They were out of toys for the happy meals so they gave my daughter a cookie. I just wish they would have asked first.

Allways get a med coffee & a b'fast sandwich, normally about $3.88. That day it just went up to almost $7.00. I was told the sandwich went up from $2.00 to $4.95. Went to Dunkin today got a drink and a much larger b'fast sandwich for less than $7. With their senior discount.

I like the updated look Kiosk, video screen style menu above the counter, TV in the corner. Now you can get a number have the food delivered to the table. Which can be a blessing to those with large families. Food is now cooked to order so it is served hot which means a little longer to wait time.

It's McDonald's...you know what you're getting. The staff was very friendly but the building was cold when dining in.

Question of the day.....how many chicken nuggets come in a twenty piece? Well if you get them from this McDonald's the answer is 15. I do not think that is how math works.

It was nice but the restrooms were fairly gross with a leaky urnal. Can't speak for the woman's restroom though.

Arrived around 2100 hours, after a long travel. Dining room had all the chairs upside down on the tables. Floor was messy. Ordered the swiss mushroom burger, as did 3 others in my group of 7., for which we had to wait, because they did not have the onions or mushrooms ready. Even though it is their advertised signature burger. The fries were already on the tray, and getting cold while waiting, on the other food. (3 burgers and a couple of orders of nuggets) So they had us sit down and brought us the burgers about 5 minutes later. The burgers were ok, but not worth the $10.00 price tag for the combo. The staff was very friendly though.

The signs are fixed now, there's a lot of conversation behind the line, and a woman was staring at us for a while before she took our card but they still manage to get your food out in a timely manner.

Ordered with the app., App charge on my debit. The location never got the order. Had to show mgr the digital receipt to get the order cooked.😔

If you get there after 7 pm, be prepared for a long wait and for them to be out of a bunch of things.

In general McDonald's prices have gone up. They still had Shamrock shakes which was a plus, but l asked for half chocolate and half shamrock, and they said they weren't allowed to do mixed shakes anymore. Why? 'They" won't let us. If you have enough people asking that you have to make a policy against it, maybe you should figure out a way to make it work.

If you're visiting in the winter and eating inside, bring a jacket, because it's always cold here. With that being said, my orders were correct and the help was friendly.

I'll give McDonald's some credit, I feel like their food quality is improved as it didn't make me feel sick within half an hour or eating like it used to. 3 stars because the prices have creeped up allot. The food is better but nowhere near as good as like a 5 Guys or Moe's, but the price is allot more similar than it should be....

We go here often and the food and service is always good. The dining room is becoming more and more grungy, in need of routine and deep cleaning. This makes it less appealing to want to eat here and has us wondering what the kitchen looks like.

Double quarter pounder we got last week when we ordered it , asked for well done ..even said we'll done on receipt..went to eat it was red and bloody ..called and told them got told to hold on then manager said oh guess I cook it another one..said oh yes that's my lunch..went back Manger then had 2 other employees by her says I cooked it and even cut one patty open and used a temperature gage it said 270 so it's well done..I was not happy for the show and attitude..Like it was a nuisance for her to do that and have to make it a big deal ..a double cheese burger. A big Mac etc. All well done but when ppl add for a well done double quarter pounder should do it with no problem...thank you

LONG LONG lines and wait times in drive thur. No pies, as is the case AT LEAST 85% of time. They actually said, " we haven't had time to make them". Not sure if the manager or district manager knows this, but both the Gloversville and Johnstown stores are like this almost ALL the time, no matter what time of day it is. I menu item, that is easy $$ and easy to make(7 minutes to cook then cool and box) and people can't get for dessert. What a wait of time asking for and loss of $ for store.

Maybe there was some confusion? I pulled up to get a bite to eat before work, asked for a McDouble and a McChicken. They asked if I wanted regular, I didn’t want anything spicy so I said yes. I go to eat and they didn’t put any condiments on either one! No lettuce,pickles, etc either. At least the McDouble had cheese though. Never really had an issue with this place before.

