The last 3 times i have ordered from here they have messed up my order in some way shape or form, the frist time they forgot part of my order, the second time they didn't give me the correct order at all, and this last time instead of the Cool Ranch Diritos tacos they gave me the nacho ones.

Food was horrible. Very undercooked and added wrong ingredients to order. Just did completely the opposite of what I asked for. Never thought Taco Bell could be worse than McDonald's.

They charged us a large fry but gave us regular fries instead. We were also given barely any nacho cheese sauce.

Ordered online. Still waited 15 minutes because my order wasn’t ready. The guy brought out my food and forgot my drinks. He went back to get them & I looked through the boxes and my nachos fries were missing along with the sauces i ordered as well. Came back and I told him what was missing i also included saying the nacho fries were a large.. CAME BACK with a regular size order and i told him it was suppose to be large. he ran back to get what i ordered. He came back out and told me he was doing alot for me and he was tired now. Very RUDE especially when the ticket has everything on there that needed to be in the order. Waited a total of 40 minutes for my food.NEVER AGAIN!

By far the worst I’ve ever had. The kid in the window was great but the older was horrible! Stale Mexican pizza, asked for extra tomatoes and got maybe 3 small diced pieces. Taco supremes, came with no sour cream, no tomatoes and broken shells

Bad experience only 2 cooks and one manager please do better then forgot half of my order of my box combo and 2 of my fries refusing to give me the rest of my order when they never gave me my reciept then I showed them the labels on the bags which has the whole order and let them Look in my bag still Didn’t want to give me my rest of my box combo I only got one burrito and not the other or cinna twists overall bad experience and won’t go back I called and called for my refund because I’m to far to go back after they still forgot many things they never answered smh do better at this establishment

They missed my most expensive item on my order, so I went back in time before they closed, they then made me wait at the drive through speaker for 25-30 minutes, while they closed and I drove up to the window and got their attention, where I received attitude from the manager and was told to come back in the morning to get my item, instead of being given a refund or the missing item.

They didn’t give one of my Doritos taco and they didnt put fiesta strips on either of my burritos and they won’t answer the phone to fix my order there night crew is unprofessional

This place had horrible service. My order was missing stuff and when I went to ask for the things that were missing, they told me it would take some time. I continue to wait like 15 mins and I go back up to the counter to ask where my food was at and the employee said that it wasn't ready. I asked how long it would take, they said they don't know... mind you the main missing thing I was asking for was a freeze. I said forget it. I get home and my fiancé's tacos have a tiny piece of chicken barely any cheese. This was a waste of time and money.

Had to go through the drive through 3 times and waited over 2 hours for me to get up and tell me he’s out of food but I had already paid and confirmed my mobile order and he couldn’t give me a refund and was extremely rude.

Ordered online , got there around 7:22 waited for about 20 mins went inside with my kids and got my drink wrong I asked for strawberry not mango flavoring , didn't get all my food till 8:30... So I had to wait an hour for my food ?? Where's the management... Don't recommend this location staff doesn't care and really slow .

Genuinely needed to write a review because of how many times I have been disappointed in this location. There were three cars in front of us and it took us over 30 minutes to get our food that we ordered through the app. There were many workers inside, so I really have no idea why it took so long.

We waited in line for an hour and had two separate orders and they would not let us get our mobile order that we had already paid for because they couldn’t do more than two orders. they made us go back and wait in line for another hour for one mobile order that we saw was ready.

Worker was extremely disrespectful. Talked over us and did not give us a chance to even ask questions. It was already late in the night, so I totally understand that he might’ve been frustrated but customer service comes first and the customer is always right. He was so rude and did not learn customer service at Taco Bell. This is the first bad experience I’ve ever had with them.

They always forget or make my food wrong and we had two mobile orders and they made us wait in line twice because 2 was too much for them to make apparently. (We were always told two was their max so we combined our orders already, so being told that they cant do what they already told us to do was kinda annoying).

Would've given a 0 star if I could !!! I online ordered went to pick up my food and food was missing so I got on the phone with the manager told him EXACTLY what was missing it was my order out of 4 orders missing so of course I know what it was well he replaced the order for me. And they STILL GOT IT WRONG. !!! STILL !! So I called up there and was telling the man hey like I just ordered this blah blah and he told me I didn't order that all I asked for was extra cheese and I'm like no sir. I asked for this and this. Your telling me a completely different order!!! Well he hung up in my face. Shitty service and shitty management!!

Staff has little to no interaction with guests. They will refuse to make online orders in favor of dinner in and drive thru orders. Last time I put in an online order I stood in the dining room for literally 45 minutes waiting for 6 items while the drive and the lobby were constantly receiving orders. This time I ordered to go and they only got 1 burrito right. The culture of this location doesn’t care at all about the guest experience. Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and consistently.

The most horrific customer service I have ever received first off my app wasn’t work so I ordered at window then looked and my bank account and it pulled get really mad at me and said you have to drive back threw the drive thru to just check in when I was already at the first window secondly when I got to the second window I looked at my food they forgot my chicken in my chicken quesadilla instead of remaking it they just gave me a cup of chicken third I got home started eating my quesadilla and they put onions in my quesadilla I called the store they passed me to Mitch he said onions don’t come on quesadillas the transfer me to another person and they say they took the onions off the line at 9 cause they waiting on truck horrible service very rude and asked when the Gm will be in and they said not until Tuesday just piss poor customer service sincerely a pissed off customer - Aaliyah

Food was poorly put together, just slapped it all on. Paid for sides of guacamole and spur cream containers almost empty. Also the older lady there is very rude to customers.
