Fuimos a este restaurante por casualidad y nos encantó. Comimos un menú donde nos encantaron las croquetas, la chistorra y la carne. Destacar también el trato por parte del personal y la rapidez a la hora de traernos la comida.

Buena calidad y buen precio. Eso sí lo de cobrarte el pan sin pedirlo está un poco feo y más por cuatro rodajas finas 4€. El resto espectacular. Cambiaría la morcilla de burgos por la de León

Todo buenísimo, nosotros pedimos el menú chuleta por 50€, q venía una ensalada, croquetas, morcilla, chistorra, el chuletón, botella de vino y un postre, es tanta cantidad q pone mínimo dos personas, pero ojo, cobran 50€ por persona, aunque pone q ese menú es para dos, pero cobran dos, eso nunca lo entenderé, si es para dos personas, pues para dos, q pongan menos cantidad, q sea para una, y cobren menos, y ya según las personas q quieran comer pues se añade. A parte pedimos entraña, buenísima, berenjena a la brasa y pimientos… todo está hecho a la brasa. Los postres buenísimos. La atención, rapidez y amabilidad muy bien.

Good overall value, the food was delicious and the place is very nice. The eggplant was crispy on the outside and just right on the inside. The desert was made with Ice cream and banana and was also just right. You might also want to try the Tinto de Verano, a refreshing option for summer.

Se portaron genial, por un problema llegamos tarde y nos aguantaron la mesa, simpatica, sevicial y agradable la chica que nos atendió. Muy buena la comida, en especial la chuleta, en el punto que se pide. Todo muy bien la verdad. Buenos vinos.

La atención fue de lo mejor del sitio. La carne buena pero tampoco del otro mundo y los pimentones asados espectaculares. La ensalada de la carne si deja mucho que desear por simple.

Buena sorpresa, buena atención y recomendaciones por parte del camarero. Cuando entramos estaba vacío, pero se llenó en 5min. Pedimos el menu para 2, con carne vasca, estaba todo muy bueno. Incluso nos costó acabar! Por poner un pero..la tarta de queso no nos gustó, tenía buena pinta pero poco sabor. La carne de 10, tomate con ventresca, igual...

La comida muy buena, el menú de 50€ de parrilla está muy bien. Pedimos también entraña, un poco pequeña, pero bien hecha. Los postres muy ricos también. Nos toco una camarera que debía ser nueva, porque todo lo que le preguntamos tuvo que consultarlo con su superior, pero nos atendió bien. Sitio para volver.

La verdad que el sitio acogedor y el servicio muy amable. Pedimos la hamburguesa que estaba muy buena y la entraña, que a mi gusto para ese corte estaba bastante seca. De entrantes la berenjena con alioli muy buena pero venían 2 gotitas de alioli que me pareció una vergüenza y pedimos un poco más y nos lo cobraron. Y que nos cobren 4 pavos extra por un poco de chimichurri un robo. Por lo demás estándar

The food was delicious, made with fresh, high-quality local ingredients, especially the meat, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The restaurant is quite small but cozy. There was only one waiter managing the entire floor, but he did an excellent job, incredibly attentive, efficient, and kind.

It was a fancy restaurant and they have delicious chuleton!! Cheese cake was great, but grilled pimiento was below average. Inside of restaurant is little small but space bewteen tables is fair. But table was not big enough to put our dishes, need to organize well and it was wobbly. Service was good and attentive!!

With such amazing reviews I was excited to try this place. Managed to do so during a Wed evening which might have played a factor in my experience. Ordered the artichokes and aged meat - “chuletón de vaca vieja madurada”, cooked medium. Artichokes were good but nothing exceptional. Meat arrived promptly and was undercooked. Didn’t mind as I usually go medium rare although this was more rare - no issue when having good meat. First problem. While the meat was properly seared and looked ok, the meat was cold in the middle - it felt like it had been taken straight from the fridge which is not a good idea for grilling a thick cut of meat. Had to send it back to get it some temperature. Upon getting the meat back, this time with an acceptable warm temperature, the flavor and texture of the meat really disappointed. While not bad, there were really no real indications of a good aged meat and was substandard for what I’ve been experienced in Madrid, certainly in Spain. Service was really good with an attentive and friendly staff, and the cheesecake certainly deserves recognition and a recommendation. Based on the other reviews, I might just had experienced a bad day for the team in charge of the grill but, I can’t in good conscience give them more than 3 stars as this is a restaurant where quality of their meat, and knowing how to properly grill it, is a basic expectation.

Sitio bien montado, con no muchas mesas, pero tengo que destacar 2 detalles: 1°pedimos el menú que llevaba chuletón ,croquetas morcilla y chistorra y ensalada de tomate, la ensalada de tomate estaba pasadísima de sal,lo comentamos y no supimos mas,ni un detalle,ni una disculpa ni nada. Y luego cuando terminados de cenar nos trajeron la cuenta sin pedirla diciendo que cerraban en 10 minutos y 2 veces nos dijeron que estaba cerrado, metiéndonos prisa por que nos fuéramos…. Creo que después de pagar más de 75€ por persona,tienen que tener más tacto para que por lo menos nos podamos beber el vino. Un plato que haya salido mal lo perdono,que me inviten tan insistentemente a irme no lo perdono!! A ese precio el cubierto con este servicio no volveré!!!

Disapointing Chuleta Vasca a la Brasa. I recently dined at a charming restaurant that offers top-notch services and a delightful atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were attentive and accommodating throughout my visit. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with tasteful decor and soft lighting that created a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The comfortable seating arrangements and pleasant background music further added to the overall atmosphere of the place. While the menu featured a variety of enticing dishes, I opted for the Menu with chuleta vasca a la brasa based on recommendations from the server. Unfortunately, the chuleta did not quite live up to my expectations. The dish was disappointing as it lacked of quantity. I would advise diners to explore other menu options besides the menu with chuleta vasca.
