Muy lento el cervicios y la comida tarda mucho para servir

en esta ocasión fuimos a desayunar comida colombiana, a un sitio que hace 4 meses no visitábamos, el desayuno muy rico, el buñuelo delicioso toda la comida en general muy rica y fresca, en cuanto ala atención había una sola mesera en esa hora11:30 a.m y había mucha gente por atender así que fue un poco lenta, y tocó esperar un poco. Quiero recomendar con todo el respeto que merece a la Persona encargada de los manteles un cambio para el de l mesa 10 que fue la que nos tocó, está en un estado bastante desagradable para sentarse a comer, el baño de los hombres tiene la llave del lavamanos dañada, no funciona y el orinal también está averiado, importante solucionar esto para que los hombres no tengamos que utilizar el baño de damas.

Fuimos un grupo de 6 con resaca. Queríamos algo de casa, algo q nos levantara. La ubicación es un poco complicada. El lugar es amplio, los desayunos y la oferta de 2x1 me parece muy buena oferta. El Ajiaco no lo recomiendo. Esta vez no tenían cerveza de grifo y no tenían hielo. Las bebidas estaban al clima. Una sola camarera para todo el salón de atrás.

It was incredibly crowded. It took quite a while for our breakfasts to arrive. However, the food quality was decent—good, very much in line with the reasonable price. The fritters were large, inexpensive, and delicious. The same goes for the hot chocolate at breakfast... exquisite.

Hoy estuve en mil manjares y la comida con buen sabor, el servicio no muy bueno ya que una de las camareras le pedimos algo y nos hizo mala cara, después de esto hemos desicido llevar una lengua en salsa es increíble 18€ por arroz, papá y un trozo de lengua aparte mál empacada, sin ensala super mala presentación fue increíble llegar a casa y ver esto, me gustaba venir haga porque todo es muy bueno pero hoy he quedado solprendida con el mal servicio y aparte pido algo para llevar y de esta manera fatal y 18€ por esto.

This time, when I decided to comment, I think it's reached the point of accepting anything. I ordered the same dish as always, the food was burnt, with one missing ingredient, the garnish tough and inedible, and it was off the plate, which gives the impression that someone else is cooking every time, which doesn't bode well. I have to say my experience at the restaurant is different, as I've almost always been well served and my needs met. It's not exactly an environment to spend a lot of time in... You eat and you leave. But the delivery service is a disaster. Either they cancel your order after an hour, or they bring it the way they want it, with the products they want, cooked the way they want it. Remember that those who order delivery are neighbors; those who come are sometimes travelers. Be careful there. The goal is for contributions and comments to serve as improvements and feedback for the company's well-being.

This is my second time going, and this time I wanted to try something new, but honestly, it wasn't pleasant at all. The staff tells you to order quickly even though there's still time before the kitchen closes. We ordered, and the woman who served us was neither friendly nor helpful; she seemed to be in a hurry to leave and didn't care about anything. She also made a mistake when we ordered and brought us whatever she wanted, and we practically had to tell her that wasn't what we wanted. As you can see, the empanadas, both chicken and beef, aren't worth it; they're full of potatoes, and for the price, they're not good at all. I don't recommend it, nor do I recommend the arepa burger, which is full of oil and seems rushed. For a Latin American restaurant, they have a lot to improve, like knowing what they're selling in case the customer isn't familiar with it. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

We went for breakfast today, December 8, 2024. The food was delicious; we really liked it. The service was good, and we didn't have to wait long for the food, which was served quickly. BUT, it's incredible that there was only one person checking out, and it took us longer to pay than to eat breakfast. I don't understand why they couldn't have more payment terminals or have another person checking out at the bar, even though the restaurant was full. Also, there wasn't any cozy Christmas music playing, suitable for a Colombian restaurant.

