Great food, great service. Used the app for the first time. So fast. We drove in, parked, entered the slot # into the app and a worker walked up with our order. Almost immediately. So awesome.

Manor location was efficient and paid attention to my order thru drivethru.The young lady that brought my food to the door was very friendly and professional..she definitely needs to be part of your management team. She had the look of shock when I tipped her. My wife and I always tip, regardless of the service..bad service bad tip..good service...exceptional service..well ya see where I'm going with this..

Came to get some bags of ice for a family gathering. The service was good and the ice was too. Quick, prompt & cheerful. This location has a drive-thru & no window. They bring your order out to you curbside.

I love Sonic's food. Their breakfast tacos here are absolutely excellent! I like to get the bacon breakfast tacos with cheese and hashbrowns inside. They make them up fresh with every single order. Only takes a few minutes. The carhops here are very friendly. I thoroughly enjoy the strawberry banana cream slush. Which incidentally is not on the menu anymore but you can still ask for it and they make it without question.

I stopped here to grab a quick bite on my road trip. The order went through fast and the food was hot and good. I requested extra napkins and the car hop brought me some extra quick.

We had a large group and we were incredibly impressed with the manager and the fast service we received. We chose to eat outside. It was clean and all of the employees were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with an order and they quickly took care of it.

Last night might be the last time I go to this location, I waited a hour and almost 30 mins.. a fight broke out with a employee and a customer.. granted idk what happened but unfortunately not only did this happen and caused much of the wait they didn’t include the condiments that was asked and food was some what cold. I get it it was close to there close time when it was ordered and the fight of course pushed things over that time frame but same time the food should of been good. The employees did great job handling the issue at hand. And I feel sorry for the girl

Great drinks but doing away with the “Happy Hour” drinks and being charged nearly $4 for large drinks is ridiculous. Need to rethink prices and discounts

Good food fast service. Be careful. There is a curb out in the middle of the driveway that can damage your car. It is not marked and the same color as the road so easy to overlook. Looks like lots have cars have hit it judging by the tire marks and broken concrete

Jazmin was incredibly pleasant even though it seemed they were short staffed. We didn’t wait very long, one our cups leaked and she remade it without us asking. Each time she walked out of the building she had a smile on her face. She definitely made it a great experience! Thank you Jazmin!!!

Sonic had a .50-cent corndog deal going on. The corndogs were hot and fresh. I enjoyed my second order as much as my first. The food was delivered quickly on both orders. The ice cream sonic blast was delicious, too. The one issue was the tight parking. Gotta be careful there is a concrete wall low and kinda hidden, lots of suffs and strike marks where others hit it.

When I arrived, I attempted to use a promo code I'd been texted for a BOGO coney. The cashier told me that I could only use the code in the app. I was already in a stall. It would have been vastly easier to verbally give them the code. Also, the text I received said that I could use the code in person at the drive in. (It took about 7 minutes longer to use the app to place the order, apply the promo code, place the order, & let them know that I'd arrived, & which stall I was in.) They were also out of groovy sauce. I had no issues with the food & carhop.

The young man who was our CarHop was absolutely radiant with politeness respect and happiness. I enjoyed dealing with him very much although the cheddar peppers don't taste very good anymore there's something different about them they're not very good. They used to be.

The taste was alright, it's fast food, what should you expect? However, both times we have gone, they have been very busy and extremely under-staffed. Both employees, seemingly by themselves, have been: 1) taking orders, 2) making the food, 3) delivering, and 4) processing payments. I understand that this area is really growing and the wait times can feel obtrusive but I have to give it up to both of these employees, getting everything done with a smile.

Great staff and very friendly. Ordered the CroiSONIC meal and was underwhelmed. Picture on the menu looks amazing. What I got was very small and looks like someone just tossed the eggs in with a little bacon.

Made a pit stop for some food after getting our xmass tree. The food delivery person was very accommodating and we enjoyed our burgers #1. There was kinda of a mix up of sorts and my wife and I ended up with 4 drinks! Was funny and we had a good laugh.

