Great service, great food and the prices are always great. Bought 6 dinners Pies and 1/2 dozen brownies for 67.00. I tell you I went to Wendy's and got only 5 meals and it's was$ 64.00( 👉🏼👀) nothing like. Go to Bill's Millers and get good food and the prices difference and the amount of food you get at Bill's is amazing 👏🏻.

Me and my friends came here for lunch. Me and one of my friends ordered the Rancher Plate. Mine was brisket and ribs, beans, fries, and Mac and cheese. My other friend ordered the tenders. I was highly surprised that the Mac and cheese tasted good. Creamy and the pasta is perfect. Very good. The beans are the best. The fries need seasoning. The tea ... You can never go wrong with their tea. As for the ribs, I enjoyed them. Meaty but not fall off the bone. It was still good. Now with the brisket I do have to say that I was a bit disappointed with it. I was given small pieces and a few had some fattiness to it. Over all it was still good. I'm just surprised with the ribs being as meaty as they were and that the Mac and cheese was rich and creamy. It didn't taste like it came out of a box.

This isn't what you think of when looking for a bbq place. Didn't realize it's a fast food country cafe. Brisket wasn't what we were craving.

3/5 stars. The food was just average. The portions were ok and it looked great, but it lacked flavor. The sausage was very greasy and oily. The brisket was ok, a lil on the dry side. The ribs were trash, no flavor and still had the membrane on the bottom….🥴 The price was ok, but now I feel I overpaid. There’s much better options out there. It’s on par with Rudy’s BBQ….(also 3/5) Definitely NOT going back or recommending it to anyone.

Pepsi ick sweet tea ick.... Order came out all wrong The sausage and BBQ sauce were the stars of the dinner. Staff very nice. Cashier did nothing to facilitate the ordering process (this would've been most helpful. At least ask with each entree if it is a meal with the drink so the need to redo the order after the credit card was ran. Possibly suggestive sell the desserts.

Cashier was nice. Spent about $90 on a large family meal, & 3 individual meals. Got home to open my meal & this was the amount of potato salad I was given with my order. Never fails, I feel like i'm paying for the plastic containers at this point because $9.45 for a Po boy with 1/2 a scoop of PS isn't worth it. They really do need to be better about their portions with the amount of money people spend here.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent dining experience at your Bill Miller's establishment. The chicken served was notably dry, and the dinner roll was unacceptably hard. Furthermore, the "Wild Bill" order contained an insufficient quantity of sausage and brisket, specifically two small slices of sausage and two small, thin pieces of brisket. Given the restaurant's rural location, one might anticipate a heightened commitment to product quality from both employees and management. However, it appears that the absence of direct corporate oversight in such a setting may contribute to a lack of accountability regarding the standards of food provided to patrons.

I don’t miss small town! These employees are very childish and like to play around. I went through the drive thru took so long to have the girls take my order then the girl dropped the card reader now I have to pay at the window, unsure why you have two people outside for one person to take order and another to stand around. 🤔

I placed an order that included eggs, pinto beans, a coffee, and an unsweet tea. When I reached the window, I was informed that there were no pinto beans, so I requested hash browns instead. My tea was also forgotten and not handed to me. As I drove away and began checking my bag, I discovered that several condiment packets had exploded and were leaking a sticky substance—possibly honey, jelly, or ketchup—throughout the bag. Since I was driving, getting my hands covered in this sticky mess was not only frustrating, it was a safety issue. Due to this, I returned to the store and asked to speak with the manager, Mr. Frank Ybarra. I calmly explained the situation, including the missing items and the condition of the bag. His response was dismissive, focusing instead on the fact that I used a curse word—not directed at him, but out of frustration about the situation. Rather than offering a solution or an apology, he told me to “talk like an adult,” which felt condescending and completely beside the point. At no time did Mr. Ybarra attempt to correct the order, offer a refund initially, or take responsibility for the error. His concern seemed more about policing my tone than resolving the issue. This was especially disappointing considering I had already made the effort to return to the store and discuss the matter respectfully. In the end, I requested a full refund and left with a clear decision not to support a location where customers are treated this way. Mistakes happen—but the way they are handled is what defines good customer service. In this case, the lack of accountability, the dismissive attitude, and the failure to offer even a basic apology reflect poorly on this store’s leadership. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that steps are taken to retrain staff—especially management—on how to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

UPDATE: I was forced by circumstances to have to eat at the Lytle Bill Millers again. Despite the assurances by the Bill Miller company that they would fix the problems I was once again served a meal with my brisket swimming in green bean juice and the Cole slaw flavored with beans because they shoved everything onto one plate. See the pictures. This will be my last visit to this location, I’ll go hungry before I pay for a substandard meal again. Lytle Bill Millers is easily the worst store in the Bill Miller system and I eat at literally dozens of Bill Millers so I have a fair comparison. Their employees clearly don’t care a bit about customer service and the store routinely has no clean tables during lunch and dinner times. An example is in the photo. Meal is the #3 and at every other Bill Millers I’ve ever eaten at one of the sides is served in a separate cup or plate. Now I will be eating green bean flavored brisket since they’ve chosen to let the meat swim in the green bean juice. I have complained to their managers and even called the corporate office before, but apparently nothing is going to change so I guess I just can’t eat at this Bill Miller location.

35 minutes to get 2 por boys, and a medium fry. I guess they didn't like I was in there fixing another order. This is how I received my orders and am still missing items from my original orders. I understand it's busy and chaotic, but they have been lacking customer service. I witnessed one of the employees pushing up friends or families' orders to the front.

Beyond grossed out. We went through the drive thru. And to my surprise found a roach in my Mac n cheese after being done with more than half it. I tried calling but it was already closed.

Ordered 2 poor boys, tenders, side of green beans. After asking not once but twice for onions and picked they assured were in the bag, guess what not there. Came inside to let them know I needed these items and no apologies nothing just here you go. 2nd ordered green beans and got a half empty order. Really bill millers. Get your act together!!
