The food is good. Dua, how do you mess up a burger. They say open 24 hours but it's only if you have a car. Many of us don't drive. Try to ignore the little old Mexican that takes care of the yard, he's bad news and will try to chase you away. I don't understand why they would employ someone like that.

Food is always cold and stale at night when they have long nights . They can’t just dip the dam patty meat to warm it up or do fresh jalapeños cheddar . I came couple times and it’s been pretty bad lately no fresh food just premade food that’s been sitting for an hour or so

I decided to stop at Jack In The Box around 1:30 in the morning Thursday morning and when I get my food thinking everything was okay but when I got home to eat my food hamburger did not have no ketchup no mustard no mayonnaise just a bun and the meat the cheese it looks like where was my kitchen didn't care how to do the food they need to train their staff and the kitchen better or do something about it that is not right how they're giving the food out🤬

Hello My name is Michelle I work in the city of Lynwood a early morning shift and 7 times out of 10 when I pull up to this Jack in the box around 4:00 am to 4:30 am the young ladies who works there always tell me your system is down. On a Saturday or Sunday morning it’s really a shame being that this Jack n the Box claims to be out 24 hours.They claim the system is down and the have no control of the system doing this

Went through the drive through, was told to wait to order several times with only 1 person ahead of me. After at least 5-7 minutes the worker took our order, wrong of course, even after repeating it twice. Got to the window and waited another 7-10 minutes without a greeting. I let the worker know my order was incorrect and she said oh well and proceeded to charge me. I didn't complain as my kids were hungry and we were now running late. I asked for condiments and the worker threw, yes threw, 2 ranch in the bag and immediately closed the window. My inlaws live near and my kids like Jack in the box so we visit once a month but I'm finally done. There's other options in the same shopping center and across the street.

This place sucks and will never fail to get your order wrong every time. I just went through the drive through and was parked for 20 minutes just to be given the wrong order. The shakes they gave me were already melted and fries cold I go back to let them know they got it wrong just to wait another 10 minutes for them to get the order wrong again. Ordered tacos and one didn't even have meat in it. At this point, I can't even give yall the benefit of the doubt. Don't come here if you want to get what you pay for they just give you what they want. Don't come here at all.

Jack in the box needs to change their hours that are posted on their door and on Google. It all says 6 am but it's now 7 and they aren't open yet. This isn't the first time I've been turned away do to their hours of operation. They don't run 24 hours a day like it's advertised. Very poor service 😞

I ordered a large spicy chicken and they only bring the bread with the lettuce. Need to be careful in what are you doing guys.
