This is a nice little mcdonald's tucked away in the valley of the mohican, which offers a good break for the river and campgrounds.

Clean restrooms, clean restaurant area. Employee was mopping behind cash registers at 1p.m. when we were there. The food was typical McDonald's. Very good. The staff was friendly. They had self order & pay kiosks, but we went to the cashier. It was a good experience all around.

Very good and quick in the drive through. Food is hot and visually appealing every time I have been so far. The employees are also very courteous and friendly as well.

Gotta give a big shout out to the honest people at McDonald's Loudonville! I left valuables after a visit, manager saved them for me and returned. Thank You very much!!!

I was on my way home and had to use a restroom. I knew there was a McDonald's on the way, so I stopped there in Loudonville, Ohio. The restroom was immaculate, and the food was wonderful!

This location is really on top of their game. Restaurant was clean, food was served hot and fresh and the people were friendly.

I was about to give them four stars because of the long wait in the Drive-Thru but when you compare their service and product to that of the Black Fork Bistro downtown oh my gosh is it great, this is an EASY five-star! You HAVE to try the Big Mac. (Also, in case you weren't aware The Black Fork Bistro no longer takes carry out orders by phone MEANWHILE McDonald's is over here putting thousand island dressing on a burger?!? Sorry Bistro,womp womp.)

Mc Donald's is usually consistent in facilities, food, & service. I believe our small group stopped there in order to use the restroom. This was before going to the nursing home to visit my father on his 93rd birthday. The facilities were clean and adequate.

The employees were friendly and the fries were fresh and hot. It was clean except up at the beverage area. There were some spills and the trash bin in the counter was full. The mural in the side room was really neat, painted by someone in 2000.

Young man running register young and probably newer hire. Obviously nervous. Doing his best. Customers need to chill. The crew was busting their butts to keep things moving. That's all one can ask. Do your best...keep things moving.

Great food and speedy delivery. Was a 10 car line, gone through in 5 minutes. Fresh hot food, but had to wait for an iced coffee that ended up being warm.

They keep giving us unsweetened tea...we ask for sweet tea! Other than that great!!

It was McDonalds. One burger had been smashed so hard it split, yet still edible. Just didn't look right with part of the burger hanging out the bread.

Usual menu, they open the inside later in the morning but don't have inside seating right now. My bagel was burned, but as this is the only fast food restaurant in the area, you are stuck. I would recommend going to one of the many mom and pop restaurants in the area.

Good location, located conveniently near the state park. On our second visit, their kiosks were not processing credit cards. They mentioned often having problems with their network connections.

My sandwich had a sticker advising it was special order no onions or pickles but it had onions and pickles. French fries were limp and flavorless and McDonald's use to have the best french fries. Chicken nuggets have changed too, it's scary when the cats sniff and walk away when they love chicken!

(after you had to get your own drink, straw, napkins, ketchup and salt, and bus your own table when your done) What's Next, you have to bag your own "to go" orders, and bring your own bags and cup.... While the service and food is good, I'm not sure why when I eat there I have to be subjected to the lies of Fox news at 100% volume the entire time, especially after this week, when fox settled with dominion for almost $800 million for lying about the results of the 2020 election. Why you would want to promote that in your establishment? Children come to this restaurant! They are the future of our country, and they should not be subjected to the network that is seeking to destroy it with its propaganda. That being said, my quarter pounder with cheese was very tasty. (Fyi you should also look into the coke zero tap bc it always tastes like root beer.)

I went in just to get a medium coffee. That took about 10 minutes or so even though there was nobody at the counter. When I asked for some milk for the coffee I was told I could either have half and half or if I wanted real milk they would have to sell me the milk. Considering the cost of the coffee which was $3.19 I thought it was pretty outrageous that they couldn't even provide me milk.

This one is expensive as all get out because of it's proximity to cedar point avoid at all costs. The young African American female makes it seem as if ever order is a burden.

Pretty much got my food in and out good time the girl at the window had a nice smile but just waiting a little bit it just seemed like they needed better management for the people to be trained to move and work together

Tough for this place. High traffic McDonald's, lots of customers to please. Bathrooms weren't spotless but acceptable given the number of people on a weekend afternoon. Service was quick given the number of people. Food was sub par compared to other McDonald's, 🍟 undercooked, bread stale, sloppy sandwich construction. Ok place if you're in a pinch, I guess...

