One of us are vegetarian and it can be difficult to order. Taco Bell has began to offer vegetarian options. For those dishes that are not vegetarian they do offer the option to substitute bean or rice in place of the meat at no extra charge. Although this throws them off their normal routine. I had an incident in my last visit where they forgot some of the ingredients. However they happily and courteously replaced my order and did not require me to return the one they incorrectly prepared. They did not make the Cardinal mistake of giving meat. They just simply forgot an ingredient that I consider a main component of why I enjoy their Doritos Locos Supreme Taco 🌮. As a carnivore 🦖 and a vegetarian🥗 anyone is able to enjoy this American take on Mexican food. The portions especially relative to price are more than fair and the freshness and quality are more than expected from fast food.

I did not eat, I was just along for the ride. Went through the drive thru, but from talking to the lady at the window, it seems to me that they are very personable and friendly. Now the burrito that the guy with me got, that thing was huge, and from the looks of it, I believe the 2.99 was worth it, the guy didn't even finish it. Not because it wasn't good, it was just a lot

Very nice staff at this location, and my tacos and chalupa are always well and generously constructed. The drive through is a little slow (and perilous if they are busy and you cant quite pull all the way in off the frontage road), but inside the service is very quick and friendly. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell locations in town.

After the experience I encountered at a separate location I drove across town to be greeted over the speaker by a friendly voice. The young man was kind, polite, and professional. Devon and the crew got my order out quick and hot. Thanks guys!! Now I know I have to drive across town to get quality service.

This taco bell in Lubbock, TX was decorated so very eclectic. Colors were bright and fun. Service was great too. And lastly the food was made fresh and correct. Overall a great place to eat and hang out close to campus. Go Texas Tech wreck em Radars

Went through the drive through. I don't know why, but this time, the food was a little different. Prepared different or something.....it was unbelievably delicious. I only go to this particular Taco Bell now. I know what I'm gonna get. Thanks!!

Place gets 5 stars because of Bobbie! without her that whole ship sinks. I tried giving her a tip but her manager wouldn’t let her take it. The same manager who wouldn’t even respond to me or look me in the eyes!

Great service for such a fast store prime getting an exceptional job with cleaning the restrooms on point , as soon as I made one single complaint , it was only a little bit of sink , a little bit of atkins in the sink and he was on top of it

Frankie was truly the best employee I’ve ever run into at a Taco Bell. He was friendly & funny & like a friend I’ve known for years. I honestly had a horrible terrible no good very bad day & I can truthfully say he was the highlight. He made me smile & laugh even thought I didn’t have any energy to at all. He gave us wonderful recommendations & spoke highly of all the food with very detailed descriptions of all of the items we asked questions about. I’ve NEVER had someone at a fast food restaurant convince me to order something I’ve never tried (because I’m very picky) solely based on the way he spoke about the food. It turned out being delicious & I’ll definitely be ordering it again. Please give this man the highest raise possible. At nearly 2am, having the warmth and energy he brought me and my fiancé, he deserves everything. Loved my experience. Loved my food. It was packaged with care & everything was correct & tasted delicious. Honestly, it looked like how it does in the commercials (that never happens, we all know this). Best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. A thousand stars my friends. ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Can't beat a taco and this location has better taco making skills than most. That is, there is a good ratio of meat, lettuce, and cheese. Minus the one lettuce happy (see photo), they were spot on. It was fast and friendly. The bathrooms could have used a bit of touching up tho. Overall, for the area this is in it is a great taco bell.

Seems like things are improving my last experience was significantly better than before. Keep it up. ---- Useless sloppy and horribly managed restaurant. We ordered tacos from drive through second time (late night 1:50 AM), thinking that they would get the order right. Apparently that's too much to ask. ------

Typically a fast drive-thru service. However, the self-service kiosk inside does not correctly order the mango whip freeze: both times I have ordered the mango whip freeze, the kitchen ticket had shown a regular mango freeze to the employees. I also did not ever get my text receipt either time at the kiosk (the drive-thru has receipts every time).

The food it always top notch at Taco Bell. They are always quick and courteous. They have recently added a order kiosk. This will make it much easier to place your orders when you are in a hurry. It would be much nicer if the kiosk would tilt to accommodate taller people. As a whole, it works nicely.

