The new breakfast biscuits for a dollar can’t be beat! I don’t know how than can give you so much tasty food for a buck!! I’ve had 10 of my friends try them and they all loved them

Always have my order correct, never a long wait, polite service, etc. I dont know the point of going to McDonald’s anymore- whose screens are always broken.. when Wendy’s is always on point and across the street. Also this location is much better than the Atascadero location with customer service & speed.

The remodeled dining room is very nice and they still have good burgers, chicken and sides! Don't forget the Frosties!

Great place to grab a burger. Food always comes out fresh whether going through the drive through or eating in. The on fast food place where it seems everything is made to order and you always get hot fresh food when ordered. Huge kudos for making things fresh as most places its hit and miss whether or not your fries among other things will come out hot or even cooked fully.

Wonderful management. We put in an online order but accidentally ordered it from the wrong location. We realized it when we got to the drive thru window, but the manager took care of it no problem and was very nice.

This Wendy's is very clean. It's never very busy. The food comes up fast ,whether your dining inside or going thru the drive thru. And also their employees are always smiling and helpful, great service!

The service was great and the food was good too. By the time I finished paying, my order was almost ready. Like most places though, the meal was too expensive for what you Get..$12 for a small burger and fries with a drink.

Decent food (it's fast food, I'm sure you have your own opinions on that), good service, clean eating area. It's a pretty average fast food place, though the tables and whatnot are in a much nicer ambiance than usual, there is also one worker there who is incredibly nice and exuberant.

I have not been to a Wendy's in 20 years. This location had friendly service and food cooked to order. It was also clean. I remembered that I'm not a huge fan of Wendy's but I believe their food and as very good for a Wendy's so I would recommend it. Only 4 stars because I'm not a Wendy's fan but if you are, you will most likely be happy with this spot

Delicious! it has been quite a while since i have had a Wendy's burger. Today I stopped in and had a Dave's Double and was i surprised. They use only fresh beef Never frozen. Man can you taste the difference. Just writing this i am thinking i will have lunch there today. Yes I know it is a chain but the freshness of their meet will rival a $10 burger joint. I always got the kids' meal until I discovered the Super Value Meal offers that are available. The Biggie bag is highly recommended for anyone looking to try everything at once with a cost-effective approach. It includes a sandwich with fries, a soft drink, and chicken nuggets. It was delicious and was a truly satisfying meal combo.

I've been one to like Wendy's burgers, but this store is in need of repairs. Service was good food was okay.

The jalapeno chicken sandwich was so-so, average stale pre-cooked flavor. Fries were good. They were out of large containers for fries so I asked for two small fries and they should have compted me one or at least a discount, but charged me for two. Seems they should have done something?

Not my favorite place but it is my husband's. There's never a line so that's nice just not fond of the prices or food. I also have an issue with when I order and I'm the only one in drive through and by the time I drive 20 seconds to the pickup window the food is already ready to go. There's something really wrong there.

Customer service was not available today. Wasn't greeted, wasn't acknowledged till the gossip was over. On top of that, couldn't bother to get the order right. This wasn't the Wendy's experience, I've gotten in this store ever before. Manager on duty, couldn't apply himself to customer service either. Sad.

I don’t know about the bread here, I’ve been here twice and each time I get a sandwich the bread always has this funky smell to it. Like a rotten smell it makes me gag and I end up losing my appetite. However, the ice cream machine is on point and the staff are friendly!

I usually love Wendy’s, especially their baked potatoes. But lately they consistently get my order wrong in some aspect at this location. All my orders are through via drive through or through a delivery service, so I haven’t exactly gone back but it will at least cause me to double check my orders before I leave the drive through from now on. This has only been a problem in the last couple of months so not sure what’s going on.

I love Wendy’s, but I’ve had nothing but issues at this location. Half of the time I try to go I don’t get what I ordered, they’ve given me the wrong burger or not given it to me at all 4 times now in the last 2 months. I normally would check the food really well and return if need be, but this is one of the places I go for my lunch break, so I never have time to fix the mistakes.

Good quality was good but it seemed every order was wrong several times while we were there. Even when we got our order back it was still wrong. Also there were so many flies they kept landing on everything including ourselves.

Terrible help at counter. Ordered a single burger, and a couple of other things. Then noticed a BOGO offer on the burger. I understand things can get tricky sometimes, but after she couldn't figure it out, she asked the supervisor for help. She couldn't figure it out either. Had to start all over again to get it done. Yikes.

It was good food but awful customer service. The host was Hunter and made me feel extremely unwelcome and embarrassed of myself, to the point where I was too nervous to go ask for a drink refill and just didn't get one. Great restaurant with great food but awful customer service.

