I love chili's, I love the food, I love the environment, I also love the staff. I've been to several different locations and I usually have a good experience at each one. Chili's is my favorite place to have a nice dinner out of the house.

Very pleased with the experience we just had, As soon as we walked in the host greeted us with a smile. Sat us immediately, said our server would be right with us. And Dawson came pretty quickly, ask how we were, got our drink orders. Was very informative of the questions we had regarding the menu. Took our order and personally brought everything to us. I HIGHLY recommend asking for him. Very pleased.

I ordered online. The web platform provided a good UI/UX and very easy to use. My order was ready for me and didn’t have to wait. In fact, a Chilis Server was giving another customer their order and then immediately came to me afterward and helped me! I didn’t have to even confirm I was here! That great customer service made me happy! She was nice and pleasant. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Sorry no photos because I didn’t think about offering a review.

This location always gets you in a timely manner and greets you with such kindness its hard to not want to come back. Ashley was the server for my family when i went and the service was amazing, felt very at home in there and thats exactly what you want when you go out to eat with your family. Definitely would recommend this location they hardly ever mess anything up, and every human does, but they have it down here. 5 stars.

The chili’s in Mansfield was the best service experience we had whilst visiting Dallas. We had opted for lunch specials (which was an amazing deal) and the food was so fresh and tasty. Lisa was our server and she made such an effort to ensure we were looked after, going above and beyond! Overall such a great experience between the food and service, couldn’t rate higher!

The dry rub baby back ribs are ALWAYS a hit! I wish I could remember the name of our waitress (I'm TERRIBLE with names🥹) She was AMAZING! Very attentive, polite, and all the food came out piping hot! 10 out of 10 experience!

Food was absolutely amazing. Service was top notch! I’ve been too a few chilis and also been too Mansfield chilis with my husband every month. And I’ve never had such AMAZING customer service before from any chilis. Lamar is absolutely wonderful and deserves server of the month/ year. He was on top of his job. I will be visiting him again!

Great dinner! Everything we ordered was delicious. I had the salmon with broccoli, seasoned and cooked perfectly, and roasted street corn. The toppings on the salmon are so flavorful. We always love the chips and salsa as the chips are so thin and crunchy. My husband had the chipotle chicken bowl, which he said was delicious. Excellent service. We will be back for sure.

Decided to treat myself to a nice dinner with amazing news to celebrate a victory!! Eating alone is the best feeling ever. Food was cooked to perfection no complaints on my end!! It was hard choosing between the steak and salmon lol 😂

The Mansfield Chili’s was great today! But what made it great to eat with my family was Jolee - our waitress. She was very attentive, professional, outgoing, kind, and happy. She made sure we had hot food and always came around to ask if we needed anything. We’ll go back for the price of the food but mainly to have her as our waitress.

My Experience was Awesome, loved everything about it, the service, the food was plentiful, and great, no mess ups on our orders, the refills were coming, I should have took pics but I didn't but please believe me that it was Amazing. I would definitely come back, the salsa for chips was outstanding, I loved it. Gotta go try it out, I highly recommend this place. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great experience the deals they have here make it cheaper to eat here than a fast food restaurant and the quality of food far surpassed that of one every thing was fresh the wait staff was prompt and attentive would recommend it's been a while since you visited Chili's to give it another chance like I did

We pop in as a fairly large group (10 - 12) on the occasional Sunday - usually right at opening. We sit at the long table next to the bar. Lisa (bartender/server) hasn't failed once to greet us with a smile & is always on top of her game. She makes a great Old Fashioned, too! She's a Mansfield-Gem for sure!

