Good place for a quick 5 dollar lunch, an evening treat, or a big dessert to share at home. Fast service with reasonable prices. It also has a unique interior with lots of exposed wood, and a good outdoor seating area.

My wife and I just stopped at DQ while traveling. She got a medium cone with crunch coat. I ordered a large cup of vanilla soft serve. The wife's cone looked good. My "Large" cup of soft serve was to be honest lacking. $8+ to sit down for what we received was a bit disappointing. I am likely done visiting the "Dairy Highness" franchises.

Extra flame thrower sauce... I'll even pay for it. This was the 3rd time so I'm finally saying something. No sauce on the bottom bun and it's dry by the last bite. I don't have time to drive all the way to Medina, they do it right. Learn for next time. Sadly I will be back because it's better quality food and friendly window staff. Teach your line to sauce right.

No chicken in my basket. I ordered a 4pc and no extra fries. What made it annoying was driving back home from Seville and my finance goes , “what did they do with our chicken?!” I really don’t like to be that person leaving a bad review and we were polite, staff was polite. But this is incredibly intentional and sorta wasted $9

2 blizzards cost over $14, that’s pure corporate greed. Also, if you’re going to charge a premium then at least replace your mistakes.

The girl taking orders at the drive thru needs to speak up so you can hear the total. No napkins in bag and cheeseburger and fries were cold.

Unbelievably disappointed with my last visit! The cost for a single combo is outrageous. I specifically asked for no pickles and my burger was filled with them. The bun was old and chewy. The tea was old. For having gone right after the lunch rush, nothing should be as old as it was.

They made both my blizzards wrong. It seemed like the kid at the window was having a bad day or something. No smiles or anything. I called to let the manager know that they messed it up and I had to come back to the store in order for them to fix it. Luckily i live close. The manager was a female. When she came up to me and asked me how she could help me I said i spoke to the manager. Her response was thats me. No smile or anything. She came across with an attitude also. Also, I thought according to Medina health codes you are not to take food across a counter after it was given to a customer. I live right around the corner from them and have spent a lot of money here. This experience is making me rethink how much business i give them. The customer service really needs some attention.

Walked in and nobody greeted me, or told me it would be a second. Waited about 5 minutes. I made eye contact with two different employees and nothing. I'll never stop back at this location.

Food was horrible! Chicken was dry, had hardly any mayo on my sandwich. Fries were old and cold. The staff took the pop machine nozzles off even though there were people still in the lobby eating and still half hour left of them being open so I couldn't get a refill. Only thing that was good was the cheese curds which were made fresh.

I have now gone through the drive thru twice within the last 2 months and both times the staff doesn't seem to care about wearing masks properly. They need to cover your nose and mouth, not your chin. Last time I will be visiting and I made sure the Medina Board of Health was made aware.
