Soy catalán y salir de Cadaqués (Madrid) ha sido realmente emocionante. El restaurante consigue recrear la esencia, los sabores y el alma del Mediterráneo de una forma auténtica y cuidada. Quiero destacar especialmente a Flavio y Javier, de Comensales, por su trato cercano, profesional y lleno de pasión por lo que hacen. Te hacen sentir como en casa y elevan la experiencia a otro nivel. Si has estado en la Costa Brava, este lugar te hará recordarla; y si no, es la mejor manera de descubrirla. Sin duda, un sitio al que volveré

Una elección de 10, lugar muy bien decorado, personal super educado y atento. En cuanto a la comida, un deleite al paladar, el combinar los sabores de Ventresca de Cerdo con corteza de Bonito de Ondarroa, un espectáculo, el Carpaccio de gamba roja de Rose que decir, bueno a decir basta, continuamos con un arroz Bruit con sepia, rape y almejas, delicioso es decir poco, finalizamos con un "pequeño pecado" un Chucho de crema con chocolate caliente y yo que no soy muy de dulces, he salido encantado Restaurante muy recomendable

Cena de Nochebuena en este Restaurante. Repetiría sin dudarlo, comida 10, servicio 10( en especial Ernesto y Javi) y ambiente muy bueno. Por ponerle un pero , yo no añadiría salsa a un besugo a la grasa. Volveremos!!!

The concierge at our hotel set this reservation for us and it is everything you want when you’re dining in Madrid! The food is perfect/spectacular and the service is even better. Very nice place with friendly service. It can get busy, so reservations are recommended. This is a seafood restaurant that cooks over an open fire. If you’re looking for paella Valenciana, they don’t offer it, but they do have a squid paella, which is their top seller. A high-end restaurant located in an upscale residential area.

The service at this restaurant must be studied. Cadaqués became the first restaurant ate dinner when we first visited Madrid in 2023 and the service offered made me fall in love with this city and its people. The food and the ambience is amazing and for all those reasons this restaurant has become a perpetual stop for us each time we’re in Madrid.

Cadaqués is a very nice restaurant. We started with a sea bass tartare with lentils: light, fresh, and well-balanced. Then came the artichoke, meaty and paired with a smoky chipotle mayonnaise which was great. For the main, we had sea bream served simply with grilled green asparagus. Everything was light, clean, and full of flavor. Definitely a place to return to.

Have just eaten at this restaurant. The restaurant has very nice decor and the staff are very freindly. The waitress that served us was very pleasant and chatty explaining what each dish to us. The food was fresh and tasty. However we had the fish which on the menu says g 14 euros please be advised this is the price per 100g so ask how big the fish is and how much it will be. Even though our fish was 900g that was what we were told would be 126 euros we were charged 140 euros that would be a kilo so was overcharged. please ask for full price of fish before ordering I could of bought a lot of fish for that price.

La expectativas eran buenas nada más entrar , nos hicieron esperar un poquito en la barra ya que llegamos antes , los camareros muy amables en la barra y al entrar al comedor también . Les puntuó con un tres estrellas , por qué desde que entramos en la sala pasaron más de 10 minutos hasta que nos trajeron un par de cervezas que pedimos y 35 minutos hasta que trajeron el primer entrante desde que pedimos . De los tres entrantes que pedidos después de esperar los 35 minutos solo llegó uno , y a los 45 minutos al ver que nos faltaba algo nos preguntó que nos faltaba , al final solo nos trajo el segundo entrante y tampoco nos trajo el tercer entrante después de una hora . Cuando ni estábamos empezando el segundo entrante , nos dicen que el arroz está y nos lo ponen en la mesa sin esperar a terminar . Claro con lo que habían tardado , se juntó los entrantes con el arroz de segundo que habíamos pedido . Todo esto enturbió lo bueno que estaban los platos , puerros, ensaladilla ( la tortilla no la trajeron .. ) y arroz con Pato muy rico . No sé si repetiré . Espero que mejoren estos detalles .

