Estuvimos el sábado 22 en una comida de grupo (10 personas) y fue espectacular. El local tiene algo especial, casi mágico: la iluminación, el diseño y el ambiente crean una experiencia diferente. Pedimos un menú grupal y todo estuvo delicioso, con platos muy bien presentados y llenos de sabor. Además, hubo música en directo con un cantante que hizo la velada aún más especial. El personal fue atento y profesional en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable!

ESPECTACULAR restaurante para comer, cenar o tomar una copa. Con música en directo. EXCELENTE atención por parte del personal y muy pendientes de las ALERGIAS ALIMENTARIAS. Que os puedo decir de mi experiencia en este precioso lugar. - La cena: magnífica y en boca una experiencia única - Lugar: Esta muy bien, gran fallo para mi en particular muy juntas. Ya que estas muy muy cerca de la mesa de al lado y estas casi compartiendo la comida. Un poco desagradable. - Show: Esta bien... Pero aun así no se puede apreciar desde los laterales y el personal hace un gran trabajo. - Atención : Un fallo que tuvieron con nosotr@s en la cuenta y que teníamos que estar pendiente de que nos atenderán. Aunque la atención del guardarropas a estado genial. Quizás vuelva. Aunque no me he quedado con muchas ganas. Es un sitio para ir solo una vez.

Restaurante genial muy céntrico, cerca de la estación de Atocha, muy moderno y el Ambiente fabuloso, que va cambiando con la música gracias a las proyecciones visuales en la pantalla gigante del escenario y de la cúpula del techo. Camareros muy amables que te recomiendan y orienta muy bien sobre platos y cantidades. La comida fantástica, todo riquísimo. Los cantantes en directo muy buenos. Absolutamente recomendable para una velada diferente.

It was one of the best restaurants I have ever been to, the food was amazing and they had smoke (dry ice) in a cup next to some of the foods, next the service was amazing with doing it pretty quick and they were nice, sometimes they mess up but most of the time they have great service, and one of the best parts is that the atmosphere was amazing, there was a huge screen in the roof which had a whale swimming on water, the Sistine chapel, trees and many more. Over all I think this place is great. 5 stars

Great all in one concept! Venue looks great with all the lightings, which is also being used effectively during the entertainment. The shows (dancing or singing) are nice and entertaining, add to the vibe. The food was all good, no complaints. Good flavors and all fresh. Service was good, however often needed a call out if wanted to drink or eat something. Overall recommend!

I was here with a friend, it was our best diner in Madrid. The restaurant is very beautiful and relaxing, the music is also really nice. Then the food is so delicious. We had the onion soup and the Iberico pork. The best Iberico i’ve ever had! The service was also good, altough in the beginning it was a little bit weird since they were surprised we didn’t want any alcohol. When I visit Madrid again, I will eat here again!!

Gorgeous, amazing experience. Quintoelemento is the top fashion place to be, to see and to be seen in Madrid. It is very expensive, but the experience is worth it. Just to be in the place with the music (BTW very loud...it is tough to hold a conversation) and deco is worth it: techno first, singer singing live next to you in coordination with all digital screens (roof included), dancers show and a live DJ afterward. Food is mainly asian-japanese oriented, but they have some more Spanish flavours. There is a sushi man doing it in front of you if you wish so (there is a sushi bar as well). Theere was also an extremely good magician going from table to table doing a few tricks. The ceiling is a digital wall which is streaming amazing content all the night. It is retractile, so they use to open it when there is good weather so you literally have dinner under the stars. Tons of service, all very kind and efficient. You can get access to the rest of the building which is a macro disco called Kapital Theatre (a must as well). All together, a must if you are in Madrid. Simply the BEST CULINARY EXPERIENCE I HAD SO FAR (I travel a lot and I can honestly say that I am pretty exigeant with restaurant). We were warmly welcomed without having to wait, the restaurant is in a “rooftop” and the atmosphere of it is absolutely stunning. The food was really good and prices were in line with the upscale style of the restaurant (be ready to pay 60-70€ each minimum with a cocktail or wine). Our waitress did not speak English but she immediately told us that she could assign us an English speaker waiter if we wanted to. Food was quickly served and was really tasty (especially the beef, though it was on the pricey side but could feed 2 persons easily). We did not have to ask for the waiter once, she always came when needed. After our main dish, there was a stunning show as well with a dance. Everything was run like a Swiss clock (you cannot stay more than 1h45 but it is enough to have a full meal since they are super quick and responsive). Highly recommended, you will have an amazing night in a stunning environment. Hope to come back to quintoelemento again very soon! Thanks for this experience!