The "BOSS" burger may be the best "burger" I have ever eaten. Hard to call it just a burger when its loaded with burger, sausage,bacon, brisket and pulled rib meat! The waitress was nice and brought us extra napkins. Will definitely go back. :)

Went to Chilis with my adult son and three grands ages, 2, 3, & 4. We were immediately greeted by waiter and he took the kids order. We came in behind two groups so it took a little long to get their food but it was fresh and hot. The waiter was very friendly and continually refreshed our drinks. Our food was delicious. One complaint I have is I used to get a salad but now the salads seemed to have heavy items like a quesadilla. Please have a simple grilled chicken salad for those of us who eat light. I loved the one that had almonds, mandarin oranges, grilled chicken and tortilla strips with a tangy light dressing. All in all it was a great experience!!

Originally went to Buffalo Wild Wings across the street, but it was such a bad experience that we decided to leave and come to Chili’s instead. From the moment we walked in, the difference was night and day. We were greeted by a friendly host with a genuine smile who seated us right away. Our server came out quickly, introduced themselves, and had our drinks on the way in no time. It’s refreshing to see people who still care about their jobs—especially in 2025. The food was awesome, the service was great, and the overall experience made it well worth spending our money here. Highly recommend this location.

This restaurant is in an excellent location with easy access to lots of things in the area. The food was really good and we had a cash back deal from our bank which made it even better. We were able to enjoy a great meal and watch some TV as well because we sat in the bar area which is open seating. I dont think you will regret stopping by here to eat and I hope you have as good of a time as we did. We got the shrimp tacos, chips and Queso, and some cokes and it was very filling and extremely good. So stop by and I know you wont regret it..ENJOY!!

I did curbside pick-up. The restaurant was very busy (Saturday night). Food was lukewarm but still edible without having to reheat. Everything was in the order including the requested extra dipping sauces. All modifications were fulfilled correctly. People were super nice. We have ordered from here on multiple other occasions with less than a handful of problems over the years. I would recommend.

This location is great! Fast service and food! Very accommodating for the kids. I wish I remembered our servers name because he did so well with our table full of six adults and 5 kids. There was a mix up with our appetizer and it came out alittle to crispy but overall we’ve always has no issues at this location.

Chili's lunches are still a bargain. The 3 for lunches are the way to go. Usually more than I can eat. Right around $25 bucks for 2 people... that is if you're not drinking... lol

We went late one night after a movie. All of the food was very fresh and hot. The server, Jacob was attentive to refilling our water glasses and checking on our status. The music was not so loud that it prohibited us from having a conversation. It was a very enjoyable evening.

I'll be honest this Chilli's is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is fantastic and others it's lacking. I get the feeling that they are unstaffed sometimes. The food is always hot and fresh. The majority of the time the wait staff is attentive and helpful. Other times not so much. It's been better the last few times I have been. I'll go here again.

Haven’t had Chilis in such a long time, but there’s so much hype about the fried mozzarella, so we had to try it. We ordered the triple dipper and some sliders with fries. In the triple dipper we chose the Nashville hot mozz, honey chipotle chicken and the southwestern eggrolls. The sliders were pretty good. The eggrolls were just as good as they’ve been when I tried them so many years ago. Tbh, the Nashville hot mozz wasn’t all they were cranked up to be. It was overly salted and too greasy. The sauce was pretty good though, but it wasn’t my favorite. I did, however, enjoy the honey chipotle chicken. The flavor and crunch was perfect. Definitely recommend that.

For a Chili's, I'd say it was about as good as it's always been. Not the best in the world but it's one of those places you like to go to like twice a year. The Nashville hot chicken crispers were not very good at all though, should have got the regular flavor.

Went here for Mother's Day with my family. They need to train their waitresses better. Ours really had no idea what she was doing. My mom asked for a medium rare steak and the one they gave her was more like raw. We had to send it back and still pay for it. I guess I can't complain too much because it is just Chili's and shouldn't expect too much from this restaurant chain. Family wanted to eat here so I obliged.

My wife and I have not eaten in Chili's in probably 10 years. And we decided to try it again. The hamburgers were great but the french fries are extremely salty. Then the second day we came back and they forgot my chicken nuggets in one of my dinners so I would suggest do not order out and carry out. Other than the fries are extremely salty both orders and both days... The food was good.