Remember when mcdonalds was cheap and fast... No longer cheap and you're gonna sit in a 10 minute line to get your food... Its still good, just not the cheap fast fast food u want

2 breakfast burritos and a hash brown. The burrito was so dry(enpty) l had a hard time swallowing it. Never again!!

Check you prices after you pay. Their computer over charged me by 60 cents for two mcchickens. The manager did explain why but stand your ground. In my world 60 cents is 60 cents. You can't offer one price and charge something else. This may not sound like a big deal but it is. From what I understand there corporate is working on the issue. A refund was offered.

It's ok in a pinch, but the food is overpriced and low quality, and the orders 3/5 times are messed up, either missing an item or the item is made wrong. My friend almost ended up having an allergic reaction because someone left the sauce on the chicken sandwich when we ordered it without. It only gets 2 stars because most times at the drive thru you are there and gone in under 5 minutes, and the inside is much more appealing since the remodel.

The bar is pretty low when you think mcdonalds but this one is exceptionally bad. More often than not the orders are wrong. Despite the fact that it takes twice as long to get the food it's still poorly assembled. If you don't want to wait ten minutes for a cheeseburger with the condiments on the outside of the bun then this isn't the place for you.

The drive-thru woman who hates to help people with the McDonald's app needs to be fired. She says welcome to McDonald's going to take you order. Will be using the app today if you say yes and she hears your voice and she doesn't like you. Is she hands the order to a different person instead of helping the person in front of her.

My husband ordered a big mac and the middle bun was on the bottom with the bottom bun in the middle. I ordered crispy buttermilk chicken and the tomatoes were just thrown in the box with the smushed sandwich. The restaurant was considerably empty with no drive thru orders but it still took almost 10 minutes to get our food and then the woman that brought it to us was miserable. The only thing that was good was the fries were nice and warm. I don't think I'll really go back there unless I really need to

There were only 2 tables being used and we had to clean our own table. The place was a pig pen. Also looked like there was throw up on the floor that was still there when we left. I suggest the drive through if u care to trust the cooking area is cleaner then the dine in area.

Umm I just had the funniest and disturbing visit to this McDs. 1. When I get there there was a person who was very upset that he ordered a Smoothie and it did not have the game piece on it. The manager sat there and yelled at this person instead of just give them a damn cup. It was embarrassing for the manager. PS This person was LGBTQ+ so I wonder if it was due to that and not because they ordered the wrong drink with the piece. Its not cool in 2025! 2. Ordered our food on the kiosk and when it came to the table the drinks were not labelled with the Zero option. So I asked the lady which drink was which. In front of me she proceeded to grab my drink, take off the top and do a sniff test of my drink to figure out which was regular and zero. Like putting her nose in my drink. I was shocked. What do you say to that? Umm Do better MCDs!! Yikes! EDIT- Below the owner asked me take a survey except I don’t have a store number or a receipt since I paid at the Kiosk and did not get a receipt due to it being out of receipt paper? Again DO BETTER @mcdonalds

The service was awful! I stood at the counter for 6 minutes while 3 people worked the drive threw and one stood around talking to everyone about her bad night. The building is in bad disrepair.

Ordered 2 burgers...both raw. Called to let them know and they say come in tomorrow and get 2 on us. Went back today and one burger was raw again. Guess I wont be going there again.

I was in the "restaurant" for less than five minutes, and I walked out with the stench of greace inbeaded in my clothes and hair. Not happy at all.

My husband drove through after work and totally got The wrong order including 2 cheese burgers. They didn’t have big mac without starting the grill.

Now checking your bag before pulling away from the drive thru, to make sure you get the correct order is not enough. I get 5 miles away, open up my quarter pounder with cheese container....and its a Fish sandwich inside!!! Ridiculous. . .

