It really depends on the day you go because sometimes its clean and other times the bins will just not be cleaned. Besides that it is also really busy around 19-22 the few times ive been. Like iverly busy that you can barely reach the order screens or just stand normally. Besides that the food is good, but again depending on time and day you can get cold fries.

at first we ordered three menus and everithing was ok, but when we got them on the tray there were napkins just thrown all around the tray. then we ordered cafe from mccafe, but there wasnt any employee on mccafe and it took them like 20 minutes to make two coffees!! and they forgot to add an ice to my coffee

I placed two separate orders, each with just two items, and had to wait at least 20 minutes for both. During that time, the staff were mostly chatting with each other, standing around, and not preparing the orders, even though many had already piled up on the screen. As a result, half of the food was already cold. Also, it looked like the second floor hadn’t been cleaned since the day before — the floor was clearly dirty. Very disappointed with the service and overall experience.

The food we ordered tasted great! Even though they forgot a fork because of the salad order. The waiting time wasn't that bad considering we had a very large order;and considering the business of the place they seemed efficient. However my main negative is the mess upstairs! It was not to the standards I'm used to in other McDonald's, the trays were stacked up so customers were not able to tidy up from themselves if they wanted to...so we were forced to leave them on the table. Also there were plenty of food on tables making it hard for new customers to sit down.... It seemed like the cleaner was not on shift on that Sunday 👀 because it was Messy! Like I said I enjoyed the food, and the people at the till did a great job despite the high demand,however the mess upstairs was terrible... Maybe they cleaned up after we left but was not impressed. Wish I took more photos because the one I took doesn't show the other side. Also one of the touch panels was very slow and kept going back to the main screen so had to tap really fast

El personal es muy amable,y atienden rápido y genial Las maquinas unas hacen la lectura QR y otras no Los baños de la primera planta horribles ,sucios,hay mucho tránsito de gente evidentemente,pero que contraten personal Donde se depositan las bandejas igual lleno de suciedad y bebida el suelo y en vez de limpiar porque no les da tiempo,lo señalizan

Sometimes you crave comfort food… and sometimes comfort disappoints. Stopped by with the family hoping for a quick, familiar bite—but the service was slow, the fries were cold, and the magic was missing. The view of the beach helped, but sadly, the meal didn’t. Stick to local tapas if you want flavor and smiles! A veces uno busca lo conocido… pero no siempre acierta. Fuimos en familia con ganas de algo rápido y familiar, pero nos encontramos con servicio lento y comida tibia (y no en el buen sentido). La ubicación es buena, pero la experiencia… no tanto. Mejor optar por unas buenas tapas malagueñas.

Nos pedimos una hamburguesa especial y estaba seca. Se hacía bola al masticar. Cosa muy rara, cuando son hamburguesas tiernas y muy jugosas. ➖️El baño estaba atascado, olía mal y la parte superior estaba muy sucia. Para ser un restaurante también situado no entiendo como está mal cuidado. ➖️Los trabajadores nos han tratado muy bien.

So dirty! Floors, walls handles are covered in grease or food. Toilets are in a filthy state. Broken fixings, sinks that clearly have never been cleaned. There's a horrible greasy dirty smell upstairs round the seating areas.

It's very trashy inside. Tables are not cleaned for hours, trays keep piling up on the tables and even if you clean after yourself there's simply no way cause the trash bin if full. Please improve the situation, dear management.

Well dropping points here as individuals using the electric to charge devices but not eating or drinking. Customers first? Morover, loudspeakers on pumping out rubbish. Should have more jacks anyway,.very few places to keep charged.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Wanted to get some warm breakfast, they have nothing except croissants. Only one person in front of me, I waited over ten minutes. The burger I got really was terrible - absolutely cold like it was taken out of the fridge, and it also has to take a special kind of artistry to make McDonald's fries bad. The seating area outside is nice though.

Me pedí una combo extra grande y me llegó esa mini amburguesa . La pedí con todo menos Con tomate y vaya sorpresa me llegó solo un pan con pollo … xq ni lechuga echan . Tmb me pedí un combo de alitas con nuguets y las alitas tenía un trozo de cabello ( pelo) . Q solución ma darán ? No puedo votar mi dinero de esta manera . ?

