Came here for a date night with the hubby and as always we had an amazing time! The food is amazing! My husband got the arachera steak and just like the description says it was melt in your mouth phenomenal, I ordered the steak fajitas and expected it to be a bit tougher but the fajitas were also very tender! We paired our meal with some long island teas and to finish it off we ordered some churros to go! I would highly recommend corralitos to everyone!

We are from Big Spring visiting, and wanted to try something different. Courteous staff. The chips and salsa was great, especially the guacamole salsa/dip. Food choices were perfect for our family who all wanted something different. Staff was knowledgeable on explaining a few items we hadn’t heard of. Great spot for a Sunday dinner (5ish) was very empty when we came. Definitely enjoyable and quiet atmosphere while we were here. Would definitely be visiting again for a date night.

Arrachera steak with steak fries. The steak was so good! Flavorful and tender. Highly recommend. Also tried the 12oz ribeye from another plate and was amazing as well. Our server was very friendly, offered recommendations and she checked on us the perfect amount of times. We were kind of taken aback with the 3% fee we were charged for using a credit card. I wasn't paying attention if it was posted or on the receipt before payment was handed over, but I noticed when the total increased. I wasn't mad but surely it should be brought up at the time of transaction so another patron doesn't attempt to skim the servers tip for the few extra dollars that were added to a ticket. Our server deserved 20% and that's what she got but others may not be so reasonable. I would return if I'm ever in the Lubbock area again! Thank you.

Came to corralito after doing some research on where to find one of the best steaks in the area, I was highly impressed. My server Kenzie made some awesome reccomendations. I chose the house steak with a side of bone marrow and it had to have been one of the better meals I have eaten, as well as over the top service from Kenzie. Nice to pay for a great meal, and to have servers who are so personable and eager to provide a great meal. I’m very appreciate and look forward to coming back to Corralito

The wife and I just moved to LBK and had this as our first stop. We've been here plenty of times, but mostly, hit the main strip. The wife got the 12oz ribeye, and I got the bone in ribeye. We both got the cheese with raja on top, and it was bomb. For the appetizer, we got the queso fundito with raja on top as well! Been around Texas, the Permian, Dallas area, Austin Area, San Antonio. And this queso here was the best. To top it all off our server, Sasha(with a nose ring) was the best, knew her stuff, and didn't make anything difficult. This place has the magic flow. Everything comes out right on time, not too late, not too early. If you are in the area, stop by!

Steak was absolutely tender and cooked to specification. Very clean place but sounded like a party with kids in it. Loud. Drinks were good and waitress was very polite.

Everything was delicious! Our server JQ was very welcoming and took her time to give us recommendations on what to eat and drink. She also checked on us quite often making sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be coming back.

Bella was a perfect server. The food was great with one exception, the asparagus was lacking seasoning. Otherwise, everything we had was flavorful and cooked to perfection. My wife and I like Old Fashion’s and we saw they had Brandy on the menu, so we asked if they would use the brandy instead of whiskey or bourbon. They did and it was well worth it. The bartender came out and asked us how we liked our drink, which was not expected but well received. We had the melted cheese with chorizo for an appetizer and we strongly suggest that everyone try this if you haven’t before. We went for our anniversary and hadn’t planned on telling them, but it slipped and they brought us a complimentary chocolate cake for dessert. The atmosphere was very nice, the staff was polite and professional and was as key to making our night great as the food. We recommend whole heartedly that everyone should stop in and have at least one meal here. Bella also told us that they have great specials in the bar, so we will have to be back for an evening in the bar. This is definitely a place we will return on a regular basis, and you should too.

man oh man the moment me and my boyfriend walked in it was so welcoming. we sat down ordered two glasses of wine, placed or order and, had our salad. right when we finished our salad i heard the bell ring and knew our steaks were on the way. we ate enjoyed our wine pleasantly. We went in around 230pm Sunday to a hostess that was very welcoming and bubbly. The atmosphere was great, not chaotic like some places but very relaxing. We got the melted cheese with shredded beef and corn tortillas appetizer, I ordered a ribeye medium which came out perfect, and my son got a sirloin medium topped with a over easy egg which he really liked. Our waitress was super attentive and helpful, and the Manager came by to check on us too, the prices were fair but worth it for the atmosphere, service and food. We'll definitely be back!

We came here for my husband’s early birthday dinner. We sat at the bar and had the best service by Kevin! He answered all our questions about food and drinks. Our drinks stayed full, and our bellies by the end of it! I didn’t have any negative things to say about this place. My husband had the ribeye, green enchilada, green chilis, and beans. I had the salmon, rice, mashed potatoes, and a side of shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious! We don’t live in Lubbock but will definitely come back here when we are in town again. I tried this restaurant after moving to the area and I was not dissatisfied. From the moment I entered I was greeted by the host who was very friendly and courteous. After being by seated we were greeted by our server Andrew who was very knowledgeable of the menu and got us our drinks and appetizers quite fast. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides were absolutely delicious. Desserts at the end of the meal were pretty decently sized as well. This is definitely a restaurant I would recommend to others and I will definitely be returning for another meal. If you want fast and friendly service be sure to ask for Andrew.