Hard pressed to find a worse McDonald's i now know why I've been told yo go to the one off the highway. Just missed there breakfast menu so I thought well the food will be hot and fresh boy was i wrong fries where cold and soggy (I've found McDonald's fries in the back of my car the kids have dropped and I had them back in May that where crisper than today's fries). The 2 cheese burgers where cold and the bottom of the buns had been sitting in pickle juice. Normally they just get my order wrong but today was worse than that.

They argued that iced coffee without cream, doesn't have an unflavored liquid sweetener, they're telling me the cream is what sweetens it. He learned from another employee who over heard him. He then put 1 pump of it in and handed it to me and rudely said "I didn't know and shut the window in my face so I couldn't ask for a straw. Iced coffee comes with can and unflavored liquid sugar, without cream it still gets sugar, coffee and ice.

This place is always so slow. Once there are 5 or 6 cars in the druve thru it seems like they can't handle it and they stop taking orders completely for several minutes. I ordered 2 drinks, sat in line for 12 minutes, seriously, and when I finally get to the pick up window the person handing out the food and drinks picks up an empty cup and walks away to make an iced coffee!? My drinks are sitting right there and that's all I'm getting! I gave a "what's up" gesture to the manager and when she comes to the window I tell her I just need my drinks and she looked at me like I'm crazy. I told her she might want to have the person at the window check the next order before walking away in case it's just drinks like mine. Of course she didn't even acknowledge me.

I have traveled to over 35 states and this store is the worse I have seen. Take a good book or movie as the average wait time is around 20-30 minutes. Feb 7 2022 Update:. Food quality has improved quite a bit. However, wait times are about the same. If you use the mobile app or go inside to order your waiting will be even longer. This store seem to favor drive through customers over all else. Sep 22 2022 update. Waiting times are still insanely long. Drive in, pick up, or dine in....you will be waiting for your order to be completed. Plan accordingly

No one comes to the front when you are waiting. Ordered on the app and waited over 10 minutes, there was no one else in the restaurant. Not stopping here again.

Very slow and didn't get order correct it was a lg coffee with 5 sweeteners got lg coffee no sweeteners. Waited 7 minutes and 3 was at the pickup window watching them fill soft drinks and when she pored the coffee pot was half empty so the wasn't waiting on it to brew.

Fries were cold, and the sandwich tasted like it had been sitting a while. For the long wait in line, nothing was fresh. Also, I had to ask for my sandwiches as they only handed out a bag with fries in it.

They say they close at 11 but I go after work around 9:30-10 and they tell me they’re closed almost every night. When they are open they charge extra for every little thing you get. No other McDonald’s does that. For example when you sub bacon for sausage at breakfast they charge you per bacon strip. Most ludicrous thing I ever heard of. It’s worth the drive to go to a different McDonald’s truly.

Used to be one of the best in Aahland County - now they're horrible. I waited for 10 minutes, entered a $30 order just for them to tell me they don't accept hundreds.. I left - came back with change, and apparently took too long so I had to order again. Took another 20 minutes making my food, and left me to pace in the dirtiest fast food joint I've ever seen. I almost offered to clean it for them. The fingerprints were all over every window, there was a Milkshake spilled in a line all the way out the door, the rugs hadn't been touched all day, the wrappers and lids everywhere were insane. I noticed all of this, and how absolutely filthy everything was - so I went to grab some hand sanitizer. Wouldn't ya know - every SINGLE DISPENSAR I tried (5 total) including the ones beside the kiosks were bone dry. 2 of them were broken. I'm going to be surprised of we didn't catch some sort of disease in there - that was unacceptable. I've worked fast-food for years, and never would that have been even remotely tolerated anywhere else. McDonald's in Millersburg to be exact. Do better. Manager on duty was Melissa, I believe was her name. Our fried were also pulled from the fryer way too early. Floppy, and not completely cooked. Billy - the kid at the front counter was sweet as pie. Best part of the visit.

The two star rating is pretty generous I feel like. I went through the drive thru and although it was busy, waited 20 minutes to get my food from when I was at the speaker. Unbelievably slow. Almost embarrassing. Then when I finally got up to pay they were running a promotion where if you gave them a rating on service they would give you a free sandwich. I’m sorry, but I can find better ways to kill a half hour.