Used to be great when Paul was the manager. Twice I got sick after eating a burger there. Burgers don't look or taste fresh cooked. They are dry and barely warm. I wish I knew what they are doing in the kitchen. I used to like eating there. So sad. ):

Pros: Both the person taking my order and the carhop were nice. My drink was made well. Cons: Sadly, my order wasn't correct. Also, the onion rings were either under-cooked or re-heated, which essentially makes them goo covered onions. Not very appetizing.

Burgers was fine. Only given 1 straw for 2 drinks. Tater tots were clumps of fried material, only a few whole tots in the bunch, disappointing. Order was taken quickly and arrived quickly as well.

Service was great at this location. The reason for only 3 stars is because my sandwich was not prepared as specified. It should have been on brioche bun but was served on a regular white bun. If i had been told they were out I'd have had an option to change, but nothing was said. Imagine my surprise when my sandwich didn't taste as expected. Y'all- you have to let your customers know when something is out or will be different than expected!

I can’t say our orders are ever 100% correct. Today, 1/2 of it is wrong. It’s little things today like don’t put this on it, please add this to this. We’ve had 100% wrong drinks usually. We come because it’s local, but if we are going into Austin or somewhere else, we will skip this one.

I have a question? I have never ordered from sonic. The pictures show lettuce and tomatoes with all their burgers yet they serve the burgers with out!! I ordered 5 burgers and only had pickles. No where on their advertisement except pictures showing condiments already on the burgers. It dosent state you need to order the lettuce and tomatoes put on them with additional charge. Can someone explain to me why they don't show how the burgers are actually !!! And not with the lettuce and tomatoes.

Went for lunch the other day. Ordered the steakhouse an tots. 25 minutes later I pushed the button and asked if my order was almost ready? A different worker answered and asked what did I order? 5 minutes later a guy comes running up to my car with a decent burger....but still! I'd probably still be waiting if I didn't remind them I was there...lol

The driveway is horrible. The order taker kept talking over us while we were telling him the changes to the menu items such as no pickles and only ketchup. The onion rings were hot but tasted like old oil. The card reader didn't even work.

Literally just here, we pull up sat there for 20 minutes no body said anything. Pull up to the main window, they are freaking talking! Not even doing their job! You can hear them laughing! We call over a car hop girl. We told her our problem. Ordered charged us more than needed. Then told us that they didn’t hear us. Like poor service, never going there again! If there was negative stars, they will have it!!!

I don't know where to start. I've been multiple times over the last few years, and my experience has gotten worse. Many of the ordering bays aren't working - even if they're on. It's frustrating. Not one of my orders came out correctly. Someone else's order, missing parts of an order. I understand that this may be their first job, but there's still a standard that's not being met. The wait time is ridiculous.The food has been alright. I won't be returning to this location.

The restaurant is run by young adults and teens. A friend of mine has worked at this location and told me the let down. Basically the sonic GM doesn't enforce enough (rules, telling people to GET TO WORK) and the assistant managers hired, and this leads to lines and many orders, and bad service. The experience of my friend working there, she said people were allowed to stand and talk when she was completing drink orders. Complete lack of order and management. No wonder no one gets a simple drink on time. No one wants to help the person doing it! Respect is not taught at this job. It's more like a playground for the surrounding teens in the area to get money at. I would not return until something gets fixed. On the lighter hand, it is the only sonic in the area and patience is requested. But the orders could get out faster.

Normally sonic is my to go food but yesterday I got 2 burgers and one of them had a fly in it. Then the other my daughter ate and she threw up 6 times, she hasn't eaten anything except for that burger that day and she was crying from how much she threw up. I love Sonic, but that day was just not the right day to eat from there

Overall pretty disappointing. The onion rings are coated in a sweet breading that I don't care for at all. My husband and I both got the crispy chicken sandwich and they seemed thrown together sloppily. We both asked for onions and pickles - the pickles were completely flavorless for some reason and the onions were in big square chunks. The lettuce was wilted and there were only a few chunks on each sandwich. Would be much better if they sliced the onions and put leaves of lettuce or even shredded it, the chunks just fall out as you're eating it. Just not the quality I hoped for considering the price. I don't think I'll eat at a Sonic again.

I have been to this location 3 times now, and it has proved to be 3 times too many. Service here is awful. I don't like to be negative when it comes to these things but when it happens every time, it's a little ridiculous. It never fails to take 30+ minutes to get my order which is usually some drinks. I am only giving 2 stars because the food is still ok.