No es la primera vez que voy a este restaurante y siempre nos hemos ido con un mal sabor de boca por el trato del personal, exigen que pidas rápido y se molestan si tardas un poco o estás indeciso por qué pedir ( ni si quiera te recomiendan nada ). La comida era lo único que nos gustaba hasta el día de hoy. Decidimos probar algo diferente que fue el sancocho de gallina, pedimos 3 platos de estos y el sabor era a guardado, no sabía a sancocho, la gallina estaba negra, dejamos los platos enteros y al retirarlos la camarera ni si quiera preguntó si hubo algún problema. También añadir que pedimos que pusieran la calefacción ya que donde nos habían sentado al fondo del todo no la tenían encendida y nos estábamos congelando, tuvimos que pedir el cambio de mesa a más adelante, no nos gustó nada el trato ya que veían a los niños pequeños con frío y no fueron capaces de cambiarnos de mesa antes. A la salida, después de pagar, le comentamos a la camarera que el sancocho estaba malo y le dio prácticamente igual, de echo por ello pongo la mala reseña. Deberían contratar a camareros agradables ya que esta es la primera cara del restaurante y, por eso, pierde mucho. No volveremos, gracias.

Muy mal servicio, la atención nunca ha sido buena , me convertí en cliente por que soy colombiana y extraño los sabores de mi país,pero lastimosamente los mismos paisanos, las colombianas que trabajan ahí son súper mal comportadas ,tienen actitudes feísimas ,te tratan como si te estuvieran regalando y no es así por que allí se va a comprar a consumir y se dirigen hacia ti con irrespeto y disgusto, personalmente no regresaré a consumir los productos de un lugar que existe gracias a personas como yo que buscamos lugares específicos de nuestro país pero que por el contrario nos vamos con una experiencia personal terrible!! Y Por si tienes dudas, la reseña está siendo muy clara , el equipo de chicas que atienden no se dirigen hacia los clientes con respeto , no atienden con gusto y por el contrario se dirigen de mala forma al cliente, siempre están ocupadas tienen prisa y constantemente presionan para que uno haga el pedido , tampoco tienen cordialidad ni se comportan de forma amable con el cliente, si tienes dudas revísalo directamente. No es solo tener un producto rico! Es atender con buena actitud y la muestra de tu respuesta es que no priorizan en la atención al cliente. Es mucho más extraño que en vez de atender con buen ánimo al cliente en donde se supone que deben tener buena atención normalicen tratar a el comprador como si no tuviese valor

01/11. 20:30 Es la primera vez que voy con mi hijo, nos pedimos una bandeja paisa y 4 empanadas de pollo. Pero tenían más patata que POLLO 😔 , por otro lado le pedí a la camarera que retire por favor el vaso con hielo y me dijo 😒🫳"DEJALO AHI" la verdad me causó risa. Bueno , en realidad es que desde el momento uno , nos atendió mal.

Cuando recién abrió el restaurante todo sabía bien, todo era fresco y el personal se esforzaba un poco. De ahí en adelante la calidad del producto a ido bajando, las dos últimas veces que hemos ido a comprar pan y demás hemos salido completamente decepcionados, una arepa de choclo sin queso y lo de hoy todo el pan, pandebonos chorizos sin un mínimo de sabor, simples, desabridos y la arepa de choclo de hoy no es mínimo tenía dos dias. Debería de darles vergüenza servir eso y llamarlo comida colombiana Desde luego han perdido a un cliente

No puse la estrella en 0 porque la aplicación directamente no me lo permitía, Pero nose por dónde empezar ,si por la mala calidad del producto o por la pésima atención al cliente Hoy tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida a nivel gastronómico y eso que he estado en un monte prestando servicio militar La almojabana que pedí casi me manda al dentista porque más dura que un cuerno Le preguntes la chica del sitio que si era fresca y me respondió con esa arrogancia de que todos los días hacías los productos le dije que si era posible de cambiármela y me respondió aún peor y me la arrebató y supuestamente fue y me la cambió por otra Pero nose cual era más dura si la primera o la segunda A la hora de pagar Me cobró las dos almojabanas y el café Y tranquilamente se los pagué y cuando me dio el cambio prácticamente me tiró las monedas a la mano y se cayeron al piso La verdad dejan mucho que desear No volveré a este sitio Un colombiano decepcionado de un lugar colombiano Qué lástima que entre nosotros mismos nos tiremos tan duro Y a final de cuentas Vinieron de donde venímos todos Qué lástima 😵😵