45 min wait for food after ordering. 3 kids got their food 15 min before rest or table did. Which, on one hand was good, because they were hungry. But on other hand, they were ready to leave just as rest of table was served. Second visit to this location that had extended wait after ordering. Waitress was excellent, however.

We ordered an appetizer. Our meal came before our appetizer did. The manager came and offered us a free dessert but the waitress was taking so long to come and take our order we just said forget it and we got the check and paid it and left.

My experience the last time I visited was totally off, from food to service and everything was just like someone was out to get us. It was a rip off ,waste of time n resources. Food was horrible 😫 hubby has to go n throw up, I chewed gum. Appetizer was all salt.

The food was not all that, the adult drinks were too sweet, we had the dipped mozzarella sticks and they were salty. We spent a hundred bucks and my wife and I shared an appetizer and entrée.

After seeing the commercials for Chili's burgers i finally gave in and went with my family so that I could get one. Of course it looked nothing like what you see on the commercial but in addition to that it was drying overcooked. Service was slow and it was hard to get anyone's attention when drinks needed to be refilled. I probably won't be going back to Chili's unless I'm with a group that wants to go

The service was great but sadly thats all that was great. 3 of the 4 people in my party ordered the chicken crispers and we all got what seemed like breaded chicken jerky. The lighting was inconsistent with only my corner of the table receiving any light and the rest of the party in the dark, my grandma had to use her phone light to see the menu.

Stopped in for a weekday dinner, it was okay. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't anything great. Best part of our visit was that the staff was attentive, kind, & helpful. Chips & beef queso - queso was good (salty, but I like salt) but the chips were thin, greasy (some almost transparent & you cold see the shine on them), & we had A LOT of broken chips/bottom of the bin pieces in our first basket. You couldn't really pick up any beef in our queso with them. The waitress was nice enough to bring us another basket when we asked, also salsa comes with it. Triple Dipper - great to have a variety of options, generous servings. Mozzarella sticks, huge. Delicious, also pretty salty. Southwest eggrolls, good. Chicken crispers, they were dry. Chicken Crisper Basket - still dry with the chicken, fries & mac n cheese were good. The prices are good for what you get, easy option to pay at the kiosk on your table. Employees were the best part, excellent staff - I think the manager even popped out to make rounds. Our drinks were always refilled, they were fast & efficient. Food was just so so, there's a lot of options so maybe there is something that will be to your liking if you go.

My meal was good. My beans were not hot. My wife's meal was not so good because the sandwich was served on paper. Normally that's not bad, but the sandwich was pretty wet, so the paper disintegrated and she was trying to eat food and not paper. Really should be served on a plate. Service score was poor because the server didn't check on us til we were almost done. I still gave 15% because servers don't make a lot of money. I kind of felt like we were an afterthought even though it wasn't busy.

I love chili’s but I can’t count on them to get my order right the first time, ever. I went October 3rd for a quick lunch. I use to go a lot for the ‘3 for $10’ but now it’s ‘3 for me’, their menu has changed a lot. Now, there’s only select items that qualify for $10.99. With that, I ordered the Secret Sauce Burger. I ordered it with sautéed mushrooms, grilled onions, and grilled jalapeños. The first photo shows the burger with mushrooms but it’s missing the onions and grilled jalapeños. The server had to come back two different times to finally get the onions and jalapeños to me. The jalapeños were giving to me cold as if they just came out the icebox. I’m not upset or anything but I do wish the attention to detail was better to improve customer service. After I received everything I wanted on my burger, it was a really good burger. I can’t complain about the taste of the food but it’s good majority of the time honestly. Of course I recommend getting the food, but be advised about the potential service you’ll be receiving. Hope this review helps!