It never fails that the line will be long if you're planning on going by after 10pm but it moves pretty fast and I've only had a few occurrences where something was left out of my order but it's close to home and for the most part they get everything right and the food is always good. I still recommend this Taco Bell over the others around town.

Pretty well made. Fresh veggies too for a taco bell! Only complaint is that they guarded the hot sauce like it was made of gold (drive thru) and I ran out halfway through my food even after having asked for more. Would go back for sure, but only if I have my own sauce.

Their drive through staff were well mannered. They heard me loudly and clearly without me raising my voice through the speaker. Their food as always ((in my own opinion)) is really good, I finally tried the chalupa cravings box and it doesn't disappoint. There cinnamon twists were also delicious and are really good. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because they are rushed with business being busy as always, and they forgot my straw but I'm not blaming them.

Order was wrong asked for it to be corrected showed receipt because it was correct on the receipt. One associate was nice but the other preparing food was very disrespectful, very rude, not personable at all. Snatched the food literally threw it in the trash. Remade the food I checked it & it was wrong again snatched the food threw it again. So I asked again for it to be corrected. Again the same associate was nice very polite but the one preparing the food was again rude mumbling & slamming food around. It was right the 3rd time so I thanked them both & went about my day!

I went through the drive thru to get my food during my visit. The person taking my order got Skippy with me after asking to change my drink choice. They ran out of sweet tea while making my drink and, without asking me, just gave me unsweetened tea instead. I watched this happen through the window. The food tasted fine but my taco shell fell apart in my hands while eating it because it had gotten stuck to the wrapping..

i asked for a baja blast my bad for not specifying i wanted it frozen. when i let the lady know i actually wanted it frozen she proceeded to give me a small though i paid for a large. people make mistakes no need to be upset about having to remake a drink or downsizing me.

yesterday i dined in there was 1 clean table, no diablo, no large lids, etc. when i got my food, my chalupa which is supposed to come with chicken, sauce, and onions but unfortunately it had one single piece of chicken. no sauce no onion barely a piece. the guy told my husband it was the manager that been just standing there anyways and then when i went to confront them about it they all of a sudden didnt know who did it.. we got a replacement of course but the difference was unbelieveable!

On November 25, 2024, the Tacobell franchise has let me down. My first experience walking through the door was quite nice. A clean floor, nice smelling atmosphere. The service I was treated with also very adequate. I was quite amazed by the stellar performance so far. Then, I had got my food. I ordered dine it and unfortunately was handed a take out bag. No biggie, it happens, but when I opened my bag and pulled my Dorito Loco, Taco Bell showed me its true intentions. Behind the great service and amazing atmosphere, was the worst Taco Bell I have eaten. The dorito loco was cracked, on both sides. It seemed as if someone smacked down this delicate delight instead of gently placing it in the bag. Now, this happens at times and I don’t blame the workers for this, it may have been a busy. Yet this was not the only thing wrong with the dorito loco taco, it was over salted. Now, this made me upset and I quickly gulped it down to mask the flavor. I then went to eat my double beef burrito and took a enormous bite like I normally do. I instantly regretted it. I was greeted with 100 pounds of sour crème and absolutely 0 beef. Man, this was unbelievable. I quickly went to my bean and cheese burrito that is supposed to have 0 sour cream to balance it out. Unfortunately the madness did not end there, my mouth underwent battle of sour cream and old refried beans. Safe to say it was not a pleasant experience . I’m not one to write reviews, but if you want a diddy party in your mouth, this is the place to go.

I ordered the #1 Supreme minus the sour cream. I wanted the tomatoes, but they didn't put them on. The employees need to pay attention to the customers' requests. Also, the majority of the tables were dirty, and the trash cans needed to be emptied. I work in a fast food restaurant, and when I work the front counter, I take very good care of the dining room and make the trash out way before it overflows.

Both of my tacos were broken, and my crunch wrap had absolutely no crunch. Only good thing was my cinnamon crisps. I think I won't be going back to taco bell anytime soon. Yuck

My first time ever having a Taco Bell. On the app I clearly stated no lettuce on both of the items I ordered. Both came with lettuce. Actually, they were almost entirely lettuce. Why have a modify option if you're not going to follow it? I heard that taco bell is only good for drunk people. I thought I'd give it a go. But it seems those people were right.