This afternoon i decided that i wanted hash browns today so i went to my local McDonald’s to get some, come to find out they do not sell them after breakfast anymore and the lady working was so rude about it also! The last time i went to McDonald’s they were out of hash browns and told me they would have some the next day. I just want some hash browns this is ridiculous, have all day breakfast come back!!!

Last 3 times I've gone the order was messed up.didnt make the sandwiches the way I asked.they were doing great for a little while.didnt last long.also sat at the speaker to order the other day.tney were busy,understandable,but I had to drive away because I waited almost 8 min and no one ever took my order or even greeted me.

Their card machine was down. We left to get money off the atm. Came back, ordered food. We were sent to the reserved parking. They brought our food to the wrong car and by time it got figured out our food was cold.

The quality of food at McDonald's is poor and salty, we have noticed this at all of the locations we have at in the past couple of years, and is why we rarely eat at them any more.

What is going on with the employees at the Lowville location!? I do not even want to give a one star because this location is FAR below even a half star. EVERY TIME we order from here, wich in all honesty is NOT that often, they ALWAYS mess up with the order!!! Today, no straws, no napkins, oh wait....my Filet o Fish.....A HALF SLICE OF CHEESE...LITERALLY!!! The kids food, well, let's just say....NOTHING was correct!!! So sick of having to wait for my kids order went there a couple weeks ago noone else in drive-thru was asked to wait a moment 5 minutes later a car pulled up on other side of drive-thru and was waited on before me so annoying do better people!

2 weeks ago I went and ordered a chicken nugget happy meal, and a big mac value meal, through drive through. Went home and discovered that the happy meal had everything EXCEPT the chicken nuggets. Did they miss the point of the chicken nugget happy meal? This morning I decided to give them another try. Ordered a Sausage McMuffin with egg through drive through. You'd think that was simple enough. Know what I got instead? It wasn't the Sausage McMuffin with egg. I got 2 Sausage Burrito's. Were they out of what I ordered, and this was a substitute? Maybe, but I doubt it since nobody even asked if that was OK with me. I would have to say that this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The McDonalds in Carthage, and Watertown never gets it wrong. I wonder, are the standards here different than at other McDonalds? hmmmmm

I just got food there spent $25 and the oil is so bad the fries were dark brown and overcooked. Same as the chicken. The oreo McCurry I got wasn't filled up as well as the fries and there wasn't ice in my drinks worst experience and a waste of money.

I don't like the set up, I don't care for the fact that they bring our food out with out gloves on, or the fact that they are cleaning with out gloves on and then bring ur food out after they clean without washing their hands... If I wanted to have my food served to me I would got to an actual restaurant not a fast food place! The only thing I like about it is the large tables with the stools that was it.

Fries were cold, hamburger was terrible and I spit it out, I'd like to onto a napkin but there was none in the bag. The soda was cold and service was fine but overall it was nasty. And it will a long time before I ever go back.

When a customer asks for something to be omitted it should be followed. You don't know if that person has an allergy.

Very poor service. Tells me at promoter for drive thru didn't have a certain sandwich yet it was right on the menu board. Screwed up my sandwich order. Not very happy about that at all. We stop there often its unusual to get such poor service.

So. I come to this McDonald’s to eat a good meal when all of a sudden there was rude employees, and I felt like I waited ages for my meal which was half uncooked!!!! The fries were still frozen, my burger was so greasy that I was so disgusted I couldn’t finish it. I asked for no onions and I got onions, my food was so cold that my cheese was not even melted!!! Friendly service received a cheese burger with a large quantity of hair on it. Window cashier said she would fix it. She gave me a new cheese burger and threw it away after she gave it to me, because I was absolutely disgusted from the last cheese burger. Highly advise everyone that goes to this McDonald's check your food before eating it. I do not think it was an accident due to the fact that there was two types of hair on the cheese burger.

After a long and tiresome journey, the warrior was on what he could only believe to be his last hope for any type of sustenance for the foreseeable future he stumbled underneath those everwelcoming golden arches only to receive a cold fish sandwich in stead of a spicy chicken deluxe that he desired so much. Why he thought to himself and tried to wash away the dissatisfaction he now felt he reach for his watered down sprite only to realize it was not even iced with those gorgeous little cubes of crisp frozen high quality h²o.