Wife and I decided to get some Chili’s for our weekly dine out and were looking forward to the meal. We opted for the curbside pickup and wanted to bring it home due to everything only being open at 25% occupancy, we weren’t sure if there would be a long wait or not. Upon getting the food we noticed the Cesar salad dressing exploded inside the tiny bag they gave us for 2 salads, chips& salsa and 2 entrees. I went back up the the Togo door and showed them the issue we had, the lady was polite and explained they are stuffing things into bags to try and reduce waste since there are “too many” orders. I’m all for reducing waste but come on, the size of the bag was extremely tiny for what we had ordered. Once we got that squared away we proceeded to head home and enjoy our meal, or so we hoped. Both the Cesar salads were full of brown lettuce and to top it off my burger might as well been a belt. Not only was it overcooked it didn’t have any of the toppings or condiments on it other than cheese( supposed to have lettuce, tomato,pickle, bacon and garlic aioli sauce). I immediately called up there and spoke to Denise, the manager. She was extremely polite and apologized that this wasn’t the expectations she sets for her quality of food. She offered to re make the meal and even throw in a dessert. I thanked her for that and proceeded to drive back up to the restaurant. Finally got my meal and back home an hour later. Overall the food was decent, it was more the hassle of not being able to enjoy a meal with my wife and having to spend 30 mins round trip both times to get food. Denise was great but the experience was disappointing to say the least.

3.9 overall rating make sense. Sat at the bar, waited for almost 5 mins for the bar tender to say anything to me. I GET IT THEY GET BUSY, but the bar tender being the only one working the whole bar with tables while a server is sitting at a table talking with customers shouldn't happen. I've been out of the real world for a while and I'm not too happy about this being the way it is now. Is this the standard now? Decided not to order any food, chips and salsa are always good, left my half full beer. Probably not spending money at this location as this was my first time here and impression was below average. They weren't that busy.

This was my second visit in a couple of weeks. On both occasions there was missing food. Orders filled with what they want to give you and not what I ordered.service is extremely poor. And the solution is we need to check it out by the time they check it out it's also cold. And the ice has melted in the drinks. You can come back and we will do the order over is not a solution nor is a gift card for 20.00 a solution to continued poor service. Service in the past had been very good. But not any more. And that's weekend, week days, night or day.

We were a group of 4. We had been at the restaurant for over 3 hours and had 2-3 mixed drinks. The waiter told us we were cut off from getting anymore drinks. We were not loud, slurring words, or intoxicated by any means. No one ever explained why we could not drink anymore. No one could explain the policy behind this.

I ordered to-go at this location. I walked in and waited a bit before someone finally acknowledged me. Once I had gotten acknowledged, the employee stated he “couldn’t help me.” I proceeded to tell him I was picking up an order. He responded rudely, “I don’t know, she will be out soon. She is in the restroom.” He was referring to the to-go hostess. She was very friendly once she serviced us. However, it was very rude of him and a waste of time to not even ask for my name and simply hand me my order. I hope this doesn’t happen again.

RACISM? I really don't think I will return to this store, last night I was there with my husband to commemorate his 27th birthday and I let the receptionist know, with my little English and he told me that they would leave us a small dessert for the occasion but that never arrived and only They patted and looked at us, when paying, my perception was that they waited for us to leave. Honestly unpleasant moment for my family especially for my husband, the whole time I was waiting with the camera open, looking towards the kitchen to receive his little congratulations from Chilis and that never came they just stuck their head out to see if we were still there. If I could give 0 starts I would!!! I placed an online order yesterday and the food wasn’t cooked well so I order a different item the pasta and shrimp last night when I finished eating about an hour later my stomach was in knots I began throwing up every where I was on the toilet all night!!! I will never eat there again!!! I’m not sure if they did something to my food because I returned the first item or what!!

I went with my 2 daughters. Arrived at 6:15pm on a Tuesday evening. We didn't get waited on immediately and waited for them to take our order after 15 minutes of being seated. Once we ordered, we went thru 2 appetizers and multiple refills our food arrived - about 1 hour. My daughter and I had ordered the 2 for 25 and went ahead an placed our dessert order before we were done with our entrees. It still took another 30 minutes to bake a cookie. We finally left at 8:30. The only excuse we received was that there was new cooks.not even a discount was offered. Will not return.