Sat in line for over half an hour at 1am and the line wasn’t even long. I waited for someone to take my order at the drive in for 7 minutes until someone finally said to hold on for a minute. Several times they have messed to my order especially with a spicy potato soft taco and sometimes not have any potato’s or the spicy sauce.

The signs on the lobby door say the lobby is open until ten. So I arrived before ten, because I am partially sighted and cannot drive. The lobby was closed despite the signage, so I attempted to walk throught the drive-through, on the premise that I cannot physically drive and did my due diligence in attempting to use the lobby. The staff was... rude. And while I understand their position, I showed up before the lobby was set to close, with the intention of ordering to go -- I did everything reasonable on my part to be a decent customer. When I pointed this out, the staffer said it "wasn't his fault" and he "wasn't going to risk a lawsuit because [I'm] hungry," as if I showed up on the drive through to spite him personally and not because their hours are in accurately posted on their signage, preventing me from doing the more appropriate route. When another worker asked me to move to another location to wait for my order and I asked for clarification where -- because I'm partially sighted and could not see where she was pointing! -- she unhelpfully directed me, "away. All the way." Hurtful and frustrating.

Order Uber eats tonight. The driver was terrific. The driver called to tell me that they were out of ground beef, and they said that they could give me steak instead. Well, I get my order from my driver and take everything out, and my nachos and taco both have a few bite size pieces of chicken. Not happy and still hungry

Eh it wasn't my best experience by far. For one thing, got that midnight after workout super hunger pains and hadn't eaten taco bell for awhile. Drove clear cross Lubbock for the only one that stays open til 2 and there fryer was out 🤦🏻‍♀️😫 so no spicy potato tacos for me or my spoiled niece, what the heck give me the beefy frito burrito ( no rice!) Add jalapenos and red sauce. Plus chicken quesadillas for appetizers lol. I believe the pre made quesadillas had been sittin there quite some time cuz uh, no! Cold and hard tortilla. Yuck! Then got to my beefy customized frito burrito with no rice add all the good stuff. Well I mean I got a little beef with my jalapenos. I like spicy more then most but daaamn! 🤯👀 anyways. I'm just gonna go ahead and stay on my side of town and get to taco bell way early cuz this was definitely not worth the gas or time. Sorry employees but step up your game

Food was crap, wasn't even what I ordered, honestly I'm not even sure what it was. Although I was ignored mostly, the unknown so called burritos were out to me in a short amount of time. The atmosphere was considerably neglected. It made me wish I would've went through the drive thru because the place was filthy. Dirty tables, the floor needed to be swept, the drink station was sticky and needed to be stocked. Honestly I can go on, but I generally like taco bell. But this particular restaurant needs some tlc and new management.

Stood at the counter for ten minutes. Drive thru employee looked at us and turned away. Manager was on the phone and looked at us and didn’t say or do anything. We left. Terrible customer service.

Ordered two of the $6.99 boxes and specifically asked for no tomatoes sour cream or lettuce on one of the boxes and they understood because it was clearly on the receipt they out it on both boxes anyways.....so I call them and tell them and the lady tht answered started asking the cooks and they said they don't remember putting it on both so I guess I was lying and I imagined scraping the lettuce tomatoes and sour cream off my son's food because he doesn't like all that.....not to mention there was maybe three pieces of hamburger meat at the bottom of the tacos....the tacos were all lettuce.....guess that's why they didn't want to NOT put it on there because they would have to put more meat than what they usually do......but if I'm paying my money I should get my food the way I order it.....it doesn't take a brain surgeon to get an order correct!!! And to add they weren't busy at all so they weren't in a rush to get the order out!!!!!

People coming in that don't want to use the kiosk are refused help. We ordered our food, and waited 20 minutes before we could get our drinks, and our food was stone cold. We were the only people in the restaurant. This is unacceptable. Taco bell is fast and easy. 20 minutes for 2 burritos and 3 soft tacos, and serving them cold is an insult to what amounts to almost a $30 meal. I'll never eat at this location again.

If you visit our local Taco Bell branches be prepared to wait and wait and wait and wait in the drive thru lane. They keep their lobbies closed almost ALL DAY. SO one cannot simply run in quickly for ANYTHING. YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO RESIGN YOURSELF TO WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING! Eating somewhere else is probably a better option. Used to really enjoy Taco Bell…R.I.P.