El servicio más lento que he visto. Estaban ahí de pie dándose masajes, o mejor dicho, un empleado con camisa de gerente. Nuestro pedido fue aceptado el 26 de octubre de 2025 a las 15:39. Los empleados ni siquiera se molestaron en comprobar cuándo estaba listo. La Fanta ya estaba lista, pero no la pusieron en la bandeja. Después de mostrar el recibo, el empleado pelirrojo, con cara de disgusto, decidió que debíamos devolver el pedido. Respondimos que no comíamos comida fría, a lo que todos se alegraron mucho. Tiraron la comida fría a la basura y nos dieron un nuevo pedido basándose en el recibo. Considero esto un servicio al cliente poco profesional. P. D.: Nuestro pedido llegó a las 15:55.

Acabo de pedir con Globo. No envían aliño para la ensalada ni cubiertos aún sabiendo que me han traído comida a un hotel. Servilletas tampoco. Como si no se pagara... ensalada a la basura.

CUCARACHAS en Baño de hombre, si vemos una que es lo que no vemos dentro en cocinas.... Un wáter atorado con un cartel tiene su pase. No es normal para un MacDonalds encontralo así, todo lo demás bien.

He estado coleccionando Minecraft de McDonald's todos los días y he pasado casi un mes entero tratando de recibir el huevo de grimace, sin embargo, cuando abrí la caja, me horroricé al ver que estaba completamente destruido de la manera más horrible además, cuando recibí la comida de mi conductor de entrega, vi que estaba masticando un trozo de metal que parecía plateado.

así llego mi juguete grimace… pedí un ‘minecraft meal’ para mi hijo, tenía muchas ganas de ver su premio, y cuando abrió la caja estaba así el huevo grimace, supuestamente un juguete super exclusivo, y sospechosamente nuestro repartidor tenía un lingote de magnesio en su boca, una estrella 🤦🏼🤦🏼 👎👎 trabajadores super raros

Deseo de Tortilla de patatas VS Lo que ves en la publicación. Luego me ofrecieron más tomate, pero esa no es la solución. La solución es desde un primer momento saber que cuando le diera el bocado sintiera que hay tomate, que parece que lo pagan los emplead@s. Y por cierto entra gente sin consumir para cargar el móvil, deberían tener más control sobre eso, da muy mala imagen porque se nota que no están atentos.

Ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido con ellos. He pedido a domicilio. Ha llegado sin salsas extra que he pedido y pagado pero no he disfrutado. La hamburguesa ni siquiera llevaba todos los ingredientes que debería llevar, estaba además desmontada, seca y fría. Igual de fríos estaban los complementos. Hablo con la compañía para exponerle mi disgusto por algo que he recibido en malas condiciones y encima he pagado, y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada por mi, solo reembolsarme los 70 centimo de las salsas extra que no han llegado. Me parece de ser muy cutre que una empresa como esta trate así a un cliente, cuando estaba la hamburguesa, que cuesta un pastón porque es novedad y en teoría está buenísima, para tirarla, y solo me reembolse 70 céntimos. De vergüenza.

He ido a comer al McDonald's de la plaza de Marina, en Málaga, hoy dia 30/11/25, alrededor de las 20,45h y al pedir sin gluten me dicen dos trabajadores que no tienen pan sin gluten, ya que se terminó esta mañana y que ya hasta mañana no lo reponen. Me parece inadmisible que una cadena del tamaño de McDonald's oferte sin gluten y que no haya en todo el día. Hemos ido allí para que yo, que soy la única celíaca del grupo pueda comer y me he quedado mirando cómo comen los demás. No hemos podido marcharnos ya que todos habían pedido cuando me han comunicado que mi comida no podían hacermela. Me han ofrecido como alternativa a la cena un danonino. ¡UN DANONINO! Suena a cachondeo, la verdad. Igual deberían ser más serios con estos temas y tener más existencias y, si se gastan, reponer. ¿Harían lo mismo si se quedaran sin hamburguesas? ¿ O sin pan con gluten? No ofrezcan algo que no tienen ni se comprometan sin cumplir.