Irene was our server and she was the perfect blend of attentiveness and customer service. At request, she made recommendations based on my preferred taste and every dish was exceptional. While we have one main waitress there was several other servers who helped by changed our plates, utensils and offered bread in between plates. The ambiance of the restaurant was great , the music and the projection on the roof were mesmerizing. At one moment they opened the roof and it was beautiful to see and very refreshing.

A truly magical experience is what we lived at @quintoelementomadrid!! The graphic shows were amazing and we were completely in away when the roof was opened and we got to enjoy the clear sky!! Let’s not forget about the food!!! We think it’s one of the best steak Tartars we’ve ever had!!! Everything was so super delicious including the steak nigiri and the avocado salad!!! Local amplio y muy moderno.se encuentra en el teatro Kapital planta superior.la comida es excepcional, con mención especial al menú Omakase, donde el chef explica cada plato. El servicio es una maravilla, con un equipo atento y profesional que contribuye a una experiencia gratificante.Fue una experiencia de alta calidad, tanto por la comida como por el servicio ofrecido en el Quinto Elemento.

Uno de estos lugares en los que no sabes si vas a pagar por la comida o por el espectáculo. Me sorprendió gratamente la oferta gastronómica aunque me parece algo presuntuosa con alguna propuesta (nigiris muy normales). Personalmente no soy muy fan de estos sitios donde el volumen de la música es enemigo de una buena conversación. El espectáculo de bailarinas tampoco me pareció extraordinario. Los visuales si son impactantes. Un sitio muy curioso que creo vale la pena descubrir para vivir una experiencia diferente.

Salí un poco decepcionada... Fuimos un lunes por el cumpleaños de mi chico...era una ocasión especial...al ser lunes no había tanto espectáculo. El techo estaba abierto. La camarera q teníamos no tuvo el mejor trato, nos quitaba las cosas de la mesa casi sin terminar, interrumpía en momentos de charla íntimos, no fue nada agradable. La comida muy buena, intentaremos volver un día en fin de semana.

Be prepared to listen Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi… during your diner and be ejected from your table after 1h40… unbelievable, however the others tables are available and nobody else is coming to eat. Price is insane. Service is not friendly. The food and cocktail are good, but not for a fair price (cocktail, food and bottle of wine). Just a shame. The only restaurant where I didn’t leave a tip… My Spanish friends and others are also chocked. They will not visit this restaurant. Believe me.

Great food and atmosphere, with singer and dancing performances. Service at the table was good when we arrived, but than the waitress started ignoring us completely. When we were leaving and said “gracias” to her, she didn’t even care. We didn’t feel welcomed in this place. I would try again for the food and atmosphere. I prefer to think she was having a bad day or some personal problem.

The dining experience is original, however not phenomenal. The rooftop opens only a little bit and guests seated in the “wrong” part of a restaurant can only see an ugly graffiti wall… Service: average. We ordered a bottle of champagne and we’re asked what type of glasses we wanted the champagne to be served in. Food: way less than average and majorly overpriced. Most of it was completely bland. To sum it up, it’s a one off try experience, but with the amount of amazing restaurants in Madrid, it definitely didn’t make the top of my list.

The restaurant is visually impressive and the atmosphere undeniably lively, but the culinary experience was a disappointment from start to finish. On the staff’s recommendation, I ordered a sushi roll said to be ‘excellent.’ To my surprise, it was the very same dish that another guest had just returned moments earlier. Shortly thereafter, that exact plate was presented to me. The sushi was overwhelmed by an excessive amount of sauce, the rice was hard and stale, and the overall flavor was far from fresh or enjoyable. The wok rice arrived lukewarm, with a harsh and unbalanced taste. The meat dishes, likewise, were served tepid and drowned in sauce, which completely masked any natural flavors. The tacos, too, tasted stale, were served at room temperature, and were again overpowered by heavy sauces. Across the board, the food lacked freshness, balance, and refinement in preparation. We left the restaurant unsatisfied and eventually went to Ramses, where we finally enjoyed a proper meal. This venue may appeal to those seeking a lively show and late-night drinks, but for anyone who values food quality, it falls far short of expectations.