This is a great higher end restaurant that represents Texas well. They have a good mix of steak and Mexican food. All of it is delicious. My wife and I are in town for the weekend and we did a fair amount of asking around. Quite a few people mentioned this place. We decided to try it. We loved it. Beware that an ideal situation is setting a reservation in advance rather than trying to show up, especially on a weekend. We both ordered steak, my wife a New York steak and I had a Ribeye. Both cooked and flavored perfectly. The staff here is amazing. Ultra friendly and helpful. The overall aesthetic is old western and very clean. I would definitely eat here again.

Easily one of the best out-of-town dining experiences we've ever had, every dish was incredible and surpassed our expectations. The happy hour's $2 margaritas were a delightful bonus! I had the enchilada meal which came with rice and beans, everything was good but I didn’t care much for the rice. My husband and I also shared ribeye tacos and chicken tacos, both were amazing! I’d recommend, the environment is nice.

Went for a business dinner, sat in the bar area. Bar was covered in plates and glasses from customers who had long departed. Just gave the feel that they don’t care much. Ordered a couple of appetizers, the Tuna Tostadas were incredible! The filet I ordered came out after a very long wait and was cooked to a nice medium rare. Unfortunately it had little flavor, and was a very stringy cut. It appeared too. Be. Low quality. Waitress was very nice, but took a while to bring drink refills. Overall, didn’t see why it was rated so highly.

I ordered a steak with asparagus and let's say the half of tree bark at the end of my asparagus was shameful, and on a slow night? I let my server Denae know of the problem and she related it to the kitchen and GM. The GM never came to apologize or see how the rest of my meal was. Food was great! We tried ribeye,new york in bone, and salmon, steaks were tender and juicy, though they did not made it to the picture! The waitress was good, though he was busy running around with other customers. The music was good, christmas kind, though a touch nice Mexican music could be enjoyable as well.

We were in town due to a college tour and seen this restaurant had a 4.7 stars. Going in it was not busy we were seated right away. However I only seen our server maybe 3 times. Had no idea what drinks they served. Ordered a filet and had baked potato as well as a caesar salad. They gave us a knife that was more than likely a bread knife it hardly cut the steak. I had to ask for a sharper knife. The filet was extremely chewy. I took two bites and both times had to spit it out. The salad was gross. Not sure what dressing but did not taste like caesar dressing and the lettuce definitely wasn't fresh. Looked welted. The only thing good were the melted cheese with shredded beef and the spicy salsa they bring to the table.

Maybe it was just an off night. Place was pretty empty for dinner. They were out of a lot of sides and appetizers. Arrachera looked good but the taste was just oversalted chewy steak. They cut it up into little pieces that are super dry as well. Charged me $6 for a quarter of an avocado in slices. Service is abysmal. Waitress switched our drinks for refills and the guy I was with had a cold. Luckily caught it before drinking his drink. This place is branded as a steakhouse. I'd say it's a steakhouse as much as Applebee's is a steakhouse. Steakhouse prices with taco bell quality. I don't understand the good reviews but either an off night or lack of options in Lubbock.

Be aware they are going to charge you an extra 3% for a “credit card convenience fee”. They even charged me this when I used a debit card. Food was okay. Our server, Amanda, was wonderful.

This place is so inconsistent. Sometimes we come here and it’s good, other times it’s terrible. Last night we were there and they crammed 6 of us into a tiny booth which made it very difficult to eat without constantly bumping into each other. One of us got a Philly sandwich and the bread was so hard you could barely cut it with a knife. 2 of us got the Mac and cheese and it was so dry and flavorless it might as well have been generic box Mac from dollar general. That last visit was the last nail in the coffin for me with this place I’m done trying.

If the food was as good as Bella's customer service, this location would be 5 stars. Queso Fundido was perfect, then it went downhill. I ordered the 20 oz porterhouse, Bella came back and said the meat smelled bad verified by another waitress and didn't want to sell it to me. I got a ribeye medium rare and it came out still moving it wasn't rare it was RAW. Sent it back and it came back cooked medium overcooked but still was a good steak. Bella Apologized as she saw the steak moving off my plate.! lol My wife got Tenderloin Tacos, when they came to the table, she took a bite and was chewing like it was rubber. I tried it and sure enough after 5 different pieces, we determined she was served TENDON loin, this should've been filet minon not filet of cow leather. When the Manager walked by and asked how things were going, he said he would give us dessert..... The cheapest thing on the menu. I politely declined. We traveled from out of state expecting an excellent meal based on ratings, I guess we got the B team. This place is beautiful and service was excellent, the back of house needs work, the food except the fundido was highly disappointing. Wife's meal was comped which was fair as none of it was eaten except the few bites of tendon we chewed.

If you like bland food,this is the place for you. Ordered the rib plate, it was super bland, now the can beans were good!!! Presentation was good,waiter was excellent and very knowledgeable on the food. To be honest, the food in Lubbock is not good, everywhere I go eat is the same taste......