Treated my 80 year old father to a quick lunch. Average McDonald's food but way too many flies, I expect some this time of year and he grew up on and has been around farming most of his life and he complained about how disgusting that was. The outside tables were dirty. The sandwiches were just thrown in the box. The cheap iceberg lettuce is nasty. No salt on the fries. I know it's just fast food, but I'm paying for a hot well made sandwich. Not a sandwich thrown in a box.

We used there new ordering system. What a joke, after I put my order in and paid for it there where six people ordered at the counter they ALL got there food and was eating as we waited for our food . I went to the counter and asked for my food. A very nice young person said that my food was over on the counter and said that it had been there for over 5 minutes. Incredibly slow and always slammed. Tourist area where it tends to get more business than it can handle. It's been so bad that I've had to sit outside, even the parking lot gets overly clustered. Orders are frequently wrong, which tends to be parr for the course with McDonald's, but heavy traffic tends to make this worse. I am growing more intolerable of McDonald's as a company in general, and this particular one does nothing to rectify the thoughts. I always recommend people avoid and find elsewhere in an area with much better options.

Drive thru, ordered a quarter pounder with ketchup only. Received the order and it had cheese on it, no ketchup. Took it inside and the clerk wanted to argue over the order as well as the manager. Stated cheese "ALWAYS comes on a quarter pounder no matter what". Well, no where does it state that and if I ordered it as a quarter pounder with ketchup only, how does that include cheese automatically?? This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. We went around lunch time yesterday, so we anticipated a wait, but the two line system is being incredibly poorly run. We got trapped into the inside lane by a bunch of rude customers, so initially not the McDonalds people's fault. However, we then waited FORTY MINUTES IN LINE because we were trapped and the cashier's were only talking to the "lane 2" customers. So we sat trapped, completely unable to get out of the line, and then we get up there and they didn't even have all day breakfast, so my husband couldn't get a hashbrown. An unimportant thing, but after everything, I was so upset.

Placed a mobile order, they said my payment didn't go through so my mom paid. 5 days later, the transaction went through on my account and my mom still paid. I'm not sure how to go about getting a refund back since it didn't come out of my account until 5 days later. Don't place a mobile order from this mcdonalds, they're quite literally just going to scam you.

My family and I stopped to have a soda after adventuring in the area. The manager was super snarky when letting them know the ice machine was empty. Keeping in mind that we were just asking for ice for our drinks which was a MAJOR inconvenience for this manager . She was rude and has Zero customer service skills.

Waited 10 minutes for food to come out, usually that's acceptable because this location is so busy. But there were only 3 cars in the drive thru and they had been gone 5 minutes b4 I got my food. I told the worker, I also had drinks, she said I'll send someone else out. Next person brings me the wrong drinks, I show her my receipt with correct drinks, then she brings them wrong again. Mind you, I'm now at 20 minutes. I went in to get my order remade, you would think that a manager would have at least talked to me. Nope. I'm sure they remade the burgers and fries. But the nuggets and big Mac were cold.

I never rate when it’s bad but I’ve tried to give this place a chance more than a handful of times. 45 min wait for 4 plain cheeseburgers, another time messed up 3 different peoples orders and when I told them it was messed up the attendant asked what he was to do about it… now today I place an order for $20 worth of food… try to pay with a $100. They said they can’t take it..I asked if the manager could and she said she couldnt (I didn’t have anything smaller) even though food was ready they turned me away. Taco Bell down the street had no problem taking the money.

I decided after some time to go back. I've been here multiple times in the past year. The service is still not improved. Today I ordered for curbside, waited about 20 minutes after the email confirmation and picking the number of the spot I parked in. After then walking inside, to inquire as to whether perhaps my order had been lost in the system or something, and being asked if my order was any number of different orders (after even providing the name on the order and the order number itself), the order had apparently been sitting on the back counter for the previous 20 minutes, as they picked it up (completed and sitting there), and it did indeed have the curbside spot and the grill tickets were indeed printed within the same minute as I had the order confirmed in the app, meaning that someone looked at the slip on the side of the bag (also had the same time for order completion), saw that it was for curbside, and just decided "nah." As one can expect, when food has been sitting for 20 minutes, it's no longer hot. No offer to remake it. Just a simple "sorry about that" which is at least something I guess. Here's my review from 3 years ago. I ordered a mcchicken, mcdouble, crispy chicken and 10pc. They forgot the crispy chicken. I don't even care to go back for it. Service is always pitiful here. Don't order from here unless you literally hasn't no other option. This place asked me three times what my order was at the window because they couldn't keep it straight from the order kiosk and they still couldn't get it right. Just go elsewhere because this place is unable to do anything. You've been warned.

