I still don't understand why, if I'm going to buy prepared food, I have to wait in line again to buy bread. Furthermore, the Moratalaz newspaper from June shows different prices than what we were charged for chicken, croquettes, peppers, and Spanish omelet in July... Nevertheless, it's a go-to place in the neighborhood for a quick meal; nothing fancy, it's edible, and the best part is not having to cook.

A very good place to buy homemade food to take away. The roasted chickens are delicious, and there's a wide variety of prepared (homemade) dishes. You can also buy bread and a wide variety of pastries. Very good quality and very good prices. The staff is very friendly. I recommend it 100%.

It's one of the best roast chickens I've ever eaten. They have a wider variety of prepared food, also homemade, and some truly amazing torreznos (pork rinds). There's also a bakery with a variety of pastries and breads, but it's not artisanal. Unfortunately, I'm not giving it five stars because there's always an incredible line, but waiting more than half an hour to pick up your food, even after ordering in advance, is a shame. Cheers!

We've been buying roast chicken here our whole lives, but for the last few years the chickens have been absolutely terrible, dry and awful. They have no flavor whatsoever, and the only reason I'm giving it a few more stars is because of the other prepared food they have and the bakery, but the chickens get a zero.

Lately, the size of the chickens has also decreased, their texture and browning have decreased in quality, as has the flavor that has always characterized them with the touch of lemon and spices, which has also decreased considerably, as has the saltiness, leaving a linear and bland flavor, leaving the meat white and tasteless. It would be appreciated if you would return to the usual ingredients and, although it may generate a small business cost, do not create a gastronomic experience for your neighbors and customers that is not in keeping with the history of your company and your food. My mother really likes the chicken there; it's very good, I must say. The problem is for people with allergies, as they use the same fryer for everything from fish to simple potatoes or ham croquettes, instead of having two separate fryers as is common nowadays. The service is average, although the girl who always serves us is a bit curt and rude. Overall, it's a good option for a quick bite, and it's tasty.

It's true the chicken is very good, but the price isn't so great. I went today and it was very expensive. €28, in fact, I told them so and they gave me the receipt. They have no competition whatsoever, and of course, they have no regard for the customer; in fact, they're quite unfriendly. They work very quickly and don't check if the food is okay or not. If a chicken and potato salad is €12, why charge me separately just because the potato salad is a little bigger? They could charge me a little more, sure, but not separately. I don't like being taken advantage of; I'll know better next time. Be careful and ask for the receipt. Cheers.

The chicken was delicious as always! But the potatoes had an unpleasant taste and were definitely hard and fresh... a real shame, they were inedible.

A rip-off! I ordered a mini tortilla (€4), a portion of peppers (€4), and two pieces of fried pork belly and two croquettes. The price was €17, excuse me? I'd like to know how these super-friendly ladies (if you can even call them that) have ripped me off. €10 for two pieces of fried pork belly and two croquettes 😎. No matter how hard I try, the math just doesn't add up, and they're not even able to explain it very well. The croquettes were way too salty, by the way. I would have been better off at McDonald's. Then they say we don't support local businesses, but it's no wonder we don't when you see us looking like we're broke. I guess the queue is always for the chicken. I won't be back.
