I'm guessing they don't take big orders over the phone. I was trying to make an order of 6 pizzas and they first said they couldn't hear me and then after conformation of my amount of pizzas they would hang up. Couldn't they just tell me they didn't take orders over 1 pizza instead of hanging up 3 times?

I order a cheese and extra sauce and they said it would be 15 minuts,the person tacking the order didn’t even ask for my name for the order and by the way she had a attitude like she didn’t care if my order got cook are not,got my order but she said the cook didn’t put extra sauce he thought it said lite sauce,so I had them remake my order so I had to Waite another 15 minuts and when the order was done the person who was taken the pizza out of the oven asked how come there all this sauce on it like that,all this time all the employees are in the back with my pizza looking at it so I just told them give me my money back,they wouldn’t refund my money but gave me a sauce pizza,the cook had a attitude they all had a attitude like they didn’t care,this Business in madera should not be in business they don’t care

I decided today I wanted to have some little Caesars when I go on lunch. I make an order on the app at about 2:20pm for a 3:30pm pickup. I thought that would be plenty of time. I show up just after 3:30 and tell them my name. The kid running the counter looks for my order and comes back to tell me it'll be just a couple minutes. Then a couple minutes later after he takes a few orders he asks what my name was again. I tell him and he looks for my order again. He comes back and tells me 3 minutes. At 4pm I had to tell the guy now running the counter that I had to go, I only have a 30 minute lunch. Suddenly my pizza comes out of the oven gets cut up and handed to me. I get it back to work and take a slice, running the risk of getting in trouble for eating on the clock but I haven't yet eaten today so I didn't care. I bite into it and the pizza is like half cooked. I called them saying it's half cooked. They tell me bring the pizza back for a refund. So I tell my boss who says yea go get your money back and head over there. The guy tries talking me into waiting for a fresh one but I told him I can't wait around for it. So he just refunded my money. Thanks guys

Quality of pizza has gone down, cheese tastes horrible now thought maybe it was just the pizza I got but after several more orders it's the cheese they use, the bestest has less pepperoni than the classic now people used to drive from Atwater to get this pizza but now the Quality went from better than pizzahut and dominoes to complete trash not worth buying from this Little Ceasars anymore

do not go to this location. It is always busy and no pizzas are hot and ready. The workers are young and fresh out of high school. Last time I went there was this young guy behind the counter looking at the order receipts, and while he was doing that he was banging inside on the pizza boxes. After seeing that and the cashier taking his sweet time on helping me i just left. They didn't deserve my money.

No hot n ready anytime at this location. Long lines for pickup. Don't give you the food you order but will give refunds. Better find something else for a meal😤 Just go to Fresno for food. They don't have any here.

I ordered online around 5:30pm and went an hour later when my app said it should be ready. I went to pizza portal and found out they aren't even using it. I then waited in line forever and was told it was coming out and being boxed. So, I waited a while longer and checked again...and again was told it's coming out of the oven and being boxed by a different employee. It took another customer in line to say something about it and all of a sudden my pizza was ready. Many people who ordered online were waiting an hour or more for their pizza orders. That was horrible! I know it's Valentine's, but that's why I ordered online ahead of time knowing it would be busy.

Ordered a thin crust cheese pizza tonight and was told twenty minutes before being able to pick up, husband got there to pick up the pizza and he said they were busy as heck, had to wait for the pizza even longer, no actual line just people crowding to the counter, wait until you see the pictures I am posting of this so called pizza, normally I love Little Caesars but apparently since ordering from the last time everything has changed, no customer service, no quality in the food being made and I am absolutely appalled at this pizza. Shame on Little Caesars for letting anything this horrendous looking being sold. I told my husband he should have definitely looked first because this pizza should have never left the building.