Pulled into a slot to placed order. Pushed red button probably a half dozen times. No response. Hmmm? We only wanted shakes, so we thought we would try the drive thru. Speaker area glass shattered. You can hardly hear the person taking your order. Car behind us only ordered drinks and got their order before we did. Probably waited 20 or more minutes. Got shakes that were messy, melted and aobiously mad and not deleted in a timely manner. Real sad!

Warning: when they take your order, they seem to stand as far away from the microphone as possible and you cannot hear them AT ALL. If you go through the drive-thru, be prepared to wait for 5+ mins before they even take your order as they don't seem to realize there's anyone in line. After ordering, make sure they repeat it back to you and check your receipt and food before paying as the last 3 times in a row, they got my order wrong despite not ordering anything special. They also charge me more than any other Sonic despite ordering the exact same food. They always charge me extra for strawberry when I order a regular strawberry slush. If I order a large, they charge me twice. It's the ONLY Sonic that does this. The 4 others I go to regularly do not. Most of the carhops are great, but the few bad apples, the drive-thru, the inability to hear ANYTHING they say, and getting overcharged is a constant disappointment.

It's been a year since I've patronized this location and I can assure you, I won't forget to skip them the next time I'm in town and instead go across the street to McDonald's or Starbucks. I sent in a mobile order and checked in at my stall. Because of a previous issue with this location, I also pressed the red button to let them know I had arrived. The male who answered said he knew I was there. Fine. 10 minutes passed. 10 minutes!! They were not busy. I pressed the red button again and asked for the status of my order, letting them know it's been 10 minutes, and they sounded surprised. I was told it would be right out. In 3 minutes my drink and blast arrived. Clearly they ignored my mobile order. That's the same thing that happened a year ago (when they told me to push the red button to draw their attention to my order, as their excuse for not getting to my order). And on top of that, my blast was weak. If you like ordering ahead, don't go here. You won't get treated very well.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and used to be good, but for the past few months they mess up at least one thing if not more I’m every single time we order. One thing I’ve noticed super consistently is how wrong the shake always is. I don’t get them very often, but when I do I order the same shake every single time and it’s never right. Either the flavor is completely wrong or the add ins are missing. That’s just one example. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Sonic in Elgin, its the next closest store.

Unfortunately I was deeply dissatisfied. The fish sandwich I ordered Was disappointin First of all the bun Was burnt. Therefore after the first bite the only thing you taste it was burnt bun. Secondly once you bid into the fish it fell apart. My fries were basically lukewarm and my drink was water down or something? Because you could barely taste anything but cold water. I realize they aren't known for fish sandwiches,but they shouldn't have even served that meal. SORRY.

I’ve been to this sonic probably 4-6 times. Something is missing or wrong almost every single time. Doesn’t matter if I order in the app or on site something is always wrong. I’ve had missing fries, missing sauces, and incorrect meal/drink. Oftentimes there’s multiple issues in one order. If you decide to go here check your bag before leaving, odds are that something is wrong.

The onion rings we're a little disappointing to me. Burnt so I went back to get replacement. The second batch came out burnt as well. The cook said he just took them out and didn't have them down long. When I looked at the second batch I could tell that something was going on either with old grease or just a new type of breading or batter for the onion rings. I asked for my money back or tater tots. I did get tots and they were a lot better than the onion rings. That's saying a lot because I hate tater tots.

I had the rudest person take my order just to argue with me about the cost of adding cherries to my daughters cherry limeade. It's not about the extra 10 cents per cherry but the fact that they only put 1 in the drink, after I paid to add 5! Then my daughter bit into her burger just to find cheese in it after I repeatedly told the rude lady she didn't want cheese in the burger. (My daughter is allergic to cheese!) I took it back just to wait 10 minutes for them to remake it! Then I get to work and open up my chicken strip dinner just to realize I'm missing my gravy, toast and onion ring in it!!! That's when I got a hold of the district manager! I will NEVER go back to ANY sonic ever again!! This location has lost a customer for good!!

Very poor quality (burgers were squashed, tots & fries tasted like stale grease & weird chemical taste, & undercooked), also out of several items - onion rings, mozzarella sticks & red bull slush - at 5pm on a Saturday. And charged 10 cents for whipped cream on a blast (!?!?!?) Last few visits also similarly poor quality. Probably won't be back.