He was seen by our group on multiple occasions sitting down and having conversations with other customers. It took over an hour and a half to get our food and when everyone else’s came out I still didn’t have my food. When I asked the waiter about it he said that it was forgotten by someone and that he could get it out in a little while. I told him that I was in a hurry and had to leave. He then tried to say that it would on be a couple minutes but I told him I had to walk out the door. He then proceeded to offer and extra plate of pasta that was accidentally brought to the table. Not once did he apologize for the mishap or offer to comp anything on our tab. He instead offered me an $8 pasta instead of the $15 dollar meal I ordered, and didn’t offer to change the prices. This Chili’s has never impressed me, facilities or service combined and only went because it was a group setting. Will definitely not be coming back to this Chilis anytime soon.

My brother and I wanted to eat something better than fast food so we decided on chilis. We shoulda gone with McDonald’s folks. First off let me start by saying that this review is not directed at the servers and bartenders, it is specifically and unmistakably directed toward management. You’re pathetic. I was in the service industry under this very umbrella of restaurants. This is just sad. My brother received impeccable service from the bartender that was serving him while he was there. She was awesome. But my brothers words were, “it looked like the souls had been sucked out of the staff by the management”. He ordered two meals to go. And no matter how you try to avoid accountability, the food was garbage. The chipotle chicken crispers went from spicy to vanilla, and the specifically requested “medium rare” steak was cooked for so long that when I chewed it, it came apart in leathery strings. There was no pink anywhere, except my bleeding heart. That cow died so it could become a steak in a trash can. To be clear, I have never thrown a steak away in my existence. The broccoli was probably dry because it was resting while the steak was still cooking. Seriously MANAGEMENT and CORPORATE. Get it together. Get it allllll together. Get a bag, and get it all together. Get it together Chilis. The servers were awesome and should be rewarded with all of your jobs. Might I suggest cooking timers, and for the love of all that is holy, seasoning.

The food and drinks were decent, but the service was less than stellar. It took far too long to have any type of service. It was a typical Friday crowd, so nothing overwhelming. There were several empty tables, so I didn't understand why it took nearly 2.5 hours to complete the dining experience. Will not return to that location!

The service was terrible The food was terrible and we spend $150 I asked for my steak to be well done they bring me a medium rare I ordered a cheesecake with strawberry topping to go when I got home it was just a plain cheesecake no strawberry topping. Waitress decided to sit in my booth while taking my orders! Felt rushed when placing my order. Very poor customer service. Wasn't mad until my kid's order came out wrong and her drink was empty! Staff acted as if we were an inconvenience to her! Will not be returning. Staff need to be retrained.

First and last time ever visiting this location. Absolutely terrible. We ordered alcoholic drinks and never got them until we asked for them again, and then when we finally received them the glasses were sweating and the ice was starting to melt so it was obvious they had just been sitting for a while. The food looked and tasted like it was from lunch hour and we went during dinner time. We never even got napkins for our table until, again, when I had to ask for them. Our server also seemed to be high off of something and not all there... The men's restroom was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. There was urine all over the floor and only one of the sinks worked. Normally I'm a little more understanding when restaurants are "short staffed" but there seemed to be enough people walking around and almost little to no tables being used. Definitely not coming back. Also, on our way out I noticed a roach on my pant leg. Who knows how long it had been there. Definitely came from sitting at the booths. The parking lot was also very messy with trash all over it, and even a BOWL OF SOUP someone failed at taking home with them. Chili's Grill & Bar? More like, Chili's Subpar Grill