Couldn't rate the food because they seated me after a quick 10 minute wait then I just sat there for another 15 minutes without so much as a how do you do until I left. Never even acknowledge I was there. It actually gets worse when I asked to speak to the manager she was the one doing the ignoring

We were extremely disappointed. Service was awful. Had to ask at least 3 times for every single thing. Salad came after the steak. It was nothing but bagged greens. Ordered ranch, got a vinaigrette of some kind. Ordered a bone in NY strip. I’m not sure what I got but was tough as a boot and not a bone in sight. Not even warm enough to melt the butter on top. The ribeye my husband ordered was too tough to eat. The guacamole was good. I definitely won’t be back. Waitress made a 100 excuses as to why our service was so bad. Walked up and asked for some napkins and was handed a drink napkin. There was zero napkins.

When you're in Texas and want a good "Texas" steak, if you're like us, you look up reviews on the best steak house in the area. That is what we did, but it's NOT what we got. The presentation of the food was amazing. I really wish the food was as good as it looked. My husband and son ordered each a $45 steak. Neither one could cut into it, and my husband's steak was cold when it was brought out to the table. He had taken our 2 year old grandson outside to walk around, he was fussy, so it wasn't a big deal BUT, when you order a $45 steak, you expect it to be hot when it gets to your table. My son's steak had like silver skin on it that their own steak knives couldn't cut thru. It truly was sad. My daughter in law's steak was so skinny and flat that it was dried out and hard to swallow. All 3 of them said that the taste was really good, but the quality sucked. I ate a wedge (iceberg lettuce) salad and the sushimi, and it was delicious. They all really enjoyed the bone marrow appetizer as well....not me....YUCK! LoL This was our first time there, and it will be our last. My daughter in law never received her sides with her steak. We couldn't catch the waiter, even though we were 4 of a total of 10 people in the whole restaurant. The waiter informed us that he's worked at several local restaurants. We can see why they didn't keep him on full time. He failed to tell us that the macaroni and cheese that we had been waiting on (for our grandson), they were out of it and had no plans on making any more. Like, it was early in the evening.....nobody else is going to order it for dinner? Point is, when you leave a 20-ounce Ribeye steak, with only 4 bites out of it, on the table, yeah, it's not worth going back. (Both of the guys left their food behind.) Especially when the total bill was $250.

Visited around 1 o’clock craving for steak tacos for them to tell me they’re all out of steak tacos twice😡 and for the server to tell me, I’ll bring you the menu so you can look for something else to eat. I paid for my drinks and walked out. Went to Cancun had some steak tacos “ they’re delicious🤌🏻”2-19-2026 1:00p.m

We’ve eaten at Corralitos Steak House multiple times in both Lubbock and El Paso and have had good experiences before, which made this visit especially disappointing. Our Queso Fundido (melted cheese) appetizer was completely forgotten. My Arrachera steak was ordered medium rare but came out nearly well done, with only a small section cooked correctly. The baked potato was unusually small, and both my steak and my wife’s arrachera steak tacos were missing the jalapeños and grilled onions that were supposed to come with them. This felt like a major drop in quality compared to past visits.

Severely understaffed, food was burned (the onions with the fajitas were crisps, and the beef was charred bad enough that ive had beef jerky that were more edible) service was horrible, never got called to be sat (hostess said she would call us, but told us she tried and failed to text us), we got sat at dirty table (when there were clean, and set tables, in fact there was no salt at our table), the limes brought to us were oxidized (meaning they have sat out for approximately a day before reaching our table) It took us going to the bar tender to get our bill in order to pay. We were actually debating on if we should leave, because we waited around 10 minutes for the bill. It took us 40 minutes for us to be sat on a 15 minute wait The black bass was a whole fish, which would not be an issue if we knew that it was going to be a whole fish with needle-like bones. Even though the crust tasted good, you couldn't eat it without risking the needle bones. I went with my mother and younger brother, this is the first time neither me nor my mother have ever tipped a server. None of this would have been an issue, if the food had come out quickly and the meal was significantly cheaper. We will not be coming back.

This is great environment. I ordered a sirloin..and got a shaved flank steak about an 1/8" thick. No refill on drinks. Steamed vegetables were raw. We asked for drink refills but none came. Waiter had 1 other table. Not impressed.

Ordered carryout, read all the great reviews, craving a good steak. I ordered a 7 oz sirloin, they gave me a piece of flank steak!! I'm starving, so, I decided to try and eat it, it has a funky metallic taste. It's the meat used for fajitas and such. This is NOT a sirloin, and they shouldn't be advertising it as such. This is OBVIOUSLY a flank steak. I won't b back, because I'm not sure what you'll ACTUALLY be served.

We were excited to eat here but overall it was a very dissatifying experience especially for the price paid...Chips were undercooked and some were stale. When asked to get fresh ones, server said they only have one batch made for the rest of the night so they couldn't make any fresh chips. Our meals arrive, we ordered the sirloin with corn and a filet mignon with loaded mashed potatoes. The sirloin had more flavor than the filet mignon which was really disappointing, the corn was super dry and the mashed potatoes tasted like it was instant potatoes. Was very grainy.