I’ll rate 0 starts if I could. Rude person on the mic taking orders. No customer service at all. Hurrying my husband in our order. If you don’t like to take order, then look for another job more suitable for your “skills” (None). I’ve been to other busy Sonics at peak hours( lunch) and customer service is not sacrificed. Bad reviews from months ago and nothing has been done. Maybe time to contact corporate. We had fast service. Food was hot.

Horrible!!! First they give us the wrong order THEN didn't bring all the first order out. NO condiments, common sense says syrup comes with cinnamon toast and marinara comes with cheese sticks.

Just can't get my order right. Given them 3 chances to but BBQ sauce on my burger and they just don't get it. Reheated fries and tots. Just subpar and I flippin love me some sonic. Double cheeseburger with hickory sauce and cheese only. Simple.

Worst Sonic I have EVER stopped at. I was passing through Manor to see relatives and stopped in drive through. I received my burger combo and should have checked it at the window but the sticker was taping the bad closed. It looked like one of the kids smashed the burger and tater tots. You would have thought I ordered hash browns and dog food. Customer service on the receipt e-mail me some buy one get one free coupons rather than a free replacement combo. There’s a reason Chic fil A has cars lined up for miles and Trash places like Sonic don’t have much traffic. This experience has made me decide to Never stop at a Sonic drive in again, we’ll done Sonic Manor,TX.

Tried to order a diet ocean water. They said they don’t have diet. I asked if they had diet sprite and they said yes. I thought that was ocean water was sprite and blue coconut flavor. Corn dogs were sweet like pancakes. Person taking the order was confusing. And I asked for condiments and it took them three trips to bring mustard.

I go there every morning at 8:15 am All ways order the same thing Ok Got my order as I all ways do Heading 2 work Got to. Got ready 2 rest my food And it was not fresh food I called back up there. And was told 2 bring it back The lady never said over the phone 2 have your receipt . Do she said it was nothining she could do 4 me Do I was out of my money and some times some really good food But don't worry I will not be back Going 2 what a burger 4 now on Good luck 😶👏you going 2 be sorry if u eat there

If I could leave a zero star review I would, we placed our order paid for it at the screen, sat in our vehicle for about 30 min saw everyone else around us get our food waited another 15min until we had to call back in and ask how much longer our food was going to take and to our surprise they said they couldn’t find our order after the money had been taken out of my bank account waited another 15min for them to tell us they still couldn’t find our order instead of just taking the order right then and there they had us still waiting . There were employees coming in and out in those 45 min that we were waiting before we had to ask what was going on instead of being acknowledged extremely disappointed, do better Manor Sonic Drive-In

Why do your onion rings always feel and taste like they had been sitting out for to long? Why are your shakes always filthy when you deliver them? I ordered a Lg ring with cheese and a small shake why does it take 20 minutes and there was all but 2 other cars besides me? Why does it seem the car hops are so rude and hate their job? We have not frequented this location as often bc Every Single Visit either our order is not correct, the food is cold and old, or the service takes entirely to long. 5 minutes for a Limeade!! It doesn't matter if they are slow or busy the quality of the food the quality of service is always at it's poorest. Y'all should really think about getting a new facelift with your Mgmt Team and Staff. Not sure what happened but whatever changes were made the Food is Hot Fresh and Delicious today. Thank you!!

I’ve gone to this location 6 times over a span of a year before I decided to write a review. I moved into the neighborhood last spring. Normally, I love sonic, happy hour slushes and coney dogs and pretzels and jalapeño poppers, love ‘em! But every single time I’ve gone to this location it’s an awful experience. Everything you can imagine that can go wrong every single visit has happened. They take forever, forget your sauce, serve old dried up dogs and pretzels, not put syrup in your slushy, plastic shards in drinks, and the stick that broke the camels back is the moldy fruit in my slush. I’m traumatized forever.

Look I get it, it’s the last hour of the shift and you want to go home but you have one option, finish strong. The owners need to pay for better cooks, the food is old and they serve it. You will lose business when other restaurants open up. Like tonight, you lost my business because this is the 5th time I get food here and it’s nasty. Also would it kill you to hire a company to power wash the place weekly? It looks disgusting.