Soo.... COMPLETE EPIC FAIL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. We show up after my daughter's basketball game at 3:30 the hostess tells us we won't be able to be seated for 30 minutes after watching at least three families male female and one kid come in be seated and eat and then leave before we are even seated it was questionable. Seeing that I have my whole family there I was wondering what was taking so long cuz we still hadn't been seated by 4:30 only one person had came out and told us that we were still on the list but still would not be seated after we were seated at 4:45 the waitress tried her best to make us feel comfortable but we didn't get our food until almost 5:45 and when we did get it it was not correct and it was not right and it was rushed. After expressing this to the manager she still made us pay for just drinks which added up to $30 and was very rude and snatched the receipt out of my mother hand. If this is The Shining customer service that Chili's in Mansfield has to offer you can keep all of that because I will make sure no one that I know ever visits this establishment again and after the manager snatched the receipt out of my mother's hand we won't be coming back either need to work on Serious worker staff customer service and worker staff attitudes.

To preface Im diagnosed with social anxiety and I have a hard time speaking to people I don't know. The first interaction i had with our waiter made the entire time there irritating. The waiter asked to take my drink order and i had the drink placard in my hand (basically laminated paper). I apparently was unknowingly bending it (not a big issue it’s laminated paper) he said “could you please not do that to my stuff” in an accusatory and confrontational tone. In front of my whole group while I'm ordering. I was extremely embarrassed because, 1. I didn't know I was doing it. 2. It’s a coping mechanism of social anxiety. I was ready to leave at that point but stayed because I didn’t want to be embarrassed further. I have thought about it and that 50 cent piece of laminated paper is not coming out of his paycheck and I should not have been publicly shamed for such a dumb thing. To that waiter please work on your customer service and realize not everyone is “normal”. You ruined my night.

National cheeseburger day. Are they participating? Nope. The manager at the Mansfield location stated that they are not participating. Called the Burleson location as well- also not participating.

Went in for a quick drink at the bar. Proceeded to order a Top shelf Long Island and the bartender, Kayla, walks away to the back of the restaurant after conversing with her friend visiting her at the bar. She finally about ten minutes later returns and proceeds to walk around fiddling with other employees before making my drink. A drink which she didn’t know how to make at that. This is the second time I have visited this location for a quick bar drink and the service has been absolutely awful. The bartending staff never knows how to make a drink. And the management stands around joking with the bartender and the visiting friend talking shit about another bartender by the name of Jen. Highly unprofessional for the management staff to be discussing the work performance and actions of one employee with another and an outside party.

Called to order take out today 8/3 I had told the lady over the phone I was at the location already and that I was going to park at the curbside pick up she said okay. I only ordered an appetizer and a coke and I waited for someone to come to my car but no one ever did. I waited about 25min before going inside because I begun to think they forgot about me. Even though the curbside pick up signs says “wait right here we’ll come to you” once I went inside the lady that took my order asked me if I was there for take out and I said yes she asked for my name, rang me up and gave me my food right away. Confused I asked her if they come out to the cars and she replied that they are meaning to get rid of the signs because they don’t do curbside anymore. BINGO had I known about that better yet if she had communicated that to me I would’ve waiting inside the restaurant and spared myself my gas and my TIME. I told her over the phone I was going to wait at curbside pick up and she never once told me that I had to go inside to pick up my order. I asked her how long my food had been sitting out for and she replied that she didn’t know. Not once during our encounter did she apologize for this miscommunication. And for that reason I am leaving a 1 star review.

Terrible experience. Could blame it on short staff however my sautéed onions were freezer cold. They for sure were refrigerated and not heated. No clean silverware, I had to eat my steak with a plastic fork. My asparagus wasn't cooked but for a second. It tasted like it was still outside growing. I can't blame the waiter, he was nice.

Nightmare for delivery drivers. The parking lot signs say to wait in your car and they will come to your car. Nobody was coming so many of us had to go inside to the takeout area and wait. It is a tiny corner so all five of us were smashed in. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be ready on a Wednesday night. The little corner lets you see into the entire kitchen. As I waited for 20 minutes not a single employee used gloves and were handling food with their bare hands. They would reach in and grab fries with their hands. There is a sign right next to the cash register about how it is a clean place. That wasn’t true. After receiving my order and drove off all the plastic lids were popping open. Very poor packaging.

