Me encanta este restaurante. Una ubicación privilegiada y un muy buen ambiente. La carta es muy buena y variada, completada con una gran selección de vinos y cócteles. El servicio es también genial. Y, tras terminar la comida o la cena, una cosa en la terraza superior hacen completa la experiencia.

Sitio muy agradable , acogedor , buenas vistas, personal muy atento y profesionales. Como negativo, dejan de servir a las 12 y poco de la noche, con lo que tras la cena no te da tiempo de disfrutar de ese maravilloso lugar.

We booked this restaurant for Christmas Day (25th), and the entire experience was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The food was delicious — we ordered the octopus and the steak, and both were truly excellent. There is also a great selection of wines to choose from. What really stood out was the staff: everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, from the moment we walked in and were greeted, through being seated and ordering, all the way until we left. The restaurant itself is stunning as well. We sat on the terrace, and with the lovely weather, it made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and one we would definitely recommend.

We celebrated an important occasion at Trocadero Casa de Botes with friends, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The atmosphere, the food, and the service were all top-notch. The dishes were delicious, and the team of waiters made us feel truly welcome, turning the evening into something very special. A special thanks goes to the sommelier for her professional recommendations and the excellent wine, as well as to the young lady who prepared and served the paella for us – it was an unforgettable gastronomic show! The only small downside was the booking experience: the staff handling reservations could be more flexible and attentive to the guests’ wishes. However, everything else far outweighed this – the restaurant gave us an evening full of positive emotions and beautiful memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy fine dining, excellent service, and a unique atmosphere!

We had such a wonderful experience here! The food was very delicious, the drinks were so yummy and designed/prepared right here so they’re very original. All our food was delicious and the service was wonderful. All the staff treated us wonderfully, never felt rushed, they let us comfortably eat and drink for hours. Our main waitress was Sofi and she was lovely. The bar tender Jorge, came out to the table multiple times to ensure we liked our drinks and ask us our preferences to prepare something special. This is Málaga’s best place to have a nice fancy dinner. It’s definitley a fine dining experience. We came at 7:30 pm and stayed past the sunset. It was beautiful to watch from the outside tables. For cost reference, we were 3 of us our total was €300 for a Cesar salad, burrata, patatas bravas, seafood paella for 2, chocolate lava cake, ice cream scoop, 2 martini espressos, 2 Cuban mojitos, 1 virigin Bloody Mary, 8+ water bottles, 4 sodas.

Trocadero Malaga is a beautiful restaurant with stunning views of the port and great design. It’s a lovely place to spend time, whether on the terrace or inside. The atmosphere is upscale, and the prices reflect that. We enjoyed delicious sushi and cocktails, and the service was excellent with very attentive staff.

We discovered this beautiful restaurant almost by accident. We'd walked by it numerous times without realizing it was a restaurant. It's positioned on the waterfront and very large with several levels. The interior is gorgeous and glamorous. The outdoor patio was a little more casual but lovely and comfortable. We sat outside facing the water as it was a warm sunny day. We would have liked to sit on their rooftop patio, but were informed that it is only open on the weekends from 4:00. We started with Cordial Tropical, one of their signature cocktails which was so delicious we each had a second. There were also very good olives to nibble. The menu is quite large, though not extensive, and there's something for everyone from sushi to seafood, paellas, meat to vegetarian dishes. My spouse ordered oysters, which he declared to be the very best and freshest he'd ever had. We then had the gazpacho, which came with a thick slice of good crusty bread and olive oil, and we ordered the sweet baked potato which had been sprinkled with sea salt, parmesan and chives. We also had 2 glasses, each of good Rioja. We opted to have dessert. I had their passion fruit pavlova, and my spouse had the lava cake served with pistachio ice cream. Both desserts were outrageously decadent and delicious. There was coffee to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant as it is an experience you don't want to miss. We'll be back.

Un sitio realmente espectacular con unas vistas insuperables. De los lugares con mejor ambiente que he estado últimamente. Atención buena y amable. La selección de platos que pedimos, excelente. La rusa con ventresca, los brioche de atún rojo, sublimes. Las patatas bravas tienen un toque totalmente diferente a las que encuentras en otros sitios. Cosas no tan buenas a destacar: llevad repelente de mosquitos. Si tienes mesa fuera, te comen. Deberían ponerle solución a eso. Otro punto negativo a destacar: los postres a 12€. Me parece un precio desorbitado que no es nada acorde a lo que te ponen. Independientemente, repetiré sin duda.