Actualización: hoy 10/08/23 hemos vuelto y hemos pedido dos Bandejas Paisas ( menú) las cuales se veían muy bien, PERO lamentablemente nos sirvieron Carne en mal estado ( igual que a otra chica en la mesa de al lado) le comentamos a la camarera y nos la cambiaron, pero para cuando volvieron a traer los platos ya todo lo demás estaba frío, luego de casi dos años siendo clientes recurrentes creo q ya hoy a sido nuestra última visita y es una pena por que antes su comida era muy buena, el local ha ido en bajada. Al pasar por la caja en ningún momento nos pidieron disculpas por el inconveniente. Habíamos ido varias veces por que su comida es muy buena!!! y sus menús de los mejores, sus desayunos variados, aunque debo decir que últimamente la atención de algunas de las camareras ha sido un poco grosera, no sé si es por falta del personal o por que simplemente andan de mal genio. Sin embargo sigue siendo de mis favoritos por su relación precio-calidad ✨

Everything they sell is stale. The bread and pastries are good, but the quality is terrible. They don't taste like Colombian food at all; they're bland. I don't recommend wasting your money and time at this place. Very poor product quality. What a disappointment! I have to throw everything away.

We went out to eat, and the experience was unpleasant from the start. My companion was given a dirty glass for their drink, which they had to replace after we complained. Later, a hair appeared in my bean casserole after I had already eaten part of it. When I mentioned it, the waitress offered to bring another dish, but I declined for obvious reasons. However, when it came time to pay, they charged me for the casserole, and I had to complain to get it removed from the bill. The cashier did so rudely, without apologizing or showing any empathy. Although they resolved the issues, the lack of hygiene, attention, and attitude of the staff made the experience unpleasant. The service definitely needs improvement.

Well, it's not the first time I've complained, but it is the first time through this channel, since the previous one was almost personal because I wrote to them on WhatsApp and showed them that a piece of plastic container was in one of my fritters, and it was pointed. Thank God we didn't eat it because it had a point. I told them, and all they said was that they would be careful. Now, I went to eat there on Sunday with my mother and daughter, and the food was terrible, incredibly bland, it tasted like reheated food, just awful. And to top it all off, I stubbornly bought some bread on my way out, and when I came back today and ate a piece, it came out like a piece of porcelain. Honestly, if you don't want one plate, you get two, but this time I'm not going to stay silent. They are irresponsible because a child could eat this and not even realize it.

Good morning. I'm leaving this message respectfully and without any intention of belittling or offending anyone. It's truly noticeable when things are done with care. We've been five times, and my family and I have come to the following conclusions: First, we want to emphasize that we haven't had a bad experience in the bakery section; the items we've ordered have been very good. Most of the staff are very attentive and quick, however, they need to explain the menu more thoroughly, instead of just highlighting the daily specials. They should explain everything and simply give you the menu booklets, which is clearer for the customer. The food is simple, bland, and tasteless. Just to mention the last time I went, they served me chicken sancocho that was more like gelatin when you stirred it, and I doubt the meat was even chicken. The sancocho looked awful, absolutely awful, and the taste was beyond words. My husband left discreetly vomiting. And finally, the place needs some work. It's very dark, lacks atmosphere, is plain, old, and neglected. The tablecloths, chairs, tables, and tiles are all years old and haven't been maintained. They need to be up-to-date because they're falling behind. It's not about putting up some Christmas lights and calling out "a thousand delicacies"; it's about giving it a real makeover. Best regards. I think it's a great place, but today was a disappointment... We went for an afternoon snack and ordered a variety of things to eat; all the pastries were delicious... We decided to buy some empanadas, but when they brought them to the table, they were cold, and one of them was soggy (according to the waitress). She said there were TOO MANY empanadas together and they get soggy. I asked them to replace it because it looked bad! Even though she took it to replace it, it took ages to bring a new one. (I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT TOOK SO LONG IF THERE WERE SO MANY EMPANADAS?) To our surprise, they fried the same empanada again, even though the waitress insisted it wasn't, because it was the same one. They were talking amongst themselves and looking at the table, watching us eat it... It was truly disrespectful and the service was terrible.

We've been eating here repeatedly, but on two occasions now, the stuffed potatoes aren't made the same day and are usually cold from the refrigerator, or sometimes as if they were brought in poorly heated (since they sit in the refrigerator) and aren't fresh. We recommended this place for a birthday cake, but it came out with a bad taste, and we were embarrassed about it.
