Oh my gosh delicious food n very friendly n the place was so neat n clean 😍

Everyone knows In-N-Out Burger tends to be consistent. Here is the part that sticks out to me about this one. There is plenty of parking here and the have a lot of outdoor seating that has a lot of good shade cover, and the tables are not next to a noisy drive-thru line. It makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Our first In-N-Out experience. Absolutely loved it. I liked how the menu is simple, easy to choose from. The service was perfect, Angel was such a lovely, friendly person. The food was great. Had a brilliant experience, will 100% visit again!

In and out closer to Yosemite? Well done, this is a clean and nice location! Ill admit this was my 3rd or 4th visit already, but it wont be my last so we will see how they test out in time. One thing that stood out to me here was the staff, beyond happy to help get some good food quickly. Everyone here was genuinely happy, it makes the customers feel good. Ill be coming back here with the family and friends as this is a good place to be social. Good job In and out Madera! You're doing a really good job at keeping the chains high standard of operations look easy and fun!

Food was good as always but customer service was lacking. The blonde lady at the drive thru didn't seem happy to be there. Appeared annoyed that I asked for condiments. Shout out to my Merced location. They always provide great customer service.

(Edit) since then they have improved and now most of my food is cooked and the employees have good attitude. They also gave me a card to get another meal. Food was undercooked and my girlfriend took a whole bite of uncooked meat. Luckly the other burgers weren't undercooked but looking at the reviews it seems to be a reoccurring issue. Called reps and got a coupon for a free meal but having an uncooked burger when they serve tiny patties is absurd.

So my only issue is that it was bland almost like someone forgot my salt and pepper Merced in and out is always delicious You could definitely taste the difference in Madera maybe in another five or 10 years they will have the recipe down but it didn't hit for me.

first and last time we eat at this in n out. Fries were perfect but the burgers were disgusting. onion was so tough, cheese was barley melted and the meat patty was chewy and tough. i didn’t know in n out could be bad until today.

What I ordered: 3 double doubles 3 Medium drinks 3 fries What I got: 3 double doubles (not how I ordered them) one of them was raw and they had no onion and one had no tomato. And 1 cheeseburger (I didn’t even order a cheeseburger) BUT NO FRIES!! They also messed up my cousins order and gave him 2 fries instead of 2 burgers. This is what happens when jobs hire anyone. Slow service, ladies at the counter can’t hear. Just terrible, I’d rather go to panda or wait to go to Fresno. Shame on me for returning here.

This why most of the time I just drive to Fresno n eat over there

Worst customer service i have experience. The young girl who was taking orders was very disrespectful and lazy . I came in at 12:55 and the young lady refuse to take our order even though it was for pregnant wife and our first time to even try it . never coming back to get treated like this rather go to sonic or jack in box cross the street better food and customer service.

I’ve given this location way too many chances—I’ve been here about six times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up my order. Not once have they gotten it right. It’s beyond frustrating at this point. How does the same mistake keep happening over and over? It’s not that complicated, but somehow they still can’t get it together. I’m tired of wasting my time, money, and patience here. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who actually wants their order made correctly.

I’ve given this location way too many chances—I’ve been here about six times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess up my order. Not once have they gotten it right. It’s beyond frustrating at this point. How does the same mistake keep happening over and over? It’s not that complicated, but somehow they still can’t get it together. I’m tired of wasting my time, money, and patience here.