Self seated in the bar as there was no host. Service was somewhat slow and unatentive. Received main course before appetizer. I had the 3 for 10, tea, soup and grilled chicken. I asked for the chicken to go when I first ordered. See photo for the suprise I had when I arrived home. SUPER GROSS !

Every single time me and my wife come to this location the food is made as if they have no care in the world how they make it. Old fries, old melted cheese, sandwich just thrown in the container, I mean the list goes on and on. Never again will I come come back here.

I would to give this establishment 0 stars but that’s not an option so 1 it is, I ordered take out which included 2 burgers get home after my BF ate half and he noticed mold on the damn bun looked at my daughters mold like how you make the burger and ain’t see the mold like is you cool. So they offered my gift card, money back, make food again maannn I want that cook held accountable cuz you knew what you was doing and didn’t give a damn and my daughter ate a bite of that burger Im so pist. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Girl at the front was so rude. The bar was full, no problem she sat 2 other groups and just ignored us. Even the bar people were like what's happening? She even stayed at the back pretending to wipe down tables. When she did come back she was like "what do you want?" Girl we want nothing and we left. We are new here to Mansfield so maybe that is how this particular chilis is and we weren't warned. We will go to Arlington. No problem. 😁

I’ve come to this location numerous times and it’s usually a great experience. Tonight however was not I had the bartender as the server I paid the full bill on the kiosk which it deducted from my account then the kiosk said there’s $8.57 remaining so I asked her what the problem was and she proceeded to bring a paper receipt that then said $3.57 was due so I’m simply asking for clarification because what’s due isn’t matching what came out of my bank account because from my standpoint the tab + 20% of the tip was paid. She simply catches an attitude and says “well chillis is not about to argue with you I’ll just loose out on money” for one I just wanted clarification on the situation because the kiosk made no sense & the receipt she brought made no sense & I’m showing her my transactions that I’ve paid plus tipped . She proceeds to go tell her supervisor to remove it and as she continued to catch a nasty attitude I then asked for a supervisor to speak to she says the supervisor is handling it so the supervisor comes out and she’s also not explaining clearly what the issue is other than this just happens I’m like well did the server get her tip or not and no one is answering at all. I came here two weeks ago paid on a kiosk and did not have this issue & also sat in the bar area so all I wanted was clarification and it seemed like the server / bartender just wanted me to pay the extra money. Regardless if it was a small amount the attitude wasn’t needed and clarification should’ve been provided .

I need to share an experience with all of you that is incredibly traumatic from this restaurant! We ordered Chili’s on Wednesday night after taking my mother to the hospital. All of our food arrived however, my salad showed up with this gigantic bug inside! We immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who profusely apologized and promised to make it right. While we still haven’t seen any thing resolved from “making it right”, I want to warn everybody to please check your food if you go to this restaurant. I begged him to please throw out his salad because this was clearly in the mix from the restaurant. But I want to warn each of you to please check your food before you eat anything from here whether it’s in the restaurant or with takeout! I was completely shocked and unbelievably emotional when I almost ate this gigantic bug in my salad. And while at the time, I was relieved to hear the manager cared, we have not heard a single word since then from anybody from Chili’s. Please understand this is not about getting free stuff from this restaurant. This is about public health accountability. I had hoped to hear something from either corporate or even the manager on their plans to prevent this in the future, but we have essentially been ignored. Please be diligent, and check your food if you do decide to eat here! Update: The general manager did reach out to my husband and apologize. She did refund our meal as well. She explained that she was working with her upper management to locate and resolve the problem. Much appreciated!

My wife and I walked in to just have desert. We were seated then. We waited for 5min the. 7 by 10min never having a server just even check in we walked out. Clearly customer service is not a thing anymore. Won’t be wasting my money here…

I ordered a 12 piece honey chipotle wing and the wings were inedible. They were fried so hard they were crunchy and chewy like gum. I will not be eating there again. This was a complete waste of money.