When they deserve a five I might change it but when you ask for a only ketchup it doesn't mean the person needs the whole pot of ketchup as a visitor on town I rate this MacDonald the worst of all...

This is one of the worst places I have ever been to customer service wise and management wise. Every time I bother to stop at this place there's always been a mishap, a mess up in my order, or a (to be blunt) stupid worker that clearly wasn't trained properly at all that gives terrible customer service. Everything (especially their shake and ice cream machine) seems to be broken and unavailable for long periods of time. Also I've noticed their lobby is always dirty and workers are lounging around during the quiet times. One experience that I still rant about is when I first ordered a medium fry and somehow the cashier didn't hear me right and gave me a medium drink (and of course no one repeats your order there so you just have to hope they got it right) and then when I decided to suck it up and just take the drink I fill the cup only to find out there were no medium lids. Not only had it struck me absolutely ridiculous and stupid to even give me a medium cup in the first place without warning me of the lack of medium cup lids or offering a large drink (and note this at the time of when all drink sizes are one dollar) was that the worker simple looked at me and gave a half assed "Sorry." like that would fix the dilemma and like I would be completely okay. Now I may also mention that I have been trained to work in a fast food restaurant (not at McDonald's) and would never ever think of treating that situation with a customer in such a manner of stupidity and carelessness. I usually avoid this location (and would advise others as well) unless I must absolutely have to. Maybe one day McDonald's will review this location and tear it down to start again from scratch, but until then people who are passing through and need a bite to eat and the locals will have to suffer with this poor dirty excuse of a fast food restaurant. None of the workers or managers have my respect.

We ordered lunch thru drive thru. Only received drinks, had to pull up and wait. 5 cars went through and got theirs. And upon getting ours the order was wrong and fries were warmed up from night before... Service sucks. Guy never apologized for us having to wait for it and turned and walked away as my husband was talking to him..

Service is good but rancid food sometimes escapes the kitchen especially breakfast sausage I suggest smell checking them first I just got a bad one and it's not the first time I came pretty close to throwing up first bite

Biggest problem this place has is the unwillingness to make anything other than its over-greased sausages and sugared-up pancakes before 1030. Truly, screw mcd breakfast. Ewwwwww. Please make real food sooner.

Why would you think it's ok to charge for a more expensive product because you failed to order the correct paper products.? Charging for small drinks in place of kids sizes without consent from the customers is theft. And learn to wipe the outside of the cups off before handing them out. They are always covered in soda. Between the untrained staff and the fries always being cold anytime after lunch it's very frustrating. Carthage is almost 30 minutes out of my way but I will take my business to them instead. Baiting and switching ppl is not ok. In this economy every penny matters.

Management is rude and unhelpful. Refused to take back the food and remake or gelp in any way. I had to go back around to reorder. This time they said take it, because i wanted both receipts. Then all of a sudden, the manager was able to help. They decided i didn't have to pay. I really feel it was because they didn't want two bad reviews.

Workers are on there phones all the time i waited at the drive threw for 30 minutes i was just going to pull away when she finally came with no order gave her my card she swiped it and walked away then came back i asked ummm my receipt please she was like why? Big Macs are not good cold fries are always cold orders are ever right, no time is taken to make the food its thrown together and thrown in a bag. I live a distance from mcdonalds and every time i get the food home something is missing and not right..

Staff at window was NOT friendly…And has I was driving away realized the rude staff at window never gave me my receipt or even asked if I wanted it…I sincerely hope she is NOT in charge of the rest of the staff for the supper shift. The morning & lunch shift staff are NOT like this!!!

Food was not cooked at all. Didn't discover it until after I got home as I got take out. This really needs to be looked at because it's not the first time I've had problems here. This franchise is very much hit or miss.