What an absolutely abomination of an establishment... My handicap fiance tripped over the carpets by the doors, and could not get the bathroom door to open because it was so heavy. While I was waiting for her to get out of the bathroom I heard one of the employees yell four different times at the top of his lungs I really don't need this job because I have another job off for somewhere else and then when the manager was within your shot he said what are you going to do fire me? So, this definitely is not the place that I would ever want someone preparing my food. Never returning to this place and I advise anyone else who is in the loudonville area to do the same.

Back drive thru young lady wanted to over charge me for 2 sausage McMuffin by charging me for 2 sausage McMuffin with egg and then removing the egg instead of switching it to the correct sandwich. Then when I pulled up to the drive thru window she wanted to argue with me about it instead of changing it to what I actually wanted and not over charging me. You need to teach your employees how to use the pos system and look for the correct picture to push and to stop over charging people! Plus her arguing back was really cute in a public place!

My husband and I stopped in. No one was at the front for a long while, while waiting a manager getting Drive thru orders together looked straight at us, no greeting, nothing just continued what she was doing. Figured since we were going to wait may as well go to the sit down restaurant down the street with much friendlier and welcoming folks. Won't be back! This place is absolutely horrible! Just about every time I come here, something is wrong. This time, I asked for cheese and onions on my mcchickens, and extra onions on my son's cheeseburger and I asked for double fries instead of apples. Got apples, absolutely no onions on the burger, and no nothing on the mcchickens. All 4 sandwiches had the right ticket, and I paid 80 cents a sandwich for cheese. It's not that hard to read a screen and follow directions. I personally worked at McDonald's for a long time, I know first hand it's not that hard. I would be embarrassed if I was the one running this restaurant. You need some serious retraining or new management. Do better!!

I came by approximately an hour before closing time. I placed a mobile order for the drive-thru, and when I went to pull around and pick it up, they had superficially “closed”, presumably to get a head start on closing tasks, likely on the account of minimal business at that time. The store took my 15 dollars, and I did not receive my food.

Staff was absolutely miserable and again, like every other McDonalds anymore were screaming and yelling. Absolutely ridiculous as a corporate company, and even worse look for a local franchise. AND they can’t even get an order right. Put our order at 8:11, finally got the order, made wrong at 8:32. Absolutely do not come here. Or any other McDonald’s for that matter. Guess I should’ve taken time to read the reviews before going, but didn’t have time since the kids were hungry and it was the only option that quick on our way through town. 👎🏼

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a hash brown, My son ordered 2 sausage McGriddles and a hash brown. What was given to us was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, 2 hash browns, and a sausage McMuffin. When we brought it to the attention of the person working the drive-thru she took the bag back, which is 1 not allowed, She then stated she would change out the McMuffin for a McGriddle and charge us for an additional McGriddle since we only paid for 1. I asked how that was possible when we were not the ones who messed up the order. She was rude! My son and I took the bag back and he only got the 1 McGriddle.

Passing through, don't live anywhere near there. Just got a coke, pulled up to pay and handed girl $10 bill. She handed change out-of the window so quick, pushed it down into my hand and all the coins fell onto the ground. She slammed the window quick, then was gone. Pissed me off, like damn...talk to your staff. The place was dead so I'm not sure what the rush was.

I ordered 2 coffees, one person uses sugar and the other person uses equal. Cups were not marked and both coffees taste the same. I really wish they would NOT add the sugar and sugar substitutes. One person wants 2 creams the other person wants 4 creams. What a royal MESS and they want me to drive back and have them remake the coffee? It would cost me as more in gas throwing the coffee away. They have been dumped down the drain. 😡

It took them 15 minutes to get my small order ready when I used the app to order ahead of time. What's the point of even using the app? I also didn't receive sausage on my breakfast sandwiches as ordered. The orange juice tasted like water.

I had went to McDonald’s for some food last night and this is what had been served to me. The bugs were absolutely disgusting. When I called the worker said there was nothing they could don for the bugs when they could’ve. And it got into drink for the happy meal I had ordered. I’m just so disgusted.
