Y'all shorted me a double cheeseburger. Not cool... The fish fillet was well past needing to be thrown out also. This place is usually slow, but wasn't too bad this time. The girl that brought to curbside order was nice.

So basically we had a Mobil order I guess I’m just sick of the not listening it was a Mobil order the burger was supposed to be plain and dry and you put everything on it so much for listening skills can’t even read either apparently. I can’t imagine if I ordered in line cause there would have been no listening so next time someone wants a plain and dry burger do so what if we are allergic that would be on you guys

Come on McDonalds. These are $2.99 each ? It shouldn't be two for $2.99 they were tiny, not even full and we ordered hot fudge and got chocolate syrup. As you can see, we sat in the drive thru so long they had melted a lot.

Idk who owns this place but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. Service is painfully slow, orders are not accurate most times, and they don’t care if they see you’ve been waiting for something longer than 10 minutes. I waited 35 minutes for a Togo order and they kept giving my food to the drive through. This place needs to be shut down on the inside since they only care about prioritizing the drive through

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds Ive ever visited. The staff are super friendly but wildly unfocused. I visit this location frequently as a doordasher in the evenings and the orders are always slow, the store is a mess and its just not an enjoyable location. Tonight I was in the area heading home and placed an order. Waited 18 minutes for it, a legitimate 18 minutes. Only to get home and they gave me the wrong hamburger (and missing a hamburger.) Ive held my tongue for months at the service here but tonight was the final straw. Id suggest ordering at jack in the box next door or taking the 5min to visit the gun barrel location on Main St. Shoot, by the time you drive there, order, receive your meal correctly, and drive back - you'd still be waiting for your order at this location and hoping its correct. Ridiculous.

They prioritize drive thru. You will be waiting at least 30 minutes, even when it isn't busy.

I waited for 20 mins in line finally called the store they said they are behind and being six cars deep they stated another 20 mins till I get my food. Ridiculous, either keep up with the demand or let another company in there that has better service. Didn't even get my food not going to wait 40 mins total for fast food

This is one of three worst experiences I've ever had with this McDonald's. I've had delivery twice and both are pathetic. Sandwiches never made correctly and french fries hard as brick. This franchise have people who have no concern for getting orders correct, they just wanna get something out the door or window and expect you to be satisfied with it. Delivery fees aren't cheap. People call for delivery because they're not able to pickup, the least you can do is get an order correct, fresh, and hot. Instead of McDonald's, should be McDummies! My experience has been horrible and I feel people should be cautious if you order here. Make sure your food is how you want it, make sure it is hot and fresh and please, do not order online!!!!! This McDonald's is not ready for this service yet! I give a one star to McDonald's and give five stars to the delivery drivers who work so hard to get orders delivered now they are awesome! Overall impression 0.

By far the first restaurant to achive the main 3 issues as to sales decline. Efficiency, quality and service all 3 are poor the efficency is so on par with poor quality, and customer service that its gotten to be a staple for that store. No matter who u have gm that store it starts from the top not the bottom think higher youll fix the issue. This store is a brand of chaos that never seems to change I always always have something wrong with it either they poor the entire salt box on the fries, never fill the fries up, never have ketchup, napkins or straws in drive thru bags, always burnt old meat patties half the time no dehy onions and seriously today got 4 mcdoubles all the way didnt get 1 slice of cheese at all, no onion on 2 of them but extra on one, 1 pickle on 2 of them 3 on the other 2 a small dibby dap of ketchup and mustard all I tasted was the salty burnt patties I called their corporate office and never got a response back. This is by far past my point. Small story 7 years ago got aluminum foil in my burger at the burger king in gbc texas I have never went back as of today u lost me as a McDonald's customer not just for u but ur entire brand as a whol ill take my business to braums or whataburger.

I was at this location today and witnessed the manager speaking very loudly, swearing at the employees, and being very rude to the food delivery drivers. He took off his uniform vest, threw it to the floor, and banged on the counter. The customer service is poor. I understand that it can be a stressful job, but he was overly aggressive and had a very intimidating attitude toward other people who were just working or eating there.

Fries are always cold and most of the managers there have no customer service and always have attitudes today I told the manager Benjamin that the frozen coke must be out bc it didn’t even taste like coke like it normally does and he just shrug his shoulders didn’t offer a different flavor or anything this place has gone down hill since the beginning of the year since most of the employees that I’m used to seeing there are no longer there

Every time I come to this place, I’m always having some issue . I just bought Two of their five dollar meal deals and the fries are ice cold. Every time I come here, there’s always something wrong with my order . I’m not one to leave a bad review or even complain for that matter I just worked a double shift and now I have to eat cold food. I'm a regular customer at McDonald's in mabank, tx. I usually only buy fries and a extra small drink for my 3 year old. Lately I've upgraded to medium fries from small fries but when I've received the fries, the box is only half way full. It's like I'm getting small fries. Yesterday was the 2nd time I've showed them what they gave me and asked "if that's how they serve medium fries now"? One of the females who works there did apologize and gave me another medium fries filled good enough. I tried handing them the first order back but they said they couldn't take it back. So even though they gave me a decent medium fries to correct themselves and still let me keep the first order, I just want them to serve the right portion the first time, like that i don't have to complain about it over and over again. So before you drive off from drive thru please check your fries and make sure they're not half way empty...

One of the drive through windows was not working, but no out of order sign placed so people kept waiting at the window. When we went inside to order, there were flies everywhere while we waited 30 minutes for our snack wrap meal, which came with cold fries

Do yourself a favor & drive into Gun Barrel. I always leave this place in a bad mood. Service is slow(consistently takes twice the time other MDs take) & tends to be rude. Food is never made correctly, just this morning, my wife got a coffee and they forgot the coffee! Ended up with a cup of cream and sugar.. for the last 2 years I've told myself I would never go back to this MD, and every lapse in judgment I have reordering from here cements my opinion on the matter. Don't bother wasting your time here.
