were delicious, and the filet mignon was melt-in-your-mouth good. Based on one of our server's recommendations, we'll be back for the Bavarian pretzel soon.
First time here, staff friendly and helpful choosing a beer, offered a taste which was appreciated. Had a grilled chicken wrap which was good, but to me a little scarce with some of the ingredients, a lot of lettuce in there, but it good. I would return to try something else. Final note, when I paid cash, they rounded up in their favor, when I got the change, there was no explanation (.64 cents). Just found out that they usually don't give coin change back, they round to nearest dollar, supposed to be in customer favor, a new concept?
Amazing place to gather! Cool vibes, good flow, clean space and kick ** service! The crew works well together. Drinks come out fast, and food is SO good! Personally I like the steak bites w/mushrooms but everyone enjoyed their dish very much! Party of 10 fit comfortably even on a busy Friday night! Thnx Paso Brew, look forward to next time!

Such a fun place. And the food is consistently delicious. Jess is a really good server and so is Sarah. Plus management is helpful and cares. Fun atmosphere. Great food. And loads of great beer! Enjoy!
I usually don’t leave reviews, but we stopped by Paso Robles Brewery Company last night and really enjoyed it. It was our first time there — we just happened to come across it — and it turned out to be a great choice. I had the Wagyu burger with cheese curds, which was really good and hit the spot. Our server, Sophia, was friendly and helpful. She gave us a few small splashes to try different beers, which was a nice way to sample what they had. Plus, she gave us some stickers to take home. Great beer, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town.
I've eaten at this location and the new SLO location as well and the food is excellent. I ordered the chicken tinga salad and they put really fresh veggies and a ton of protein. They don't skimp on the portion sizes here. I had a beer a few beers at the other location and they were tasty.
Been here before, but came in again today. Had a couple of specials tried both the quesadilla and the nachos. Both were absolutely phenomenal. The beer is always good but the food is so consistent and so amazing. Also, they have the largest chicken wings. I think I’ve ever seen.
We love going here to eat and their beer is awesome too! Also bingo on Wednesday is so fun too!
Tried a little of everything on the menu- The food and beer are absolutely incredible! Excellent across the board…. Fillet Mignon bites, Tacos, Philly cheesesteak, Nakey wings, Pig wings, cheese curds, chicken strips, Blonde beer, Hefeweizen, Hazy IPA, American Lager- all perfect! You can’t go wrong and the service is top notch! There were a few very sweet, well mannered dogs on leash inside at the bar and it only added to the very comfortable (but still upscale) ambiance. It’s great for a family night- there was a large party being served next to us, but it would also be great for a casual date night. I wish I could give it more stars, can’t wait to come back!

I come for the food, and I can honestly say the food here is really good. The beer is a little lighter in flavor I usually prefer something stronger but I’ll still grab a beer with my snacks. The atmosphere is great with nice décor. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, plus high tables and stools. And a bonus for the ladies: purse hooks at the bar. On our latest visit, we were craving burgers, so we went with the Wagyu Burger and started with the Naked Wings. The burgers were excellent cooked perfectly and super juicy. The fries had the perfect crunch. My wife swapped her fries for the hush puppies (bomb). The wings didn’t miss either. They’re well-seasoned, with a crunchy exterior and a nice, moist center. If you're in town and need a quick bite and a beer, this is the place.
Always a good time. Great hard seltzer, really loved the prickly pear. Filet mignon bites are delish! And love that I can bring my fur baby Bella in.
The food was good, though the portions were smaller than expected for the price charged. Our server(?) was great - he was friendly and helpful with the few questions we had. The beer was also pretty solid, though be advised that a different bartender made it clear that typically they only offer 3 samplers "collectively", which is great for a solo patron, but groups be aware. Totally get the need to limit samples, especially at a microbrewery, but a heads up would be appreciated. With that said, it feels worth mentioning how the owner (of at least this Google page) responds to people with what they seem to be dissenting reviews. Chastising a (valid or otherwise, I'd argue) reviewer for not giving the business enough "grace" and that their complaints are unwarranted, going as far as accusing people of "besmirching" the brewery in multiple reviews feels incredibly hypocritical and generally tone deaf. That alone makes us not want to come back and support the place. Such a shame.
Food was at meh the brat was over cooked mustard on top and then the kruat cold on top. My grandma is spinning in her grave. Drinks were okay, although we stopped for food. Misses IPA was good, and can't go wrong with a Tin Cider in a can. Service was questionable as host just tossed menus on thr table, the dude took our order was either way out of it or stonned
We went for Bingo last night and it was so much fun! Great spot! perfect for large groups, family friendly, and the service was great! However, I don't think they should allow their severs or food expos have a live snake wrapped around their neck while serving food, let alone dogs inside the restaurant with hair going everywhere. It's disgusting and makes your dining experience uncomfortable. I'm really surprised the health department allows that.
Great Place! Food and Atmosphere are wonderful. I understand them charging a 3.9% convenience fee for using a credit card. BUT, THEY ALSO CHARGE THE 3.9% CONVENIENCE FEE WHEN YOU USE A GIFT CARD! THAT'S NOT RIGHT. Perhaps it's the wait staff don't understand the difference between a gift card and a credit card. Paso Robles Brewing Company has had 100% of the money loaded on the gift card since the date card was purchased. My friends know I like this restaurant and often give me a gift card for it. Every time I use the card, I've been charged the fee. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!
Food was OK, but service wasn't great. It was a hot day over 100 degrees. I went to try the new place and get lunch with my family. The waitress was nice enough while serving us, but my daughter had an accident followed by a small meltdown so I took her outside for a minute to calm down. My husband witnessed the waitresses talking about it, pointing with another waitress, and both staring at our table. Afterwards, the family that came in and sat next to us then asked if we thought it was too hot. We said yes we were melting. They went and asked about turning the AC on which they were told they don't have one. What? You're in Paso.. this isn't SLO.. the waitresses then began talking and staring at him too. Stop being cliquey it won't get you very far.. and for the love of all things melty in north county get your AC fixed please. Really bummed by this whole encounter. I'd try them again because I believe in second chances, but it won't be a hot day and a few months from now to let them get it together a bit more.
So sad about this post because I truly enjoyed coming here, however the service was less than stellar and the food quality has gone way down. I used to love their chicken strips and fries and now it’s clearly freezer bag fries and the chicken isn’t as good as it once was. Our server was rude along with when I would ask for things it was like he was ignoring me for what ever reason. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt because I know the stress of a server but the blatant disregard was obvious. So with that, we won’t be returning unfortunately.
Friday, 7.30PM, and the place is half empty. The beer was decent but the food was a big disappointment! Oversalted fries, overpowered burger, the bratwurst was some sort of cooked nasty sausage but definitely not a bratwurst....stop by for a beer if you must but skip the food. Kitchen closes at 8....using your card cost you an additional 4%...our server was nice....which resulted in two stars instead of one😏

Food was excellent, service was awful, had to track someone down so we could pay. Guys behind the bar were drinking and chatting with waitresses. It was trial night for line dancing- music choice was terrible. It was our first time, we will give it another try. Waitress said the line dancing was a trial to get people in. Better service might help!
When they 1st opened, I came with a friend (who's in the industry); walked thru the door (with growler in hand) and manager ( 30ish woman)sternly, without a welcome or smile, told me that they don't fill growlers. I had even smiled and nodded to her. we sat at bar anyway had a beer (average) then left . You think newly opened brewery would be more welcoming.. I haven't been back, unless I get an apologetic and welcoming response. I think CC Brewery )and Silva, (now closed) have a better selection and attitude.