I used to enjoy coming to this particular franchise. The quality of service used to be good, but in the past several months things have changed. I have received incorrect orders on occasion. That is going to happen from time-to-time and if I have had the time to go inside (I use the drive-thru almost exclusively) then it has always been corrected in a timely fashion and I have always been treated well. But my experience earlier this evening is why I will not be returning to this location. When I pulled into the drive-thru lane at 9:20 pm there was a line of cars there already. When I placed my order at 9:25 pm (3 bean burritos and a large Mountain Dew) I figured the line was just moving a little slowly. When I still wasn’t at the pickup window at 9:45 pm and I had to leave without my food so that I could get to work on time I was still 3 cars back from the window. The speed (or lack thereof) of service has become abysmal. Now I am working a midnight shift and it would have been nice to have been able to bring in food to eat. That sort of thing makes it easier to stay awake. But because of excruciatingly slow service that hasn’t happened. If employees are intentionally slowing down service because they don’t like what they are being paid then they should be fired. If the pace they were working at tonight is simply the best they can do then they should be fired and replaced. I am done going to this particular franchise and I would encourage you to go elsewhere also. Having to wait more than 15 minutes for fast food is unacceptable let alone longer than that.

I have only TRIED to order. They always give some story about running out of product(they don't even call it food). They will only take in app,Uber,or delivery. So I pulled over,downloaded the app,and tried to order. It said "this store just closed" at 1:45. Supposed to be open til 2. There were at least 10 cars in line and all left empty handed except one. That's who they're catering to. I was told they were prioritized because they pre-pay.

If I could give zero stars - I would. Made an online order, and paid for it, yet when I arrived at the restaurant they were closed. Their manager cited... "I'm out of food!" Just terrible. Every employee is rude, somehow I always get the wrong food and they never cook the chalupas, I might as well ordered a Gordita if I wanted the uncooked pita. And today I went to go order some breakfast. Got there at 8:45 they said they open at 9 so I came back at 930 and they still weren’t open. The lady had time to make coffee for herself and then left the store. I really don’t complain often but what do y’all got going on here guys, seems like you’re struggling. Next time maybe post some signs that you’ll be opening at a later time and you won’t have 10 cars waiting for nothing.

I've ordered delivery several times and almost every time, without fail, there's something wrong with my order. In the past, I've had SEVERAL items missing, along with others incorrect. This time, I ordered at 9:27 pm. It's now 10:51 pm, I initially was told it would be ready by 10, which wasn't a problem until now when it says it will be ready by 11:35 pm. I understand that the drive thru gets busy around this time, albeit I don't understand why it takes well over TWO HOURS for THREE ITEMS. I'll be severely disappointed if something's wrong with my order or if it's cold. This issue needs to be resolved. While I haven't had much issue with either going inside or through the drive thru myself, it's almost never perfect regardless of how I order. I'm extremely disappointed as I have dietary restrictions and often, the order is wrong and I pay for something that I can't eat. I ended up receiving my order at 11:35, this by far is the WORST experience I've had. The food ended up being correct but still very disappointed.

I thought there cold brew coffee was supposed to be already made who puts splenda in it when I asked for sugar. Everytime i order food there if i don’t hold up the line and check your order something is missing. Then when you call about your missing item. if they answer the phone they think you want somethings free. I don’t want anything free i want what i paid. So update to the review… so not only did they up their prices again, but apparently they no longer give 2 cheese sauce cups for their large nacho fries. We were told to that it’s an extra $0.59 to get the second cheese sauce that used to come with it. They have never been known for quality food, just cheap food… and now theyre trying to follow behind McDonald’s and squeeze the public without increasing the value! On top of that, the lady at the window gave attitude in the process of asking for the second cheese cup!

Placed an order on time, food was made on time and hot, props there. The issue came with a certain employee, first off 2-3 people look me in the eyes don’t say anything and look away. Then one guy walks up to me and says “watchu need” granted this guy already had coughed over food, didn’t seem to be following sanitary guidelines, and appeared to be unprofessional. Then continued to sit there and have an attitude, then he finally passed it off to someone else who did seem to be working hard and had very good customer service. If I was management here I would try and get this employee to fix his act. Once again good food, just bad service.