Fui con 4 amigas. La verdad que nos encantó un sitio reformado y elegante, ambiente relajado con familias y gente joven. Nosotras fuimos a comer aunque dicen que tambien por la tardeo noche y hay música y copas. Pedimos de entrante - una ensaladilla con langostinos - Brioche de atún rojo - Ceviche -Noodles - Entrecot - Cafés y bebida. Nuestro favorito el brioche con un sabor buenísimo y tambien la melosidad de la ensaladilla la espectacular!!!!! Lo recomendaría 1000%%% 216€ todo

En primer lugar, no puedo hablar de la comida porque solo fuimos a terraza a tomar unas copas. Decir que pagas mucho el lugar, el precio medio suele ser unos 15€ y suele tener un hielo bastante grande, estaba bueno pero me pareció bastante caro para la cantidad. Había un chico poniendo música allí en directo. Las vistas son muy bonitas, sobre todo de noche.

El sitio es espectacular, tanto la sala como la terraza. La comida es buena aunque algo cara para el tamaño de las porciones. El personal atento y amable, algo despistados para la poca gente que había, pero bien. Eso sí, cargan en la factura “cubierto y servicio”, que es ilegal; no lo reclamamos por tener la fiesta en paz… pero no hubo propina.

La experiencia en el restaurante fue, en general, muy buena. La comida estaba deliciosa, especialmente el sushi, que fue lo que más disfrutamos de la noche. El tataki de atún, sin embargo, no me convenció del todo: venía frío, acompañado de una salsa tipo ceviche que personalmente no me terminó de encajar, ya que suelo preferirlo caliente y con otro tipo de acompañamiento. En cuanto a la bebida, inicialmente pedimos un Botani blanco, pero el enólogo nos explicó que ya no les quedaba. Como alternativa, y dado que el resto de blancos eran bastante secos, nos recomendó un tinto, La Poda, que sorprendentemente maridó muy bien con el pescado y resultó ser un acierto. La reserva la hicimos por internet y fue muy cómoda, sin complicaciones. Además, el restaurante cuenta con parking privado gratuito y con vigilancia, algo muy práctico ya que en la zona apenas hay aparcamiento público y el que existe es el del Muelle Uno, que resulta bastante caro. El sitio es espectacular, tanto por el espacio como por la atención del personal, que fue impecable durante toda la cena. La decoración me encantó: muy cuidada y claramente trabajada por un estudio, con una iluminación pensada para crear ambiente. Es cierto que era un pelín oscura, pero estaba resuelta con mucho estilo. El ambiente en general acompañaba, salvo por un grupo grande de unos veinte jóvenes extranjeros que estaban de fiesta y bastante pasados de copas. Llegaron a armar bastante jaleo, hasta el punto de que uno de ellos se cayó de la silla. En un lugar de este nivel uno busca una experiencia tranquila y especial, y esa situación desentonó un poco con la cena. En cuanto al precio, es elevado, pero vale la pena por la ubicación, la calidad de la comida y lo cuidado del lugar. En resumen: gran cocina (con mención especial al sushi), decoración espectacular, servicio de primera y un entorno especial, con la comodidad de la reserva online y el parking gratuito, aunque con un detalle en el ambiente que empañó ligeramente la noche. Precio: 159€ para 2 comensales.

One of the best restaurants I’ve visited in Málaga — it felt like a true fine dining experience! The ambiance is beautiful and elegant, especially the outdoor seating which added so much charm to the evening. We ordered the paella for two, and it came in a generous portion and was full of flavor. The food overall was great. The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, but the friendly staff and the quality of the meal made up for it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a refined and stylish dinner spot in the heart of Málaga!

Fui a Trocadero Casa de Botes para celebrar un aniversario, buscando algo especial. Empezando por la ubicación: preciosa y cuidada al detalle. Desde la entrada, te acompaña el personal hasta la mesa una bonita terraza frente al mar, con plantas, música ambiental (incluso en los baños)… un verdadero espectáculo. El ambiente general es encantador, con música y vistas a La Farola que realmente impresionan. Pasando al menú: bastante amplio, pero destacan dos aspectos. Primero, los precios, notablemente más altos que en otros restaurantes similares en algunos casos, el doble. Segundo, la carta no ofrece ninguna sorpresa culinaria. Son los platos de siempre, descritos como siempre, pero con precios desorbitados. La calidad de la comida es buena en general, todo lo que probamos estaba rico. Eso sí, las raciones son escasas nunca había visto croquetas de tinta de calamar tan pequeñas. El punto más flojo fue el servicio. Aunque el personal fue amable, el nivel del servicio no está a la altura de los precios: básico y poco cuidado. En conclusión: un sitio al que no volvería. Una buena ubicación no justifica pagar 12 euros por un postre si no me ofreces algo realmente elaborado o una presentación impecable. Para comer bien y recibir un servicio similar al de cualquier chiringuito de la zona… prefiero otros lugares.