This particular location has a horrid fly problem... i counted the windows (there were about 12) and each window had about 6-8 flies on it, that's about 72 flies. (and that's being generous) A fly flew into my face while waiting for food (which took an absurd amount of time) at least 4 times. They also forgot one of our drinks and then only filled them half way up. so we had to ask him to top it off. and there was flies all over the tables, customers, and I had even seen a lot landing in the kitchen area. Ewwww. nobody wants flies all over them and their food. We decided to sit in the grass outside and make it a to go order because the flies were so bad. however we did enjoy our food outside. would have rated better if it weren't for flies.

This was a horrible trip to wendys today. Was left standing at the register a good 5 minutes before being acknowledged or spoken to. I did Receive food in good order but when I sat to eat by the window I noticed dead flys on the window sill. Looking around more there were smashed flys on the wind and the walls next to the windows. I then moved away from that area And sat near the Center of the room to try to eat but the flies buzzing around my food were relentless. I ate what I could but I just couldn’t finish it. It’s pretty sad that you have to lay this kind of money down to eat and have to eat in such a foul atmosphere. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Just got food there for he first time. My chicken strips we're tiny, barely warm to the touch, and bone dry. Fries were also almost fully cold. Our drive home is less than 3 min, bags were closed, heater was going. Also the lid on my husband's drink was unsecured and exploded. So all around failure. Won't be going back.

I use to love this restaurant. Been going here for years. The service was always fast , accurate. And the staff was know and nice. Lately, I haven't seen any of the old familiar faces and the hospitality is just gone and they always mess up my order now. Where is Fadia ??

Fries and burger was cold. This is the 2nd time in a week that this happened. Today I returned the food and told them that nothing was hot. All barely warm. They made me new food this time and it wasn't much better. I ate half the fries and a couple bites of my hamburger and then threw it all away. I lost my appetite and was really upset. So I left. I won't be back.

I ordered my food. Pulled up to the window and they already had my food waiting in bags. I'd say it was about 10 seconds to when I pulled up to the window. Fast service right? Well a little too fast. Went to the hospital that night. Doctor told me if I've eaten chicken. I ordered a chicken sandwich at Wendy's. Told me they think its salmonella. Been pooping and throwing up since this morning at 2am. No bueno. Not eating here anymore.

i ordered a chicken ceaser salad, and towards the end of it my stomach started hurting super bad. i have no idea what was in there but my stomach was no happy about it. i had diarrhea a couple minutes later. after i was done with that i sat down and watched a movie. not even 10 minutes later my stomach started hurting again and i had to rush to the bathroom. wendy’s i don’t know what you put in your food but you need to close down right now

Drove through just to get a frosty. They didn’t have chocolate but if I wanted to wait 6 minutes they would bring it out. I waited 15 minutes then went inside. They don’t recall my order at all. No receipt. I won’t be coming here again.

The workers give off bad vibes and you have to tell them a million times what sauce you need. Like no, I didn’t ask for soy sauce I asked for sweet and sour sauce. And one of the tables the chair is literally ripped off you can’t even sit on it. The nuggets were Alr but I recommend you do not go to this Wendy’s. I swear someone must have done witchcraft on it because it was just an off place. Do not recommend.

If I could leave a ZERO I would! This place runs out of fries and baked patatoes all the time! The staff acts like know one else can speak Spanish as they bad mouthy he situation! The Male manager and. The whole staff tonight should be fired! Nothing funny about ruining someone’s business and you out a job Lame a— mother you know the rest

Gross food, grosser service. Will give your online order to somebody else and then tell you they won’t help you. Manager is cold, rude, and helpless. No apologies, no trying to make things right, can’t remember an order told to him 10 seconds ago, and zero personal feel. Kitchen is messy and not hygienic. Top it off with bad food, and that’s this Wendy’s experience. Steer clear. 0/10

My wife is super nice to her but it’s definitely something that needs to get fixed it holds up line.

And guess what the nasty thing didn't even wash hands. Made me almost throw up. And not long after the one who makes your burgers went outside wearing his gloves and came back in still wearing gloves because people came through drive thru. Corporate needs to view cameras and see what else the filthy people are doing.

We realized when we got home that they hadn’t given us any of the dipping sauces that we had ordered with the nuggets either. Overall a bad experience. I am someone who doesn’t like spicy, and I would have been happier had they offered a different kind of substitution at the very least, but it would be smarter to remove the nuggets off the app all together when they aren’t available so they could avoid this type of thing.