Very disappointed. This Taco Bell is normally our go-to spot for a quick, convenient, and tasty meal. This was not the case tonight. I ordered ahead 20 min and when I pulled up and gave my name the guy at the speaker said "you have a big order so you need to come inside" I told him that I hurt my back and didn't want to have to get off. He said "uhh whatever, go to the window." I asked, "What do you mean whatever? He said "whatever just pull up." So I got my drinks and was told again to go to the front of the store. I go inside and watch the 4 or so cooks joking and tossing around food. I also watch the cook closest to the drive window eating, and on his phone wearing the same gloves he prepped all the drive-thru orders with. (@ 8:50pm)The cooks not knowing I was sitting on the bench in front of them said "watch me stuff all 18 peices of this order into 1 bag" the MOD went out of the way and told him to be quiet because I came inside. The only person who made my night good was the young lady at the first window. Thank you! I'm not sure who needs to see this, but I only ever leave great reviews.

Avoid this place at all costs if possible. I’ve met a ton of very rude employees here, also met a couple super nice and friendly ones in all fairness to this place. But that’s not why I say avoid this place. The area is really bad and shady. Around 2 years back, a female friend of mine was waiting in the drive thru and a guy ran up to her car and started trying to get her to open the door and yanking the door. Then, another guy came around the corner and joined in trying to get her door open. She managed to drive off, but I shudder to think what may have happened if she forgot to lock her door. Also, there’s a lot of homeless that like to hang around in this area. One of them blocked my car once in order to ask for money and some of the food I got. My last straw was that I was playing music pulling out of the Taco Bell and couldn’t hear the homeless guy in a wheelchair yelling to me, and didn’t notice until I turned my head just in time to see him throw a rock at me. Never going back. I just want my burrito supreme, not to end up hurt or worse. No burritos are worth having to go into that shady environment for

Cooperate really needs to get involved at this location. The GM needs to get involved at this location. Time and time again this location has been a disappointment. I understand that it was lunch hour, probably one of the busiest times of the day. However, it took over 15 minutes for my order. I ordered online, ahead of time. I had an awful experience at this Taco Bell and won’t be coming back. Everything looked thrown together with zero care. What made it worse was the customer service. The manager (ALEX) was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. When I tried to politely bring up an issue and question I had, he they acted extremely annoyed and dismissive. Stopped to dine in our favorite taco bell by walmart.. Ordered the triple cheese burrito taco box.. So my husband took it up there and we thought it was a triple beef.. And he asked where is the beef in this and why is it half the size of the other burrito in his dinner box , it doesn't even look like the picture.. The counter person.. Zack flores looked at the burrito and apologized then he took it to the back and then Alex Gonzalez brings the burrito back and informs my husband that its not a triple meat its a triple melt and it requires only one scoop, then hands it back and walks away so my husband brings it back and says were not coming here again then we heard Alex in the back saying "he asked a stupid f*****g question so i answered the stupid f*****g question, "i asked my husband is he referring to us. So i asked the counter person Zack if Alex was directing that towards us and he just shook his head so i asked if alex was a manager since he took it upon himself to answer the f*****g question for us as he so bluntly put it.. And Zack said no mam.. So I asked may i please talk to the manager.. Stefanie Miller.. We told her what happened she apologized as well but my question is why didn't she say anything to alex when he was using this profanity .. Why would you allow a regular employee to answer any questions.. She stood back and watched the whole thing happen and didn't say a word and then acted as if she didn't know what had occurred.although she did apologize i know for a fact that she should have stepped in and shouldn't have had this situation escalate further.. I told her i knew that the owner would be very disappointed with how this situation was handled.. Clearly Alex nor Stefanie had the proper training or they just don't care about customer satisfaction and apparently have no respect for the customer. We will not be returning to this location again.I hope the owner sees how customers are being treated here at this location.Thank you Zack Flores for your great service and respect for others.. I told the gentleman at the window I do apologize I didn't hear anyone come on speaker and so I placed my order. When I pulled up to get order manager named Luke... But his name is Alex .. he lied about his name said next time wait and don't pull up because I miss up order taking on drive .. I asked him what the manager name was and he said he can't tell you . I told him that I knew Pauline and John's response was I don't care if you know the Lords name .. I was very upset of what he said about that response .. then Alex came to the window and said bye , go hasta la vista he said . Very rude about the situation.. he doesn't have any management skills .. Customer service was bad, I asked for a dream soda and was handed a freeze when I told them I asked for a dream soda the lady continued to repeat herself multiple times no you said freeze, then she said the soda doesn't exist when I clearly can see it in the menu, the she continued to argue with my girlfriend for no apparent reason when all I wanted was my dream soda but I couldn't get that because the lady can't do her own job, this was highly unprofessional by a company that's supposed to supply me the order I paid for nothing less nothing more. Workers were touching Money and Not Switching Gloves after touching Money Like Hello You Don't Touch Food with the gloves you touched money with that's been on someone's hands you don't know where people's hands been or if people even have washed their hands and Secondly all I wanted to place was two small separate orders I was rudely told that I couldn't do that there was only two of them in the building and when I pulled up instead of a simple hello I was greeted with what bro? so when I went inside there was hardly any customers in the building and three of them standing there not doing anything it was hardly clean or restocked on items such as utensils napkins and etc.