Es vergonzoso la poca solución que te dan respecto a un pedido que no ha llegado y encima llamo para decir que he vuelto hacer el pedido que esten pendiete de que el repartidos coja todas las bolsas y apagan el telefono 😡

Order through uber and you enter a lottery where for €100 you too can win a squashed burger you didn’t order, 3 fries (cold) and some drinks cups that used to have drinks in but they spilled and made the paper bad soppy but the highly skilled driver will conceal that from you until they are long gone. Every time you order it will be a different fk up so don’t fear you will never get bored of giving these petulant regards your money!! Truly the gift that never stops taking. Oh and don’t worry, order at times you know the restaurant is empty and they will 100% deliver this standard. Hungry? Fk you. Stay hungry.

Terrible place! The staff is lazy and unfriendly! If you’re expecting a quick coffee in the morning because you’re in a hurry, be prepared to wait 10 minutes even when there’s no crowd — and to leave without your drink because your time (and patience) has just run out! NOT RECOMMENDED!

On 26/08/2025 at 10:35, I placed an order for two Happy Meals with the new TinyTan toys at this McDonald’s location. Despite the fact that there were almost no customers, my order was only given to me after 25 minutes of waiting. When I finally received it, I was shocked by the poor quality of service. The meals did not come in the new special boxes, and the toys were missing altogether. Even worse, at the bottom of one of the boxes there was a strange piece of paper of unknown origin and some dried-up lettuce mixed in with my fries. When I pointed out that the toys were missing, the staff put their hands directly into my meal box, then admitted the mistake and simply handed me two same toys without remaking the order or even apologizing. The issue with the trash in my food box was completely ignored. This experience was extremely disappointing, unhygienic, and unprofessional. I am truly dissatisfied with the service and will never order from this restaurant again.

Management was not good. The manager was nowhere to be seen, and if they were here, they were not standing out and didn't show leadership to act on danger zones whether it was on service, production or food safety. The person on drink was likely new, or not well trained, which is not her fault but the manager should have done something to get her screen emptied. None of the danger zones i saw were acted on, and they were many. they were cardboxes in the kitchen, and an employee scratched her nose in the middle of serving the food. We could see the objective board in the kitchen, it said R2P (receipt to present, so the time between the order getting paid to the time it gets handed off to the customer) <100 seconds, it most likely was, because they were deleting the orders off the screens as soon as they could not respecting the procedures impacting the actual wait time, me and my friends waited for about 10 minutes fonr only drinks and ice creams.

Went in for a quick lunch. Staff was so unfriendly, I was waiting for 20 minutes for a small order of nuggets, fries and a soda. I couldn't keep waiting and asked for a refund. The worker kept saying that nuggets needed to come out, I told her I saw about 5 other orders that came out with nuggets. Horrible service.

Terrible experience. Staff were unprofessional and openly racist towards non-Spanish customers – only calling numbers in Spanish, smiling at locals while treating others with contempt. My order wasn’t shown on the screen, they went with it somewhere, cameback and it was laying on the side for 10 minutes, and after worker shouted the number only in spanish, when I showed my receipt to the other worker, I was ignored while a Spanish customer was served instead. Food was cold when I finally got it, and the place was dirty. ---

Full of people, chaotic unprofessional personal. Fries felt like they have been a day old and put in a airfryer before being served which took 25 min. Also didnt get the ketchup I paid for. Find somewhere else to eat. It will be better and probably faster.

Quite possibly the worst-organised McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. Staff couldn’t remember what they’d just put in the bags — orders were packed, unpacked, and re-packed in confusion while customers exchanged baffled glances. As for the toilets… the worst I’ve seen in any restaurant. Genuinely horrific. Possibly a case for The Hague — atrocities had been committed.

The worst MC I ever been to. I came here different times. Yes it’s a busy one though to the location but this isn’t a good excuse mc is famous for organisation and being fast. My drink and pastry has been on the counter for about 20 minutes till my small cheeseburger gets ready. At least they changed my drink but still for something like this there is no need of. Waiting for 30mins. But I’m so grateful about their toilets, cleanliness and charging plugs.