The guy taking my order had an attitude and when I kept trying to get my order fixed on the screen he kept saying “Is that all.” I had ordered a #1 with medium tots and a medium mozzarella stick. They brought me a bag with just tots and my drink. When they finally corrected it the burger was dry and tough. I didn’t finish it and I won’t be coming back here.

My husband had a horrible experience with customer service here. The lady who took his order was probably having a bad day and took it out with him. She was super rude to him and the customers next to my husband. Its awful that you go to your job with this attitute and customers have to take it!! ( I was on the phone with husband I heard it all!). He reported it to the server when she brought out order she only said " I'm sorry sir have a good day! ". She could offer at least get a supervisor or something but didnt happened. Not sure if we will ever be back at this place.

By far the absolute worst place in Manor. If they actually answer the red button, you may wait FOREVER for a simple drink order. I've gone twice now and their red button says it's activated but nothing happens, you wait about 10 minutes, and no one ever answers or acknowledges you. You literally sit either in the drive thru or in the drive up kicks with no service. It's terrible.

Ordered a cookie dough blast that was just ice cream with toppings basically. Total waste of money. They brought out another one which was a little better but there was definitely not very many cookie dough pieces in the shake for a large. It was like 7 bucks for a large cup of ice cream with a handful cookie dough.

Other cars pulled in after me they were able to order and get their food before anyone even took my order. I had 3 screaming kids in my car. This was very frustrating. Then I got the notification saying they were on the way with my food had to wait another 5min for them to bring it out.

We ordered two grilled cheese meals and the bread tasted old. Also the nugget ice is always a plus this company offers. I'm just a bit confused why this location was out of ice nags to be able to sell to customers. I came three ot four times and they were out of ice bags. I will not be visiting this location again.

I was in their drive through for over 10 minutes and never even put in an order. They acknowledged me once, and as soon as I started ordering, told me to hold on. Then I waited 10 more minutes and my order was never taken. I waited several minutes before asking if they were ready, and waited patiently because I figured they might be busy because it was dinner time. After seeing other parked cars get served and hearing nothing, I just left.

Terrible Customer Service. The carhop named Rachel brought me my order and asked “did you have the chicken slinger with sweet tea?” And I replied “no” and she proceeds to roll her eyes and say “well here you go”. I wouldn’t make a fuss about it if I didn’t tip, but I did. I paid through the app so there’s no way of taking back the tip. Seriously though, how am I at fault that you’re having a bad day when I even smiled and greeted you properly.

I wish I could give them zero Stars I ordered the chili cheese Hot dog combo and there was no hot dog on my bun just chili and cheese I was just passing through when I stopped there to get food and when I got home I noticed it so very disappointing

The burger patties were cold and hard as bricks. It was obvious they had been made hours ago. When I asked for a replacement they brought me out a burger with patties I could tell had only been microwaved. Huge customer service red flag, if I’m paying more than 5 bucks for a double cheeseburger AND RETURN IT please just make it fresh. I used to love sonic burgers, sad to see what’s become of this place. Won’t be coming back.

I just got lunch from this location. The onion rings was way over cooked. The chili cheese dog was just horrible and dry. I’m so disappointed that whoever in the kitchen would send this out. I’m sure they wouldn’t even eat this food. I’m sure sonic can’t be that desperate for $8. This location has taught me a lesson for sure. If I could given them a negative-10 on this review I definitely would have.

Seriously 35 to 40 minutes for three drinks I'll never come back to this Sonic. The Manor Sonic needs to be shut down poor management and they have no idea what the hell they're doing!!!!!!!!!

Over the last month this location has declined in service and in management skills. When u go to sonic when there is a hand full of cars and it still takes 25 min to get 2 cups of ice is ridiculous. The service is not even up to a 1 star rating but it is the lowest you can give. The decline of this location is due to poor management and customer service. Corporate office should be appalled on the decline of business. For a employee to state when you first order I am sorry for the wait. 5-10 after you have pushed the button. Sorry we are severely under staffed and it will be a while for your order to get out is pathetic. Tonight I went and order 2 cups of ice and a order of cheddar peppers and it took 30 min. Corporate needs to come run this store and see for there selves just how bad it is

We waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. We ordered (2) #1 cheeseburgers with mayo and lettuce both with tater tots and two Sonic Blast shakes; (1) #3 Cheeseburger with everything, omitting pickles and ketchup, with tater tots and a chocolate shake; and (1) #1 Cheeseburger, everything no mayo and a cherry limeade. Our order arrived about 20 minutes later, with the two #1 Cheeseburgers having everything on them, the cherry limeade was missing, and the chocolate shake had insect body parts in it. There's serious staff and cleanliness issues with this location, and I believe the health department should pay a visit. The restroom's lack of cleanliness was worse than a gas station.