I order doordash at this location frequently because it’s the closest restaurant to me. Almost every single order has missing or incorrect items. I ordered 2 doritos locos tacos, 2 regular nacho fries, and a cheesy gordita crunch and all I received were 3 doritos locos tacos. They frequently don’t put sauces in the bag and completely screw up orders. Also this is by far the slowest fast food restaurant i’ve ever been to, like ever. Not even just Taco Bell’s, but any fast food place.

Then I bite into sour cream at the bottom of the burrito and take it back. But the black guy fixing the food said aloud" should've spit in it" with the manager standing there and wouldn't return my money cause it was purchased with a card. Stephanie M needs training in customer service. Did not acknowledge that we were standing at the counter waiting to place our orders. She noticed that we were there. She just walked away towards the back. We waited there for 5 minutes. Even the employees who were preparing the food notices that we had been standing there for a while didn’t even acknowledge us. Until a customer told us that we had to place our order in the kiosk. Someone who didn’t worked there was helpful enough to explain to us on how to place our orders. Rudest people ever.

Ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla and I just wanted them to cut the quesadilla the correct way. Because 1. I used to work at one and 2. They didn't cut it all the way. I saw the front counter employee just barely cut the food item. And still served it like that. So I went and asked them to cut it she told me they would have to make a new one. Well this time my cheese wasn't melted and it was just not so great. I would have rather they just cut the food item properly as they were trained. If they had any.

We received less than half of the order. Upon returning to the store ( less than 10 minutes later) all of the doors were locked. One door (the front) clearly stated doors will remain unlocked during business hours. It was 10:30 pm on a Friday. The sign stated that closing was at 3am. When someone finally came to the door (to speak to us through the crack) they said we had to go through the drive through. They were informed we had Walked and kept saying to go through the drive through. The man at the door was rude the entire time. Rolling his eyes at everything we said. I would not recommend this taco bell unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Ordered online. Still waited 15 minutes because my order wasn’t ready. The guy brought out my food and forgot my drinks. He went back to get them & I looked through the boxes and my nachos fries were missing along with the sauces i ordered as well. Came back and I told him what was missing i also included saying the nacho fries were a large.. CAME BACK with a regular size order and i told him it was suppose to be large. he ran back to get what i ordered. He came back out and told me he was doing alot for me and he was tired now. They missed my most expensive item on my order, so I went back in time before they closed, they then made me wait at the drive through speaker for 25-30 minutes, while they closed and I drove up to the window and got their attention, where I received attitude from the manager and was told to come back in the morning to get my item, instead of being given a refund or the missing item.

This place had horrible service. My order was missing stuff and when I went to ask for the things that were missing, they told me it would take some time. I continue to wait like 15 mins and I go back up to the counter to ask where my food was at and the employee said that it wasn't ready. Staff has little to no interaction with guests. They will refuse to make online orders in favor of dinner in and drive thru orders. Last time I put in an online order I stood in the dining room for literally 45 minutes waiting for 6 items while the drive and the lobby were constantly receiving orders. This time I ordered to go and they only got 1 burrito right. The culture of this location doesn’t care at all about the guest experience.
