Your experience at this Starbucks depends on when you go. It's next to the high school and on school days during the school year it fills up with noisy students starting around 8 a.m. I've seen it get so packed that someone is stationed at the door to ensure only customers come in, though that's not typical. When the students arrive, I leave. Many of the kids seem to be around during the day too. Aren't they supposed to be in class? But for early risers like me, this is a fine Starbucks. I come around 6-7 am. Big, with lots of room to sit, read and work. Plenty of parking. The staff greets me by name and has my coffee ready fast and with a smile. Get here early and you'll be fine. Pretty nice Starbucks 😘!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years. But, tonight had to be the best experience I’ve had. Jared, the barista, dubbed me several superheroes names! LOL! He was very pleasant, funny and attentive. My BIL was being silly and jokingly told Jared my nicknames are Hulk or Hercules. Unbeknownst to us, Jared labeled my drink accordingly. We thought it was “epic” and priceless to see my drink label. We got a great laugh out of it and were thankful for his humor. See pictures for my reaction and the label! Haha 😂 * I should also add the drink was delicious, as usual!

Every time this location gets it right. Even when you show up first thing in the morning you get greeted as you walk in and with positive energy. Staff is organized and clean . Briana was very helpful. Ordered to go or dine in the quality is the same. Outside seating is available.

Jan.14,2019 - UPDATE: ever since the new management took over the service has been great! My online ordering is always ready and on time. The staff is very attentive, Place is very clean and neat! Thank you for taking time to make this location better it’s my go to every morning!! :) ————— The WORST Starbucks I’ve come across!!! 1. They have this BAD habit of opening EXTREMELY LATE majority of the week! This morning at 6:15am I opened up the Starbucks APP to place an order online - this location was not on for ordering online so I decided to still go and by the time I got there they’ll be up and running — It’s really frustrating because I got there at 7:30AM and they STILL WERE NOT OPEN & have the audacity to HIDE when they see people walk towards the door! And all they do is put up a sign like this.... how is it possible that they get away with opening late over and over again? P.s I ended up going to Dunkin’ Donuts and had to pass the Starbucks again at around 8ish and the sign was still up and people were standing trying to open the door and of course it was locked... NICE WORK! Highly disappointed in this location- I feel bad leaving such a negative review because there’s about two workers here who are really good at their job and I don’t want them to be attached to this review... but everyone else just passes by very little on customer service.

The service was ok. Our drinks were not good. However, the mess in the bathroom and in the area where you get napkins and or sweeteners etc was disgusting! They need to do better .

I ordered a strawberry pink drink with cold foam and immediately noticed something was wrong after taking a sip. The drink tasted absolutely disgusting. I brought it back to the employee who made it, and instead of apologizing, he said, “Oh, you noticed.” That comment alone was extremely unprofessional and concerning. To make matters worse, he admitted that he put eggnog in my drink, which I did not ask for and am allergic to. This is not just careless — it is dangerous. God forbid I had a severe allergic reaction.

Yeah, this place needs help. Can't use the Starbucks app in this store....EVER. The cell phone/wifi service is the worst. Even one of the baristas said it never works. If you can't use the app in this store then what's the point. After many times of this happening to me, I turned and walked out. Never to return to this Starbucks again. Hasta La Vista, baby.

The service here is absolutely terrible. I ordered a drink without ice, and the barista gave me significantly less than I should have received. When I questioned it, they told me that ordering without ice means getting much less drink—what kind of ridiculous policy is that? Instead of adjusting with more water or milk, the drink was left overly acidic and undrinkable. To make matters worse, I ended up feeling sick and having stomach issues afterward. The staff’s attitude and the way they enforce their baseless policies are appalling. Avoid this place unless you enjoy bad service and health problems.

Worst location by far. WORST customer service & sub par drink & food preparation. Guess they only cater to certain populations. Was my last visit, way too many other Starbucks with better service.

I ordered a lavender oatmilk chill. They made it wrong twice. First time it was green, second time it was blue. Fun fact, it's supposed to be like a whiteish purple. That's actually gross. It tasted like soap and it 100% did not have lavender in it. I actually got scammed. Also it wasn't even filled to the top so if I'm going to pay $7 for a drink I would hope that it would be full even if it's actually terrible. The photo labeled as #1 is what it normally looks like. #2 is what I received.