I ordered two breakfast sandwiches at 8 am... no other vehicles at the establishment. I waited 30 + min. I rang the bell again only to be told that "the cook didn't show up today". They were waiting for him. If I wouldn't have asked about the hold up, they wouldn't have advised me of the situation. This is unacceptable. I should have asked for my money back.

Someone explained to me why it takes 20 minutes to get a corn dog, a barbecue sauce and a side of queso. It wasn't busy. There was only one other person in the parking lot. And on top of that they forgot my barbecue sauce. Every single time I go to this location they mess it up. The location in Bastrop is really good but this one is just absolute garbage. Whoever is the general manager needs to be fired

I don’t understand how it took them almost 20 freaking minutes to make 3 drinks and the worst part is I ordered ahead online. The only reason I didn’t go off is because the young lady who gave me the drinks was extremely sweet which made it hard!

I don't know if all Sonic locations are this bad or if it's just this specific franchise, but they serve some of the worst food I've ever eaten in my life. The worst part was the cold, stale tater tots cooked in what tastes like used motor oil. I don't know if serving food that was cooked in rancid oil violates any laws but the health department should look into it anyway. To top it off this store will just straight up steal your money. Apparently they just don't feel like dealing with coins so they round down your change to the nearest dollar and pocket the difference. Avoid this location at all costs.

New Gross guy working with neck beard. He's got sporadic like 6-inch hairs sticking out of his neck but nowhere else on his face. He needs to have a male figure or management to speak to him about personal grooming especially when he's handling food and bringing it to our cars. My teenage daughter couldn't eat her food after seeing him and we had to go to Wendy's for her food. If he delivers our food next time we will probably just leave without accepting the food and eat the cost.

The person taking our order was rude and rushed us throughout the process. At the end of the purchase, he didn’t acknowledge it or state the total cost, he just stopped talking. DO NOT EAT HERE. Go to Dairy Queen down the road instead. This Sonic will be chincy and instead of giving you a full order, will fill up half of your popcorn chicken with tater tots, and no one will be the wiser. The food tastes like they haven't changed the fry oil since it opened. We get sick every time we come here and will not be returning ever again.

This is disappointing, on a non-busy night as you can tell from the shared photos the kids that work here have no attention to their job. Order a single drink order and waited about 15 minutes and orders were just stacking up and no movement other chatting and one individual on his phone. It's disappointing to see this happening. Sonic used to be my go to drink spot but with all the new businesses opening up might as well close this location if it's going to lack on the quality of customer service and job dedication.

Where to start. I ordered food and they had the nerve nay the audacity to hand me food with zero sauces even after they asked what I needed and a clarified which ones I needed. Who gives a plain pretzel with no dipping sauce or condiments. After, I got my mozzarella sticks or should I say mozzarella caulk because lack of dipping sauce. I gave this "person" (more like thirst depriver) my card and gift card and handed me back both saying he only needed one because he used the card not the gift card........ a man can only take so much disappointment. Now I still have a gift card and over priced sand. Zero stars. Do better

I went through the drive thru and got cold fries when I ordered tater tots and called about it. Owen said he would replace the tots and give me a free item. Went by after work because lunch was only 30 mins. Went back and they said they would have my tots and small blast right out. 20+ mins later pushed button again and manager brought out my food and 2 drink tokens. Tots were cold and greasy and did finish them. A few hours later I felt ill. Not going back anytime soon.

It's always something. I ordered through the app. When I got there an6d they didn't have some of the items I ordered. I requested a refund and never got it I've called the manager, completed a corporate survey and nothing. So I can't do business with thieves. The food was cold, which is crazy because it took less than 5 minutes to get home.