It takes a lot for me to leave even a mildly bad review but this place really didn’t hit the spot for us. We ordered spicy muscles to start - they weren’t spicy at all, in fact there was no seasoning at all in the dish. Lumpy and watery sauce. We were asked if we’d like some bread - sure. Two small dry pieces of what tasted like stale bread - €7 charged!! Nearly died when I saw the receipt. The rice and fish were ok but honestly this was over seasoned and a bit too salty. The saving grace was the dessert - Swiss roll which was very delicious. I wouldn’t come back here, unfortunately.

Our hotel concierge recommended this place for dinner. We went in with too high expectations, the meal was extremely overpriced. The paella was almost soup like, extremely hard. We ordered the lobster paella, croquettes and two pitchers of sangria. It was almost 200 euro. If the meal had been good we would have no complaints. There are plenty of options in Madrid, I would keep looking if you are wanting paella. The croquettes were ok.

Teníamos una reserva hoy en el salón principal y nos han enviado al salón del sótano, hemos solicitado el cambio y le hemos indicado a las chicas de la entrada que la reserva la habíamos dolor en el salón de arriba. Ni se han disculpado ni han buscado una solución han argumentado que es según disponibilidad.Entonces para que reservo una zona si después no me aseguran que será esa zona??? Es como si reservo terraza y cuando llego me dicen que tengo que ir a barra. No tiene sentido!! Una pena somos de Catalunya y encontrarse con un personal tan poco eficiente y profesional en un restaurante que muestra la cultura culinaria de nuestra tierra nos da mucha pena, siendo hoy un día muy espacial donde celebramos el cumpleaños de mi mujer. Nunca mas volveremos ni recomendamos este lugar. Nos hemos tenido que ir a otro restaurante de la zona donde nos han atendido muy bien.

Experiencia muy decepcionante. Paseando por Madrid decidimos sentarnos en la terraza de Cadaqués (apenas había tres mesas ocupadas, todas al sol). Desde el primer momento, la atención fue mala: el camarero que nos atendió fue antipático y con pocas ganas de trabajar. Pedimos un vermut y una cerveza con limón, y ya empezamos mal cuando nos dijo que no tenían vermut rojo. Aun así, decidimos pedir algo de comer. La carta de terraza estaba encima de la mesa y pedimos unos mejillones, tal y como figuraban en dicha carta. Tras una espera bastante larga, nos trajeron unos mejillones al vapor con una salsa extraña, picante, con cebolla caramelizada y muy mal aspecto, algo que no aparecía en ningún apartado de la carta de terraza. Los mejillones estaban malos, algunos crudos y de muy baja calidad para el precio “de mercado” que cobran. Para cobrar a otra mesa salió otra persona del restaurante, le preguntamos que era lo que nos habían traído y nos confirmó que lo que nos habían servido no era lo que habíamos pedido, sino unos mejillones de la carta interior del restaurante, no de la terraza. Es decir, nos sirvieron algo distinto a lo solicitado, sin avisar y sin ninguna explicación previa. En resumen, un despropósito absoluto: mala atención, errores graves en el pedido, comida de baja calidad y precios injustificados. Un sitio que no recomiendo en absoluto y al que, desde luego, no volveremos.

At the beginning I had high expectations given the location, but unfortunately the experience was even strongly disappointing. The food lacked flavor and care in its preparation, and the prices felt high for the quality offered. On top of that, there was a mistake with our order: we requested “Bogavante” rice, but we were served black rice instead. The service was inattentive and unengaged, which only added to the overall disappointment. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience and not somewhere I would choose to return or recommend.

Definitely, I do not recommend. Paella was expensive and not tasty. You can definitely find better one. Always remember that although the price of paella is indicated for one person, but the minimal order should be done for 2 pax. So multiply the amount x2.