The food is okay, but I think the prices are quite high considering the portions are small. They also charge an extra €7 for service, which I find inappropriate considering the high prices. --- 🇪🇸 Español: Un lugar muy bonito y agradable con unas vistas impresionantes. El restaurante es enorme, con varias plantas. La comida está bien, pero creo que los precios son bastante altos teniendo en cuenta que las raciones son pequeñas. Además, cobran 7 € adicionales por el servicio, lo cual me parece inapropiado con los precios tan altos.

The restaurant and the view is amazing, there is no way to argue with that. We came in to the bar upstairs while we waited for the table to be ready, the bartenders were really friendly and welcoming. There was a DJ playing who kept the ambience at its best. However, once we got a table our experience went from amazing to disappointed. It was really hard to get a waiter to pay attention to us, and when they did we had the feeling that they were in a hurry (the rest wasnt close to be full).. we assumed that as it was late and probably the end of the shift they were just moody and cranky. Food was good, the restaurant is price but you know that when booking at Trocadero Franchise, the atmosphere is great and the view even better

Beautiful restaurant in a prime location with views of the yacht bay. I loved the indoor and outdoor dining. The space is very well designed. We had sushi rolls which were delicious. Next, our tuna steaks were so over cooked, I couldn’t even eat it. I can make it better, and I barely can cook. So disappointing for a beautiful fish to be ruined with bad cooking. Finally, we ordered the special large red shrimp. They tasted good, but pretty expensive with little meat return. Hoped it the food matched the beautiful restaurant!

Empezaré con lo bueno; el establecimiento es precioso y la vista es maravillosa. Ahora, a pesar de ser un sitio muy lindo realmente uno va por la comida y en ese aspecto la verdad es que dejo mucho a desear. Me parece que es un lugar a donde vas a cenar porque el lugar tienen buen ambiente y no eres muy exigente con la comida, el problema para mi es que pagas mucho por muy poco en cuando a calidad y sabor y dicho eso pues no creo repetir.

Nice place at the port with a view but super overpriced and not worth your money. We paid 109 euros for 2 cocktails and 32 pieces of sushi that weren’t fresh and not tasty at all. I would definitely not recommend this. You could have much better quality and more food for not even half the price. Moreover we waited 45 minutes to be seated because they forgot to get us a table.

It’s really a shame, because the restaurant itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, the quality of both the service and the food was disappointing. We ordered the tempura shrimp sushi with grilled salmon, specifically asking for the salmon to be fully cooked because one of our guests is pregnant. They tried twice, but still couldn’t manage to cook a 2mm-thick slice of salmon through. I understand that they normally flame-sear it, but they made it very clear that they were “not able” to cook it properly — which is hard to believe. The pluma ibérica was ordered medium but came completely overcooked, while the entrecot was ordered medium-rare and arrived rare. We sent it back, and when it returned, it was finally cooked correctly — but by then, the sides were cold. They didn’t bother bringing fresh French fries, just left the cold ones on the table. The service lacked attention and care, and the overall attitude was indifferent — not even a single “sorry” or “excuse me” for all the mistakes. That’s not what you’d expect from a Trocadero restaurant. We often go to the Trocadero Arena in Marbella, and it’s miles ahead of this one in every aspect — food, service, and professionalism.

A Disappointing Dining Experience I recently dined at Trocadero Casa de Botes, and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. Despite the high quality of ingredients, the food itself was, at best, average. Many dishes were overcooked and excessively salty, resulting in a meal that was far from enjoyable. The service was another major letdown. The staff appeared overwhelmed and struggled with English, which made communication difficult. They were also somewhat unfriendly, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. The atmosphere was rushed and anything but relaxed, which detracted further from the dining experience. Moreover, the prices at Trocadero Casa de Botes are steep compared to other restaurants in the neighborhood, making it hard to justify the cost given the subpar food and service. The only redeeming qualities are the location and the restaurant's decor, which are indeed lovely. However, these factors alone are not enough to make up for the numerous shortcomings. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend dining here.
